N 07.12.2022 I booked flight tickets for 8 persons vide PNR VRZUHG for 21.01.2023 in Indigo flight 6E-873 from Kolkata to Bangalore through make my trip site. For some reason, ticket booking was not showing in make my trip site but I can view the flight booking through Indigo site.
However, after some days I had to cancel 2 flight tickets for some medical emergency, which I cancelled on 19.01.2023 through Indigo site only as flight ticket booking was not reflecting in make my trip site. I got cancellation confirmation also from Indigo, but yet I have not received the refund amount back in my account. Attached is the cancellation confirmation for your kind reference.

Please look into the matter urgently and arrange to refund my money back at your earliest convenience.

Looking forward to hearing from you in this regard as soon as possible.

    We had booked a car for Senior Citizens Mr Virendra Mathur Age - 82, Mrs Neena Mathur Age-76 and Mrs Akhilesh Mathur Age-91 to be taken from Aliganj Lucknow to Ayodhya and back .

    Driver did arrive at the specified time however none of the passengers were ready to board the cab at the designated time and they are slow to get ready due to very old age and cold weather .

    I requested the Driver to wait for some time so that they get ready to travel but he denied and left .
    I also spoke to customer care but no refund has been given till date . I received messages from MMT on rating our journey, don’t know why when there was no travel at all .
    This is very disappointing .

    I personally have been doing all my bookings on MMT for air travel and my company JCT Limited is also a corporate account with MMT .
    I once again request you to refund the amount as there was no journey undertaken on above booking .

        I ordered 220 GBP from book my forex and I paid 21156 INR online accroding to the exchange rate on that day. When they delivered me the GBP notes they mentioned they dont have 20 GBP bills and offered me either 200 GBP or 250 GBP. I opted for 200 GBP which amounted to 19256 INR. I tried to contact the customer care multiple times but no response. I have all their recipets during the delivery which sates 200 GBP delivered and I also have my transaction details which shows I paid for 220 GBP.

          Dear Customer Service Team,

          I am writing this mail to highlight to you about an amount that has been erroneously deducted by Makemytrip from my Credit Card.

          I had booked a flight ticket through your website on 7th Jan 2023 from :

          1. New Delhi to Dubai- 15th Feb 2023 through Emirates Booking Ref No. QGG5Q6
          2. Dubai to New Delhi- 19th Feb 2023 through Spicejet PNR No. PIGYUX/SG

          I had then rescheduled the Dubai to New Delhi flight from 19th Feb 2023 to 5th March 2023. I did this modification online through your app on 21st Jan 2023.
          When I checked the rescheduling charges earlier, it was showing quite less amount in AED(Dirhams) but when I completed the rescheduling, an amount of AED 2, 294.06 was deducted from my credit card. I called customer care to clarify the reason why this unexpectedly high amount got deducted but unfortunately did not receive a satisfactory answer.

          When I called the airline (spicejet), they informed me that they have received an amount of INR 3, 089 only from Makemytrip for doing these changes.

          I am attaching the tickets and the details of my payment showing in your app for your records. It is mentioned that an amount of AED 3, 016.06 has been charged as Airline Taxes which is not correct.

          I would like to seek a detailed clarification of the charges levied on me as I am not able to believe that rescheduling a flight from Spicejet would cost me the amount that Makemytrip has falsely charged on me. I have requested the airline to send me the payment details for my records which they will share shortly.

          I would humbly request you to thoroughly check the cause of this error and return the extra amount back immediately.

            Dear Sir,

            This is to inform you that I had purchased Air Tickets worth Rs 7002 ( Rupees Seven Thousand Two only) through Standard Chartered Credit Card number[protected] on 26/06/2022. I had paid Rs 2502 (Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred Two only) and used a part of my accumulated bonus points under Make My Trip scheme by en-cashing voucher code [protected] for Rs 4500 (Rupees Four Thousand Five Hundred only) issued to me by Make My Trip on 21/06/2022..

            Unfortunately the flight got cancelled and the entire amount was refunded by the Airliners (Go Air) to Make My Trip who in return refunded the amount spent for buying the ticket. The refund of 2212 has been reflected in my SCB statement against credit card number [protected] dated 20/10/2022.

