Dear team,

I have booked hotel villa 33 New Delhi for 3days through make my trip and paid ₹ 15460 in advance. While reaching hotels
They told they don't have any contract with make my trip since last 2years. So I called customer care and they were shifting me to some nearby by shabby hotel orina which I denied and inform them to refund my money and they confirmed the same by email, I again booked the New hotel welcome group ITC through make my trip and paid ₹22771 for 3days as I did not have any place to stay.

Now when I am asking for my refund of ₹15460 to customer service they don't have clue and will call back, but till date no one has called back or replying to my email that my case closed.
This is sheer cheating by Make my trip.

      On 20 November 2022 I raised the request for refund of wallet amount 16397/- and was assured of getting the refund in 5 to 12 days. Upon not getting redund in specified time I called for customer care and was now assured on email that I will be getting refund latest by 8 December 2022. But till now neither refund has been done neither the company is providing me with any further information. It's as if they want to hold on the my amount. Highly incompetent attitude. Never ever in future am I ever going to be booking any service from Makemytrip.
      I want my refund back ASAP or else will be approaching consumer court.

        I have booked a 15-Oct-2022 Pune to Pusad bus ticket on make my trip website. on 13-oct I call customer support and ask them to cancel it on behalf of me since I coudn't able to do online due to some technical error.

        As per customer care executive I will be receiving Rs.2746 (Approx.) as refund after some deductions. But till this date I haven't received a single penny.

          I had placed refund request for wallet amount 16397/- on 20 November 2022 and was informed that I will be getting it in 5 to 12 days. After not getting it even after 12 days, requested a call back. With much hassle I finally got a customer care executive on phone and was sent an email that latest the refund will reflect in my account by 8 Dec 2022. But even till date the amount has not been refunded. Now that I am trying to get them on call, no option for call back or talk to customer care executive is available anymore. They are not even available on chat. Highly unreliable service. Never ever in future am I ever going to be booking any service from them anymore. Makemytrip I want my refund ASAP or else I will be approaching consumer court about it.

            Yesterday in 24 hr I got 10 spam mails from Make My Trip.
            This qualifies them as the spammer of the Year Award.

              My name is Samuel D M. I am using MakeMyTrip past 6 years it's quite long journey. Last 7 day ago I made a payment against hotel booking but that was not confirmed/ failed. Booking ID - NH[protected], Transaction ID no. [protected] amount deducted from my wallet Rs. 7530/- I called to customer care of MakeMyTrip but they couldn't give me a proper solution. Please clear my issue I want that amount immediately

                Trip guarantee program

                I have booked a train ticket on the Make My Trip application under the Trip Guarantee program by paying an additional premium of Rs. 1, 500. The program T&C says used eligible for 3X refund consisting of actual ticket fare refund and 2x value voucher (max 6, 000 and certain other conditions) which can be utilized for alternative travel plans for the same route.

                I booked flight on MMT which was eventually cancelled by airline but MMT failed to provide this information. I had to follow up directly with airline and had to alter the tickets. I again followed up with MMT to provide and updated tickets and they have given me ticket with wrong origin. My altered ticket was provided from ahmedabad instead of bangalore and ..
                1. I had to bear the extra cost of travelling to ahmedabad
                2. why did I pay to MMT if they didnt provide me any service
                3. they given me wrong information on ticket- origin from BLR but it was from Ahmedabad

                This need explanation to fully understand the issue, please understand that I have gone thru the mental torture and also I had to give extra money

                  My international flight was cancelled by airline and makemytrip failed to inform me, also didnt give any customer service. They even provided me wrong tickets from wrong origin. I had to follow up with airline directly and had to book flight from different origin which has resulted me in additional cost. This issue is not easy to explain and would require time.                     My visa application hasn't been submitted to the UAE embassy yet. I was supposed to receive my visa on 5th of december 2022 but MMT hasn't only submitted my application. I've already booked the tickets to Dubai. If not processed on time. I'll have to bear huge losses.

