    I dont get my money back. After the unsuccesfull reservation by you. You promised me to give it back in 7-14 days but that did not happened. The reservation was not done but my money was submitted. That is the payment done online. Give my money back as soon as possible in upcoming days. How your such a big company do like this. I hope you will do it as soon as possible.

      On 23july 2016 i booked ticket from srinagar to jammu for 25th july 2016 from make my trip, but due to some technical error my booking date was scheduled to 25th october.In this matter i called the customer support inspite of my request not to cancel the booking until my problem gets solved, they assured me that my request will processed once my booking gets cancelled so they cancelled it now they are denying any refund and now they are blaming me that i had entered wrong booking date that time, after taking five days and my repeated calls daily. Also my ticket has been cancelled, they showing ignorant behavior. I request to solve my problem as soon as possible.

      We are sorry to read about the issue, In reference to your complaint regarding wrong date booked.
      As we have checked with booking logs and found that the date selected by you was[protected] and same has been booked.
      Now cancellation penalty is applicable and as it the cancellation charge is INR 1300/-, so INR 356/- has been initiated for the refund.
      Within 3-4 working days depending upon your bank's processing cycle the refund will get reflect in your bank's account.

      Kindly do let us known once the refund received by you.

          HI,

          I am posting this on the experience i had with JetAirways on a round trip from Riyadh to Hyderabad.

          My trip was scheduled as below.
          Riyadh to Dahamam = By bus, departing around 3pm
          Dahamam to Mumbai = By Flight
          Mumbai to Hyderabad = By Flight

          And the return was the same.
          Trip from Riyad to Dahamam was never provided. I was at the mentioned bus stop at 12 (3 hours before departure) and could'nt find the bus which on the ticket says (operated by Jet Airways). I checked at the counter and at the office of the bus stop and no one recognised the ticket and was told that there is no such service as mentioned in the ticket.
          Started calling MakeMyTrip and JetAirways and was on call all the time for 3 and half hour but none helped. No one guided me on what to do. I was only told that the bus is at the bus stop but i couldnt find it and people at the bus stop said that there is no such bus available there.

          I had to hire a private taxi from the bus stop to Dhamam to catch the evening flight from Dhamam to Mumbai. The same thing happen in the return flight. I booked a flight from Dhamam to Riyad.

            I had booked two railway tickets through Makemytrip from Ernakulam but boarding
            At Madgaon. The booking was accepted but when I checked, the tickets did not
            Mention boarding at madgaon. In spite of many emails and phone calls, the corrects

            I had to spend 1000/ on taxi and spend 4 hours to go to Madgaon for correction
            Makemytrip assured me that they are looking into the matter
            They now don't even acknowledge my emails
            They are in deep slumber

              Makemytrip planned a trip for us to go to gangtok lachung, peling and darjeeling and back to bangalore, the lachung got closed due to landslides, i had told makemytrip to rearrange the itinerary, they could not do this and didnt even take us to lachung, but we paid a premium for that place, my complaint is that makemytrip should refund the extra money they took for lachung package and they did not honor it

                Didn't get balance in my wallet. Also the amount i was having in my wallet earlier has also been removed.
                My wife installed mobile application of make my trip but i didn't receive any referal amount in my wallet as per policy. Kindly help. This is not single time we are facing this problem, it's been multiple times we see that amount get debited from my wallet.

                  Hi team,

                  I had booked hotel (3 room) in manali for 1 nt. 2 rooms were booked with the name of balveer kumar and 1 was booked with the name of subodh kumar then after i requested hotel manager to arrange all 3 rooms on the same floor in sequence, but when i reached in hotel 2 room were on 4th floor and 1 room was on 1st floor in which 1 room did not had lock in bathroom door. When i asked staff to check the same, i did not get any positive response. Room allocated was just like nothing. I really don't have words to explain the behavior of staff and room allocated even i had already discussed with hotel manager.

                  I tried calling makemytrip on the same time but couldn't connect because of network issue.

                  On the very next day i lodged complaint to makemytrip.

                  After all the discussion with customer care, i got mail that 3 e-coupon allocated to me against all 3 booking which can be used for flight/hotel booking. When i tried booking flight, none of the e-coupon worked then again asked customer care to look into the same.

                  Now after all the discussion, customer care responding that, all e-coupons will work against hotel booking only. If so then how he had written that these e-coupons will work against flight booking as well??

