I booked a hotel in goa order id as NH[protected]. Hotel name is OYO 22728 All Seasons Beach Classic, Hotel
Near Tarcar Ice Factory, Calangute, Goa, , GOA
After payment done through mmt I called hotel and they told me that we were not recieved booking. I tried to call mmt so many times but no response recieved. Hotel told me that they will send an mail to mmt so that we will get refund. Neither mmt nor hotel contacted us and didn't refund our money.

    Nf[protected] getting refund after cutting convenience feeBwhichbis totally unfair. Not our fault for cancellation so return our balance amount

        I made a International Holiday trip booking with MakeMyTrip.

        Due to Covid, the trip was cancelled and MakeMyTrip told to make refund in form of MakeMyTrip Holiday Vouchers in 5-7 working days.

        It is more than a month now and I have still not received the vouchers.

        No one replies on the email sent and their is no way to reach a customer care executive for International trips, neither their is any escalation route which is quite weird with a big brand like MakeMyTrip.

        I hope MakeMyTrip can help out with this refund case immediately.

          I cancelled my flight by talking to spice jet airlines because of the difference in timings. so, they initiated the refund to the travel agency i.e., makemytrip on the same day. it's been around 20 days, i haven't received the refund. makemytrip made sure that customers will not be able to contact them. i tried to submit a refund request on their website. each time i raise a request i will get a message, oops, something went wrong. no emails were working. their customer care number is not working. after 20 to 30 attempts, they contacted me once and told me that they will check the issue. after that it's been 2 weeks, there is no communication from them neither is there a way to communicate with them.

          I haven't received any call or mail neither is the money. Please look into it, there is a lot of fraud and scam happening with makemytrip.

              The amount of 15, 010 has been deducted from the account without any flight ticket. There is no medium anywhere to contact for refund. The payment details rceived in SMS are as follows:

              I want my refunded money back as soon as possible. Worst customer service by service company.

                I had booked flight tickets for international travel worth 64421

                PNR K4LN3S, Booking ID NN[protected] booked on 23 Dec 2019

                MMT refunded 32919 on June 16 2020 for the booking made through air asia (screenshot attached) and further 27296 on 29th Dec 2020 for booking made through go air deducting 4206/- towards convenience fees since this is a covid related cancellation with the flights being cancelled by the airlines it should be a 100% refund

                  Hi mmt,

                  I m still waiting for my refund amount to be updated in mmt wallet or bank account. Though I have received sms stating it has been credited in wallet however the amount never came in my mmt wallet. Have been trying to reach u guys but sadly not getting help from anywhere

                    I cancelled the ticket before 10 days of the journey date i.e., Dec 13th 2020. Attached screenshot has the details of the refund amount I am supposed to receive which is Rs:11193

                    Haven't received any refund and no option to raise the complaint.

                      Not been able to use to the credit shell nor have received the amount. have tried calling the help desk number but there is no response. No doubt make my trip has the worst customer care service, no wonder you all just steal people's money. Bloody fraud, i have to book tickets for my parent's as there is an medical emergency but sadly make my trip has all decided to not steal my money.

                        I am a long term customer of Makemytrip and had booked the following tickets(for travel during the COVID lockdown). The details of the booking have been removed from my account as well, but i have saved the e ticket and invoice for the same. The refund for the tickets have not been processed until now.

                        a) Booking ID: NF[protected]- INR 17, 928 has not been refunded.

                        b) Booking ID: NF[protected]- INR 10042 has not been refunded.

                        c) Booking ID: NF[protected] -INR 6798 has not been refunded.

                        I got several messages saying that the refund has been initiated and will reflect in My wallet account or my bank account, but it has not been credited to either of these.

                        The customer care number is not working and there is no customer support email provided for raising such issues. This shows the pathetic customer support provided by a popular online booking company-Makemytrip.

                          I tried to book a ticket from Hyderabad to banglore on 30/12/2020 and the transaction failed but the money got deducted from my account and the automated system on make my trip said I will recieve the refund in 5working days and it never happened.I have been trying to contact them but their automated services never really allow me to reach their representatives.No email id nothing.

                              I booked my ticket through makemytrip transaction number is Booking ID NF[protected]. they have not sent me invoice bill of ticket fare. As I am trying to contact their customer care they always we can not do anything. I am still struggling for my bill as I have to claim that bill but due to their poor customer response I am losing 9031 rs.

                                I'm unable to use 'Credit Shell' amount for a booking done through MakeMyTrip on the Spicejet airlines.

                                The flight date was April 7, 2020.
                                Booking ID : NF[protected]
                                PNR No : YE637Q

                                But the flight was canceled due to COVID19. eTicket is attached.

                                I opted for the 'credit shell' option. Spicejet is showing the refund amount (Rs 19384) on their site.

                                But when I'm trying to book a flight from the Spicejet site availing the 'credit shell', it's asking me to contact the source of booking (MakeMyTrip).

                                I have been reaching makemytrip customer care through call and email without any result. I'm extremely frustrated with the makemytrip response.

                                I will make sure not use MakeMyTrip for any of my future trip if this issue is not resolved ASAP.

                                I could reach out to the MakeMyTrip customer care support. The representative spoke to the airlines (Spicejet). Eventually, a confirmed ticket was booked by the airlines using the Credit Shell amount.

                                But when I'm trying to book a flight from the Spicejet site availing the 'credit shell', it's asking me to contact the source of booking (MakeMyTrip).

                                I have been trying to re-book the ticket through Makemytrip but it won't book at all. Also, reached the makemytrip customer care through call and email without any result. I'm extremely frustrated with the makemytrip response.

                                I will make sure not use MakeMyTrip for any of my future trip if this issue is not resolved ASAP.

                                      Hello I booked a hotel in MakeMyTrip and I paid around 10k but after reaching the hotel I came to know that the hotel is not even worth for 2k but MakeMyTrip has sold me to 10k and I complained regarding the same and MakeMyTrip is not even responding to my queries and I want MakeMyTrip to refund my money back.
