TRIP ID - Kashmir + Ladakh Trip (ID NL[protected]
The trip was a total mess all thanks to make my trip on ground team, they could have averted the situation by taking pro active measures but looks like they never wanted to. What is the use of having such support system if they cannot take immediate action. I have detailed the problems faced which you can go through.

20 APRIL 2023
(PER PLAN ARRIVAL)
INCIDENT
The avalanche took place on 16 APRIL 2023 and the road is closed since then, if this is the case why did not Meher informed us about this when we met him on first day i.e. 20 APRIL 2023.

22 APRIL 2023
(PER PLAN - Stay at hotel “THE MONTREAL” and Sight – Seeing)
INCIDENT -
Spoke to Meher and asked him if anything can be altered. The basic idea was to salvage the trip. But the only response I received was he will arrange a call with CS Team. Since they are on ground team, I was expecting a better response from them rather than directing to CS Team.

23 APRIL 2023
(PER PLAN - Checkout from “THE MONTREAL” and by road to “HOTEL RANGYUL KARGIL”)
INCIDENT -
No alternative was provided neither any help from so called on ground team.
Received CS call and was advised to bear my own expenses.
No help on transportation as well. In fact the assigned Driver IMTIYAZ claimed that everything is OK and was eager to pick us, had we trusted him we would have been in total mess. My point is if Meher etc knows about the blockage who is issuing commands for pickup?
Reported this to Meher / Pratik but the call went as through its not at all their problem with a simple and patent reply that “we understand and will arrange a call with CS Team”
In short I was on my own and had to bear all expenses.

24 APRIL 2023
INCIDENT -
Had already lost hope of any help and booked flight ticket to Mumbai

I have initiated word with Gaurav from CS team about refunds, while this is also taking time. There were few updates given to me and I cannot digest simply because I am expected to bear the brunt of mistakes from MMT Team. From whatever I have been told so far.


HOTEL RANGYUL 1 NIGHT STAY – I am given to understand that only 50% will be refunded, why so? When things were known to Meher why did he not action and cancel plus made us aware. Why should I be bearing this loss?

HOTEL ROYAL HOLIDAY HOTEL 3 NIGHT STAY – I am given to understand that only 2 nights will be refunded. Again when we cannot reach Ladakh why was this not actioned?

I am yet to hear about 3rd hotel and transportation refund which will be a bigger chunk. Is there a way you could expedite the matter?

    I have recently booked a train ticket from Gudivaada junction to Anantapur Railway station on 24th April, 2023. The booking was unsuccesful but I did not get my refund back even though the expected time limit is completed. When I visited the customer support portal, it is showing that the amount was credited. Then I opted for create ticket option to get the status, it is also not working showing that something is wrong.

      Hi my name is Sumit Goel
      (PNR: RG7QKA): Due to schedule change, my SpiceJet flight SG 3701 from Delhi-Rajkot dated April 28, 2023 has been cancelled. but no refund and information recieved from Make my trip india office about cancellation & refund . I went to airport on 28th April then only came to know about the flight cancellation. I wasted my time to wake up early in the morning by booking to & fro transport fright. & booking of hotels

      Please suggest way forward to get cancellation refund..

        I am not able to delete my MakeMyTrip account. There is no such option given. Customer care numbers are useless and auto response. There is no person who can help you on phone. This company is simply useless. I booked hotel and by mistake the booking is deleted. I wanted to re-do the same booking But there is no option. No live chat option to help customers. Email ids are [protected]@...

        How to reach them for any queries ? I would prefer not to continue with such irresponsible enterprise. so I want to delete my account.

        Guide me how to do it ? Thank you

          I have booked a hotel online and hotel pictures was different and when I visited the hotel was different.
          I called customer care support they said you can book another hotel and we will provide you resolution within 72hour.
          But end of the day I received a call that they won’t refund, it’s my fault that I left the hotel even it was a completely different building and very scary and dirty room.
          MakeMyTrip team is very insensitive towards their customer.
          It was a horrible experience, I won’t recommend anyone to book hotel from makemytrip.

            I booked a Hotel The Bell Tower Daman for 23rd and 24th Of April the Amount paid was 5800 as I reached the Hotel at 2 AM the hotel did not have staff to process the check in we were denied Check in by the Security Guard I was stranded on the street the Make My Trip executives are not resolving any Issues the Booking ID is NH[protected]

                I have been trying to get refund of the cancelled air india flight from MMT since last 2 years, the airline has already refunded the amount to MMT wallet but it has not been credited to my bank account.
                I have tried to talk to to them many times but did not get any updates on the process.
                I submitted my bank details for the transfer 4 months back, but still I have not received the amount yet.

