A month ago on November 25th I booked a hotel room at Club Florence, Gurgaon via MakeMyTrip. I showed up at the hotel, and was DENIED check-in on the basis of there being only 8 hours left till checkout time, and that I had requested for late checkout on MMT booking page. I assured the drunken rude man at the reception multiple times that it was only a request, and I know late checkout wasnt guranteed. He could give it a try, and if not, I would leave at the normal checkout time.
Instead of just giving us the key like a sane human being, Mr. Ganesh here decided to keep arguing with us for a solid 2 hours, including abusing us, shouting at us, and even walking upto me like he was going to hit me. His quotes include "JAAO MMT SE REFUND LELO NAHI DUNGA CHAABI BH*SDIKE".
So obviously we called MMT SUPPORT, who even heard his foul language while on the call, and told us the refund would be processed within 2 hours, it was taking longer due to some technical difficulties. And it's a month later, I have not gotten my refund, and the person who insulted us in the middle of a 4 star hotel is still working there, probably laughing about how some guy PAID 7600 RUPEES to get screamed at and not even get a room.
I have CONTACTed the hotel a dozen times on the phone and a went there couple of times in person, and the manager of the hotel who was not present that night denies everything I say, essentially calling me a liar. His version of events is complete ###. What reason would there be for me going to a hotel with a prepaid booking, handing my drivers license within the first 5 minutes, and then not being given a room for almost 2 hours? The only version of the story that makes sense is mine, because it's the truth. There is no other explanation for us not being checked in for 2 hours while standing in the lobby with a prepaid booking and ID in hand..
I've called MMT and my CREDit card provider several times as well, explained the situation to at least a dozen people, and what it comes down to is the hotel has already recieved the payment FOR A ROOM THEY DIDNT GIVE ME, and thus it's in their hands. And the hotel manager is blindly protecting his unprofessional employee, and refuses to give me a refund, and THE BEST he offered was a "discounted" room (from the hotels desk price) for 1000 more than it was available online anyway.
I DESERVE MY REFUND, I MADE A BOOKING, WENT TO THE HOTEL, DID NOT GET CHECKED IN, AND DIDNT EVEN GET MY MONEY BACK! And thats keeping aside the fact that the vulgar man at the reception deserved a punch in the face, not my 7600 rupees for free.

    I booked flight from Kolkata to Bangalore today and i am unable to download the invoice.
    There is 24×7 support numbers, simply useless as It is impossible to reach to any customer support executive.
    Download invoice link simply doesn't work.
    Please send me the invoice asap.

      I recently got a new phone mobile number and the old number is defunct. But in order to change my mobile number in my MakeMyTrip account profile, MMT wants me to enter an OTP they send to my old number, which is not accessible to me. So I am caught in a limbo.

      I recently made a train booking on IRCTC and IRCTC has recorded my new number correctly but the MMT receipt somehow shows my old (useless) number,

      As advised by you, I clicked on the link provided for my Pickup address, but I did not find any reference to my cab booking ID: NF2DEFCAQ2URU95X6838, which I have already done online while booking our ticket for Pune and already paid Rs. 391 for going from my residence to Delhi Airport Terminal 2. The link is enabled to do fresh booking, which I tried to do. The payment indicated there for cab from my residence to Terminal 2 of Delhi Airport, is Rs. 269 (Surprisingly much less than Rs. 391, I have already paid while booking ticket. My Pickup address is:

          I took the MakeMyTrip Holiday package from Mumbai to Kerala on 4th Dec 2022 to 9th Dec 2022. I used my HDFC credit card to do the payment using the no-cost EMI feature of tenure 6 months. The cashback amount of 5, 980.00 is expected to come from MakeMyTrip which is not yet credited to my original mode of payment which is my HDFC credit card. I have been told that the amount was credited on 16th Nov 2022 to my original mode of payment but when I asked to share the transaction id for the same they haven't responded to me. I have raised a couple of support tickets into their portal but every time they closed it without any communication.

                I have been ignored since 9th of December, after several complaints, you guys called and asked the issue and disappeared as nothing happened. I don’t get my refund it’s been 14 days. Going to take this in higher level as much as I can do. Make my trip is a thug. Very very poor service by entire team.

