I am Shaila Anjum, I had booked a flight from MMT for 6th March, 2020 (Booking ID: NN[protected]. Airline did not accept my Check-IN at IGI Airport informing as my destination country did not allow international visitors due to coronavirus outbreak. Instantly, I called MMT's customer support team and notified them. Since then, I have been following up with MMT and they didn't initiate my refund, Its been 10 months till now and I am unable to get my refund.
