    I had a booking with make my trip which got cancelled due to lockdown. Now i want to use the credit voucher and i am being forced to buy the exact passengers tickets and not being allowed to use my money. Due to emergency in the family all passengers are not exact and few members cannot travel. Make my trip is forcing to buy tickets and pay extra money to use the credit shell

      Hi Team,

      My travel date is 25th August 2020.
      I have booked my flight ticket from Makemytrip.
      The search came up with a connecting flight from Dharamashala to Delhi (Spicejet) and from Delhi to Guwahti(Indigo)

      The Indigo flight was cancelled and airline fully refunded it. But I am unable to connect with spicejet, as the ticket was done from Makemytrip I request you to kindly grant me full refund for the entire trip from Dharmashala to Guwahati from your side because in the current scenario where half of my trip is cancelled and while half is active it is not possible for me to travel.

      Take necessary action and initiate the refund as soon as possible. If my problem no solve i do legal action

        My airline have confirmed that they provided complete refund to agency account ie makemytrip but still cash not showing in my makemytrip account

          opted for zero cancellation for my flight

          Booking id - nf[protected] with zero cancellation insurance but now they have denied to refund the money because of covid.
          I need to cancel the round trip because airline cancelled my flights and hence i am expending a refund of 14000 rupess however mmt has just refunded me 1676 rupees...

          Booked the bus travel ticket through makemytrip.. It was cancelled by bus operator and not provided any alternative and the operator told he returned the money to the site. But i didn't get any refund for my booked tickek from make my trip.. And makemytrip doesn't have any customer support services at present to contact them.. The site is keeping our money

            Dear team, I had my wallet cash of rs3250 expired on 12th May during the period of lockdown and travel restricted. This was earned not due to any issues promotions but under my MMt black membership on 11th Feb. The customer care is not reachable for these queries and I have dropped multiple emails to make my trip email I’d but no response from them over these 3-4 months.

              I booked a ticket from ranchi to ahmedabad but make my trip gave me connecting flights from ranchi to delhi and delhi to ahmedabad but the flight from ranchi to delhi has been rescheduled so its not possible to pick the flight from delhi

                Hi,
                I paid money to change my flight date from 16th July 2020 to 9th July 2020 and the amount got deducted from my account but didn't receive updated flight ticket. I was forced to initiate date change again. Got confirmation from Customer Care of MakeMyTrip that I'll get my money but it's been over 28 days and still haven't received it. They have increased the deadline 4 times.
                Refund it as soon as possible.

                  Ref the complaint made a few minutes ago - i have been trying to post this message in the comment section below the complaint by it is not getting accepted hence this fresh message.

                  Kindly ignore the second booking (Nf[protected]) complaint mentioned as i have spoken to the airline & they have clarified that the entire amount has been adjusted to the date change booking i had done. I apologise for the confusion as i had been informed that there would be some refund, hence i mentioned it. However the rest of the complaint stands. I look forward to the issue getting resolved asap. I would like to add that mmt has held onto my money against my wishes for three months.

                    I had booked a ticket from kol to bengaluru - air asia having pnr rthiqy, the same got cancelled due to covid. I went ahead and cancelled the ticket. Mmt confirmed that they will issue only 1622 against booking amount of 5450 which was including zero cancellation. On numerous complaints, i was informed that i will be issued refund of 1622 + 729 (Zero cancellation fee) in mmt wallet. However the same is still pending even after confirmation was given on 22.07.20. I can be contacted at kiil. [protected]@gmail.com

                      I had made a hotel booking (Nh[protected] on mmt in january for may. The hotel has cancelled the booking due to covid. I had to chase mmt to get my amount refunded as they were constantly making excuses saying the hotel is to blame. When i spoke to the hotel in london they said they have refunded the amount already. Finally after a lot of follow up mmt said they are processing the refund but point blank refused to refund the amount to my card and said that they can only transfer it to my wallet. They have no business to do this. They are forcefully holding people’s money. Subsequent to that i have made 2 travel bookings for travel on 27th may and 3rd june (Nf[protected] and nh[protected]). Both times the airlines have cancelled bookings and until now (2 months later) i have not got my refund. Plus they have informed me that an amount of 580 + x amount respectively will be deducted by them towards some transaction charges. They have already charged me at the time of booking & are again charging a fee. This is unethical!!!

                            I accidentally created an account with my mobile phone separately instead of linking it with my existing account with email id. Now i can't link my phone to my primary account. And there's no option in your site to delete an account permanently. My registered phone number is 80*25. Kindly delete this account permanently. I had sent emails to your customer service account [protected]@go-mmt.com regarding this issue but i received no reply.

                              I am writing to you to raise the issue of NL[protected].
                              The issue that I have experienced was about the cancellation of my Europe tour starting on 13th May 2020. My parents being cancer patients I have requested for the full refund against my Europe package. Pankaj Trivedi was in contact with me for a month. After a month I received a reply saying that MMT is ready to refund the money as the cancer proofs were accepted by the team. But they would be charging me the flight cancellations fees of around 20k per person. Upon confirmation with the Emirates, they have guaranteed me the full refund against my flight ticket and even the same information is mentioned on your website also. Today I received a reply from your team asking for 3 months more. I am left with no option other than requesting you to please take up this issue seriously and escalate it because I don't think 2 lacs is worth more than someone's life.
                              Now after waiting for 3 months I was assured that I would get full refind with a deduction of 20K. But to my surprise I was told today that I would only receive 45K as refund.
                              Please give my full refund as you have also mentioned on your website that Emirates passengers would be receiving a full refund for COVID cancellations
                              I have attached all the proofs and relevant document
                              I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

                                I have booked flight from makemytrip and there i found an option to add cab to airport with flat 949/- for 40 km. I opted for that and paid 10779/- to mmt. Including 9830/- for flight and 949/- for cab. After payment done i get a mail that my booking got cancelled and the refund initiated by airlines. I get airline side refund of 949/- but not the cab amount from mmt.in the app i check where it's written cab details will be updated within 30 mins. I thought to wat and once it update i will try to cancel. But it's not updated and showing same status so i complained customer care never thought mmt has such worst service. I mailed to deep kalra also but not getting any solution. My booking id is nf[protected] and they are saying no cab booked with this. I shared my account statement, transaction id and screenshot of app where it's written "you have booked cab also with this air ticket" but till now i didn't get money back from mmt after 20 days of booking.

                                  I booked flight tickets for four passengers to and fro from Mumbai to Kolkata and another ticket for one passenger from Mumbai to Vadodara through Makemy trip paying through my net banking bank account. The ongoing flight from Mumbai to Kolkata on 4th May, 2020 for four passengers was by Indigo airlines flight, 6E-374 having PNR no OJKDSJ and the return flight for same four passengers on 9th May, 2020 was by Spicejet Airlines flight, SG-6422 having PNR no ODVRQD. Another flight ticket was for one passenger from Mumbai to Vadodara on 9th May, 2020 by Indogo Airlines flight, 6E-5342 having PNR no VM7P6Q.
                                  All the flights got cancelled by the the airlines due to government guidilnes because of Covid, I received a SMS from Indigo for the refund provided to the booking agent. I tried to contact Makemy trip but failed to contact them. I called Indigo airlines customer care and understood that they had refunded the money to Makemy trip on 21st June, 2020 for both the indigo flights due to the cancelled flights by them but Makemy trip has not yet refunded the money to my account .
