For my family I tried to make bookings for 3 villas. Now two villas were confirmed got confirmed while one wasn't.

Now it is showing sold out. For no fault of ours we have to either choose between the family members or loose the entire money. We called MMT and the person offered no help and suggested us to go to consumer forum.

We request atleast one of three solution :

1. Give us an extra villa/room...

My name is MOHIT, I booked my fight from to and fro journey for BANGALORE-JAIPUR travel. I booked it via makemytrip mobile application and choose air costa flight for this trip.

But unfortunately AIR-COSTA stopped working for some operational issue and makemytrip asked me to completely new and different booking and for previous booking where flight AIR-COSTA flight stopped working they told me that 100% refund will come back....

The location - pathetic - it is an absolute rural area. U book on mmt they will tell u it is an ac cottage and then when u reach there u have to fight as it will be a non ac cottage. That is just the start. There are chickens and ducks # and walking all over the place. I had book hotel on 8 june but suddenly on 21 june they cancelled my booking and saying that system identifying my booking was under fraud while i produce all document.

I have bank statement from which i have made payment and also attach gift voucher copy.

My check in date is 24 june but they cancelled before 48 hours and now i need to bear thousandths of loss & headache so i want refund...
