Hi makemytrip team,
I have done a flight booking with makemytrip ref id (Mmt id :-nf[protected]) pnr no. Lbvtva (Goair) trip dated 25th aug 2020 (Mumbai to delhi).
I had cancelled the booking with airlines directly and for which i have been given full refund from airlines (Airlines refund email attached), but when i checked the refund request status with makemytrip they have given me credit shell, would like to know more from you on this matter, as to why a credit shell has been given if airlines have given full refund to makemytrip.
Other sites with whom i had booked tickets for the same flight have already credited the refund into my account before 8 days. Would like makemytrip to take quick actions on this.
Also would suggest makemytrip to put option of talking to custom care executive on customer care no. As all flights and other booking sites have kept this option open, why makemytrip is taking luxury of not talking to customer directly.
Would like to get a revert on this asap.
