I have booked two international flights from makemytrip, both are cancelled by airline itself.
They have processed half of the amount in my account and for further queries they are not responding to my mails or calls.
It's very strange for new booking agents are always available and for refund no one give any concern. They provide us self support and chat services for refund option which is of no use.

For one flight booking i spent rs.28098 and they processed rs.15022. What about rest of the pending amount.
And for another around rs.2000 is pending.

    I have taken a icici makemytrip credit card, along with which an auto account has been created by makemytrip. But the problem is that the id has been created in a wrong name and no mobile number has been linked. So when i try to login it asks for a otp and as the mail id is not valid i am unable to login. I am trying to call customer care and even trying to write a email but no resopnse for the same. Kindly help me in recreating my account with a proper id as all my credit card spend reward points will be stored in this account

      I have booked flight air india ticket from vizag to hyderabad on 08 july 2020, but flight was cancelled by the airlines. For rebooking i am not able to connect make my trip, they are not available for either phone or e mail.

        Hi,

        I have booked my flight of goair (From lucknow to mumbai) from make my trip website. Pnr detail is g7jesm dated 05/09/2020.
        I have received mail from goair on 03/09/2020 that this flight was cancelled due to unknown reason. Mail is as below-

        Dear smart flyer,
        Warm greetings from "goair".
        For your pnr g7jesm on goair flight g8-2620 from lucknow (Lko) to mumbai (Bom) on[protected] at 06:50 hrs is cancelled. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. These changes are due to issues beyond our control.

        I have raised refund request of this cancellation on 03/09/2020 and followed by many times but could not received any call/mail from neither mmt nor from the goair. I have marked cc to his nodal office/grievance officer and other peoples too, but no response.

        Please help me out on this subject and i m going through from the mental trauma, this is a kind of harassment from mmt and goair.

        I would also like to declare that this is a kind of mental harassment for me and mmt and goair will be responsible for anything happened wrong with me during this period.

          I booked a round trip flight from dubai to cochin through make my trip app. My return flight from cochin to dubai on 5th of april was cancelled due to lock down. The airline is ready to give full refund but they can only transfer it through make my trip. I have been trying to contact them ever since for the refund and they are not giving proper reply and they are trying to delay it. Recently i received a reply from make my trip that i'll get refund between 20th of august and 5th of sep and i haven't received. On 22nd august they replied me that i'll get refund within 10 days and after 4 days they replied again that i have no refund. I feel like they are purposefully delaying refund which is necessary for reebooking.

I spoke with airlines customer care and they have issued refund back to makemytrip, hence makemytrip has not issued refund back to my bank account. I am not a frequent traveler so what should i do with vouchers.

              I had booked my flight tickets from bangalore to san francisco for travel on[protected] and return on[protected] from san francisco to bangalore by delta airlines
              Due to covid all flights were cancelled and i postponed my trip to[protected] from bangalore to san francisco and return on[protected] from san francisco to bangalore by delta airlines with reservation code 7kv9lg. Tickets were issued by mmt.
              Now i have been informed by mail that my return klm flight kl 0879 on[protected] with booking code wcptw8 is canceled.
              In view of this pl cancel all my flights and refund the amount to me.
              I am a senior citizen aged 65 years and request your kind help in arranging the refund

                I have been trying to contact someone about my booking which is now canceled there is no way to speak to someone.now I am waiting for my refund and still ko way to speak to someone . I am loosing my patience now and it’s more than a month now.my money is stuck but no k e seem to be bother they only contact if any new booking otherwise they simply don’t care

                  Cancellation by airlines still airline cancellation fees has been deducted from my refund by make my trip? I have talked with the air asia airlines support team multiple times via chat/phone calls, they have always confirmed that as the flight was cancelled by the airlines itself, so they have refunded the full amount (Rs. 5376) without deducting any money. So, why has mmt sent the email to me stating that airline cancellation charge (Rs. 1, 696) has been deducted from my refund? My booking id is: nf[protected].                     My flight was been cancelled on 1stof june 2020 from the airlines the flight was of indigo and the flight was from kolkata to visakhapatnam tough i have a mail from air indigo saying the refund has been transferred to the make my trip on 17th of august 2020 then also i was not been informed anything from the mmt and not yet received my refund from the mmt, so please help me as soon as possible.

                      Dear sir,
                      As per government of india guidelines, our flight no ai-154, on 17/07/2020 was cancelled, as a result all the travelers were not able to travel for the entire journey from vienna to delhi and as a result from delhi to mumbai.

