Dear Team,

Yesterday i was trying to book 2 tickets from Bangalore to Kolkata from Make My Trip, After the payment money got deducted from my account and the tickets were not booked. I didn't receive any booking ID.
When i reached out to bank they told transaction is successful from there end and they asked me to check with the merchant (Make My Trip).
I tried calling all the numbers which are given in the website but none of it was helpful in talking to a customer care executive .
After which i tried messaging the team in the official facebook page of Make my trip and I received a message from them stating money has not reached them.
Now the blame game is on, bank is telling to talk to Make my trip and make my trip is telling to talk to bank.
But none of them are taking the accountability of my heard earned money.
Please help me here .

    I was trying to book 2 tickets from Bengaluru to Kolkata from make my trip website. But as soon as amount was paid through internet banking after entering the OTP the amount got deducted from the bank and the page showed error in make my trip and the tickets were not booked.
    After that I tried reaching the customer care numbers but none of them had option of talking with customer care executive.
    When I enquired bank they are telling money has reached the merchant.
    Merchant is not responsive enough to let me know what is the issue.
    The amount deducted is Rs 8000.
    Please it's a request to refund my amount.
    I am a middle class person try to understand my pain and emotions..

    Received a confirmation message in twitter from customer care that they have initiated the refund and after 2 days the money was credited back to my bank account.

    @here any update on the issue. If the money has not reached to you . Bank wants that statement if form of an email so that they can start processing the chargeback.

      I cancelled my ticket on 23 dec 2021 from port blair to delhi which i booked from make my trip they told you got your refund in 2 working days but after almost 54 day i didnt got my refund pls solve my problem asap

        I booked a flight for 3 people including me from Coimbatore to Mumbai for 31st March 2020. This flight got cancelled by airline due to ongoing pandemic. I have received credit voucher of booking amount in my MakeMyTrip account. I am trying to book a flight for me using the credit voucher but it is not allowing me to use voucher unless i book it for all the 3 travelers as per initial booking. I spoke to airline but there is no such restrictions from their side on using the voucher for booking, as per them at least one traveler should be common as per initial booking. I tried to reach MakeMyTrip customer care using phone call and email but there is no response from there side. It's frustrating
        of not able to connect to customer care to get the resolution and utilize the available voucher for my travel.

            Hi,

            This is Satya Prakash. I had been following up several time regarding zero cancellation charges and it has not been honored for my booking NF[protected].

            The main issue is no proper response has been shared by customer care. While cancellation also there was no help supported and I was asked to check directly with airlines.

            Now when everything has been done the cancellation fee and all sorts of deductions applied. Since MMT zero cancellation hasn't been honored due to Covid pandemic or any reason you should at least consider the refund of this facility. This is very frustrating to hear NO response from MMT. Awaiting some positive response from your side.

              I have made a booking where in the payment was completed the money were deducted but the end page was your order is awaited I did not get any notifications from MakeMyTrip that my money is safe or anything that might make me feel comfortable there was nothing except this there is just a payment reference number on contacting to make my trip they only assign bots which do not give a solution.

                I booked return tickets to (Bangalore - New Delhi) on March 17 2020 as per the details being forwarded to you paying INR 6396. As per the directive from the Supreme Court of India, full refund should have been made long ago. I regret to say i have not received any refund so far,

                    We had bookings on GoAir from Leh to Delhi and as the flights did not operate, against our request airline hasT and the same acknowledged by MMT. MMT asked for bank details and after submitting the same, MMT is silent and not responding.

                      This is regarding Booking ID NN[protected].
                      Due to Covid, my airline refunded the money to Make My Trip in November.
                      First of all MMT didn't even bothered to process my refund on it's own.
                      When I contacted MMT in January'21 to process my refund- after providing all details, I received an email saying that my refund has been processed- will come in account within 5 days.

                      After one month, I have not yet received any money and now I have tried all possible ways to contact Make My Trip but not hearing any response from them. The web form is not working, the form that I am supposed to fill to retry the payment is not working. I have sent email to various ids, called but all to no avail.

                        I am keeping it short here.
                        I had a booked the following multi city tickets:
                        Ahmedabad - Mumbai, 11 Feb 2021, 6:00am (GoAir)
                        Pune - Ahmedabad, 11 Feb, 6:25pm (SpiceJet)

                        The GoAir flight got canceled without any prior intimation. I called form the airport in desperate situation and MMT staff Shravan told me there is no flight to Mumbai until 10am. My meeting was in Pune at 1pm with a former CM of the state. It was pointless to go, and my whole trip got cancelled. I went through a lot of mental agony.
                        Worse, MMT told me that the return journey's SpiceJet's refund will not be 100%. This is absurd. I am not at fault that I couldn't go, and now that I have not gone, why should I be paying for a return flight??
                        I have been trying to reach out to MMT but to no avail. I am very frustrated. This is completely unethical and I need not just the full refund of my flights, but also damages.
                        It is not the type of values I thought the country stands for. I am a law professor and will take it up seriously if not addressed.