                        I had booked my flight through MMT website Booking ID
                        AN7BUHXQ8J0YIGES0570 from Chennai to Dubai by Air India on 17Nov22. Since i did not get the tickets for 48 hours, i decided to cancel the booking and booked a flight with a different airline. I had paid AED 808 for the ticket to MMT. I've attached the screenshot for reference.

                        I was informed that the refund would be credited within 48 hours. However, i have not received the refund till today 05Dec22 which is more than 15 days. I repeatedly wrote emails to MMT but there was no response. The website now shows that no refund is due which is very shocking. I strongly urge MMT to make the refund immediately.

                          I have booked premium room in Vrindavan hotel and resorts in Vrindavan Omaxe Eternity through MAKEMYTRIP and booking id is NH[protected] for 30 nov 2022. when we have visited there no manager was there and no reception was there. When we had make bookings room shown was 400 sq ft. in the MAKEMYTRIP mobile app.But they have given 120 sq ft rooms. We have made bookings for 6 adults but only accomodation was there for 4 persons only. The rooms were not proper and other amenities were not upto the mark.We have waited there for more than 2 hours 30 mins but no one came up to attend us.
                          We have contacted so many times to MakeMyTrip executives but there was no response from there side also they just said to wait. Rohit dubey was the person who called on the behalf of hotel and given the room after that when we have called him for the issue he has not attended a single call. I have told MAKEMYTRIP executives so many times that one of the traveller has serious health issue but then also no solution was made either by MMT nor by the hotel.
                          Atlast after getting too much disappointment we have check in in another hotel.
                          We requested the hotel as well as MMT executives to please refund our booking amount as we have not stayed in the hotel.But they denied to refund .

                          I request you to please help me get my refund back.They have cheated and also not attended us when we got there.Makemy trip is not helping us

                            Dear sir,
                            As complained earlier I have been receiving several spam mails daily. To prevent blocking them they hvae been changing their Header/ ID ie MMt, Makemy. Trip, Make-my-Trip, MMT, Make_my.Trip etc.
                            I have not been able to contact this company directly but I promise them through this complaint neither I nor my family will ever use their services as they a Cheap spammer Trip company.

                              I made booking airticket Doha to thiruvanthapuram PNR is[protected], After successful payment they given ticket, then I checked into the Air Arabia site there is no booking under the pnr that make my trip given, then I checked into the app there was my payment is unsuccessful and there is ticket also, this is called big cheating

                                We raised the ticket cancellation request on make my trip on 29th November 2022 for the flight scheduled on 9th Dec 2022 for Booking IDs:
                                NF7PX0ORY1VV6QL54901 and NF7U0LE5CM77BPDZ1565.
                                Reason: Medical emergency, my wife is pregnant and has been advised bed rest.
                                The app shows the flights have been cancelled but airline still shows the tickets as valid. When we reach MMT over mail they don't respond and when we call they don't have any response as to when will the refund be processed and what will be the refund amount.
                                Why should I pay convenience fess to make my trip while they are making my life hell by not responding to mails and calls even after long waiting no resolution.

                                  I have a flight ticket on Airasia booked through Makemytrip. Am trying to web checkin. The airline websire does not allow since it is asking for a mobile number. When i enter my number, it says a different number has been used for booking (I did my booking on MMT, not sure what number they have given to airline). So, having no other option, when i try to webcheckin on MMT, am having to select paid seat - there are no free seats available and am not getting option to skip the step. It is mandatory for customers to webcheckin, am not able to web checkin unless i pay for the seat to MMT.

                                    My payment is done and money is charged against my simpl account, however there is no booking generated in the app under upcoming bookings or unsuccessful bookings or cancelled section.

                                    What is the way ahead?

                                      I tried booking a hotel using Makemytrip today. The payment was deducted twice but the booking couldn't be made. It showed that the booking failed, but there is no formal communication from their side regarding the refund of the same. I tried calling them, but customer care number doesn't connect me to customer care. Can't find their email id too for such grievance redressal.
