I have mmt travel finance of rs.200000 through capital float.. It is appearing in my mobile app and whenever i am going on the final payment page their is no option to use this credit facility. I tried more than 10 times to contact make my trip customer care and when they hear why its not appearing there. And issue is not getting resolved. When i called capital float customer care they says everything is fine from our side you need to speak to mmt customer care

    I had a experience in make my trip that one of my booking through jet airways got cancelled. So i have contacted make my trip from the month (May) regarding my cancelled flight. They are very good with maintaining the same set of answer with all the customer care executives "we don't know the time line when you get the refund, we don't make fake promises, so any other assistance you need?"

      I have been using makemytrip mobile app for long years but never faced any issues. On 10th december 2019 early morning when i booked air ticket from mumbai-kolkata-mumbai (Bom-ccu-bom) for[protected] and return on[protected], my booking id - nf[protected] and pnr lgqr3u.

      I was shocked to see the date once booking was confirmed as it was booked for wrong date i. E.[protected] and return on[protected]. I was very sure about the journey date and checked twice before proceeding for payment but due to makemytrip system fault, it was changed automatically on the final stage which was not shown to me. I had only come to know after the payment was made.

      Immediately i called makemytrip customer care and informed mr. Ayush. He had given two options, i may raise an issue and wait for the resolution or i can ask him to check with the airlines (Spice jet) whether changes can be done.
      I had chosen the second option and i advised him to contact airlines but mr. Ayush told that airlines (Spice jet) asked for a difference fare of rs.2040/- to modify the date. I checked online and found the price of ticket in the same flight was available at the same price which was changed to me. When i asked the same to mr. Ayush, he told that he couldn't make any arguments with the airlines and i had to pay the charges as difference in fare. I had no option but to pay and i paid to airlines (Spice jet) directly and i got the date changed.

      Now, as i have paid the amount of rs.2040/- due to the fault in your systems, i request you to refund the same.
      You can check from your systems as i'm very sure about the date for which i wanted to book the tickets.

        Good afternoon, on december 3, my family was supposed to fly from delhi to goa, but because of aeroflot, which canceled its flight from moscow to delhi, we could not get on your flight and we had to cancel it. It was stated that you will return the money in the amount of 3308r, within 7 days, but the money did not come. Give us our money back.

          Just to bring to your notice, due to sudden medical emergency in my family i had to cancel my dubai trip. I had booked radisson dubai for four days, and intimated both the hotel and mmt regarding my change of plans. I got confirmation from both hotel and mmt executive (Mohit) that hotel as an exception is okay with modification on the dates, for which i told them considering the health conditions i will be able to confirm on the dates by weekend and i am okay with refund or mmt credits also.
          After 2 days i get a mail from mmt that hotel has rejected modification or refund for my booking, on further probing mmt executive gave me reason as it was not in terms with out terms and conditions hence same modification or refund is not possible. I mailed to the hotel which in turn confirmed that they were okay with modification as an exception but due to delay in reply from mmt end booking has been marked as no show. And its been more than 8 days now and mmt team are still unable to give me a reason for no modification. I have already shared the hotel mail with them.

            I have booked a hotel (Booking id - nh[protected] from your site and it's been confirmed in the mmt website. However, the hotel guy called me and informed the rooms were already sold out and asking me to cancel. Since this is a non-refundable booking i can't cancel.

            Can you please confirm if the rooms are actually available? I don't want to go till the hotel and call you guys if the rooms are not available.

            I am asking this since 7th december and every time i get the reply its been with the concerned team and i will be contacted within 6 hrs or 24 hrs which never happened till date.

            If the rooms are not available, let me know the other hotel options on the given date, else cancel my booking and refund my money.

              The phone number registered with makemytrip is [protected]. However, this is no longer my phone number. This phone number has been deactivated by the service provider (Airtel), and this exact same number has been given to someone else. This also happened to be my whatsapp number, which thus, i have had to change to my currently working phone number.

              I want to update my makemytrip account phone number to the new number that i have now. However, to do it, i need to delete my old phone number. To do that, an otp is being sent to my old number, which now belongs to someone else (I do not know who). So i am unable to do it.in makemytrip accounts, the old number is 'verified', but it no longer belongs to me.in principle, now, some unknown person can log in to my account using my old phone number.

              I can log in to my makemytrip account via my registered email, which is [protected]@gmail.com.

