Hi, I have made multiple bookings for trains through make my trip, for 3 booking since ticket could not be confirmed, I am supposed to receive my refund which I haven't received yet and one more ticket which was booked but not yet confirmed shows incorrect train details on my profile. Please check and process all the refunds and correct the incorrect booking details....

The booking was confirmed initially using MMT application for 3 days in Puri. We were 12 members and MMT asked me to cancel the booking and there was NO any further help provided by MMT. We were in trouble and had nowhere to stay. No any responsibility taken by MMT. We had to spent a lot of amount due to this issue....

It’s been a month, nobody is responding my complaint after requesting several times. They took my money and not refunding back to me.

By far the worst experience anyone can have.
Booked an outstanding cab 2 days in advance for 9am.
Cab came at 1130am.

First if all I am paying a premium price compared to Uber or local drivers.
After speaking yo the customer service I have been told I am wrong and I should have not boarded the cab.

Disgusting way to treat customers and telling me a compensation of 500 will be proved for...