                  I book flight with nook scout through make my trip but due to flight non operational my trip was cancelled this is just before corona come to India.but still long time I not received any refund against my cancellation. I tried to contact MMT ..but not getbany solution yet.

                    I just booked ticket through make my trip application on dec 20 and after few hours I got email saying that your booking has been cancelled.
                    And they are deducting ₹40000 approx, but I haven’t requested to cancel.
                    Reached out to support they told me they cannot do anything as it was canceled from my end.
                    Informed them that I haven’t requested to cancel but they said they cannot do anything.
                    They are scamming people I won’t book and recommend make my trip if my issue isn’t resolved.

                      I had booked train for 3 passengers from Priyagraj to NDLS station for 1540 rupess via paytm, which got unsuccessful as my IRCTC account show invalid user. So MMT responded on whatsapp that it will be refunded In 3-5 working days. Which is not yet refunded but now on mmt app it shows it has refunded the sum but I haven't received it. You can see in the screen shots that no refund has been received from mmt.

                        My self S. Suresh Kumar, I have made Bus booking from Hyderabad to Bangalore for Dated 14 Aug 2022 with Sleeper coach by Talakaveri service. On the last minute i got a message about bus cancellation and same time i have cancelled my trip in MMT app. I was trying to reach MMT CC but no one took the responsibility to resolve this, infact i was not able to talk to any of the customer service team from MMT to explain my issue. Now its been more than 4 months and I kindly request you to look into my concern and refund the amount.

                              I had booked a hotel by paying Re. 1 via MakeMyTrip app, after a month I proceeded for a payment of due amount of Rs. 4635 to avoid cancellation in last minutes. However while making a payment it was successful deducted from my account but while coming on the page of Makemytrip showed waiting for booking, after sometime showed as waiting for payment from your bank account.

                              I raised the ticket which is also pending. I tried calling customer care, but there is no such options for this incident.

                              The hotel booking id is NH[protected].

                              I have attached the e-tax from my bank account, which indicates payment is successful deducted from my account.

                              We request you to help us to get back the refund amount so that we trust on your service and can avail your service.

                                I had booked a hotel by paying Re. 1 via MakeMyTrip app. After a month I proceeded for due amount of Rs. 4635 to cancel cancellation in last minute. However, while making payment it was showed that payment is not received, waiting for payment status from your bank. The amount of Rs. 4635 got deducted from my account. I raised the ticket on very next day, tried calling customer care but there is no option for this incident.

                                I have twitted to Makemytrip and MakeMyTrip care on twitter.

                                I have attached the e-tax from my bank account.

                                Please help me to get refund from MakeMyTrip.

                                  I am getting daily SPAM mails from Make My trip, sometimes three times a day just like a doctor's orders. They have hired [protected]@connectinboxx.com to do their dirty job.

                                    We have booked a round trip flight from New Delhi to Amsterdam on 30th May'22 for travel Dates 7th Sep to 23rd Sep'22 from make my trip.
                                    Our flight rescheduled twice, and updated tickets received for date 5th - 23rd Sep.
                                    Due to some unforeseen circumstances we have to cancel our flights on 3rd Sep'22. Our tickets were partially refundable.
                                    We were supposed to receive 65, 438 from make my trip as we cancelled our flights.
                                    It's been more than 106 days we are following up with make my trip for the refund. We have made more than 30-40 calls to MMT for refund. However, there is no response received from MMT, no email communication, no Calls/Msgs.
                                    Every time we call, they are sharing false information that amount has been initiated from airline you will receive in 3 days/ 2days. Sometimes they say amount is not initiated by the airline yet. As per the airline refund policy the refund should be credited within 90 days from the cancellation date.
                                    We have shared out account details & tickets details with MMT on 26th Oct as suggested by MMT agent
                                    We are mentally harassed by make my trip. I am attaching all the emails communication we have done so far. We have not received the amount also they have shared false Information. They put us on hold for hours and sometimes disconnect the call.
                                    We have attached all the email communication, we had with MMT so far.
                                    We seek compensation for mental harassment, invested money and invested time during multiple follow up calls and Emails to MMT along with our cancelled flight refund.