              Desired solution: either allow me to somehow change my phone number via an email verification, or permanently delete this account, and allow me to open an new fresh account with the same email address but the new phone number.

                I have booked hotel royal batoo on 27-9-19 for 5 days for my friends and i have modified my booking on 15-10-19 and they have changed rs. 4137/- on 01-12-19 of cancellation charges. This is totally unlawful. Even hotels are not charging for cancellations like this. I have also takes with mmt and they send message as below:

                Dear guest,

                Greetings from makemytrip..!!

                We would like to inform you that inr 4, 137 has been charged from your card, because you done the amendment online 30 % charges was there, so same has been deducted in this booking.

                So, there is no extra charges which has been charged from our end.

                As of now, we are closing this reference, however, if you need any further assistance., please connect with our chat or voice customer support team as we will be glad to assist you.

                  Had booked hotel for 23rd nov 2019 and had to change the date within 30 minutes to make it 22nd nov 2019 both through makemytrip application. Mmt has asked me to pay another rs7000+ for rescheduling the same hotel and now they are saying that due to policies they will not release the payment refund of booking nh[protected] which was preponed for date at same hotel to nh[protected]

                  Below is message on mmt application:
                  Your booking has been changed.

                  Booking idnh[protected] reference pnr[protected] (Room 1), [protected] (Room 2)

                  We did the reschedule from mmt application and paid now when we called mmt and mailed them they are saying that they will not release any refund due to policy as it was done by us.

                  We want to have our refund back for the rescheduled booking as above. We had used their reschedule option from their application and didn't cancel and book a seperate.

                    Just booked a property through makemytrip in pondicherry and finally that property was like haunted house and rooms were horrible and waskroom tap was broken and floors were dirty and had pan masala in the floor and cigarettes smell was coming and ac air glider was broken and water was flowing. So we need to get out from the property as we came with the family. I just wasted my money and my time... I paid 5.5k but totally got wasted and maketrip is not refunding my money and i trusted makemytrip but at last i got cheated by them.
                    Why should i pay money when i don't get a basic amenities.

                    But makemytrip have refunded me only rs. 2018.
                    Remaining 3300rs. Is pending and they are denying for the refund...

                      The room condition was very bad, with pan stains on wall & stained linen
                      We refused to accept the room & hotelier shown alternative rooms which was of similar nature
                      We refused to stay & called makemytrip for cancellation & refund, the call was for an hour and they didn’t accept to refund..

                      I did booking almost a month ago for 24 & 25 nov, but when I reached at resort near surat they said they don't accept any kind of online booking, MMT's system can't even detect whether we checked in or not. Infact we paid 4 times amount to the same resort for getting rooms as we were not having any other option, but mmt refused my compensation.
                      Yesterday on 1.12.19 I claimed myreards points of 8000 for puma vouchers which has still not been emailed to me.

                        date change glitches - expensive loss

                        Two flights similar problem which were booked on different dates and different travel periods, 6th dec and 7 dec 2019. I always cross check twice while booking flights for business travel. First leg of the journey i was in a rush and didnt have time at the airport, so purchased a new ticket and boarded. The date was changed to 6th jan 2020 instead of 6th dec 2019. I was furious at myself that i didnt check ticket until last minute though...

                        I had booked a flight on air india express in muscat - kochi - muscat sector in october for travel in last week of nov. I got an intimation that there i a refund of irs 10, 000 againts each ticket. Make my trip did not inform me about this refund till i took it up with them. Then on 19th i got an e mail syaing that the refund has been made with out full information. I tries to contact them theough their web portal but i was getting an automated respones saying the ticket is closed. I am attaching the e mail from make my trip.

                        This is a clear cheating by the company not informing to the client on any refund from the air line and them not responding to the client queries.

                        While booking Srilanka hotel i had purchased the visa fee discount vouchers from MMT. When i am using these vouchers while applying for Visa using MMT Visa services, amount payable is zero and system is not allowing to complete the visa application.

                        it is 5 days i am struggling and wrote to MMT and called at least 5 times, no response from them

                          Dear Team,

                          This is with reference to Technical Error I faced while booking tickets for Tutari Express on MakeMyTrip India on November 27, 2019, and for the same its Customercare Executives were of no help to refund the money deducted.

                          The case in point is I wanted to book tickets for Tutari Express for November 28, 2019, midnight 12:30 am which technically takes new day November 29 as journey day.

