I cancelled my flight by talking to spice jet airlines because of the difference in timings. so, they initiated the refund to the travel agency i.e., makemytrip on the same day. it's been around 20 days, i haven't received the refund. makemytrip made sure that customers will not be able to contact them. i tried to submit a refund request on their website. each time i raise a request i will get a message, oops, something went wrong. no emails were working. their customer care number is not working. after 20 to 30 attempts, they contacted me once and told me that they will check the issue. after that it's been 2 weeks, there is no communication from them neither is there a way to communicate with them.
MakeMyTrip India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by chaitanya kumar pallala I haven't received any call or mail neither is the money. Please look into it, there is a lot of fraud and scam happening with makemytrip.
Request you to kindly let me know about status of my refund as it is a huge sum which I have not got any refund for.
Kindly do the needful.
