I applied for Dubai visa on 30th of jan, 2023, I.e on Sunday.
I was told I would get the visa in 2 to 3 days and at the most by 6th of February. (Mentioned in the photos as well). My plan was to leave for Dubai on 10th and return by 15th.
But the agent has forwarded the application to the embassy on 4th of Feb, I.e on Saturday which is not even a working day for the embassy. And I dint still receive the visa even by 8th.
I have my leave only till 15th and need to return by 15th at any cost. Now that the visa is very delayed, I can't got for the trip. I'm very much disappointed by this.
I have been approaching mmt customer care since 3 days and made more than 10 calls. I'm always told I ll get a call back in an hour or two and then no body gets back. They don't even get me connected to their superiors.
Kindly arrange for the full refund as my plan got canceled due to the recklessness of mmt agent divank which caused the delay.
I would also request you to look into the customer care agents who are being so irresponsibleand dont even get me connected to superiors. Nidhi dolly aishwarya are a few names that I could recall.
I'm already very disappointed that I had to cancel my trip because of devank fault. Atleast arrange for refund as they could not fulfill their promises and not cause me financial pain too.
I dont need that visa anymore as I anyway can't go for the trip.

its 18th of feb today, and theres no update yet from mmt side. it still shows delayed.
i checked on the uae website and they had issued the visa on 9th of feb.
even on repeated calls, they only say i ll get a call back everytime, which i never get.
the visa validity is for 60 days. its been 10 days that they issued, but mmt doesnt forward it to me.
i need a full refund and not the visa anymore. attaching the pictures o[censored]ae website where it showes issued on 9th of feb and mmt website where the status is still delayed

    I Booked A International Ticket From Bahrain To Mumbai For[protected] But When I Received The Ticket It Was Mentioned[protected] Then I Tried To Change The Date To[protected] And Paid Extra 5K For That And When I Received The Ticket Again It Was Showing[protected].
    I Don't It Was Their Website Mistake/Glitch/Bug Or Airline Mistake.

      Here is the voice recording of bus operator from whom I booked and who cancelled it on 10th jan . This is the request I'd for the claim ... please check with the operator again it's already been 10 days till now ... MMT employees gave this I'd to contact . Booking I'd- NU[protected]

        Hi Team, I had booked an Hotel in bhubaneswar through make my trip and I spend almost 5k to reach there and also I had booked the hotel by paying approx 4.5k and Hotel sold all his room before I reach and finally they denied me to checkin, However makemytrip confirmed me the booking via email. When I raised the concern Makemytrip forcing me to take the booking amount but I lost almost double of that to reach the hotel due to travel cost and all. Makemytrip is neither having pay at hotel option nor customer can cancle the booking so its a game which they played with me like hotel will deny checkin and MMT will call and force something to accept. I want proper investigation on this.

            No option to contact customer support for refund

            Trip coordinator is not proactive and even after request and even after she said she would get it done. She didn't snd didn't inform me till I reached out

              I have submitted documents to Makemytrip for UAE VISA on 25th january 2023. We are a couple travelling to Dubai on Feb 15th . Its now 4th feb 2023, still our visa is not received. While the MMT app shows status as *delayed*,

              Im not sure why MMT VISA team is delaying visas. The customer care team is clueless,

              I request you to please resolve this matter urgently as we are travelling for our honeymoon and also further countries are connected too. And we are unable to complete our trip plan due to unavailability of visas. We have already purchased tickets and insurance for our trip from MMT and will face huge losses if VISAS dont arrive on time. Please help ASAP!!!

                I made booking of hotel darbar international and it was cancelled due to some technical issue.
                I made a payment of Rs.6491 which has not been refunded to my mmt wallet.
                Mmt is not responding to my complaint since last 61 days.

                  I booked a ticket on january 29 from TRIVANDRUM TO DOHA FOR MARCH 13. QR 507. IT showed that booking successful and confirmation and E TICKET sent.BOOKING ID AN2TCEVEXELU2E1A4935 andPNR ;3LR148.
                  Payment done by creditcard AED 1004. BUT TAX INVOICE sent to mobile
                  showed same booking ID BUT DIFFERENT PNR:5QRITP and ticket

                    N 07.12.2022 I booked flight tickets for 8 persons vide PNR VRZUHG for 21.01.2023 in Indigo flight 6E-873 from Kolkata to Bangalore through make my trip site. For some reason, ticket booking was not showing in make my trip site but I can view the flight booking through Indigo site.
                    However, after some days I had to cancel 2 flight tickets for some medical emergency, which I cancelled on 19.01.2023 through Indigo site only as flight ticket booking was not reflecting in make my trip site. I got cancellation confirmation also from Indigo, but yet I have not received the refund amount back in my account. Attached is the cancellation confirmation for your kind reference.

                    Please look into the matter urgently and arrange to refund my money back at your earliest convenience.

                    Looking forward to hearing from you in this regard as soon as possible.

                      Driver did arrive at the specified time however none of the passengers were ready to board the cab at the designated time and they are slow to get ready due to very old age and cold weather .

                      I requested the Driver to wait for some time so that they get ready to travel but he denied and left .
                      I also spoke to customer care but no refund has been given till date . I received messages from MMT on rating our journey, don’t know why when there was no travel at all .
                      This is very disappointing .

                      I personally have been doing all my bookings on MMT for air travel and my company JCT Limited is also a corporate account with MMT .
                      I once again request you to refund the amount as there was no journey undertaken on above booking .

