I tried to book a flight on 25/ 07 /2016, the booking failed but amount got deducted . ( transaction nf[protected]

I received a sms saying the amount has been sent back to my bank and will hit my account in 3 to 5 days .
The amount has not reached my account still after 1 month and 10 days.
I have been calling your call center for a ARN number, which is needed by my bank to trace the refund transaction.

The call center is not able to provide the ARN number so far

    Hi,
    I have booked package for Kashmir thru make my trip, seller(executive) dealing with me has committed me that i will get cah back of Rs-3000/- out of 48000/- which i paid to buy a package for kashimir.
    Conditio to pay a money thru HDFC BACK, the same i did as well
    I have a written mail from him as well.

    After so many complaints & phone call i have not recd any amount.All the time i have to tell the same story to new person & they are proving me surety that they will look into it but till date nothing has happened.

    I made payment on 19th April & as per him cash back of rs 3000/- should have transferred to my account on 20th June but todat is 2nd september i still waiitng.

    I have spent appox 200-300 rs on my phone calls as well. Also it is torture to me to keep on asking & chasing me.

      Hi,
      I had booked for a package tour to Andaman from 27th Aug to 1st Sept through MakeMyTrip.
      First 2 days of the stay were planned according to itinerary and everything including the property were good. We visted Corbyn's beach, Cellular Jail, Ross Island and NorthBay Island.

      Viper Island and Glass Bottom Boat ride were not covered.(supposed to be covered according to itinerary)

      On the 3rd day(29th Aug) we went to Havelock Island as planned. The cottage was good and we visited Radhanagar beach.
      On 4th day(30th Aug) we went to Elephanta beach in the morning and were supposed to return to Port Blair on the same day. However, the return Ferry was booked for 5th day(31st Aug) evening. There was no sight seeing scheduled for 1 entire day.
      We were supposed to visit local places in Port Blair on 5th day. Instead we visited few local places on the 6th day(1st Sept).
      However we were not able to cover all the places as mentioned in itinerary.

      Would like to tell you that the overall trip was not smooth, had to make repeated calls to Lohith (MakeMyTrip executive) and the local vendors in Andaman to fix the schedule.

      Few of the baseless claims made by the executives.
      1. When we asked to reschedule the ferry from Havelock to Port Blair, the executive told us that it is a Govt rule to stay in Havelock for 2 days compulsarily. (We enquired with local people and there is no such known rule)
      2. According to the executive, the ferry was booked 2 days in advance(25th Aug) and the seats were not available for 30th.(The ferry was booked on Aug 6th- see the attached snapshots). - Another false claim
      3. When asked for justification, the executive told that the itinerary is only tentative.
      (It is no where mentioned that it is tentative, there was no communication on actual itinerary).

      When asked about the planning, the executive was rude in telling that "it is not my problem if you people are getting bored".)

      On the 6th day, there was no communication from MakeMyTrip executive to the local vendors in Andaman about or local city tour. We were made to wait for 1 hour in the reception of the lodge for them to pick us up.We had to hurry in seeing the places We could not cover Samudrika Museum, Forest Museum and Wandoor Beach.

      There is a clear communication gap between the ground staff and the executives. We too were not informed about any changes apriori.

      Since there are lot of places which are not covered and the unhappy experience, we need a refund from MakeMyTrip.

      First and foremost please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience caused to you. In reference to your complaint regarding the inclusions which was not done.
      As we have validated the complete matter and found that Viper Island which was not covered and for glass bottle boat ride.
      As It was closed and still that was offered by our seller to you, in that case we are initiating the refund of INR 1000/- along with the Future travel voucher of INT 1000/- which will be valid for 1 year for domestic flights and hotels.
      Hence we have initiated the same and within 3-4 working days depending upon your bank's processing cycle the refund will get reflect in your bank's account.

      Kindly do let us know once the refund received by you.

        Hi I have booked an air pegasus flight through make my trip app on 12th of Aug, 2016 from bengaluru to hubli. Flight no OP 111 with pnr no AQTB4M. I am supposed to get full refund of Rs 13015/-. But it has not been settled yet. If I call make my trip they say they haven't received the amount from the airlines. If I call the airlines they just don't answer the call. Should I file a suit now? Pls help me out.

