Hello.. im Oukba Albalani i booked a ticket since one year ago and the company cancelled it because of the locked down..
i called the company they told me i will get my refund back and the will talk with make my trip team..
they told me to contact with make my trip team to update my bank details..

Webcheckin charges are been deducted from my account, but the webcheckin is still not completed by make my trip.
And even the money is not refunded.
Please help me urgently

I have made a booking for JLR - MAA- JLR flight for my son and taken a Covid 19 insurance.

So far the policy document and details of my policy has not been mailed nor any details of same has been provided to me.

It is requested to please provide the copy of policy.

I book flight from pune to kochi and selected googlepay as payment option. I received request from two different business accounts. One didn’t process at that time but one got successful but one day later another one also got successful. Now i have two debits for one booking.
And there is no customer care number mentioned in the app of MakeMyTrip.

We have been following up for our refund from a week however didn’t receive any response yet. The details of booking ID are as follows:

The refund was supposed to be credited in MMT wallet however we didn’t received it even after 3 weeks.

Request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

On January 27, 2020, I had booked air tickets from Bangalore to Nagpur and back for 3 persons(for me, my wife and son) in Indigo Airlines through Makemytrip (MMT). The total fare as per the Airlines worked out to Rs, . 13876 (Rs, 7111 for Bangalore-Nagpur flight of 17th March 2020 and Rs.6765 for Nagpur to Bangalore flight of 20th March 2020). I had paid an amount of Rs.19182 to Makemytrip, the additional amount to cover for full refund in case of cancellation. The e-ticket received from Makemytrip also confirmed zero cancellation fee, if cancelled before 24 hours of departure. My booking ID NF[protected].

I cancelled the tickets on March 13, 2020 on Indigo Airlines’ portal as I was not able to access the Makemytrip website. I informed Makemytrip about the cancellation through their Facebook page on 14th March, 2020, which was acknowledged by them and I received an email from them on March 21, 2020 seeking certain details. I submitted my response through email on 23rd March 2020.

Since then I have been pursuing with MMT for the refund. I have not received any refund so far; only intermittent responses and promises whenever I raised the matter with them. My efforts to escalate the matter have failed since no one is willing to give me the contact details of a responsible senior executive who could resolve the matter. In fact, recently I have received a message that the case has been closed at their end! I neither received any refund nor an explanation for the closure of the case.

Since my persistent efforts to obtain the refund from Makemytrip have failed, I am compelled to raise this complaint hoping that the Government of India would help in my getting full refund from MakemyTrip as per the terms of the purchase. I have all the relevant documents, including mail/message exchanges between me and MakemyTrip and can share them whenever asked for.

I am Harish Kumar, a serving soldier booked AirIndia tickets through MakeMyTrip for returning to my duty place to Aizawl from Delhi.
E-Ticket No (AI)/ MMT booking ID as under:-

03 Sept[protected]/NF[protected] On every occasion flight got cancelled and AirIndia kept on rescheduling multiple times but eventually got cancelled everytime.
Now AirIndia and MakeMyTrip both are not refunding my amount and indulged in blaming each other for refunds. They are even not let me to change origin and destination of travel. MakeMyTrip customer care services are also not working. Both AirIndia and travel agency MakeMyTrip showing arrogant behaviour and misleading me.
Please fix their responsibilities and refund my hard earned money.

I had booked two flights through MakeMyTrip, one on the 4th of January 2021 from Bangalore to San Diego flight no. AA-6656 and the other on the 15th of June 2021 flight no. AA-1939.
The first flight from Bangalore to San Diego was cancelled by the airlines (American Airlines) but my refund has not been processed after months. The amount was quite substantial so I hope I can find some assistance on this issue.

I had booked 3 tickets for travel in May 20 which was cancelled by the airline due to non operation.
While the refund has been received by make my trip it s not been transferred to us. We have followed up many times but in vain. NOw we have confirmation from the air lines as well. Can make my trip not hold the fund and refund the amount immediately.

My booking id is IN1B[protected]. My PNR is UXXRFP. on 10th Jan Bom - LHR - SFO . As per the information I had got through your agent Mr. Navi Hussain, he told me that return ticket was cancelled by the airline, SFO- ORD -LHR- BOM So I should get my refund back, my Bom LHR SFO flight I was denied boarding due to wrong ticket given by your agent, as it was not allowed to travel by this sector due to Covid -19 situation.

