Today on 4th jan hotel presidency banglore booked through make my trip .while advertising the rates which r actually 41% off at the time of booking of hotel .But after booking for hotel presidency, banglore on 4thjan2020 rate charged as good as double.This is totally cheating attitude towards the customer.I[censored] want let them clarify charges.&refund me excess charges from makemy trip

    I had done a booking for fiesta resort from 23rd january to 24th january 2020
    But when i received a confirmation mail it was mentioned that booking was from dates 9th january to 10 january and even the number of guests were mentioned to be 2 but in confirmation it is 1.
    I have called customer care multiple times and asked for help but i did not receive any positive response from their end.
    I could have booked the hotel directly but i have chosen makemytrip because o[censored]ser friendly and reliability
    Now i am facing such an issue and no response from your end.

      I have booked 2 railway tickets via makemytrip and was not able to cancel the tickets
      There is no way to cancel the railway tickets in makemytrip and neither there is any option to talk to customer care representatives

        I booked an Lufthansa international flight ticket through MakeMytrip from Delhi to Berlin on 21st December 2019, but was unable to travel because my Schengen Visa application was rejected by the Germany embassy. When I contacted MakeMy trip and sent them the visa refusal letter before 4 days of my travel date, they state that the refusal copy is not stamped by the German embassy therefore will be unable to process the refund as Lufthansa is not accepting the letter.
        When i contacted Lufthansa and sent them the visa refusal copies because i also booked the additional seat reservation through there website, they state that the seat reserving refund will be processed once make my trip cancels the flight tickets and processes the cancellation.
        I sent the same visa refusal copies that i received from the Germany Consulate in chennai, When i contact them they say that the letter from embassey has its monogram and bar-code scanner along with the transaction number and date. As per the airline and lufthasa policy i am entitled with full 100% refund of both my flight and seating tickets.
        Below are the details of my ticket details. attached are the copies of my visa refusal letter along with passport.

        Please find the visa refusal letter attached in mail, Make my trip says the visa cannot be verified.
        I wonder Why, there is the embassy emblem along with the tracking ID, bar-code scanner in the letter.

          We have cancle our hotel(Cerulean Retreat, Lava) booking on time and Refunding amount 3212. But the amount has been credited 3046. We dont know why the amount has been deducted from 3212.Because cancellation done 29th dec.For reference ( Their was no penalty charge. Dear Sudip, the free cancellation window of your stay at Cerulean Retreat In LAVA will expire from 31 Dec 2019 at 12:00, (IN time).           I had a train booking I'd NR[protected]****** which didn't get confirmed but still money was deducted from my account. Later i got got DM and a wtsaap msg that money will be refunded into yours account but till date didn't receive any amount. Since then a week has passed.

            I booked Jet Airways flight from make my trip online and Jet airways cancelled the flight; after contacting make my trip, they said they will refund the money but they never did.

            Jet airways gave refund to everyone they owe. After trying to contact many times, Make my trip hasn't responded yet on this matter. It's almost one year.

              Make my trip is not refunding the amount. They are not understanding the issues.

              I had booked 4 tickets in october 2019 and then based on their suggestion, i had rescheduled the tickets as there was a better offer.

              1) for the rescheduled flight in october for ‘4’ passengers i got the refund of 45, 000/- in october 2019. I am not questioning this part.

              2) on december 5th 2019 i had cancelled one passenger’s ticket as he didn’t travel. For that i didn’t get the refund of 17, 000/-

              Everytime i ask a question to make my trip about the refund, they just tell that a refund of 45, 000/- was processed in october. That is not my problem.

              I am asking for refund for point number 2 mentioned above. 17, 000/- for the ticket cancelled in december

                The moment i saw MMT assurance from makemytrip website, i went with TBG residency Perinthal manna, kerala booking on 28th of december.It was terrible ever .

                Underground Parking available but difficult to go in due to obstacles and cows.Appreciated for standing with nations need of protecting cows in the underground parking and not keeping a lift or light for the cows.

                Room is so small compared to less priced 3 star hotel in calicut city which costs 30% less than this lodge.

                Breakfast included in the package, but it was a scam by having local third party hotel @Rs.50 per person, poor quality food.

                Brocken walls No handle for shower or pipe.

                Even-though there was fire and short circuit in the room, no response from the ECB or fire alarms, later i found that it was a mosquito repeller no fire alarm.

                The complete blame should go for Makemytrip ### they gave MMT assurance and fools like me to believe that

                  Today is new year’s eve and i had made a booking for a hotel room. I checked in 2 hours back and for the last 1hour 40 minutes i have been harassed by makemytrip on account of a miscommunication between the hotel and makemytrip. My invoice shows that all the payment has been made but now the hotel and makemytrip are asking me to pay extra mandatory charges for a new year party which i will not even be attending. This is sheer nonsense and i could not fathom a worse way to celebrate today.
                  These charges did not reflect at the time of booking. And what is most astonishing is that even now if i try to book a room in the sane property, it nowhere states that extra charges have to be paid whereas the hotel still maintains that the charges will have to be paid even if i book right now. There’s a clear error on part of makemytrip for which i am being made to suffer.
                  And the customer service team especially mukul and a senior executive vikas, have entirely failed in providing a solution and have rather been forcing me to pay ₹10, 000/- extra to the hotel.
                  I really cannot believe that on this day and time i am forced to write this review instead of enjoying myself.

