As per MakeMyTrip website, the refund was completed on 18th Dec. but the amount has not yet been credited to my account as of 2nd Jan.
There hasnt been any reply from MakeMyTrip on my repeated attempts to contact them. Their 24X7 hotline is not responsive and there is no support person available to talk to me.

What do I need to do?

    I have been chasing MMT team from last 8months but no use and finally, Go-Air has agreed to initiate refund which was for amount INR 15, 192 &INR18, 212 but too my surprise the MMT rather then refunding their agency charges which was INR 1840 has reduced the refund amount to 13705 and 14359..without any logic, the refund is yet to be credited but seems its new fraud by makemytrip to fetch money from customers as their dont pick calls, no response to emails, no chat works and hence you are trapped.

    Coming to this forum to get this resolved have attached all evidences of their fraud

      Dear Team

        Sir,
        i am cancelled my flight booking of covid-19 period on 12.12.2020 i.E. Journey date was 2nd april 2020, vide ticket ref no: nf[protected].

        I couldn't get my refund amount rs.10, 949/- in my a/c till today, but it has been shown in your website that the money had reflect in your a/c with 25.12.2020.

        The first name holder of the ticket is mrs. Shyamali ghosh, who is my wife. Who is also add-on card member of sbi card.

        Please look into matter as sson as possible, so that the money will be credited in my a/c.

        Is there any query regarding this, pl contact me so that i will explain you .

          I booked a flight ticket for my friend on 16 Jan 2020, the travel date was on 01 April 2020, due to the pandemic the flight was automatically cancelled by the airline and amount was refunded to the make my trip account and when I tried to transfer the amount it hasn't yet credited to my bank account even it has been more than 15 days and I tried to contact Make my trip through customer care number and customer care email, but there is no reply from them.

            Booking ID - NN[protected]
            This complaint is in reference to the cancellation of a flight with subject booking ID, which I made for Kozhikode to Abu Dhabi in Air India Express on 16th April 2020 .Only mistake I did was I made the booking via Make My Trip.
            This particular flight was cancelled due to Covid 19 Circumstances and I received email from the airlines that particular booking has been cancelled and the refund is transferred to the agency ( make My Trip).
            I have the email with me.
            I also received a notification from Make My Trip that I will be getting a credit voucher for the same amount to reschedule the travel to a future date ( I have taken the screenshot and kept for the record ) . Its been almost 10 months still I did not received a voucher, invoice or refund.

            Kindly support . I attached the email from airlines and screenshot taken from Make my Trip App.I also attached the E ticket for the reference.

            Make my trip replied that amount refund is in the process however nothing reflected.
            They have done this earlier also Promised many times but refund never happened. Kindly take necessary action.

            Not resolved yet, receiving emails and dragging the process . Nothing else.

              We had booked a Honeymoon package to Andaman from 15.01.2021 to 20.01.2021, We got a call from the Airlines about cancellation of flights.it was conveyed to the RO on the same day. She told us to pay additional 1644/- for the booking for which we denied. She also told us to first confirm the flight timing and for payment part she will look after, but all this was just waste of time. Next day we were asked for ~6600/- stating that the flight price have changed.

              Our concern is if payment part is not under control of RO then why to tell customer about same and give them false hope. Also since yours is the reputed tourism organization such issues of flight cancellation must not be new then why is that new changes are not made quickly and why to ask additional payment from customer??

                  Booking id NF[protected].

                  In this connection I want to reschedule my same flight on 23rd Jan 2021 or further. However, MMT is not giving me option of Air asia flight, forcing me to select another carrier flight. When I can clearly see Air asia flight is operating on 23rd Jan 2021 and later dates on MMT itself. I had trying to call their service centre but they are mot responding, phones are diverted to automated IVR. Which won’t allow me to complain

                    The booking hasn't been confirmed for my hotel stay, however the amount was debited from my bank account. The problem when I try to reach customer care is they ask for the booking ID, which I haven't received. But I do have my bank statement which shows that the amount was debited by Make my trip. Please help

                      As per your website. It is flashing from last 58 days.
                      I talked to Air-India. They are saying they already approved this.

                      Makemytrip needs to drop a mail to process the Refund.
                      Please arrange the call back.

                        My issue is not resolved. Air india team told me this ticket is "open for use "
                        and not cancelled at their end. They also told me refund application number [protected] is not retrieving and data.
                        Pls resolve this issue on priority basis

                          Dear Sir/Madam,

                          I am writing this mail for to inquire about refund of my cancelled train tickets, PNR #[protected]
                          My train tickets with Booking ID - NR[protected] were cancelled on 26th December by me. I chose option of "refund to wallet". the website says that it should be processed immediately and also confirms that it has been processed in "my trips" section.

                          However, I have not received any refund ( amount INR 1125) nor email confirmation of the refund between the last 4-5 days. attaching the screenshot from website where it says refund processed, for your reference, as mentioned before, i have not received any mail from makemytrip

                          I wrote a mail about the same to [protected]@makemytrip.com, but haven't received a response yet.

                          Please help in resolving the refund issue

                            I've booked an hotel on make my trip and the money was debited but after the transaction was done it wasn't showing any booked status I waited for a long time but there wasn't any change. Then I contacted all the customer care numbers I got my hands on the all india customer care, Gurgaon head office, delhi, I'm from Hyderabad so banjara hills, Kondapur, Dilsukhnagar but there was no response on the main toll free number the computer was asking me to press "1" for a query about existing booking but when I did it said there was no booking on this number and my call was disconnected. Please help me to get my money back or get the booking done to the specific hotel on which I used makemytrip for booking

                                My flight booked through makemytrip was not operational due to Covid19. I made a cancellation with the airline and applied to process refund through makemytrip. The airlines has confirmed that the refund has been credited to the agent. On the MMT App, it shows that the refund should reflect in my account between 4th and 7th Dec 2020. I have not yet received the refund and have no option through the App or website to address the issue.

                                  I have booked a ticket through Make my Trip from CCJ to SHJ Booking ID :NN[protected].
                                  I was not able to travel due to covid 19 and have cancelled the ticket. As per Airlines the ticket was cancelled on 10th April 2020 and refunded to travel agent (make my trip) till date i did not get the refund.As per Make My trip a credit voucher is been issued but i have not received any credit voucher or any option in my MMT account to book another flight. I tried contacting MMT through email and telephone but not getting any support or response .

                                    I was booking a hotel in Mandarmani (Aqua Marina Drive Inn) via make my trip and paid Rs. 5129. The payment was deducted but I didn't receive any booking acknowledgement from MMT.

                                      Letme know why I didn't get a credit cell option or refund amount .
                                      I had called spicejet customer care about what is my problem in pnr JCR56D that why i didn't get a credit cell option, they have informed me about the above issue as we can't give an answer for your requirement because you have booked a ticket to make my trip apps . So you must ask for your problem to make my trip. But make my trip customer care call hasn't connected and also i have tried more times but no response . Kindly solve my problem. I need credit cell option or refund amount . Spicejet has been given till only 31march2021.

                                      Herewith i have attached flight ticket and also flight has been cancelled by spicejet mail.

                                        I booked my flights from Chennai to goa on 4th April which got canceled due, to lockdown, I want to reschedule your flight ticket but it says cannot find flights. for any dates. at least let me know when the flights are available.I have been trying for the past week.