                          My flight from Portblair to Mumbai got cancelled by Goair on 20 Dec and on the same day with contacted airline for refund and they processed to Makemytrip for both my PNR. Now i havr recd for one and other is still pending and makemytrip is giving weird and their executives are dumb who dont even know what to refer to and after 45 days i recd a call for which i was following up with then rigorously and nobody is interested in giving the refund. Nobody responds to my email nor calls and their refund team is sleeping sincr 45 days. I want 6477 in my account for PNR PYE78D booking id NF[protected]

                            The flight booked for 04-Jan-2021 to the US via UK got cancelled due to COVID govt restrictions. However the money hasn't been refunded from MMT till date. And there is no way of getting in touch with them for an issue like this.

                            Looks like MMT is running a scam by using customer's money. This is the last time I will use their service ever.

                              I had raised refund request directly with GoAir Airlines for my flight booking NN[protected] PNR-LYPMQD) which was booked through MMT, and was cancelled due nationwide lockdown. I have recieved confirmation from the airlines that refund is already processed on 8th December 2020. However, no refund has been received yet. Moreover, app shows that refund is still awaited from airlines.

                              I fail to understand why MMT is unable to process refunds on time.This is the 3rd instance where my refunds have been withheld by MMT for months. I have been sending several reminder mails for refund. However, no response!

                              We have been using MMT for all our travel bookings, but this year MMT service has been extremely disappointing. I want to know the exact date when my refund would be

                                The issue that I have experienced was: The Airline : Air Asia had created a credit shell for the ticket price which was to be used later but after the Government's directive they have deposited the amount to Make my Trip account which is not reflecting and also neither has it come back to my wallet or credit card.The reference no. given by Air Asia is 82551560 for refund of Rs.3580.

                                Look into the above matter on a priority basis

                                    I recently had a very bad experience with MMT. I had booked my cab (MAKEMYTRIP BOOKING ID: NC[protected] from Manali to Chandigarh Airport. I was travelling with my family.
                                    I thought i will use this platform since till now I always had a pleasant experience with MakeMyTrip. I have been using your platform for numerous of my travels till date and I am satisfied with your services till date except this time.
                                    I had a horrible experience with the cab booking. The driver Manish Kumar was sleeping while driving.
                                    Initially, the driver was constantly talking to us while driving. At one point, the driver almost hit another car and a divider and then my husband offered to drive the car if he needed to nap for a while, but he was not convinced. He stopped the car and asked us to take a nap and we agreed. After 30 mins, we tried to wake him UP, but he wanted to sleep more. Post that he started saying I could sleep more. I will ensure to drop you guys on time. Just half an hour before reaching the destination, the car was about to hit the divider again and my husband asked him to drive carefully for 30 mins more and then he started arguing and we could not speak much more because of his behavior. We could lose our lives.

                                    Also, he was not wearing his uniform and Police stopped us for the same and our time was wasted in all this ###. The car was also very dirty. It was smelling badly like he smoked before we got in the car.
                                    I place MakeMyTrip responsible for ruining and mentally torturing me and my family throughout the whole journey by providing me with an unprofessional cab and driver. This was not only unprofessional on your part, but also could have been dangerous for me and my family.
                                    I will reconsider traveling with MakeMyTrip in future due to this harrowing experience I went through with you.

                                    Please do let me know if anything is required from my side. I do have driver's photos as well when he was sleeping.

                                    You may reach out to me in case of any concerns.

                                    Feedback: CUSTOMER care service is too pathetic.
                                    First we have to call them and wait in the long queue. Then when you talk to them, they put you on hold for long. You can never be satisfied with them.
                                    They don't even care about CUSTOMERs. You never get a response from them.
                                    And there is no option to place a review about the trip.

                                      I had booked my ticket Hyderabad to Mumbai to Riyadh during May 2020, due to lockdown and no operations my ticket got cancelled and subsequently on applying they have provided Rs. 17, 623 Credit shield,

                                      I have been trying to get this used against my proposed travel since 3 months, I have became fool and running pillar to post, some times they say to contact International division, some time they say domestic division as I will be planning to travel in domestic sector.

                                      Due to lockdown, my project got cancelled and will be not be travelling in international sector.

                                      My booking id is NN[protected]. Finding difficulty in using my credit shield available. Being the last date for utilization is 28th Feb 2021. Lot of mental stress going on being a amount sizably bigger.

                                      No over phone solution being provided, no escalation mechanism available, no email id available for lodging complaints.