                      I contacted the airline on 14/07/2020 at around 7pm to 7.30 pm., and i was given the option for the open tickets., but i had opted for the cancellation. However, i have not received any refund.
                      I was told by air india to contact make my trip, and was informed that, request can be processed only after they receive cancellation request by makemytrip.
                      So, i requested makemytrip on 13/08/2020, to cancel the trip and initiate the refund process. (Proof attached)
                      Despite repeated mails to air india and makemytrip, my issue was not solved.
                      I came to know yesterday that, makemytrip has kept our tickets in the credit shell. (Proof attached).
                      So, today i talked to air india. I was informed by air india that, they are ready to initiate full refund of the ticket, provided, they receive request from makemytrip. (Copy of audio attached).
                      Now, makemytrip is not sending cancellation request to air india. As a result, our refund of rs.174895 is still not credited to my account.
                      I request you to investigate mater and solve the issue.

                        I bhavesh gawri having booking id nf[protected] having pnr no - henmfn raised a refund request on 07/09/2020 for which i have received a confirmation from spicejet airline that spicejet airline has initiated the refund to my travel agent i. E makemytrip on 08/09/2020 only but till now no confirmation i have received from makemytrip and neither any information.

                          i am only looking for support with my booking id nn[protected]?
                          My mother rekhaben shroff has flight booked on 10/10/2020 and pnr is jj3cv.
                          Upon checking with airindia they advise that this flight has been cancelled. However, makemytrip haven't notify me about this.

                          I am unable get connected them via call centre, email support, facebook messenger support and online chat support.

                          As first source of attempt, i have selected option and insert my booking reference number and ivr says we are unable to help.

                          As second source of attempt, it doesn't recognise my input when i am selecting options. I tried multiple times it was the same.

                          As third source of attempt, i have used my wife's mobile and connect with new booking line it was successful. A person told me to get assistance he is going to transfer my call to relevant department and transfer me back to ivr system again.

                          As a fourth source of attempt, i tried to reach to mmt by facebook chat where i got response initially and then after no response.

                          As a fifth source of attempt, i have tried to connect them via their online chat support called myra and that ends with saying unable to help.

                          During my multiple attempts to contact with makemytrip i experienced following:

                          Agent's voice is not clear.

                          Agent is having poor connection.

                          Agent disconnect the call after putting me on long hold. Additionally, no email support has been listed on website.

                          Please help me resolving this issue.

                            I have booked hotel at mandarmani west bengal on 22nd sept 2020. Hotel name is adb kanvas.in have paid rs.8561 to make my trip to book the hotel.

                            In bill it was written if i cancel the hotel before 23rd sep 12.00 pm i will get full refund.

                            I have cancelled the hotel on 22nd sept 0nly at 03.30 pm. They accepted cancellation. They gave me a message that i will get refund before 25th sept.

                            But still now i haven't receive my money at my bank account

                            They stole my money. Please look into it. Or else i will go to the police station and file fir against make my trip india.

                              I have been sending constant emails to make my trip and trying to call them but there has been no response.

                              This was related to flight bookings which i had done thru mmt biz for travel on 26th and 27th march '2020. Since due to covid the flights were not operational, credit shell was given for the same.

                              However when i login to mmt biz site i cannot see my travel bookings done nor it mentions anything about credit shell. When contacted airlines they asked to check with mmt as booking was done thru mmt.

                              Highly disappointed with mmt service as there has been no reply on email or unable to contact anyone on the numbers provide on their website.

                              Request mmt to revert atleast on emails to resolve this issue.

                                  I have booked 2 tickets on makemytrip customer care by calling executive. Ticket was for mumbai-pittsburgh-mumbai sector. Booking id is in1b[protected] and in1b[protected]. Tickets were in the name of rakesh kumar bansal and sangeeta rakesh bansal. I paid rs. 141, 743/- for each ticket through my credit card. I requested customercaare executive that bill has to be raised in the name of my firm m/s sushma & co electricals and i provided gst number of the firm to executive. Thereafter i have been constantly following up with the makemytrip executive through mails and phone call but they were not responding. Today i have received an invoice which is absurd and absolutely wrong. I wish to take up this issue of cheating and misappropriating gst amount and misappropriating governemnt fund.

                                    With reference to booking id nf[protected], flights were cancelled by airline and it was intimated that ticket amount was transferred to credit shell which can be utilised further.
                                    While making fresh booking that credit shell amount was no where reflected in mmt website and no link is provided to utilize that amount.
                                    Hence gone for ticket refund, where refund was processed for rs. 3236/- against rs. 12965/- spent.
                                    Mmt is unresponsive to clarify on what grounds full refund was denied when flights were cancelled by airlines (Messages provided) and there are strict government directives for processing the refund for flights cancelled due to covid-19.

                                        Hi,

                                        Tried multiple times to reach MakeMyTrip customer representatives through mail and phone but no resolution.
                                        Very disappointed with the service.

                                        This is regarding Booking reference# NF[protected].
                                        I have done this booking with Cancellation assurance and have paid 24543.

                                        Till date after multiple followups they have refunded only: Rs. 10873
                                        still the balance amount[protected] = 13670 is not being refunded.

                                        Request you to kindly do the needful as my ticket was booked with cancellation insurance (i.e. on cancellation full amount will be refunded).
                                        This is a sheer case of cheating.
