As per government rule, person travelling between 7th july - 18th july will get udf refund due to charges slashes. Me and my husband travelled del-pnq on 9th july by vistara flight 720[ udf refund 1100/- approx ] and jet airways: 9w 331 [bombay to new delhi] on 16th july, 2017 [udf refund 950/- approx].
As per airlines, they will not refund it to us but the agent through which we booked ticket will do.
I called mmt customer care their response is not good and infact wierd.
I have emailed them from 7th aug but didn't get any response till now and even they are just sending email in every 10 days we are looking into this issue.
I followed them on twitter but still they are not replying when will i get refund infact they told me i'll get refund half amount. I dont why as we are two person and as per govt rule udf refund is for each person.
And they stopped replying me on twitter.

I don't expect such pathetic service, reply and response from mmt.

    It has been more than 2 months that i have not received udf refund for my travel from delhi.
    I get an automated mail in every 5 days from mmt saying that they are co-ordinating with airlines (Jet airways, in my case) and want some more time for refund.

    I am not able to understand one thing, i booked another jet airways flight from goibibio for which i got my udf refund within 10 days then why mmt is taking that much time for udf refund?
    If mmt has already received udf refund than why aren’t they giving it back to passenger?

      We came to know that udf & aat charges if paid already for the travel dates after 8th of july are refundable by respective airlines if tickets are booked prior to 7th of july, 2017

      I have been waiting from long time and wrote many emails and tweet still no response regarding my udf refund.
      Pnr vw5gmn

      Airline mentioned that they refunded amount to makemytrip. However, you are saying that you haven't received amount.

      Please advise the status.

        I am already booked 27/09/2017 turtle beach resort... But some many prblem not free this date... I want to modify that booking date to 30/09/2017... But i was try to modify the date make my trip app. Its not working... I am already call to customer care num.. But not connected... Cancellation policy 30% amount will be charged... Am not cancellation my booking... So modify option cannot be working... Many times customercare authorized person tried to contact.. But not supported... Plz help me... This is cheating

          I am eligible for udf refund for booking flight tickets from make my trip but there is no concrete response from them yet. They reply to all my emails. However; they only ask for more time to credit the eligible refund.

            I have booked 2 triple deluxe rooms in a hotel by the name sonar bangla at darjeeling for 28/09/2017 to 30/09/2017 which is for 2 nights from make my trip website. I had paid rs 12, 671.36 for this booking through net banking option. As of the current situation in darjeeling due to gorkhaland agitations darjeeling is not open for tourists this season hence i wanted to cancel the booking well before 10 days of our stay. As per the cancellation policy i was supposed to get 100% refund if the cancellation was made before 10 days. When i was trying to call make my trip there is no option of speaking to someone in their phone ivr options and it was guiding me to do modifications from their website only. When i tried to cancel the booking through their website on 17/09/2017 the refund it was showing was only rs 3017.36. As the amount was not the same as i have paid and i was loosing more than 75% of the amount i have emailed the issue to their customer care team bearing reference numbers[protected],[protected] &[protected]. For the emails i have sent i got response from one ms mamta sharma who responded on 17/09/2017 at 4:02 pm stating that my complaint has been received and got escalated to the concerned team. There was no response on 18/09/2017 as per the cancellation policy i tried to cancel yet again through their website, this time the refund was rs zero and that too before 12 pm on that day instead i was supposed to get 100% refund if the booking was cancelled before 12 pm on 18/09/2017 which will be 10 days before my stay at the hotel. Again on 19/09/2017 i got email from make my trip seeking an apology as follows :

            Please accept our apologies for not replying to your e-mail within 24 hours. We assure you that at makemytrip, we are continuously working to improve our customer experience and provide a faster resolution.

            We have received your request & for this we will call you back in morning to solve that issue.

            Today it is 22/09/2017 and i am still awaiting any kind of email response or phone from make my trip team.

            Now i am really frustrated as a reputed company like make my trip is treating their customers like this then how can they expect me to use their website and even recommend it to somebody.

            Hope i get some help through this website.

