I have booked an indigo airlines ticket for 3 persons on 22.03.2020 through makemytrip agent for 24.03.20 bangalore - kolkata flight. I paid rs.50348 by using rupay debit card of idbi bank. Makemytrip booking id nf[protected] / pnr no. Onvh2x. But i had to cancel the ticket on 23.03.20 as i could not arrange a car for going to airport due to lockdown. I had cancelled the ticket directly through indigo portal. After that i could not contact m/s indigo as nobody was availalbe to receive the phone call. On 02.05.20 i got twitter a/c of indigo and raised a complaint. They asked me to contact makemytrip. Accordingly i contacted through their twitter a/c. On19.05.20. On 20.05.20 i could contact their koramangala, bangalore branch and e mail to them with details. They replied on 20.06.20 with following details, pid[protected], bank a/c code ba0050, transaction date-25.05.20, booking id-nf[protected], statement amount-38973, approval code-[protected], paygate code/code/pgname-ccavenuen, pay id-nf[protected]a1, pgreference id[protected], mid-m_maketrip_7378, pg transaction id-[protected], card type-debit card, lofo-rupay, company-mmt, upload date[protected].06.09, lob-pg. With this information i contacted my concerned idbi bank. They have informed today that the amount rs.38973 is not received by them. Now i request you to find out where is the money lying or makemy trip did not send the money at all.

    On 07 march 2020 i have done booking from mmt app for 7 may 2020 for jaipur to madurai on the same day 07 march 2020 i have done the flight tickets booking from paytm for 14 may 2020 madurai to jaipur all tickets are from same airlines (Indigo airlines)
    Without any efforts paytm refund my booking
    Amount which is mention on the credit shell
    They deducted approximately 1500 from over all booking amount but i am happy that they refund me the amount which is mention on the credit voucher issued by the airlines
    After that i try to coordinate with mmt somany times but in reply nothing i am getting
    On my one of mail i got reply they told me that you can contact with airline they are not refunding us they only give us credit voucher
    I called on the indigo customercare they told me we are refunding but you have done the booking from agent so tell them to coordinate with there sales team we have already given them instructions if customer want refund they have to refund the amount its given to all travel agents thats why paytm has given me refund of my 14th may booking now i don't know whats mmt problem why they refunding. I just want my booking amount

      I had booked my flight ticket through mmt on 22nd may from banglore to bagdogra.. As on 30th i received a tex message from air asia that the flight was cancelled by airlines due to operation issues as per the policy i should receive full refund amount.. But i received an amount after deducting airlines penalty charge.. My question is if air asia cancelled their flight than why penalty charge charged to me... Secondly i tried to contact both that is mmt and air asia but all call were not reachable and auto tex message were sent by both the vendor

        I have booked a flight dated 27 jun'2020 on 29 jan'2020 through make my trip under mmt zero cancellation charges scheme paying 1098/. Now i tried cancelling the flight on 21 jun'20 but firstly website do not allow me to cancel and second although go air is not flying on this day my amount has not been refunded.

          This is regarding a booking done for flight tickets from amritsar to pune on 21st march 2020.
          (Booking id - nf[protected])

          We had cancelled the booking with vistara due to pandemic and they had initiated the refund process on 19th march itself.
          We request you to please initiate the refund process as it's been very long.
          Also none of the customer help line of makemytrip are working. All of them says wrong number and the chat option is just useless.
          Very annoyed and disappointed with your service. Will never make any bookings from yo

          Please initiate the refund process. We also have the confirmation mail from vistara where they have told that they have initiated full refund already.

            Today i get call from make my trip refund department and they told me to follow certain process to get refund and said you get your money immediately by using upi and i followed their process and 35000 is deducted from my account and after that they told me that all ur money with cancelled fight refund money added i.e total 39000 is deposits to your account with 15 mins to 3 hrs and told me to wait for it, is this call is genuine or that is fraud.there mb no is [protected], plz help me

              Hi,

              Its been more than 2 months since i applied for a refund. It has still not been credited to my account.

              Have had clear indications from the airline (SpiceJet) that the amount is with MakeMyTrip.

              Have reached out to the customer support and the issue was closed without any detailed description as to why the delay is being caused.

              Please understand that the amount that is stuck is very important to me considering the current situation.

              Would like to know the date when the refund was initiated from MMT and the number of business days it takes to mirror in the account.

              This is extremely unprofessional in my opinion.

                I booked round trip from Delhi to London from 17th Feb 2020 to 30th April 2020.
                But the return flight that was supposed to operate from London to Delhi on 30th April 2020 did not operate. We called the Airlines (Aeroflot) and they told us that they have cancelled the ticket and issued a refund to MakeMyTrip and that we are supposed to contact MakeMyTrip for refund. We have been trying to contact MakeMyTrip since then via email, telephone, chat but have not been able to get in touch with them. Nor we have received any sort of communication from them regarding refund. I had to come back to India via VandeBharat Mission and now that I am in India I do not want to extend the date if there is any such option.

