I have tried to book a hotel on 17th Oct, 2020 through MakeMyTrip mobile app. I have selected Hotel De Nada, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur. Once hotel preferences selected and processed for payment. While processing payment via Netbanking, session timed out, however payment deducted from bank account. Then I called to Hotel De Nada to confirm booking, but they denied that there was no booking is showing at their system. I have tried to find out and called to Make My Trip helpline numbers given on website, but all numbers are either wrong number or not connected. Thereafter, because of exigency I booked again Hotel De Nada via MakeMyTrip and then processed via Netbanking and it was successful. This booking was confirmed by Hotel De Nada also. Thus, two payments done by me. Requesting refund of 1st payment done but booking not done. Enclosing double payment receipts for ease of reference. Please advise.

No responses received from MakeMyTrip official till now. Please advise, should I file complaint against MakeMyTrip in consumer court. If yes, which one is the appropriate Authority/Location to file complain. MMT is running business to embezzle people. This needs to stop and strict action to be taken against MMT.