              I booked two way ticket kol-dmr on the 24th sep, and return dmr-
              Kol on 4th oct. On the 25th of july 2017 paid in full through sbi debit card. The booking makemytrip id is[protected]. Amt 16884.                 I am registered on makemytrip.com for booking flight tickets/booking holtels etc. I recently booked my flight on 14th sepetember to for me, my wife and my son. After booking when i checked the invoice to my surprise the ticket was booked on the name of my wife not on my name, the account is on my name the makemytrip.com page clearly mentions it. The bookihng was even done from my bank account. During booking no where it was mentioned that the booking will be invoiced on the name of passenger selected first or any such thing. The makemytrip account is on my name. I want makemytrip.com to rectify the invoice.

                  Compliant is regarding booking id nh2p[protected].

                  First i want to ask "makemytrip india" what is the below number is for? In eamil and advertisements you say 24/7 support but the real fact is there is no support for the booking already done. Only you can raise a query using mobile app or from website which will also do not work.

                  So coming to my issue. I book a hotel and mmt gave a discount vocher. After reaching hotel they want me to pay full amount since mmt will not repay them and will not respond properly.

                  Initially i said no mmt will respond immediately. And they ask me to call and confirm. When i started calling ivr say they do not answer any questions or support for bookings that are already done. And only one option is working that is to promote their new scheme and a representative will come inline to explain you about the scheme.

                  When i explain my issue to them they say there are not the right persons and also they cannot able to transfer the call. They ask me to choose a different option which i already tried and it say the same that there is no online support for bookings that are already done.

                  So customer need to wait on road at night 11pm thinking what to do since the application is not working and there is no online support. Really a very very worst service by mmt.

                  Goibibo service is good. They respond immediately. First time i went with mmt is it will a trash company. All advertisements are just to attract people and fool them.

                  Really want ask a lot of questions but helpless since no option to reach them

                    The flight is cancelled but since the airlines [our beloved air india] refused to pay me the full refund, mmt gave up on the issue and has been requesting me to 'compromise'. My connecting flight has been cancelled and they expect me to book just that one flight and continue with my itinerary.

                    I reached out to all the four types of escalations in mmt portal [with the complaint number mentioned above].in every escalation they kept telling that my phone was not reachable and hence they've closed the query. If i show you my logs (And believe me i do have those call logs with me), after first level of escalation i never received a call from mmt. Looks like this was just a way out for them.

                    Its been more than a month since i opened the issue. Such a big name and so irresponsible. I cannot even explain how frustrated i am right now.

                      Myself and some of my friends are traveling to abroad and we booked international hotel with makemytrip using citibank credit card in which they should get 80 percent cashback by using "citisuper" as promo code. I have booked international hotel in mobile application and i got the cashback but friends who booked through desktop application, they have not received cashback. This offer was there for both desktop and mobile application both.

                      When i called to makemytrip customer care they told you have not applied promo code. But we are 100 percent sure that we have used promo code. There must be a bug in the desktop site of makemytrip or they must be cheating us. As citibank also connected in the offer, citibank name is also getting spoiled due to this. It takes a long time to make the name but it takes seconds to spoil the name. Also its difficult to gain customers believe after getting spoiled. Hence, i advice you to not have any schemes with make my trip in future.

                      One of my friend knew about makemytrip is a cheater company so he saved the screenshots of his bookings. He booked three international hotels and makemytrip customer care has told you have not applied promo code in any of the bookings. As he has saved the screenshots of his bookings, he had the proof, he mailed the same to make my trip after that they had to pay him cashback amount. But 99 percent people believe on makemytrip and citibank and does not save screenshots which are cheated by makemytrip.

                        I have booked ticket for 20112017 and rescheduled to 20092017 by paying charges of rs 6422.
                        After payment even after 4 hours no confirmation email received.
                        Called more than thrice to help line for update they have hold the line for 45 to 55 mins and not responded.
                        Three email sent with all details and screenshots but not a single call for courtesy (Received one call kolkatta for two rings and disconnected and immediately sms stating that my no was not reachable and now its your turn to call our help line)

                        How to resolve the issue
                        I have paid amount for tomorrow ticket its booking done or not
                        Why make my trip is not responding call or email
                        Even r while writing this complain my call is on waiting at make my trip help line 35 mins is over.

