I had made a booking on makemytrip (Booking id: nn[protected] for travel abroad in june 2020. Due to covid-19, the flights were cancelled and accordingly i cancelled the flight booking on 24th may 2020. During cancellation i had opted for the payment to the same account from which payment was made.
Mmt has transferred the amount to my mmt wallet account. I made several attempts on phone, through the link they have provided but i am neither able to speak to mmt customer care representative. Mmt also sent of customer support which always ends with "something went wrong". Mmt is keeping my money and are totally inaccessible.
The refund policy of mmt reads as follows:
The refund will be credited to the same account from which the payment was made. For example, if the user used a credit card, mmt will make an appropriate charge reversal to the same credit card; like-wise if the user used a debit card, mmt will credit the money to the same debit card.
I would like mmt to refund the amount to my same credit card through which the payment was made.
