This is regarding booking id in1508b4s438682i have booked an international holiday package to dubai through "makemytrip" on 10-sep-2015, where i am entitled for 10, 000rs cash back within 24 days citi bank and 5000rs voucherit's now 6 months completed but still i haven't receive my cashback which is supposed to be rs 10, 000rsi have raised this issue with customer delight team, and called more than thousand times and mail also they are neither responding to my mails nor attending my calls giving proper information, although before going for the payment i personally confirmed about cashback offer and voucher offer sevral times from makemytrip ms disha walia who booked my package make me sure about this cash back offer and i got the assurance that whatever is mentioned in the mail makemytrip is entitle to give that no need to worry about that. I have all emails and call records as proof by heri did the payment as directed by the travel expert who was taking care of this package and apply the deal code.But now the kind of issue i am facing and the stress which has been created becuase of the attitude and ignorance of makemytrip it not at all accepted at all.This is unnecessarily creating mental pressure and every time i think of, where to reach out to get the solution.Till date i haven't receive my cashback.Nobody is responding this was not expected from big brand campany makemytrip for such a normal amount as per trip experience it was a bitter experience total altogether different experience things which were promised did not happen (Wifi -room category) felted totally cheated still have email communications records. please see to this matter sincerely and give justice kindly resolve my issue on urgent bases.Regardsnavneet kaur

Hence we regret that no refund is applicable in this booking as the booking is Non-refundable.