                    I had made an booking for hotel stay for dec 29th 2019 and the payment was made using credit card points and credit card money. Unfortunately i had to cancel and rebook again. But before cancellation i called up their customer care to know how the refund will be made considering both points and money. The customer care agent clearly told me that refund will be made to the original mode of payment meaning i will get back both points and money after some cancellation fees. Based on the confirmation i went ahead for cancellation and now i have received refund of only money and not the credit card points which is equal to 1000 rs. When i called them to know why the refund was not made for points, they are now telling me that points can not be refunded as per their conditions which is no where mentioned or was not told to me too when i called their customer care before cancellation. If they had told me the right info in the beginning itself i would have avoided the cancellation. Because of mmt wrong communication, now i am under double loss since i have lost both cancellation fees and also points too.. These guys are absolute money looters and cheaters with no proper ethics.

                    Amount deducted through UPI payment & I didn't recieve any booking ID or Tickets. How to get the amount refund. Only 1 SMS received that amount is deducted.

We have cancelled the ticket today but were informed that no refund for the ticket. This is ridiculous on your their part for non refunding any amount towards the ticket.                         Mmt gas sold tickets for scratch and win contest wherein customers may win mmt cash or new year party vouchers.
                        I purchased 10 tickets and win new year party vouchers.
                        Mmt has provided me the coupon code which i need to apply at hotel i e. Tryst, lower oarel mumbai online at mmt platform.
                        The coupon code provided by mmt i'd invalid.
                        When i requested mmt through chat they informed it has to be raised to other team and will take 24 to 48 hrs knowing the fact that coupon is applicable only upto 31.12.2019.
                        Sir this is cheating by mmt. Now they have removed the scratch and win section from their website
                        Sir please help me.

                          I had made booking on makemytip.com in hotel udaipur. Booking id - nh[protected].

                          As it was my official trip, i had provided all the gst details of my company at time of booking
                          As per refund policies for this booking, it was non-refundable in case of no show at hotel.

                          Due to last minute changes in my schedule, i couldn't go to hotel.

                          Now i have asked makemytrip to share a proper invoice mentioning all the gst details & tax amount as well. Currently the invoice copy which is available on website to download, in that gst amount is mentioned as 'zero'.

                          I have raised the concern to makemytrip on 23 dec 2019 with reference number[protected] that i want proper invoice with gst details and detailed breakup of amount which i have paid. Post raising the concern makemytrip is offering below solutions:-

                          1. They are offering to refund me the gst amount. I have clearly told them that i have made a complete transaction on makemytrip either refund the complete amount or share the gst details. This was my official trip, i have submit the bills to my company for the reimbursement.

                          2. They have provided me invoice from hotel as well.in this invoice complete paid amount itself differ from the amount which i have paid. No use of the invoice.

                          3. On 24 dec 2019, i got call from makemytrip that issue has been raised to "customer delight" team & they will revert to me by 26 dec 2019. Till today 28 dec 2019, i have no update from customer delight team.

                          On top of it, the reference ticket which is mentioned above - "[protected]" is closed by ms. Rupali from makemytrip today, although issue is not resolved.
                          When i called the customer care, customer care don't have any idea about the closure.

                          I am so surprised that after gst implementation till date makemytrip doesn't have system to provide proper invoice of the booking. (I have made payment to makemytrip)

                          My simple concern is either provide me proper invoice with gst details, gst amount, bass fare of hotel, service fees, applied discount & net paid amount.

                          Or

                          Refund my complete booking amount.

                          This concern i will be raising to "grievance redressal portal for gst" also so that gst council should know that makemytrip doesn't provide gst invoice.

I have booked many tickets through mmt finance and i have paid the dues before the timeline. But suddenly it was removed from the payment option. I have received an sms from m/s. Capital float, says that option will be added in the mmt app soon, around 6 months over, still not added. Please check and rectify the issue and add the option.                               I booked a bus ticket from make my trip on 26th february of inr 591, through internet banking. Amount was deducted from my sbi account but the ticket was not booked, but make my trip claims that they did not receive even though my bank - sbi
                              Confirms that amount has been transferred to their account on 26th february. If transaction id. Has been generated that means amount has been transferred to make my trip. But they are not accepting that amount is transferred and continuously asking me to contact my bank.
                              How can they cheat like this. They are not accepting due lack of will to transfer back the money. Please refund the money back to my account as soon as possible

