Sir, i booked a flight on 24 july 2019 for 2 passengers from srinagar to mumbai travelling on 9th august 2019. But government made emergency announcement, that any body who is in kashmir must leave the valley as soon as possible. In this regard all the airlines provided full waiver for cancellation. I also cancelled the flight ticket directly with the airline and they processed the full refund at the same time. The airline has made the refund to makemy trip but i have not received the refund amount so far.Kindly look into the matter and process full refund. Refund amount is 8392 inr

    I was trying to book a flight ticket makemytrip and I choosed Bajaj finserv as payment option transaction was done sucessfully from bajaj side but failed from MMT side due to some technical issue my ticket was not booked. here I attached screenshot please check and verify from your end and cancel my transaction on bajaj finserv.

      I had booked a flight on 04 Apr 2020, on Make My Trip for travel from Chandigarh to Pune on 15th April 2020. My PNR is LGWTB2 and the airline Vistara has refunded the entire amount to Make My Trip. However, Make My Trip has only made a partial refund of Rs 12, 675/ and the total amount paid is Rs 26, 275/. A refund of Rs 13, 600/ is to be paid as the journey was cancelled due to the lockdown and Ministry of Civil Aviation has notified full fare paid is to be refunded.

        My name is Laxmanarao Devisetti, on7thoctober 2020, i tried to book ticket from Hyderabad to Vishakapatnam from makemytrip website, on the payment page i have used 5000 Giftcard and remaing amount i have tried to make payment, due to some technical issue the payment got failed and giftcard balance gone to Zero, i tried to contack Customercare those number wont reach to the person, its 48hrs gone that giftcard balance not credited back, i want to raise a despute regarding this Giftcard no([protected]).

          My flight was from mumbai to bengaluru dated 29th may 2020 - booking id - nf[protected] - spice jet - sg-415i had booked 2 tickets with pnr hb6wvz seat 30a and seat 30b. Due to covid 19 as per government regulations all the flights were cancelled. However, under makemytrip app it showing as flight completed which is incorrect and also i have not received any mail or calls in relation to refund. I request your goodself to please provide my refund through makemytrip

            Hi, this is a refund request for my go air flights, below is the complete information:
            My name is chirag gulati, i had a round trip flight from del-goi as on 10th sep to 13th sep 2020, pnrs are k5jlns (Del to goa) & q4y9wy (Goa-del). Both flight had been cancelled by airline, goa air had raised a refund request to make my trip as on 11th sep 2020, below is refund amount pnr wise:
            K5jlns — 3323 rs
            Q4y9wy — 3647 rs
            Total amount is 6970 rs, i need this amount in my original source of payment but still i am waiting for the same, it's been almost a month.
            Makemytrip customer care is not working, there is no option to connect with any of the executives and chat option doesn't give any solution. On portal it is showing that they have put my money in credit shell but amount has discrepancy, amount showing on portal which they have put in credit shell as following:
            K5jlns — 2652 rs
            Q4y9wy — 279 rs
            Total-2931 rs
            Difference is 4039 rs, don't know how to resolve this, their customer care numbers are not reachable.

            Please help me to get my money refunded.

                I have tried calling your customer support number many times but there is no answer from your end.

                  I had booked a flight ticket on MakeMyTrip using icici credit card and converted to EMI option. The total bill was 10, 667/- but MakeMyTrip charged 11, 225/- saying the remaining amount will be returned.

                  But still, I didn't receive the amount back. Please check

                  Tried to contact the customer care of MakeMyTrip but no phone numbers are working to speak to the executive.

                      I have booked a holiday package (Nl[protected] to london with airline tickets (Emirates) last january. The trip is scheduled for july end (24th july). I have made full payment for airlines and partial payment of 62000 for trip. Afterwards due to covid-19 airline cancelled the flights and refund fully which i have received from make my trip fully also after deducting the convenience fee. So accordingly they have made a hold my trip payment of 62000 but after getting refund from airlines i have raised the similar issue to them to refund as it is not cancelled by myself. Its cancelled due to covid-19 situation. After a week i got a mail from make my trip that they can refund me only 24490.00.

                      So finally i got the refund of 24490.00 which is almost 55% of my paid amount. Here i dont understand my fault because its risky to travel under covid situation.

                      So i just want to is it logical to deduct almost 35000 for my trip?

                        I had book the ticket for 2 person from Chennai to Jaipur dated 20 sep 2020 and that ticket was cancelled by airline and airline person told that I will receive the amount, then after 16 day over I call to airline asking about the refund amount, then the person told me that the refund was given on the same day of cancel flight.
                        Still I didn’t receive the refund from MakeMyTrip, then I had try to call them MakeMyTrip for the status of refund, but no one is receiving the call.
                        Please register my complaint, help me for receiving the refund amount.

