I had made holiday booking with
Makemytrip vide booking id nl[protected] and paid 75, 000 as advance. However, due to lockdown it was not possible to take the trip. I requested for refund as soon as the lockdown was instituted. However, no immediate action was taken in this regard.
After follow up for almost 2 months and escalation to senior management. They agreed to provide partial refund of 32, 000 against refund of 58, 630 and balance amount through airline credit. When i asked about basis for 32, 000 they shamelessly mentioned that reduction in refund was on account of penalty.
I want action against the company and management for their fraudulent policy and hostile behavior and constant harassment. I seek full refund of 75, 000.