                  I booked (2 passengers Seat No L2, L3) bus ticket in Apple Travel through Make my trip from Chennai to Coimbatore on 20th @ 11 pm. It was a AC sleeper, bus got repaired in Chengalpattu around 1am and we got other alternative bus non ac non sleeper @5.30 am. Such a worst trip . We were struggling with our one and half years old baby. I could not initiate refund. Make my trip should refund the excess amount collected from the passengers.

                      My UPI transaction was successful on 10th Apr 2023 but there was no booking on makemytrip. The money is still not refunded after 11 days.

                        I recently booked a bus ticket from Udaipur to Barnagar (Jain Travels) for 18th April. I made the payment online, after which the booking was confirmed, and I received all the details of the booking.
                        Booking ID = NU[protected]
                        Date = 18th April
                        Bus No. = AR-06-C-0999 (Jodhpur to Indore, boarding at Udaipur and destination is Badnagar)
                        Seats = 5, 6
                        Driver Contact number = [protected]
                        But at the appointed time (10:30), when I called the bus driver to ask for the location, he told me that the bus is not operating due to some issue. I had made bookings for my elderly relatives (two mausi ji, 60+ age) and it was a late-night journey. It was a very important journey, my mausi ji had to reach to meet her old mother (80+ years). Due to the cancellation, there was a huge disturbance, and we had to rush on the roads to arrange for alternate bookings so late at night. I wish to strictly condemn such unprofessional behavior, causing trouble and traumas for the entire family.

                          Hi, i did raise a complain regarding deleting my account earlier and your team reverted back me that u have wallet money in ur account. Please clear it and confirm about deleting account by replying to the same mail. I replied thrice and still got no response. I already said i don't want to delete account associated with my email id. I want to delete account with my mobile number. Can you guys please do this asap. Let me know where i can actually reply to customer service with my registered mobile number.

                              I am following up on my complaint[protected] from MMT since last 2 months and they didn’t replied at all. They didn’t even reply on my emails and when I called them they simply say we are waiting to get the refund from airline and will give you callback but no call received til now. It’s been 2 months now and no update received from MMT. Also they closed all my complaint without giving the resolution. My total ticket price is 48499 rs.

                                MakeMyTrip has the worst customer service and support, i had the issue on 13 april on my cab booking, my driver didn't come on time and after waiting for 30 minutes i called the mmt agent he was also not able to resolve the query the driver was rude and came to the wrong parking place and then asked me to pay 700 fine charges the MMT agent was with me on the call the entire time when the driver asked to either pay for 700 fine or get off the cab the mmt agent assured me that he will resolve the issue and i can take an alternate mode of transportation but it has been almost a week that i have not heard anything on my issue.
                                such a pathetic service.

                                  Hi, why the hell there is no way to reach to customer support. I cannot find deactivated my mmt account anywhere in website or the application. I am not even able to reach customer support for such queries. Even no one replies to the mails. My phone number is somehow registered with MMT. I want to deregister it because i already have mmt account associated with my main email id. I am not able to attach mobile number over there as it says there is another account with same number.

                                    I had booked Varna Residency hotel at coimbatore dated 17th feb 2023 to 19th feb 2023. My booking id from MMT is NH[protected] of amount 2037 Inr. A special message Do not call MMT for confirming your booking it is confirmed flashing in my MMT account .
                                    When I reached there at hotel in night around 10 pm, varna residency staff didn't accept our booking. They had told us that they are not accepting booking from MMT and due to this we have to suffer a lot, as this place is very to new to us and we are with family in which ladies are there, although hotel is also in outer from city . We somehow manage to book new hotel, for this we have to pay extra and double fare to our cab driver. This is totally exhausted situation, we started our travelling from Delhi to Coimbatore.

                                    After raising this concern at the same time to MMT on 17th feb 2023, the executive named Aadil told me that he will confirm from hotel after that refund will be initiated. since that day till today almost 45 days had been passed, No refund is credited in my bank account. In this interval I had contacted MMT multiple times over call, over emails, over escalated option in MMT account.

                                    Last call I had done on 5th April 2023 to Sarvesh executive (TusharJoshi supervisor). He promised for resolution in 2-3 days . I have done regularly followup till 18th april by putting reminder emails daily. but no response for refund credit.

                                    Every time they promised me amount will be credited, it is under processing from account team.

                                    This is totally harassment of my time, value, emotions. I had gone through headache due to this stress.

                                    Please raise my voice and help me in getting true compensation for this harassment.
