I had made a booking on makemytrip (Booking id: nn[protected] for travel abroad in june 2020. Due to covid-19, the flights were cancelled and accordingly i cancelled the flight booking on 24th may 2020. During cancellation i had opted for the payment to the same account from which payment was made.

Mmt has transferred the amount to my mmt wallet account. I made several attempts on phone, through the link they have provided but i am neither able to speak to mmt customer care representative. Mmt also sent of customer support which always ends with "something went wrong". Mmt is keeping my money and are totally inaccessible.

The refund policy of mmt reads as follows:

The refund will be credited to the same account from which the payment was made. For example, if the user used a credit card, mmt will make an appropriate charge reversal to the same credit card; like-wise if the user used a debit card, mmt will credit the money to the same debit card.

I would like mmt to refund the amount to my same credit card through which the payment was made.

      I booked my ticket for 16th april, 2020 from ccu-dib but it got cancelled due to extension of lockdown. According to new norms of dgca, full refund during lockdown period is to be made in the respective bank accounts. Accordingly i cancelled my ticket on 30th april, but haven't received the refund amount of the vistara airline (Ixb-dib). So, i contacted the airline (On 23rd may) and according to them they have already processed the refund amount of 2815 inr from their end long ago.
      But mmt has not processed yet and moreover its showing that there is no refund (Ss attached with this). I tried to contact them multiple times and also sent them mail but there is no response to any.
      I want the refund to be proceed asap.

        Air asia cancelled my flight due to covid-19

        I am waiting for credit or refund from last 2 months, made numerous emails, chats, online requests

        Total amount of rs 26037

        When contacted by mmt, they say airlines has refunded my money to them but mmt is not giving me credit shell or refund

        Iam feeling scammed, please help

          I have initiated a international flight booking from tromso, norway to kozhikode, india on 22nd april 2020. After payment, the ticket was not issued. Details given below

          I contacted same day for my refund, your agent informed me to wait 10 days.. After 10 days when i am checking the status on website, it showing that you will contact me for the same within 21 to 45 days. Till now i didn't get the refund.

          Please refund me the full amount to my original payment mode

              Hi,

              I already got a confirmation message from the airlines that the flight is cancelled and so i applied for a refund through make my trip as suggested by the airlines on 18th may with ref # inr[protected]. I did not get any response on the same. Please revert on priority and process my refund.

                I had booked a round trip for brussels-newdelhi with boking id nn[protected]. My return flight on 12th april got cancelled due to coronavirus outbreak. My airline shows on their website that i am eligible for a refund. I tried contacting mmt via phone and email many times for refund but got no response. I was given assistance that i will be contacted near my travel date but i got no calls ever. Also, mmt is showing on their website as my trip to be completed.
                I want a refund for my cancelled ticket.

                  I had a flight ticket booked through makemytrip from kolkata to bangalore (Pnr - llt3fq) which didn't operate due to covid 19 lockdown. The airline created a credit shell and refunded the money in the shell account. Since i booked the ticket from makemytrip, i am supposed to use the same platform for using the credit shell amount. However, there is no provision on makemytrip which allows me to do so, resulting in a monetary loss.

                    I tried many times to contact your customer services( and your United Airlines partner) since 25th March, 2020 for my round trip international flight from San Francisco to Delhi on 2nd of April, 2020 which was automatically cancelled due to lockdown situation. But your MMT site the status shown as 'Completed' which anyhow is not possible at all as it was a lockdown situation.
                    70 days and counting !
                    No refunds yet, no chat support service, no customer support email id and no telephone number to reach out to your customer service representative.
                    WAITING FOR MY REFUND !

                        Dear sir,
                        I Booked the ticket to London ticket is attached and the same is cancelled by airline and refund of Rs 73000 is raised and same is not recived till date and amount of booking is 103000.in this case make my trip earn the cancellation charges and booking charges and airline co also earn the cancellation charges so ultimately all the cost bear by the customer.

                        But till now no amount is received after bearing all losses.

                          I had made vacation plans to travel india and booked vacation trip to goa from ahmedabad using makemytrip they charged me rs 50k for 4 passengers.
                          Due to covid all flights were cancelled and hotels were closed so there was no possibility of travel. Airline site clearly states two option either rebook or refund can be issued however when contacting makemytrip and repeatedly requesting them they are not ready issue refund. Totally unfair business practice is pandemic situation instead of comforting customers they want to harass customers and take away money from them.

                            I have booked my flights with MakeMyTrip for my HYD-DEL-HYD journey.
                            Booking ID NF[protected]
                            PNR- QPZH4U
                            Flight details
                            Indigo Airlines 6E-5045 HYD-DEL
                            Indigo Airlines 6E-679 DEL-HYD
                            Both of the flights were cancelled cause of COVID restrictions.
                            I got the credit note from Indigo for the same which I will attach. Post speaking with Indigo they processed full refund for my booking.
                            Now there is no sign of credit shell or refund for my booking and its been two months now. I cant reach out to the customer care for the same nor there is any resolution provided by chat support for my required option.

                            Its been frustrating enough and i demand my refund status.

                              I had booked a round trip from bangalore to goa on 12.03.2020 which starts on
                              22.03.2020 from bangalore to goa by indigo an returns on 25.03.2020 by air asia. But to flight cancellation by airlines the trip got cancelled. However the onward refund has been initiated and credit to account, but the return journeys refund was still pending till date. I had contacted many times to customer care but there is no positive response and they says that they have taken up the matter with airlines and refund should will be initiated shortly and asking me to contact airlines for more details. When i contacted air asia airlines they are saying that you had booked through make my trip please contact them. To my concern they are mentioning the trip was completed in my account at make my trip. I don't understand that how my trip was completed when when the flight was cancelled. I also requested them to update the same in online but they ignored. But still msgs shows as
                              "flight has already departed, online cancellation is not allowed"

                                    I had to cancel my flights from bengaluru to toronto and newark to bengaluru
                                    Booking id in1b[protected] end of march 2020. The airline, emirates, refunded their money to you. You have still not sent it to me. It reflects in my wallet. But i need my money. As the airline has sent the money why are you not returning it to me immediately. When i cancelled the tickets in march i was assured the money would be returned to me as soon as you received it from the airline in the same mode i had paid. I had paid by credit card and debit card.
                                    Please send the money immediately.

                                      I had booked a ticket for DELHI tu GAUHATI for the journey dated 15th Of April 2020 ( During Lockdown Scenario) bearing booking Number: NF[protected] along with the PNR: L8D9RX. The booking was made for myself: Shivam Kumar amount of Rs 6101. The airline was AIR ASIA I5-776.

                                      After booking I had cancelled the journey which they had claimed to refund the amount after 3 weeks for the problems of lockdown. Till now after 1 and half months I haven't received my refund yet and also they have suspended their call center supports and services. They don't respond for any fault they have caused. They have totally SCAMMED ME.

                                      Also they have pinned a notification, in case of any problem you are requested to submit a request. Also after logging in and going inside the panel. The link doesn't works yet. FULL SCAMM FULL SCAM. No notifications were recieved on the time of cancelling and no notifications till now have been sent.

                                      OFFTOPIC: Let me ask you one thing. Honestly, HUH! was the lockdown only meant for Make My Trip only, and we are not the ones suffering the lockdown. Is the company and its airlines the extraordinary stuffs that are allowed to scam people. LOL. BIG LOL NOOB