            However, the amount of Rs 4500 (Rupees Four Thousand Five Hundred only) used in purchasing the ticket by en-cashing the Make My Trip Voucher code [protected] has neither been refunded nor another gift voucher of the same value has been issued to me by Make My Trip.

            Hence the authorities of Make My Trip are requested to issue a gift voucher for Rs 4500 (Rupees Four Thousand Five Hundred only) to me against the pending refund of Rs 4500 (Rupees Four Thousand Five Hundred only) against their gift voucher code [protected] as mentioned above..

            An early action shall be very much appreciated.

            It seems that there is nobody at MakeMyTrip India to attend to customer grievances. The helpline is also put in automation mode and there is no way one can talk to their staff. No response from them in more than a week. Very very disappointing.

            ONCE AGAIN APPEALING FOR A RESPONSE FROM MakeMyTrip INDIA TO RESOLVE MY PROBLEM.

            Complaint made on Jan 23. Seven days gone and no communication from MakeMyTrip. This is very disappointing. Would my issue be resolved?

              I, had booked the following tickets on British Airways, through MakeMyTrip.

              17 May 2023 Mumbai - via London (Heathrow) - Toronto

              31 May 2023 Toronto - via London (Heathrow) - Mumbai

              However, due to a change in schedule made by British Airways, I requested for cancellation and refund on 24th December 2022.

              I was assured that I will get the refund within 2 weeks. Here are the details of my ticket.

                Non receipt of Refund of Cancel Ticket PNR - VM51HV

                I have made one Booking on 14.12.2022 wherein i have Received the PNR - NZIZPE (3 Passengers) subsequently i have split the PNR for cancellation of ticket of one passenger name Abhinav Narayan vide his PNR-VM51HV.
                I have also confirmed with Indigo for refund of my amount and they have reverted that AED459 has already processed and contact with your Travel Agent / partner on 02.01.2023. Now I am trying with Make My Trip since 02.01.23...

                Refund from Indigo not being paid by make my trip.com even though indigo has processed and sent the payment request to makemytrip. Moreover their customer care numbers do not provide an option to share customer refunds or grievances.

                  I purchased 3 Gift cards from HDFC instant vouchers for MMT Holiday to be used on the Final purchase, when I made the Final payment It did not allow me to use the Gift card as the discount code was applied . The Prime usage of Gift card is to use it on Final amount even if there is a discount applied.
                  While purchasing the gift card I checked on main page and it mentioned Max 3 gift cards can be used . The terms and conditions were listed where we check the box that I accept the terms and conditions .
                  Also, as per law the Gift cards should have minimum validity of 5 years but they offer only 1 year.
                  They should be listed on the main page when the consumer is purchasing . I
                  ask MMT to cancel my Gift card and refund me the amount.

                    I have completed one trip which was completed on 17th October 2022, but still in my MMTBLACK it shows as “PENDING” and as a result I have not received the cashback and the point has not added to my MMT BLACK.

                      This is very disappointing for me not receiving the reply from MMT of my previous complaint / email dated 07/01/2023 requesting to refund the amount of Rs. 614/- for booking of two seats of bus from Pune -Shivaji Nagar to Shirdi for 07/01/2023 vide PNEM0007535 and 45689053. We had waited more than two hrs but neither bus came nor we got any update then we explored other options.

                      Due to this we lost other connections of our journey and this caused to spoiled our trip. As the bus was cancelled we could not performed the journey. Kindly response and refund the full amount of Rs. 614/- immediately.

                        My name is anuj kumar. I'm staying in Australia, and due to some emergency, I had to travel to India. As it was last minute travel requirement, I was worried about my stay in Gurgaon, India. I booked a hotel via Make My Trip and got a confirmation email with a tax invoice. I paid the total amount along with Insurance. When I contacted the Hotel on my arrival time, they told me that they don't accept travel bookings via make my trip, and the booking charges they asked for were six times higher than what I had already paid during my booking. I immediately called the Make my Trip customer care number to resolve the issue. I spent almost one hour with the customer care executive who tried to confirm with the OYO team about the booking. Finally, he said the hotel phone number was unavailable so they couldn't ensure the same. After discussing with the OYO team, he offered me another hotel near the original booking. Again, I spent another 30 to 45 minutes getting confirmation of this booking. After a long time over the phone, the customer care executive mentioned that the hotel phone number was unavailable. I asked him to provide any other alternative. But he mentioned that they couldn't find any other hotel for me. So the only available option is to refund the money.

