Makemytrip never refunds money when we cancel a ticket thru airlines. Although airlines deposit back to Makemytrip within 3days. However Makemytrp cancellation procedure is until we initiate cancellation in makemy trip bookings they will not refund the amount. Who is going to pay interest for this? I have cancelled number of tickets and now I don't see those bookings in Makemytrip website.

How can they form these kind of procedure,...

My pnr is ne39yb. still refund not credited as i booked round trip on 5th and 6th june 2016. the flight was cancelled due to operation problem. i have attached e ticket for your reference....

I cancelled mine and my wife kanika maloo ticket on 25th june at 1:25 am & 1:35 am for the flight delhi to leh at 6:40 am. i have the cancellation request confirmation mail from make my trip too for the same. i should be eligible for the remaining amount after deduction of cancellation charges of 2225.
But i got only taxes because of no show as per airline go air. that's mean make my trip does not inform go air regarding the cancellation.br...

For the booking reference nn[protected] and nn[protected], i am following up since 3 months (april, may june and now running july).

For these booking reference i have cancelled my ticket but till now i have not received refund yet. as per my conversation with makemytrip money is already credited to mmt account (from airasia) but mmt is not refunding to me....

Misleading/incorrect information was provided by assistant sales manager of mmt, mr. ravi thakur, during booking of tours.

We (two ladies) have booked a group tour to sri lanka in march of this year. on reaching there, there was no sign of a group tour. the only two members of the so called group were two o[censored]s. there was no response to a number of e-mails sent in this regard until the matter was referred to higher authorities....

On 5 july 2016 at 12 pm request was given for upgrading from class w to class k for flight from bkk to bom for 18 july. this was required to utilise a jet voucher o[censored]pgrade to premium class and this voucher needs my economy ticket to be of k class.

Mmt committed to close this in maximum 6 hours by issuing new e ticket.

I have been waiting to book my ticket again but the amount of my ticket has not yet been received since it has been 5 days..so i request u to refund my amount of Rs. 3914/- as soon as possible...If their was any problem for the ticket than your site should not show that tickets are available & and your contact no. is not a tool free as well nor can we complain it through that no....

Refer and earn programme of make my trip is a cheap fraudulent activity of make my trip to install more app of theirs' through this refer and earn. I earned Rs.3200/- through refer and earn and when I used it book my flight ticket, it showed that it has 0 amount but my wallet has the amount mentioned above. Regarding cab driver timing : it was mentioned in itenary provided by mmt that cab would be available from 6 am to 10 pm but driver informed that their timings are 9 am to 6 pm. Why there is disconnect between itenary provided to customer and agreement between mmt and vision holidays coimbatore for arranging cab...

I had booked two tickets, in my name and that of my wife mrs anita anand, for travel as follows:

1. May 8, 2015 delhi-london-seattle
2. Oct 18, 2015 seattle-new york-london-delhi

We completed both sides travel as per itinerary. But my pay back point s awarded only for journey delhi-london.