                  As now i can say makemytrip is providing worst service to the customer, if it has business with this type of hotel and after all the discussion customer care is forcing to go with the solution as per his choice and marking the ticket to close again and again without any discussion.

                    We changed the traveling date, and paid all the fine (₹31378) and i checked my email at 9 in the evening and realised that i booked my ticket for 29th n not for 28th. so i called to makemytrip.com but i didn't get any response so again i called at 1 o'clock mid night anf talked with nikhil (executive)
                    And he told me that all he can refund ₹50, 000 and he issued a new ticket for which i had to pay 5000 extra but that can be done only by sales manager will call me back in 2hr and i didn't get any call for 4 hr so i called back at 6 in the morning at talked to new executive and he said he didn't see any note for call back at my information. then we called back again and talked with namrita (executive) to resolve this problem and she said i have to pay 21, 000 more to change my date because she doesn't believe at i had a conversion with nikhil about only paying 5000 extra. so i request if somebody can help me out to pay less amount because i already paid alot.

                      I booked a room almost 3 months back and the amount was credited twice from my account. After several mails they realised that it was the company's fault and I got a mail that my amount will be refunded soon. Soon never came. As I said it's been almost 3 months. I've mailed them enormous times but no reply came. My booking ID is NH[protected]
                      This kind of behavior is totally disappointing from a brand like MMT. People have to think twice before making a payment I suppose.

                        I booked a flight ticket in the name of purabi choudhury for the journey from bangalore to guwahati on 10 th of july 2016. i made a payment of rs 6645 for the fare through sbi net banking. from sbi side transaction was successful but "error in transaction" was shown by makemytrip and suggested me to switch to another mode of payment. no e-ticket was generated and i did not receive any e-ticket in my mail id after this transaction which was successful as per sbi but not as per makemytrip. then i made equal amount of payment using sbi credit card for booking the ticket. this time transaction was shown successful from both sbi credit card as well as makemytrip card. akso i got the e-ticket and invoice in my mail address immediately after this 2nd transaction. the booking id was nf[protected].

                        But when i checked, i found that rs 6646 was also deducted from my sbi account for the first net banking transaction.

                        After all, money was deducted from both sbi net banking and sbi credit card for one flight ticket.

                        Please suggest me so that i get back the money as early as possible.

                          This is regarding following booking ids:

                          These 3 hotel bookings were done through makemytrip (Mmt) app and at the time of booking the hotel was shown as free cancellation, however, when we received the booking voucher it shows as "non refundable". After the first booking was done, i had called mmt to tell them about the issue and check whether i could proceed to book the hotel for other 2 days as well. I was told to take screenshots of the same and if the problem is from mmt then it will surely be take care of. The same problem happened for the next 2 bookings as well.

                          Its been 4 days since i have shared the booking details and the screenshots (Couple of them attached here as well) with them but i have not got any resolution yet. The reference id of the complaint is[protected]. Everytime i call i have to explain the entire issue from the beginning and when i ask for a supervisor they are always busy on other calls and am promised that the supervisor will call back (Which never happens).

                          Please escalate this issue to the correct team at mmt and ensure a speedy resolution.

                          P. S. - after being a regular customer at mmt, its a disappointment to face such issues.

                            I was booking flight amount of 18000 but there is terms and conditions that i can use 10% of my MAKEMYTrip Wallet amount but i have not using it . I called 3, 4 times continuously and they did not reply even mail. I checked the all terms of website. They said like they will arrange call for me in next 24 or 48 hours but after one week there is no response and i want to book flight.

                              While customer care of make my trip contacted, they assured to resolve the issue, and told that i would get the call from the concerned team and they will provide/arrange in another similar hotel, but even after 36 hours no call from team, i have received.

                                The entire tour was extremely badly handled. I am giving below the issues which we have faced.

                                1) we missed the' night of the creatures' show on the 23rd thanks to to the poor planning of the tour manager-mr ajay desai, who was more interested in dinner than the show.

                                2) on the 25th, we were not taken for the city orientation tour at all. We were shown the fountain of wealth from the bus! There was no suntec city tour, merlion walk, orchard road tour at all! Even at sentosa we missed the 4d magix show as well as we were not taken for the monorail ride! This was all mentioned in the brochure!

