Updated by swati creado No reply from MMT .. R they interested in resolving the issue . I have email from Air India stating I am eligible for full refund but still MMT is not refunding my money.

At the outset, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that may have been caused to you while availing our services because of rescheduling of our flight AI570 of 31October19.
Despite it being our constant endeavor to operate all flights on time, sometimes the flights do get canceled / delayed / disrupted / combined at the last minute due to various constraints such as technical, operational, Air Traffic Control, bad weather, late arrival due to traffic congestion, etc, reasons which are beyond our control. In this case the flight was delayed due to technical reasons.
However, whenever a flight is rescheduled, passengers are informed immediately on their contact number, via SMS and Calling, so that they can make the alternate arrangement if required. Accordingly our Contact Center initiated the same. We would also like to inform that when a flight is delayed at the last minute due to above reasons and majority of the passengers are at the airport carrying out such a exercise turn futile.
As per our records, your PNR (booking reference ) has a remark "FULL REFUND AS PER FARE RULES BOMMAA SEC ONLY//REF MAA DM", which is sufficient for you
to get refund. Please contact your travel agent who has issued your ticket.

Notwithstanding the above, we assure you that it was not our intention to cause you any discomfort and any inconvenience caused is once again sincerely regretted.
However, please be assured, our efforts are continuously on to enhance our services in all areas up to passenger expectations including on time performance.