                          I ordered 220 GBP from book my forex and I paid 21156 INR online accroding to the exchange rate on that day. When they delivered me the GBP notes they mentioned they dont have 20 GBP bills and offered me either 200 GBP or 250 GBP. I opted for 200 GBP which amounted to 19256 INR. I tried to contact the customer care multiple times but no response. I have all their recipets during the delivery which sates 200 GBP delivered and I also have my transaction details which shows I paid for 220 GBP.

                            Dear Customer Service Team,

                            I am writing this mail to highlight to you about an amount that has been erroneously deducted by Makemytrip from my Credit Card.

                            I had booked a flight ticket through your website on 7th Jan 2023 from :

                            1. New Delhi to Dubai- 15th Feb 2023 through Emirates Booking Ref No. QGG5Q6
                            2. Dubai to New Delhi- 19th Feb 2023 through Spicejet PNR No. PIGYUX/SG

                            I had then rescheduled the Dubai to New Delhi flight from 19th Feb 2023 to 5th March 2023. I did this modification online through your app on 21st Jan 2023.
                            When I checked the rescheduling charges earlier, it was showing quite less amount in AED(Dirhams) but when I completed the rescheduling, an amount of AED 2, 294.06 was deducted from my credit card. I called customer care to clarify the reason why this unexpectedly high amount got deducted but unfortunately did not receive a satisfactory answer.

                            When I called the airline (spicejet), they informed me that they have received an amount of INR 3, 089 only from Makemytrip for doing these changes.

                            I am attaching the tickets and the details of my payment showing in your app for your records. It is mentioned that an amount of AED 3, 016.06 has been charged as Airline Taxes which is not correct.

                            I would like to seek a detailed clarification of the charges levied on me as I am not able to believe that rescheduling a flight from Spicejet would cost me the amount that Makemytrip has falsely charged on me. I have requested the airline to send me the payment details for my records which they will share shortly.

                            I would humbly request you to thoroughly check the cause of this error and return the extra amount back immediately.

                              Dear Sir,

                              This is to inform you that I had purchased Air Tickets worth Rs 7002 ( Rupees Seven Thousand Two only) through Standard Chartered Credit Card number[protected] on 26/06/2022. I had paid Rs 2502 (Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred Two only) and used a part of my accumulated bonus points under Make My Trip scheme by en-cashing voucher code [protected] for Rs 4500 (Rupees Four Thousand Five Hundred only) issued to me by Make My Trip on 21/06/2022..

                              Unfortunately the flight got cancelled and the entire amount was refunded by the Airliners (Go Air) to Make My Trip who in return refunded the amount spent for buying the ticket. The refund of 2212 has been reflected in my SCB statement against credit card number [protected] dated 20/10/2022.

                              However, the amount of Rs 4500 (Rupees Four Thousand Five Hundred only) used in purchasing the ticket by en-cashing the Make My Trip Voucher code [protected] has neither been refunded nor another gift voucher of the same value has been issued to me by Make My Trip.

                              Hence the authorities of Make My Trip are requested to issue a gift voucher for Rs 4500 (Rupees Four Thousand Five Hundred only) to me against the pending refund of Rs 4500 (Rupees Four Thousand Five Hundred only) against their gift voucher code [protected] as mentioned above..

                              An early action shall be very much appreciated.

                              It seems that there is nobody at MakeMyTrip India to attend to customer grievances. The helpline is also put in automation mode and there is no way one can talk to their staff. No response from them in more than a week. Very very disappointing.

                              ONCE AGAIN APPEALING FOR A RESPONSE FROM MakeMyTrip INDIA TO RESOLVE MY PROBLEM.

                              Complaint made on Jan 23. Seven days gone and no communication from MakeMyTrip. This is very disappointing. Would my issue be resolved?

                                I, had booked the following tickets on British Airways, through MakeMyTrip.

                                17 May 2023 Mumbai - via London (Heathrow) - Toronto

                                31 May 2023 Toronto - via London (Heathrow) - Mumbai

                                However, due to a change in schedule made by British Airways, I requested for cancellation and refund on 24th December 2022.

                                I was assured that I will get the refund within 2 weeks. Here are the details of my ticket.

                                  I have made one Booking on 14.12.2022 wherein i have Received the PNR - NZIZPE (3 Passengers) subsequently i have split the PNR for cancellation of ticket of one passenger name Abhinav Narayan vide his PNR-VM51HV.
                                  I have also confirmed with Indigo for refund of my amount and they have reverted that AED459 has already processed and contact with your Travel Agent / partner on 02.01.2023. Now I am trying with Make My Trip since 02.01.23...

                                  Refund from Indigo not being paid by make my trip.com even though indigo has processed and sent the payment request to makemytrip. Moreover their customer care numbers do not provide an option to share customer refunds or grievances.

                                    I purchased 3 Gift cards from HDFC instant vouchers for MMT Holiday to be used on the Final purchase, when I made the Final payment It did not allow me to use the Gift card as the discount code was applied . The Prime usage of Gift card is to use it on Final amount even if there is a discount applied.
                                    While purchasing the gift card I checked on main page and it mentioned Max 3 gift cards can be used . The terms and conditions were listed where we check the box that I accept the terms and conditions .
                                    Also, as per law the Gift cards should have minimum validity of 5 years but they offer only 1 year.
                                    They should be listed on the main page when the consumer is purchasing . I
                                    ask MMT to cancel my Gift card and refund me the amount.