        We are working with Air Pegasus's airline regarding refund towards your booking No. NF[protected]. As of now MMT has not got the refund from Air Pegasus's and we are following up with the airline. In some cases Air Pegasus call centre agents have communicated that they have refunded the money to MMT however it is not true. We shall update you once we hear from the Airline team and process refund as soon as we get it from Air Pegasus.

          We booked a package for goa. We requested for upper category room in the hotel. First the agent told us 90, 000 and then after 3 days he told 1, 20, 000. Even after the payment of 1, 20, 000 rupees, we got to know that he booked basic category room for us which was not worth giving 1, 20, 000.             Its been two days that i made the payment of inr 25, 000 when you asked. This amount was higher than mentioned in the quote required to be done at the time of booking by 5, 000 but i anyway made it on goodwill.in exchange for this i was promised an immediate delivery of all flight tickets. Little did i know what was about to unfold.

            Not only the money has been taken under the false pretence of an immediate booking, but i had to talk on makemytrip customer care, where i was harassed and constantly denied any information more than name of the person i was talking to for over 40 minutes.

            Finally from ms. Anjali i could only get the confirmation of money being transferred from me to mmt but no booking whatsoever.in fact my name did not even appear on her screen, just the email id. And instead of inr 82, 000 that you told me it would cost, the package according to ms. Anjali should only cost inr 72, 200 as per details in the system.

            I do not know what is going on, since even hours after having been assured a call back from ms. Anjali and resolution of the problem, there has nothing been done by you or anyone whatsoever.

            The reason i had to contact customer care was because you are absolutely unreachable on your said number (Extn 3384) not just by me but also internal employees. Ms. Anjali can verify that. And have not responded to even 1 of the emails sent by me since i made the payment. To me it looks like, you got the payment and and disappeared. That was after you made a fuss about making the payment immediately.

            So, i need tickets & confirmation now.

                I referred two friends as per referral program however didn't received credit for either of them. 1 friend received error referral code provided is incorrect though he checked it and was correct. The other friend signed up using the link provided but neither he nor I received any credit for it. It has been more than 48 hours since I have complained about it but no resolution provided. It's customer service is pathetic and now they are saying will revert in 7 days as this is their TAT.

                Please don't waste your time and money by dealing with this company.

                  Sir,
                  My uncle tried booking the tickets from Make My trip App and the amount has been debited from the bank account and also the same has been confirmed from the bank statement and people that the same has been credited to Make My trip account. My uncle is not sure which phone number has been used at the time of booking.
                  Now MMT people are saying they are unable to track the transaction. Please note that the transaction date is 18th August 2016. amount is 31000 which is shown in the bank statement.

                    I have been trying to reach make my trip customer service agents through various channels to book online an additional baggage for check in for a fly dubai flight with id nn[protected]. Horrible service i got. Numbers on websites are spam. I still not been able to change or reach with about 36 hours for my travel. No one shoudl use make my trip as it has a lousy customer service!!!

                        I booked the ticket in ememergency and unfortunalety we arrived ded (dehradun) airport 15 minutes late. we talked to the spice jet official and he told it is too late for the ded-del flight, and we can still travel the del-ccu flight. so we took and indigo flight at the last minute and landed in del. upon arrival in del we found that inspite of the assurance all three tickets has been fully cancelled. we talked to the spicejet domestic counter (vaishali and some senior fellow were there) they were very nonchalant and uncoperative. the senior officials even left the counter when asked on the cancellation. it was an emergency and we had to reach kolkata for funeral. the disgrace shown by the airline is condemnable.

                        A lumpsum of 20, 724/- inr. was forfeited.

                        Find the tickets in attachment. necessary action is anticipated from the concerned makemytrip asap.

                          I had taken a holiday package from makemytrip from mumbai to manali & back.
                          I requested them for an invoice for air tickets as i have to claim my lta, but they are saying we cannot give the same as it is against company policy.

                          This is not the first time makemytrip is behaving unresponsible, during the same trip the driver had threatened us.
                          Inspite of complaining again and again, makemytrip did not take any responsibilty. Had a very horrifying experience with them.

                          Their customer care executives are not trained at all. All they are taught to repeat one line"sorry for the inconvenience"

                          Its only a money making company but provides zero service experience.