                        Why I'm so disappointed here-

                        I'm a diabetic and high BP patient. I spent the whole day without any room and talking to the customer care executive. I didn't check my BP when I was having a call with the Customer care executive. I suggest you should listen to these phone calls. He spoke like a recorded messenger (repeating the same sentence 15 to 20 times). He didn't understand the pain of a customer waiting for a room in an alarming winter.

                        And secondly, my refund amount is only the hotel booking amount. And what about the insurance charges that I paid? I didn't cancel the booking, and the Hotel cancelled this booking. Why should I bear the cost of the Insurance?

                        Finally, my email is about something other than the insurance refund but mainly about my mental and physical stress due to this mismanagement and lousy customer service. I will file a case for compensation for the psychological and physical stress I had to bear.

                        I also request improvement of the services.

                              Dear Sir/Madam,
                              Reference to a cancelation of my ticket and refund, we informed your office as soon as we could. I fell down in Mumbai on the night of November 17th and next morning I went to my doctor, and it was discovered that I have fracture in his left knee and slight injury to right knee too, therefore under his doctor, s advice I and my companion Ashok Yogi could not travel from Mumbai to Ranchi and return. We called on 19th and informed your customer service that due to medical resign they will not be able to travel. We were assured on phone that a full refund will be granted (I have a recorded message on my phone). Since over a month I did not received credit back to his credit card, therefore waiting almost two months I did not see credit on his card so file dispute of original charge.

                                  This is in regard to the problem / high level of inconvenience created by MMT to my family. First of all I would like to state that I have been utilizing the MMT services for more than 10 years but this time unfortunately my experience was not good . I booked my family tickets from MMT on 30.12.2022 from Dubai to Delhi ( 3 passengers, for dated 08.01.2023 with Booking ID: AN7B35680CBUDPM47285 ) .The same tickets were rescheduled on 6th Jan '2023 for dated 14.01.2023 ( midnight 12.05 departure time AI-996), for which I got confirmed tickets from MMT.

                                  On 13.01.2023 evening during web check-in at Air India, I was not allowed . Immediately I called AI helpline numbers and as per their information my tickets have been cancelled by MMT. When I reached Dubai airport, AI staff did not allow me to board as they said your ticket booking is not available and it has been cancelled by MMT while I got confirmed tickets from MMT and even online tickets are showing the confirmed tickets at this moment also. Immediately I called the MMT helpline and had a lot of discussions with the MMT customer care executive. MMT customer care executive accepted that due to some technical error it has happened but no information was given to me till the last moment of flight departure, ONLINE PORTAL of MMT is still showing confirmed tickets. No help was given to me.

                                  My wife was travelling with 2 small kids and the last minute mess by MMT has stressed them . My kids' exams were scheduled for 14th Jan'2023 morning which they missed .Since Friday ( 13th Jan, I have called a number of times at MMT customer care Helpline and explained my case to multiple executives. Even after multiple calls MMT is not responding. every time every new executive gives me one message " We will call back " but no one calls back.

                                  I am utilizating MMT services from last 10 years at least but the behavior your organization has shown to me seems MMT has no customer values. My family is totally harassed and is stressed. Finally I thought to contact you about my case. I need a full refund of my ticket and compensation for the harassment is being caused.

                                  I hope you will understand my case and inreven for the same. MMT has face value in the market but your team is letting it down .

                                  I am attaching the confirmed tickets for your reference which I received from MMT .Some screenshots are also attached which shows the tickets being given by MMT.

                                    I'm booked a ticket from chennai to Hyderabad on bharathi travels but amont of Rs. 2100 deducted from my account but ticket not booked. Pls refund my deducted amount please.

                                      Refer PNR no WC5SXT on which flight was delayed for more than 2 hours and we cancelled on your app this booking
                                      We should get full refund however you paid only Rs 595/-
