I have done a hotel booking from MMT for 7th April 2023 and I have two rooms booked for 4 adults and 3 kids. But hotel owner denied my check in before I reached to hotel. I had followed up multiple times from morning evening that day with MMT customer care but they said that your booking is confirmed don't worry. And around at 8 PM i got a call from MMT team saying sorry we can't book hotel for you we are refunding your money and it was a horrific experience for me there was no internet and no hotel was taking bookings.
Now MMT customer representative Saikat said me to book qnd additional 10000 rs they will reimburse apart from booking
Now I have shared bills of 13000 and they reimburse half of it 6700 which is unfair to me please look into it and help.

      Since morning I was trying to connect with Makemytrip support team

      There is no option in helpline number to connect with support team

      And there is no mail IDs are existing has mentioned in website and T&C sheet

      No response I received from Makemytrip

        I cancelled one hotel booking. I chose to have refund processed into makemytrip wallet. And it say the refund has been processed into my wallet.

        But my wallet shows 0 balance.

          Sir,
          I am Jees Paul P from kerala, I have booked hotel room in Golden Fern by Platina - Marayur -Munnar-kearla through make my trip app on[protected] the amount 2307 rupees . But my wife and child are hospitilised[protected] due to high fever and cold.I waited until today thinking that their illness would subside and I could continue the journey but they cannot relieve from illness.My child has 1.5 years old only. The fever become still high . I also canceled the room 35 hours ago. I waited so long in the hope of being able to travel. Kindly please refund my amount that will be very help full me to in the hospital charges. I attached doctors prescription and bill copy with this mail. I called the hotel directly and said that if it is a direct booking, they will pay the full amount after realizing the situation . I have come to know that since it was through to the mytrip app, the booking company itself has to make the refund. I have booked the room through yours app because of your trust, so I hope that you will understand the situation and take a good decision.

            I had made a account in make my trip. But after one day they closes my account stated that your account is not verified yet. And i already take bookings from 3 customer now who will pay the loss to me.

                  I booked a bus from Kolkata to Mandermani for 7th April 2023, booking I'd NU[protected] and the PNR is 48MC5QAF. But bus provider didn't attend my boarding location and didn't contact with me at the time of travel so I can not getting the bus on that day and when I contact with bus provider they told me to contact with make my trip, I tried to contact with u but I can't .So in this situation I paid all the money for booking so I am requesting you to please refund my money as soon as possible.

                      We have booked for Bellichukki homestay through make my trip. I have made the complete payment inclusive for hotel stay, breakfast and dinner in make my trip..Next day I got the call from the property owner as proper is already full and they are unable to provide the room for us. Inspite I tried makemytrip multiple times for cancellation and for getting refund ...makemytrip have not considered my issue, though nothing is wrong from my side...at last, as I am highly frustrated on makemy trip, they arranged for a conference call. Property owner told he can arrange for alternate good hotel. When I made a checkin there, we noticed it is in very poor condition, there is no fan, no TV, no attached restroom, blankets are dirty, rooms are not cleaned, we could see frogs, spider, cockroach roaming around. With no other option we stayed there and we has sleepless nights. Please help in getting partial refund on my booking(*MakeMytrip Booking ID*: NH[protected]

                        I Gourav Kumar book a hotel on 8 April 2023. Booking id is -NH[protected]
                        PNR-[protected] property name & city- the tulip hotel Bhowali .
                        When I reach the hotel the receptionist refused my booking…I spent whole day and night in the car … I faced lot of problems so kindly refund my money otherwise I take the help of consumer forum

                          I had recently booked a train journey from MakeMyTrip. The amount got deducted twice. Even though the ticket got "Confirmed" the "Mytrips" section is only showing that the amount got refunded. There is no way to cancel the ticket in any way. my booking id is NR[protected].

                            I booked bus from MMT for Delhi from kangra Himachal pradesh on 20 march 2023. In the evening I received a call from bus operator that due to some problem the bus got cancelled. I tried cancellation of my booking still I didn't receive any call from support of MMT. Its more than 15 days and I didn't get my refund. Please help me in this issue.

                              Hi,
                              I booked Nivedita hotel through make my trip on 6th April 12:30 am . I reached Varanasi from Delhi after 16 hours travel and came to know from hotel that they are sold out and they will not able to allot rooms to us. I was accompanied by old age mother, 11, month old baby and my wife.hotel asked to contact make my trip for my issue. When I contacted them they were able to resolve the issue, even suggested us to search for hotel by my self. If would have to search hotel after reaching varanasi then why would I had booked hotel through make my trip.me and my family travelled all the way from Delhi to varanasi in the assumption we have hotel booking in nivedita hotel.make my trip left my family without solution and even they don't have courtesy for call back even after calling 5-6 time for 4-5 hours.strick action required for make my trip and nivedita hotel for such mis treatment and leaving people in helpless situations.

                                We booked a holiday package to Singapore dated 28/02/2020 we have paid the advance amount of Rs.2, 20, 000/-, but due to COVID-19, all packages were canceled on 22/02/2020. we have approached the company to refund our advance amount many times. but no response was found so we are going to the complaint, if we don't get any response in 15 days we forcefully have write to the PMO office or to move the Consumer forum

                                  This is regarding a cancelation of one of the bookings I made through makemytrip. The booking was done on[protected]. However the plan got changed and I canceled the booking on[protected].

                                  Today morning I received an email stating that the request was cancelled. I tried canceling again around at 12pm today. I also contacted the customer care and I was told that cancelation is not possible, however the date can be changed which I don't want to do. I've attached the proofs stating cancelation can be done till check in and also the screenshot of the cancelation. Please check and refund the amount as soon as possible. The customer care personals keep disconnecting the call when I ask for refund. Totally unacceptable.

                                  Immediate action is highly appreciated.

                                    By mistake, I have transferred Rs.19540 from my GPay to MakeMyTrip UPI GPay account.

                                    Can get this refunded. I am sending mails and calling customer case, bu there is no proper response. I didn't except these kind of support from recognised organisation. Can you get this address at earliest

                                      I try to book train ticket, date 4 April 2023 at 8:14 pm but booking is not completed/ failed and amount Rs. 842 is deducted to my account. My booking ID is NR [protected].
                                      Shows refund of Rs.842 with RRN Number [protected] has been processed to the account in 1-2 working days and refund credited in account expected by 5-6 April.

                                        Data change not working even after paying Data change fee

                                        Hello, I have recently booked a flight through mmt, and paid extra to utlize free data change option.
                                        Now when I trying to change the date, I see no flights available, however when directly trying to make the booking, same flight is available on the required date.

                                        This really feels like a scam, where you charge extra for the date change and does not allow to change it.
                                        I also tried to call mmt support, where...