                                Worst hotel booked by MMT for us at Hanoi
                                We passed through an unforgettable and worst experience of a hotel booked for us during our multi country visit in Nov. last week., at Hanoi in Vietnam.
                                During our stay there, when we communicated our diificulties to some Utkarsh Singh, soon, and he promised us to solve the issue and revert back soon. Neither their local suppier not any one from MMT reverted back or replied or solved the issues as if not solvable in other country.MMT was not bothered once money is collected beforehand.
                                The Hotel Atrium, Hanoi was pathetic, inconvenient, dirty and like a third class gas chamber.
                                I was with family, for my pleasure trip, The question was of choice of hotel/ or our accommodation, which was highly incorrect, amidst tall claims, where ANYONE can be upset.
                                1.The 10X10 room was having leaking of water from one wall which soaked our bag full of fresh clothes in one night. The water was collected on floor, which was needing moping twice by worker, when reported at the front desk. The source of water may be likely from air conditioner drain pipe, which was opening in room!!
                                2.There was NO window, ventilator, gallery, balcony or exit/entry except only one door. I had shared the room pictures to MMT, soon. It was like a gas chamber (covered by spotted wall papers), with stale air of days, offering smoky bad odour of perspiration and / or previous stay of an unhygeinic dirty passenger.The room was not cleaned too. The Hotel atrium was a small unit in highly congested area amidst small shops, and hotel people were running, a spa, beauty parlour for ladies, massage centre on ground floor. They had a couple of other rooms and this was the smallest cell like an Andaman cellular jail, which was allotted to us by MMT, . Verbal reassurances of MMT are never the prevalent facts on ground zero.
                                3. Despite a clear cut MENTION in their final voucher, this room especially had no breakfast facility, the front desk said. The other rooms had. While we had to leave the room early for morning itineraries, we managed the breakfast from outside. Though MMT charged us for the same and, it was written written contract / voucher also., they can refer final voucher). Was that just for a writing? That indirectly suggests that criteria in selection of room by their sales people/ you must have made wrongly/ without knowing details of hotel ! There was no tea/ coffee in this room.
                                4. The unit was not even the worth for motel. This was the statement given by the tour guide who used to pick up us, in mornings.
                                5. Why to expect/ talk of swimming pool facility, even the napkin was not there in bathroom/ wash room. The owner behaved like as if she was obliging the street walkers for a free rain baseira. Atrium Hotel is situated in a narrow lane/ street., as shown in picture . MMT showed a class and level of maturity of choosing accommodations abroad for a client who trusted MMT .
                                It was an absolutely uncomfortable stay for us in whole trip of 14 days.
                                I have travelled so far 37 countries, but this is the first experience of getting cheated and being befooled, which shattered our trip pleasure. It was a pure betrayal by MMT, while we had laid a full trust on them. Who can remain silent on such issue. They should return our total stay charges of Hanoi, fully back to us.

                                  I have a valid ticket booked on makemytrip booking id : nn[protected], booked on the 23rd of december 2019 at 4pm approximately for rs 27, 388/-

                                  Just to check the ticket prices i went to cleartrip today (Picture attached with the time stamp) and was horrified to find the ticket at almost rs 10, 000/- lesser.
                                  Yes i do understand that prices are controlled by the airlines, however tried to call and check about the mmt best price challenge.

                                  The agent said, he wasn't aware of such an offer, when i quoted specifics, he said, "oh but sir you have exceeded 24 hours." this irked me because now it is apparent that he was blatantly lying to me. Therefore i continued to ask him details about my cancellation procedure and timeline it would take me to cancel and receive a refund. He kept repeating the same thing over to me, for which i got irritated and asked him to comply with my request and just give me details. He put me on a long hold, i'm not sure why and came back saying he has checked with the airline and asked me whether i want to cancel both the sectors : blr - dxb and dxb - blr, i asked him why he took so long to revert, he again put me on hold and then the call dropped.

                                  I had a funny feeling about this agents attitude and called back the call centre to check if my ticket has been cancelled and requested not to cancel my ticket as i was only checking the procedure and the timeline.

                                  However i was shocked to know that the previous agent had without my confirmation cancelled the ticket.

                                  This is just plain wrong and so inconvenient for us customers to spend time to complain, call the call centre stay on the ivr for long calls and be put under this kind of stress.

                                    I'm extremely disappointed with makemytrip because i had booked for bhurj khalifa activity on december 12 th for which the voucher was not sent to me and i couldn't contact the local agent,
                                    I made several international calls to make my trip and they resent the voucher after the time got over. We were not able to use the vouchers and after making so many calls and complaints make my trip is not ready to refund the money for the same. Booking i'd - 0180 - activity bhurj khalifa

                                      Makemytrip have to refund me rs. 3400 for the activity which they failed to provide on 16/10/2019.

                                      But the refund was not provided after 40days even after many failed calls and chat messages in makemytrip mobile app.

                                      No reply to mails i sent.

                                        I am trying to delete my make my trip account but unable to do it. Your website is not hacing that option. I sent you email also but u didnt replied. It is really annoying and irritating for users. Please add this option in your website.
                                        Can you please delete my make my trip account linked to my email id. I want to use this email id for other mmt account.