                I have exhausted all options and I am not able to get in touch with them. Any help in this regard will be appreciated.

                  I haven't received my refund yet. It is taking more than the said time. I have already submitted the refund request for booking during the pandemic. Refund to be processed and completed within 25-45 days. Only sad to know the fact that i haven't received it yet and not getting even the slightest help or a human assist from the makemytrip app.

                        I had booked ticket of go airlines from Pune to Nagpur on 14 th June 2020 but when i checked web checked in the message shows flight has been cancelled and on make my trip site the status of flight shows completed.and till date I didn't get my money in my account and customer service do not give any reply on their customer care service contact no i mail them but they send me complaint reference no and message me that our customers care executive will contact you shortly but nobody were contact me for this.I want my money back please help me.

                          Refund after flight cancellation by airline air asia

                          I have booked flight on 26 th may for 18 th june with amount charged inr 5614. On 30 th may i got message by air asia airline stated "dear guest, we sincerely regret to inform that your flight i5-1621 (Blr-ixr) on 18-jun-20 is cancelled due to operational reasons. We understand that your travel plans will be affected and assure you that our teams are dedicated to minimizing the inconvenience caused to you."after that i tried to change date...

                          Because of flight cancellation (Spice jet with flight no. Sg-925, delhi to vishakapatnam on 13 march 2020), i haven’t travelled the trip with pnr no. - q7s3yi.
                          Refund of amount for the mentioned trip has not been made yet.

                          How can i contact customer care through Phone no.?
                          I am unable to raise a claim from my booking id.
                          Spice Jet refunded the amount the MakemyTrip but Makemytrip is yet refunded till now. This is before lockdown i.e., on March 13 2020.
                          I Kindly request Makemytrip to contact me as early as possible.

                            Customer care email id and refund

                            There is no proper customer care email id mentioned anywhere. The customer care nos are engaged continuously and not able to speak to anyone for refund of my cancellations of flight due to covid

                            Please provide customer care email id in the website of makemytrip.

                            Hi

                            I have my two refunds of airlines ticket pending at your end.

                            One is of jet airways travel of 2019 - which you have completely forgotten and not have updated me as of yet.

                            Second one, is the recent cancellation of my go air travel which was cancelled with go air and go air has also sent me a credit note. The credit note receiver is makemytrip - however i have not got any refund to my account from your end

                              Make my trip is a fraud company

                              I have booked flights in make my trip app and due to covid lockdown i did not travel as the flight operator did not operate the flight and the money i have paid is lost. I unable to get in touch with make my trip as they dont have any customer care persons attending the call neither they are repsponding.

                              I need my money back so that i can book a flight for no reason they are holding my money and it doesn't even show as credits...

                              I have cancelled the flight due to current covid-19 situation to greece worth of 86200 and it was supposed to be 84500 which i was promised to get. However, now they only have sent 65700 stating airliance deduced its charge which i wasn't informed about.
                              The worst part is now they don't have a forum where consumer can even talk, no phone number is working and email address is given.

                              I believe i will have file an fir against it but i thought of nothing this down here before it do that

                                I booked a flight to bali (Dps) initially on april, since the covid-19 was at rise i thought of reshuffling it to october and paid extra 14, 480 for rescheduling. But then the entire international operations got shut down and all travels were pulled off. Now, i had booked my package with flynote (Travel coordinator) and they are confirming that the tour package is cancelled as bali may not be opened with in a year.

                                Now, i cant travel to bali as my trip package is cancelled. I want make my trip to atleast add the booking money to my make my trip wallet if they are not refunding. I payed 78, 000 for the trip. Please help me with this regard.

                                  I had done a booking through makemytrip for a round trip travel from bangalore to bagdogra. The booking id is nf[protected].

                                  Bangalore to bagdogra 05:45 hrs, 08 mar flight no sg-714
                                  Bagdogra to bangalore 17:15 hrs, 14 mar flight no sg-8196/sg-143
                                  (Via new delhi)

                                  Due to coronavirus pandemic, travel restrictions were imposed by bhutan government and i had cancelled both legs of the journey by directly calling spicejet 7th march 2020.

                                  I havent received the refund amount yet from makemytrip. I have called the customer help line multiple number of times and every time the associate is assuring that refund will be done in 2-3 working days.

                                  I received a call from person claiming to be from Makemytrip customer support team and informed that refund has been initiated on 15th June and it may take 3-4 working days to credit to my account. But until today, I havent received it.
                                  Really frustrated on getting such false assurances from Makemytrip. Their self support links shared also are of no use as it just keeps showing some incorrect information with incorrect refund amount. Never have come across such fraudsters as MakeMytrip.
