Harassed by company by not providing me correct gift card pin for my gift card
Make my trip has given me gift card worth 22887 in lieu of refund amount for flight cancellation. They have not given me correct gift card pin due to which I am not able to use gift card within its due date ie. 31 Dec 22. I feel cheated by company as customer care are also not heling me. Please guide.

This query is regarding the REFUND REQUEST for Booking ID - UN[protected] pending from 2021.
The MMT Executive had sent me a mail saying "This is in regards to the booking ID - UN[protected]. Please be informed that we have received an update from the airline.
As per the airline, they have refunded the amount directly to your Master Card ending with 44004."
I had replied him the same day saying "This is to inform you that the ticket payment is made in Dollars. We tried doing it through an Indian Card but the payment did not go through.
As the flight got cancelled due to a pandemic I tried for the Change of the date but didn't complete the same. Therefore I requested for Cancellation.
As per your mail when the ticket is booked by DISCOVER CARD why will it be credited to Master Card.
I had attached the STATEMENT and also the TRANSACTION DETAILS OF THE DISCOVER CREDIT CARD ending with 7990 from which the payment is done for the ticket."
Till date they didn't reply and closed the issue.

Deliberate cancellation of activity incurring financial loss.
I had booked a holiday package with booking id NL[protected] four stay and activity at goa from 27th january 2023 to 31st january 2023. They deliberately cancelled my paid activity booked for 29th january 2022 without my consent. The resdirect cancellation was deliberately done in a cunning manner to incurr additional financial charges on me. Their act is intentionally done to make more money out of me. Request you to take necessary action against the company against their fraud conduct.

I booked my round trip delhi-pune-delhi for 6 people at 10:05 pm on Dec 8 2022 for Rs 86432.
Within 5 minutes I realised that the dates had been punched wrong and I need to change it.
The app/airline did not let me change the ticket dates so I ultimately had to cancel the entire booking.
My refund was Rs 39962.
Cancelled charges were Rs 46470.
My point and grievance is as under:
1. Within 5 minutes MMT earned Rs 46470. Rs 46470 for doing nothing.
2. The airline will sell the same ticket to some other passengers and generate income from the same seat again. So basically it will sell the same product (seat) to 2 different passengers.
3. I understand the convenience being charged by MMT but why is airline deducting cancellation fees as it will alot that ticket to other passengers and also because the ticket is cancelled more than 14 days before the journey.
4.The airlines must return the cancellation charges it has so unfairly charged as it will be selling the same ticket to other passengers and making double or maybe triple the profit out of the same commodity (seat)
5.I request you to order the airlines to refund my hard earned Rs 22050+18000 it has so wrongful charged from me.

I have booked hotel villa 33 New Delhi for 3days through make my trip and paid ₹ 15460 in advance. While reaching hotels
They told they don't have any contract with make my trip since last 2years. So I called customer care and they were shifting me to some nearby by shabby hotel orina which I denied and inform them to refund my money and they confirmed the same by email, I again booked the New hotel welcome group ITC through make my trip and paid ₹22771 for 3days as I did not have any place to stay.
Now when I am asking for my refund of ₹15460 to customer service they don't have clue and will call back, but till date no one has called back or replying to my email that my case closed.
This is sheer cheating by Make my trip.

On 20 November 2022 I raised the request for refund of wallet amount 16397/- and was assured of getting the refund in 5 to 12 days. Upon not getting redund in specified time I called for customer care and was now assured on email that I will be getting refund latest by 8 December 2022. But till now neither refund has been done neither the company is providing me with any further information. It's as if they want to hold on the my amount. Highly incompetent attitude. Never ever in future am I ever going to be booking any service from Makemytrip.
I want my refund back ASAP or else will be approaching consumer court.

I have booked a 15-Oct-2022 Pune to Pusad bus ticket on make my trip website. on 13-oct I call customer support and ask them to cancel it on behalf of me since I coudn't able to do online due to some technical error.
As per customer care executive I will be receiving Rs.2746 (Approx.) as refund after some deductions. But till this date I haven't received a single penny.

They are not even available on chat. Highly unreliable service. Never ever in future am I ever going to be booking any service from them anymore. Still i didn't get any response from MakeMyTrip team. My money lost. And I couldn't get any benefit.
I have booked a train ticket on the Make My Trip application under the Trip Guarantee program by paying an additional premium of Rs. 1, 500. The program T&C says used eligible for 3X refund consisting of actual ticket fare refund and 2x value voucher (max 6, 000 and certain other conditions) which can be utilized for alternative travel plans for the same route.

I again followed up with MMT to provide and updated tickets and they have given me ticket with wrong origin. My altered ticket was provided from ahmedabad instead of bangalore and ..

AN7BUHXQ8J0YIGES0570 from Chennai to Dubai by Air India on 17Nov22. Since i did not get the tickets for 48 hours, i decided to cancel the booking and booked a flight with a different airline. I had paid AED 808 for the ticket to MMT. I've attached the screenshot for reference.
I was informed that the refund would be credited within 48 hours. However, i have not received the refund till today 05Dec22 which is more than 15 days. I repeatedly wrote emails to MMT but there was no response. The website now shows that no refund is due which is very shocking. I strongly urge MMT to make the refund immediately.

False information regarding hotel and not giving refund
I have booked premium room in Vrindavan hotel and resorts in Vrindavan Omaxe Eternity through MAKEMYTRIP and booking id is NH[protected] for 30 nov 2022. when we have visited there no manager was there and no reception was there. When we had make bookings room shown was 400 sq ft. in the MAKEMYTRIP mobile app.But they have given 120 sq ft rooms. We have made bookings for 6 adults but only accomodation was there for 4 persons only. The rooms were not proper and other amenities were not upto the mark.We have waited there for more than 2 hours 30 mins but no one came up to attend us.
We have contacted so many times to MakeMyTrip executives but there was no response from there side also they just said to wait. Rohit dubey was the person who called on the behalf of hotel and given the room after that when we have called him for the issue he has not attended a single call. I have told MAKEMYTRIP executives so many times that one of the traveller has serious health issue but then also no solution was made either by MMT nor by the hotel.
Atlast after getting too much disappointment we have check in in another hotel.
We requested the hotel as well as MMT executives to please refund our booking amount as we have not stayed in the hotel.But they denied to refund .
I request you to please help me get my refund back.They have cheated and also not attended us when we got there.Makemy trip is not helping us

As complained earlier I have been receiving several spam mails daily. To prevent blocking them they hvae been changing their Header/ ID ie MMt, Makemy. Trip, Make-my-Trip, MMT, Make_my.Trip etc.
I have not been able to contact this company directly but I promise them through this complaint neither I nor my family will ever use their services as they a Cheap spammer Trip company.