Mr. Md Iqbal Uddin has sent me an email 13 days back to wait for 24 to 48 hours till now there is no response from your side .

I would like to know about my refund status when I will get my refund . I should get my whole refund on the urgent basis. as its 2 months from now still i have not received my refund.

Today MS. Rashmi called and told me after 2 months when it was my return ticket date, now they are giving excuses that it will not be refunded, between this 2 months they were giving wrong information that i will get my refund and my ticket is initiated and its going in positive way .

make my trip is cheating and they are fooling with the customer by giving wrong information .

someone from the head of department or anyone responsible person should look into the issue . why there is manager or any head not looking into the issue . when there staff has cheated the customer and customer is facing lots of problem .

I booked an online ticket using MakeMyTrip site on 1 March 2021. The ticket was booked in the train 05043 / LJN KGM SPL(Lucknow to Kathgodam), I used my SBI debit card to make the payment. The transaction has been successful on the end of the bank. Total Amount of Rs. 699.93 got deducted from my account.
I have not received any confirmation from Make My Trip regarding my booking. No ticket, no booking ID as after the entire transaction it simply redirected to home page and not to ticket page. The company has an automated system and asks for booking ID which I did not receive since I did not get any ticket.
Please look into the matter and refund the amount.

We had booked air tickets from Make My Trip on 12/01/2020 for Mumbai to Singapore & return, scheduled on 16th Feb 2020 to 21st Sept 2020. Due to Corona Pandemic, we have postponed our trip to 20th Sept 2020 to 25th Sept 2020. HENCE WE RESCHEDULED OUR AIRTICKET DIRECTLY FROM AIR INDIA .
Since all the flights to Singapore are cancelled for the month of September 2020 due to pandemic, we are entitled for refund.
After a long persuasion with Air India, Air india finally released our refund to MMT on 03/ 02/2021. But till date we have not received refund amount from MMT.

air asia flight cancelled due to covid-19 lockdown during April 2020.

As per govt of india directives, the air asia provided option to untilise the cancellation refund amount for any future bookings by May/June 2022 and put the said amount in the credit account with them.

On 14/1/2021, without our consent / prior intimation to us, the air asia has said to have redeemed the refund amount and paid it to the agent, m/s. Makemytrip on 19/1/2021.

Since 17/1/2021, i was in constant touch with Makemytrip through mails, whatsapp, twiter, etc but my efforts in getting back the refund amount of about rs.22, 000/- approx. Gone in vain. No person of the agent is available for talks in this regard. Their toll free numbers are not working. The customer service links are having only automated replies which are useless.

[1] under my pnr no. E4ZUFQ, makemytrip has credited only rs.36/- to my wallet and washed their hands instead of refunding the entire amount which we strongly oppose.
[2] under my pnr no. E52B9N, the makemytrip has said to have processed the refund of rs.10, 529/-. Its statements as to the details of bank account to which the amount was said to have credited is misleading by that
(a) in mail mmt states that the amount was credited to my bank account details provided on 23/1/2021. But,
(b) in whatsapp, it states that the amount was credited to my wallet. And,
(c) in online link provided, it states that the amount was credited in upi linked bank account.

But, till date the amount is not credited to my any of accounts stated under a, b & c above.

Though vide mails dt. 7/2/21 and 12/2/21 of ms. Ankita, the mmt has expressed their regret for the inconvinience and asked me to bear with them for another 7-8 days for credit of amount, on follow up mails, vide mail dt. 22/2/2021, the mmt has closed the issue without refunding the amount.

The entire process is very harrassing in nature, wastage of my valuable time, mental torture and an attempt by the mmt to avoid the customer and to keep the refund amount with yourself.

Hence, i request the authority to look into the same on priority and arrange to refund the entire amount of both the to & fro tickets under the said PNRs.

This is regarding my domestic flight booking under the following PNR Numbers for 2 passengers. The bookings were made through makemytrip.com. The PNR Nos are: GN3DXQ / KIWUTP / TE6YQB / QMT9FD

The seats were later modified from the first to the fifth row on the Indigo website. The refund on the seat fare (that was already paid for at the time of booking with Makemytrip) was made by Indigo to Makemytrip on 7th February, 2021. However, I am yet to receive this refund.

I would truly appreciate your support in resolving this.

I have purchased flight tickets of 24th march2020, worth Rupees 25000, till now, i have not get any refund, , customer support center only said refund request is in process from last one year