                            I made one booking nh[protected] and by mistake i cancelled it.. I pressed cancel button by mistake, and i called customer support that i made cancellation my mistake kindly dont cancel it but they said me i will not get mt 9161inr back..                             There was booking from make my trip for hotel rcb in paton, phuket, thailand but when we went to the hotel they are telling that there is no booking they all are telling that they didn even gave this site their hotel to book for anybody we can't find any other hotel room

                              I have deposited rs.25647 and rs. 27810 for hotel king garden in mahabaleswer and cancelled the booking same day but the make my trip said that the refund will not be given because the rules of refund were that if i cancel the booking before 7 days then refund will be given but how does this rule apply on me if i have booked the hotel for date change. So i booked hotel on 15-sep-2016 to 17-sep-2016 and next booked 25-aug-2016 to 27-aug-2016 cancelled it on same day due to some probems and next booking in childern age but i am getting no refund from them. Plese tell me can you help me.

                                I have issued ticket for ixr-blr on 10.09.16 and return blr-ixr on 14.09.16, when i made the reservation i got server error displaying message' server failed'.
                                After some time i noticed that 02 duplicate pnr generated for same name, same date and same sector. As per the below details:-

                                  I had booked a online holiday package to kerala through make my trip on july 7th. The travel date is august 19th 2016. It is a package of inr 30, 000 this includes flight bookings+ hotel bookings +local cab.
                                  They had booked a cheap flight with air pegasus for 2 person 2 ways combined the ticket cost was inr 2425.
                                  The air pegasus is having lots of issues in there service as per in most tv channels they were frequently calling off there service, so i requested the make my trip guys through mail listing these issues and change the flight in the month of july itself.
                                  But they denied the change of flight and said the service is confirmed on committed date and time.
                                  Daily these conversation hours of call with these make my trip to change the flight did not bring any result. But in turn they wrote a mail to pay 10, 000 more.
                                  Listening to them (They comitted the flight service) i agreed to travel the same package in air pegasus with no any change.
                                  Tomorrow is my travel date and air pegasus is cancelled there flights and communicated to me on call intimating the cancellation of both to and fro flights.
                                  Am frustrated talking to these make my trip guys convincing them the fact that the airlines have cancelled the flight, they are asking me to bare the new flight booking charges and they are very very rude.

                                  Note: i do have all mail communication where have sent them requestring to change the flight as the frequency of cancellation by air pegasus is more 25 days back itself. As they assured flight will be available i agreed to travel with same air pegasus, but now airlines have cancelled so what should i do now???

                                      I have booked two tickets to pune. I have received message from mmt.
                                      In which the boarding time was mentioned as 3.30pm from the boarding point i have selected.
                                      I have reached the boarding point at sharp 3.30. Pm
                                      But when i have enquired on the help desk, they told me that bus has already departed at 3:00 pm. They said that the bus departure timing is 3pm only.
                                      I have struggled to get the taxi for the final boarding point which was far away from the first boarding point.
                                      I have to spent extra money on that.
                                      Such kind of poor service from such a brand is not at all expected.

                                        We entire family belong from beawar and my causion went for some exams out their.. We planned for her return on same day and book online ticket from make my trip

                                        But when my sister went to board the bus she come to know their is no such bus in which we planned

                                        The bus operator refuse to accept anything what they put on net.. When we ask them to help us out they start abusing and using some rediculus words which we are really shocked how a man can abuse in front of an girl.. Then he said if you do not have family in ahemdabad why we send her to gujrat.. So is it mandatory to have family in city where a girl want to move..

                                        As my sister was 21 years of age.. Why make my trip people stood on a girl life.. Their we tried to make him understood about the fact and book an hotel near to the place and we paid 2500 inr for an day

                                        Its all happen cause of rubbish make my trip people as they do not have any
                                        Ymphothy i had asked them in my complaint several time if instead of my sister if they have their daughter alone where she dosent know anyone how they do react

                                        Make my trip people has played with a life of an girl and its an offence i want you to kindly help me out in getting a revret from them

                                        They are ready to pay for the ticket but they are not feeling guilty for what they had done. They are not ready to pay for the extra charges which we paid cause of their stupidity
