I am unable to delist my property, in order to make a new listing on ingo-mmt. While the email associated with my account has been deleted the phone number has not been deleted. When I try to list my propert I get the message: This mobile number is already associated with another account. I suspect there are multiple listing for my property. Hence the confusion. Please help. I contacted the ingo-mm business property promotion adviser for my area Mr Deendayal Ramaswamy but he has not been able to help. Would it be possible to sort out this problem of multiple listing for my property Woodstock Home Stay, Ooty and deactivate them. Thanking you, D. James

    I am running a homestay called Woodstock in Ooty, nilgiris TN. In order to improve business I had listed the property with ingo-mmt. Unfortunately the information given was not accurate. For instance my homestay was listed as a hotel, resulting in wrong tax details, also wrong inflated room rents were shown. I had therefore decided to delete my ingo-mmt account. I received a message that my a ingo-mmt account had been deleted. However, when I checked into my google business site: https://[protected]@business.sites.come I found that even after deletion of my ingo-mmt account their ads showing wrong prices was still showing. This adversely affects my business since the goibibo ad shows room rents for my homestay that are two or times the normal rates. Further when I tried to again list my property at ingo-mmt I am receiving the message that my mobile number is already associated with another account. Which account? My ingo-mmt a count is supposedly deleted. Kindly help as my business is badly affected. D. James

      Preventing web-checkin without choosing a seat

      I am travelling by GoAir from Mumbai to Bangalore tomorrow.

      Ticket details are:

      While web-check in is mandatory, Makemy trip is not giving any option of auto allocate the seats. I am unable to skip the select seat page itself. This is only an option, not mandatory as per DGCA rules. I am facing this problem everytime with them. I have to do it through airline website, from computer....

      I booked flight ticket from delhi to munich for 2nd November through makemytrip which i later got it rescheduled to 6th november . I paid 25 thousand extra to get my date changed but was unable to board the flight since the airline (lufthansa) informed that the makemytrip did not informed them about the date change and also did not paid the money which I paid for the date change . . I tirelessly tried contacting customer executives at makemytrip but unable to resolve my issue uptil now .All I got from them is that their case is under validation and it requires further study . Its been more than 18 days but my issue is not resolved and 70 thousand rupees is stucked . Please me get my refund and get this resolved

          I'm writing to let you know that the taxi reservation with the Booking ID: NC[protected] was made at 8:25 am for a 9:30 am pickup. I immediately cancelled the reservation to book a fresh ride after the driver requested to cancel it. however, my money was immediately taken out and marked as a non-refundable order.

          Since I did not make a mistake, could you maybe assist me in getting a refund? The driver disputed the duty, and now I am being charged.

            I have submitted an online review on Make My Trip and would like to redact the same owing to privacy concerns.

            This option is not available on both website and application of Make My Trip . When I tried to reach their customer care, the automated call gave no such options to delete such reviews.

              I raised a request to change my date of flight but none them had replied from my emails and calls. After i said to cancel my Flight for that request also they didnt reply and finally i got email says ur flight cancellation request is done and flight cancelled.
              The refund they are not processing.

                I have made booking via make my trip for one of my guest in Mumbai for hotel stay

                However Hotel Manager refused to provide accommodation and asking extra money to confirm booking

                Now when I raised complain to make my trip, hotel manager lying that I have asked for couple accommodation without marital status, WHICH IS TOTALLY FAKE

                ITS TOTALLY FRAUD MADE BY BOTH AND NOW NOT RETURNING MY MONEY

                  It had been more than 8 months and every time I get the response that the amount had been credited to the email: [protected]@ymail.com and phone: [protected] linked to the card but I can't see the same in mmt wallet. Bank told me to reach the customer care but whenever I try calling customer care and enter the 6 digit card no then call gets disconnected. Please see to it and do the needful.                       I had booked tickets on 19th Aug, 2022 and paid Rs. 68926 and due to some reason one side Flight was cancelled by Airline. so i was suppose to receive the refund of Rs. 33290.
                      Makemytrip Transfered my Money to Their MMT wallet on 25th aug, 2022 and on the same day i made a request to transfer the money to my bank account.
                      till date i have not received any from MMT in my Bank account.
                      i have been mailing them and calling them since a really long time but i get no correct information from them. I keep Receiving Different RRN numbers from the MMT agents or you can false RRN number from them. they have been harrasing me from a really long time. no proper Customer care service. i have shared them bank statements and also a mail from my bank that the amount has not been received still they are not giving me any information they keep saying we have transfered the money.

                            for dated 13th Nov-22 I book my bus ticket through mmt for travels from Ujjain to Nagpur, on 7:00 pm & book the bus of Dashmesh Travels .
                            But when we reported to 6:30 pm at Baba Travels Near Bus stad Ujjain, your operator told us that, the scheduled bus of Dashmesh Travels was cancelled, and you will get refund through MMT. Now if you wish to go to Nagpur, then you have to pay additional charges. So due to urgency, we book another ticket ( off line - Counter ticket ) from Baba Travels and reached to Nagpur.

                                Delay in Tourist Visa

                                I have applied for two tourist eVisas on 3rd of Nov and MMT had not submitted it to the embassy until 9th of Nov. It was mentioned in the website that file would be submitted on 4th of Nov.