                        Booking done at 19.28 hrs and now at 22.44 hrs no responce from make my trip

                        What about money
                        What about refund
                        What about booking
                        What about cancellation

                        Its technical error due to heavy rain in mumbai on 19092017 customer like us has to loose money or its clear cheating by make my trip.

                            I have booked two rooms at hotel sutrupti, bhubaneswar on 4th sept'2017 vide pnr=23534450 booking id=nh2p[protected] for the date of 25 sept'2017. I just contact with mr. Leake at hotel sutrupti by this ph no-[protected] for the confirmation of hotel booking. I am surprised to learn from mr. Leake that there is no such booking showing in there system.

                                Firsty i booked a package from make my trip.
                                Then after some time i book a flight for 1person for the same timings but when the flight got booked i got mail about my flight timings which is totally different what i booked.
                                I book a flight which was about 11am delhi - goa but i got about 3pm and return flight that is from goa - delhi on 27/9/17 timings was 6:20 pm but i got the flight with timings 12:45am.
                                They don't have a simple no. To contact them.
                                They have toll free no. Be its next to impossible to talk to them.

                                  This is karthik i have done a round trip booking for my wife today around 3:30 pm the amount has been credited from my account and i have contacted my bank regarding the same they have confirmed that the transaction was successful but i didn't get any confirmation of the booking from your side it is a round trip from bangalore to visakhapatnam on[protected] and[protected].

                                    I had booked a bus ticket from mumbai to shirdi with the bus operator ‘dolphin travels redbus exclusive’, after booking bus ticket i called dolphin customer care on 29th aug 2017 (Makemytrip bus id: nu[protected]), they confirmed that my bus ticket is confirmed and it is a sleeper bus.

                                    On the journey date when i called them they said that bus will reach at the pickup point on scheduled time so we went there and waited, once scheduled time pass i called again, they said that bus will reach within 15 minutes so again we waited and when bus did not come so we called them again, they said same thing again…it happed many time until 12:00pm (Midnight) after that they stopped picking my call, after long time they picked my call and said that your bus is cancelled and we have already informed to the makemytrip, now you need to talk to them only.

                                    Somehow we had booked new bus ticket and went to shirdi and when i came back i have registered my complaint –‘[protected]’ with makemytrip on the 3rd sep 2017 and waited as instructed by the makemytrip customer care.

                                    I called again and they have given me a new complaint number ‘[protected]’ again i have waited and called but did not get any resolution till yet.

                                    I do not understand why i am not getting my money back; i am just asking to return my money, what is wrong in it.

                                    Attached is my new bus ticket detail.

                                    Could you help on this please?

                                      My booking id nu[protected], nu[protected] and complaint number[protected].
                                      When communicated to make my trip that the above refereed booking bus operator canceled the trip from his end and asked for refund the customer representative of bus operator mentioned we should contact make my trip and make my trip since past 3 days mentioning it will resolve in 24 hours but till date no refund or communication. They been cheating customers and action need to be initiated.

                                      Had done by flight booking to Bali from Mumbai to and fro. Along with baggage and meal both d ways. They charge u more than other website, n when u tell them, they will show their company policy.
                                      My returned baggage was not booked due to "technical error" for which they are not even ready to pay me refund.

                                        I am still waiting for my udf return for jet airways flight from delhi to chennai. I have aleady talked to jet airways and they are saying that they have already returned to mmt. I have already called you people twice but no action has been taken from your side.

                                        Why you people are so hesitant to return it to people who have paid it? If you need money, then ask people to donate you rather than doing such sort of customer service.

                                        In reference to your complaint, we have validated your case and found that, the UDF claim is still pending for Jet Airways flight. As checked, there was another airline (Spice Jet) booked for onward segment from Chennai to Delhi and we have processed UDF refund of Inr 477/- as Indigo has refunded us the same. Since, we are still awaiting refund from Jet Airways for UDF as of now we are unable to process refund for the same. Please be advised that the refund will get processed from our end on automation once we will receive the same from Jet airways. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
