I had a booking with BookingId: NR[protected] which was cancelled due to WL ticket and the amount by IRCTC was sent back as stated by them but I still haven't received my money back. IRCTC has also provided the transaction details and I am not able to reach to any customer executive of MakeMyTrip. Just poorest service of all the companies out there....

Hi team,
The ticket was booked but it was not issued, so PNR number was not generated, I requested the team to cancel the same booking within minutes, the team has confirmed back on email that the ticket will be cancelled and refund will be processed but later went ahead and issued the ticket.

I would like to get the ticket cancelled and claim refund.