                          However, due to technical error on MakeMyTrip after booking the tickets the system took November 27 midnight as journey instead ideally technically it should have taken November 28 midnight as journey day .

                          I had no idea about this error before I received the chart SMS notification from IRCTC.

                          As soon as I received the Tutari Express chart preparation SMS notification on November 27, I informed MakeMyTrip team via chat at approximate 8:35 pm on November 27 and the call back response was also very slow in terms of action . It wasted my time.

                          At first MakeMyTrip Customercare executives were not ready to accept the mistake that has happened through Technical Error from their side and secondly they haven't responded several mails sent to them.

                          My only question is why should I face the financial loss for technical error from your back end team of Makemytrip India ? IT team had said to customer care executive there wasn’t any error which in reality was indeed.

                          The customer care executives did not even help me to file TDR which was another option I gave to them and they stated that now you cannot file the TDR as chart is prepared at 8:35 pm. How less informed are they?

                          If MakeMyTrip website says that after chart preparation you can contact customer care executives in morning to file TDR then how come your customer care executives cited me the reason TDR is not possible once chart is prepared.

                          The next day I once again had word with Ms Manishi who closed the complaint without even having word with me just because I was not available to answer the call.

                          It's been several days but there has been absolutely no response or concrete action from MakeMyTrip. I even dropped an email to Mr Deep Kalra he has also failed to respond to my mail.

                          I have never expected such kind o[censored]ncooperative assistance from MakeMyTrip.

                          If Makemytrip management is reading this complaint I want to request you to fix the Technical Error asap and refund my money. Why clients should suffer financial loss when there is Technical Error from your back end team ?

                            I have two makemytrip e gift cards of rs20848 each. I am trying to book a hotel which is costing me around 50000. So when i am trying to apply the gift card and pay the rest by card its is saying invalid since the amount in one gift card is 20848.
                            I need to make the booking as soon as possible. Please help regarding this matter. The gift card was issued by make my trip on 11th dec 2018

                              I have earlier submitted a query and also submitted a mail with regards to my parents flight booking in relation to the check in luggage and meals. I booked a return ticket from sydney to visakhapatnam with makemytrip with scoot airlines. These are the booking details below with the scoot airlines

                              From the booking we don't see any check-in luggage being provided as we don't see any details in the booking itenary. Also there is no details about the meals in the ticket. When we contacted scoot airlines they advised to contact makemytrip as it was booked by a third party. Not just that but also my mothers name was printed incorrectly which is another issue.

                              Even after repeatedly enquiring there has been no response. My parents are really worried as their flight is on 20th december and they will be flying in 2 weeks time and still we did not hear from anyone.

                              We need someone to take action asap and get back to us promptly with the details.

                                In short, the hotel i booked was mmt assured. I booked hill view room and the right room was not provided. I complained to mmt and they assured the room will be changed but it was not done by the hotel management. I demanded entire refund of 7459, but these mmt cheats say that they can only give 2500 back. That too, these cheats put only 402 in my credit card, the remaining they have put in their wallet. I have requested them to put in my credit card, but they are cheats of highest grade and denying that.

                                  I am ashok from kerala i am submitting this complaint regarding price variation in makemy trip site whether i booked air ticket from trv to sin on dec7 through scoot airlines, but in this airlines site showing ticket 12479inr for 2adult for my same ticket which i already paid in makemy trip cost me 13289inr after paying i go to check my ticket status i found 800rs more taken from me by makemytrip site, and i called makemytrip execsujith but he told me to contact scoot airlines, and everyone know scoot airlines always not reachable and no other substitute contacts in india, so ehat should i do.                                       The reservation was for gangtok to siliguri. The driver dropped us on the highway just outside the town of siliguri around 10:20 am saying that he did not have the permit to enter the town. The total trip distance was less than 115 km. The driver was on the phone 80% of the time during the drive. We could hear him negotiating a pick up from bagdogra airport all along and the reason he dropped us mid way it appears was that he wanted to pick up some party from the airport at 11 am. We had two senior citizens in our group of four and this proved to be a great inconvenience. He said that he would talk to the company and have the amount equivalent to the cab fare (From the point where he dropped us to our designated drop off point) refunded, but that never happened. At the least, i want an amount of rs 300 refunded and action taken against the gozo cabs company and its driver nirmal. I have already complained to gozo cabs and they asked me to contact mmt for the refund. Thank you.