                                3) on the 26th enroute to kuala lumpur from singapore, during the tour of malacca we were not taken to the cheng hoon teng temple citing reasons that the bus cannot go there! This was again mentioned in the brochure!!

                                4) on the 27th when we were supposed to go to sunway lagoon we reached there at 9.45. However due to the miscoomunication between the tour manager and the local guide we were able to get in only at 11 am. We lost a good 1 hour over there.

                                5) same day we were supposed to go for the famous 'saloma' cultural show in kl. From morning we were told that there are special tables booked for us and it is a great show. Our expectations were built up and come evening we were told that the saloma show is packed to capacity and we are upgrading you to a '5 star' show. We were then taken to some different hotel which was also hosting some cultural and this was being passed of as similar to 'saloma'. This was the limit and all o[censored]s just walked out and demanded an explanation. They spoke to someone in india and then it was decided to take us to the 'original' saloma show today. There was also a tough time arranging for dinner for all o[censored]s.

                                6) again the next day morning we were ready at 9 as per the time for the kl city tour but unfortunately the local guide did not turn up till 9.30, when it was decided that we will go shopping first. As usual we had to rush thru the entire sightseeing.

                                I took up the matter with kesari & sent a mail md & their guest services manager. Only after considerable followups did they reply after 19 days they sent a mail stating that they will reimburse rs 3400 & are also giving guest vouchers of rs 4000. They had also told me that they would give me a point by point explanation. However this was never mentioned in the mail. I have been asking for an explanation for the past 2 weeks, & have sent 9 reminders asking them to revert on how they arrived at the calculation. They did not even bother to apologise for the same till date. I have been asking for an appointment for 2 weeks. However they have not giving me any appointment till date.

                                They also sent the cash & vouchers to my house and surprsingly also sent a indemnity form for my signature. This mentioned that i was settling the issue with what refund they were giving. I refused to take the same.

                                At the end of this i feel completely cheated and let down. Our hard earned money has not been able to get the returns what we expected. Whatever is mentioned in the brochure and what is communicated is completely different from what actually happens on tour.

                                Who is responsible for me and my family not getting what we paid for?

                                They have admitted their mistake otherwise the would not have sent the mail for refund. However the amount is too less for the inconvenience & hardship & mental agony we have faced.

                                I have now decided to pursue the matter legally.

                                  I had some 4000 rs in my wallet which i wanted to of course utilize. i was trying to do the same on my recent domestic flight booking where in i got to know that i can use only 5% of the wallet amt in d transaction. can u pl help me understand the stupid logic behind this. i m really irritated with such pathetic service

                                    After many calls, complaints we didn't get any revert from mmt team.
                                    I have faced a lots of problem during my stay and also checked out within 1 hr from the hotel in bharatpur, hotel was in very bad condition. I have also mentioned this when i called to support but till date there is no any revert.

                                      I am pankaj sinha, a loyal customer of makemytrip since 4years.
                                      This time i am facing a problem of the refund, as i have paid 80000/-extra amount to mmt, because since last moment some deposited cq was not cleared of my group of 15 person for thailand trip on 29th june to 3rd of july. Ms vandana from pune mmt has called me and said that you can pay the final amount and take the vouchers for journey, and if cqs cleared then will refund back at earliest.
                                      I am contacting the pune team including madhur, allwyn, vandana but my work of refund is not happening since 10 days or more.

                                      Moreover while going through the pass book and icici bank, it is clear that our cq was cleared before our journey but the account dept has not informed to pune mmt team, now after clearance and my proof of clearance by passbook and transaction id shows that payment are in the mmt.. Transaction id — s25189695

                                      Hence my request to you that pl revert back and settle my account.

                                        We booked for 2 days but we checked out after 1 day only. it was really horrible experience. further compensation should be provided by make my trip y i need to ask sonika. i booked through make my trip.

                                        We were not allowed to check in even half n hour before but we had bookings for 2 days, hotel guy kept on knocking doors around 9 am in morning. very much irritating. a towel was asked, which they gave was similar which we give to beggars. i have photos, i[censored] want i can click and send it. toilet leakage was there, only a small single table fan in room. how can you expect a small fan for all
                                        People staying on upbead. rooms are very small micro size. wifi facility was not working, when asked it was not connecting, hotel guy is saying join another net which was some free, he is saying open windows and connect. this is not expected. worst service. i need compensation otherwise i will write to consumer court for sure. i have all pics of hotels and service they provided.