                          Have some amount saved in lieu of credit shell for the following PNR: LJ1LVZ, Booking ID: NF[protected], with original traveller list of 2 passengers.
                          As per discussion with Indigo's customer executive, we can utilise the credit shell to book a ticket for only one passenger also out of the 2, for 50% of the total credit shell amount. But such option is not available in makemytrip site, and to book a ticket, both passenger has to travel together, which is totally opposite to what Indigo's statement is.
                          I am not able to book the tickets for my travel with the credit shell amount, the reason for which the shell amount was provided in the first place. Have gone through government directives, and nowhere it is mentioned about such restrictions.
                          On one hand, they are not refunding the amount, and when i am trying to book tickets, they are not allowing the amount to be utilised.
                          This is totally absurd and causing undue harassment for no fault of mine.

                          Requesting to assist me to book the tickets for just 1 passenger instead of their site's default 2 passenger. Also, assign a physical executive, who is educated with the above rules stated by Indigo, so that we can book the ticket in one go, in case their site is not updated or is not able to handle such bookings.

                            I had booked a ticket for my whole family to travel to Barcelona via Make My Trip. Booking ID NN[protected]

                            Due to covid, the flights were cancelled. Emirates airlines (the company i booked flights on) has issued refund of my booking in June.

                            Make My Trip is not refunding this to me
                            neither are they contactable.
                            This is cheating

                              I have booked 1 ticket on 2nd Oct 2020 from make my trip via Phonepay, but every time first transaction got failed and then I tried to book it in the second attempt, which is successful.

                              When I check my bank and Phonepay transaction status I'm quite to surprised to see that the amounts got deducted twice for both bookings

                              When talked with the customer care executive, she suggested waiting for 48 hrs for an automated refund. I tried connecting MMT from default helpline, it is ending up the call automatically.

                                  I attempted a hotel booking at MMT using Bajaj Finserv EMI card on 24 September 2020 (reference id: NH[protected]. When the first attempt failed, I made a second attempt which also failed. I then completed the booking using a credit card.

                                  To my horror, I then received e-mail from Bajaj Finserv that they have created two loan accounts for me, for the two transactions. When I complained to them that both the transactions had failed, they asked me to provide proof for the same, such as an e-mail or screenshot from MMT.

                                  But my MMT account does not have any record of the failed transactions. It is impossible to find a human being at MMT to explain the problem I am facing, their customer service just repeats recorded messages, and the chatbot is absolutely useless with such issues.

                                  Why can't MMT have at least one person to attend to such genuine issues which needs proper handling ?

                                  I have mailed proof of deduction of money from Bajaj Finserv to multiple e-mail ids at MMT, but am yet to receive a response. Without an e-mail confirmation from MMT, Bajaj Finserv refuses to cancel my loan accounts in my EMI card.

                                  Will MMT please attend to my grievance and help me track down the failed transactions, so that I am not unjustly charged for the same ?

                                  Initially I made several calls to the customer service numbers, but only ended up hearing recorded messages. Tried the chatbot, and typed agent, after several attempts, I could connect to an agent. He/she sent me an e-mail from [email protected] and asked me to provide all details, did all that, but no response. Sent two more reminders, still no response. Tried chatbot many times, but no luck- was always told that no agents were available to help. Called the standard customer service number again, and by luck when pressing one of the options, managed to connect to an agent.Nice guy, he took all details and promised to drop me an e-mail again. Assured of a resolution within 48 hours. I sent everything again (the id from which e-mails came is the same as above). Indeed, another guy called me on the second day, and discussed the issue. More details were asked for regarding the failed transaction, which I provided. He confirmed the same, and immediately sent me an e-mail confirming the "failed" status of the transactions. I forwarded the same to Bajaj Finserv and sorted out the issue. All in all, it took about 20 days for the entire exercise to be completed, with constant follow-ups. Hope this helps !

                                  The complaint has been resolved, though it took a few weeks and many e-mail exchanges and phone calls. I request MMT to streamline their resolution process with regular updates to the consumer and make at least one landline accessible to speak to a representative. Thanks all the same !

                                    Hi,

                                    I made a SpiceJet flight booking from Durgapur to Mumbai scheduled on 8th October 2020 through Make my trip. Due to covid, it got cancelled.

                                    Makemytrip policy says we can only use the refund money to book flight for the same persons and same source and destination.

                                    But I can't see any info for that on the app and there is no way to communicate with make my trip about.

                                    I would like to book it for 11th Oct 2020 and I can't use the refund due to lack of communication channel with makemytrip.

                                    Any quick resolution on this will be highly appreciated.
