Dear sir,
I booked a bus from Kolkata to Mandermani for 7th April 2023, booking I'd NU[protected] and the PNR is 48MC5QAF. But bus provider didn't attend my boarding location and didn't contact with me at the time of travel so I can not getting the bus on that day and when I contact with bus provider they told me to contact with make my trip, I tried to contact with u but I can't .So in this situation I paid all the money for booking so I am requesting you to please refund my money as soon as possible.

    I had booked a train ticket which was charged twice both from my gift card and goat. Even after contacting them no resolution even after 3 weeks.

      We have booked for Bellichukki homestay through make my trip. I have made the complete payment inclusive for hotel stay, breakfast and dinner in make my trip..Next day I got the call from the property owner as proper is already full and they are unable to provide the room for us. Inspite I tried makemytrip multiple times for cancellation and for getting refund ...makemytrip have not considered my issue, though nothing is wrong from my side...at last, as I am highly frustrated on makemy trip, they arranged for a conference call. Property owner told he can arrange for alternate good hotel. When I made a checkin there, we noticed it is in very poor condition, there is no fan, no TV, no attached restroom, blankets are dirty, rooms are not cleaned, we could see frogs, spider, cockroach roaming around. With no other option we stayed there and we has sleepless nights. Please help in getting partial refund on my booking(*MakeMytrip Booking ID*: NH[protected]

        I Gourav Kumar book a hotel on 8 April 2023. Booking id is -NH[protected]
        PNR-[protected] property name & city- the tulip hotel Bhowali .
        When I reach the hotel the receptionist refused my booking…I spent whole day and night in the car … I faced lot of problems so kindly refund my money otherwise I take the help of consumer forum

          I had recently booked a train journey from MakeMyTrip. The amount got deducted twice. Even though the ticket got "Confirmed" the "Mytrips" section is only showing that the amount got refunded. There is no way to cancel the ticket in any way. my booking id is NR[protected].

            I booked bus from MMT for Delhi from kangra Himachal pradesh on 20 march 2023. In the evening I received a call from bus operator that due to some problem the bus got cancelled. I tried cancellation of my booking still I didn't receive any call from support of MMT. Its more than 15 days and I didn't get my refund. Please help me in this issue.

              Hi,
              I booked Nivedita hotel through make my trip on 6th April 12:30 am . I reached Varanasi from Delhi after 16 hours travel and came to know from hotel that they are sold out and they will not able to allot rooms to us. I was accompanied by old age mother, 11, month old baby and my wife.hotel asked to contact make my trip for my issue. When I contacted them they were able to resolve the issue, even suggested us to search for hotel by my self. If would have to search hotel after reaching varanasi then why would I had booked hotel through make my trip.me and my family travelled all the way from Delhi to varanasi in the assumption we have hotel booking in nivedita hotel.make my trip left my family without solution and even they don't have courtesy for call back even after calling 5-6 time for 4-5 hours.strick action required for make my trip and nivedita hotel for such mis treatment and leaving people in helpless situations.

                We booked a holiday package to Singapore dated 28/02/2020 we have paid the advance amount of Rs.2, 20, 000/-, but due to COVID-19, all packages were canceled on 22/02/2020. we have approached the company to refund our advance amount many times. but no response was found so we are going to the complaint, if we don't get any response in 15 days we forcefully have write to the PMO office or to move the Consumer forum

                  This is regarding a cancelation of one of the bookings I made through makemytrip. The booking was done on[protected]. However the plan got changed and I canceled the booking on[protected].

                  Today morning I received an email stating that the request was cancelled. I tried canceling again around at 12pm today. I also contacted the customer care and I was told that cancelation is not possible, however the date can be changed which I don't want to do. I've attached the proofs stating cancelation can be done till check in and also the screenshot of the cancelation. Please check and refund the amount as soon as possible. The customer care personals keep disconnecting the call when I ask for refund. Totally unacceptable.

                  Immediate action is highly appreciated.

                    By mistake, I have transferred Rs.19540 from my GPay to MakeMyTrip UPI GPay account.

                    Can get this refunded. I am sending mails and calling customer case, bu there is no proper response. I didn't except these kind of support from recognised organisation. Can you get this address at earliest

                      Respected Sir/Mam,
                      I try to book train ticket, date 4 April 2023 at 8:14 pm but booking is not completed/ failed and amount Rs. 842 is deducted to my account. My booking ID is NR [protected].
                      Shows refund of Rs.842 with RRN Number [protected] has been processed to the account in 1-2 working days and refund credited in account expected by 5-6 April.
                      Please refund my dedicated amount.

                        This is regarding the booking I’d-NR[protected]. Opted the option trip guarantee to book the train ticket. After the chart preparation the ticket got cancelled due to waiting list as per the policy of trip guarantee. The refund was initiated and I received it as well. The issue is about the 2X refund voucher which I received from make my trip. I tried using the voucher to book a train again but there comes a pop up that “sorry! Promocode used is not applicable at the moment”. Note- I read and understood the t&c of trip guarantee and tried with all the options to book a train with the voucher code but it doesn’t work!!

                          I made UPI transaction for booking flight of INR ~4169 and money got deducted but website did not proceed further neither showing any transaction record have checked with Bank and transaction was successful Since there is no Refund even after 2 days.
                          I am trying to get customer support from makemytrip but unable to contact as there is no such support available to discuss about my complaint.

                            While an amount of Rs. 7, 647/- is also debited in my Amex Credit Card, subsequently, the booking stated that my booking failed.
                            Now I have to get the amount of Rs. 7, 647/- back in my Credit Card Account at the earliest.

                              Hi,

                              The very first thing before trip started make my trip team said cruise issue resolved that will be available as activity why he did false promises?
                              Second no dinner served they distributed fried rice packet was that they called a dinner?
                              Third i need refund for that activity cost as that is not as we planned.
                              I need resolution on above point because they are just did false promises and send the people on trip and people cant do any thing just to stuck in that.

                              Please lodge complaint and take appropriate actions.

                              I have all the name of make my trip employees who did this furgery.

                                I have booked the ticket of 28th of march for Nagpur in aadi travels when i rached the destination the owner of the bus has started fight with us and cancelled my ticket and not given the refund also. The owner of the bus agency used very very bad words that i was with my 18 months baby and still he was fighting i want my refund Ticket was booked by pritam meshram name from surat to nagpur.                                   I booked tickets for my father as per Reference No.[protected] : NN2H0QUPH9JVRW7G6981.
                                  After booking the ticket on Makemytrip website there was an option to include Travel insurance. I accepted the option for insurance and paid the additional amount. (February 07 2023)
                                  On receiving the insurance document, it only had my fathers name on the policy. I sent an email to Reliance company and asked them to add passport details on the policy. They asked for a passport copy which I sent. (March 02 2023)
                                  Now Reliance is saying that the insurance has to be cancelled as my fathers age is above 70. (March 04 2023)
                                  My father is already in South Africa. (March 04 2023)

                                  Can you pl assist with the travel insurance for my father. I am a regular customer of Makemytrip and expect some customer service from your company.

                                    I book an Ladakh 29th March 2023 for Ladakh.
                                    We were suppose to pay nearly 2, 32, 000 but at the moment of payment of the booking fee it raised to nearly 2, 42, 000.
                                    We were offered 46, 400 per head for 5 people and while booking it went to 48, 400 per head.
                                    Now our cousin had also booked for the same trip booking after us for approximately 39, 300 per head. That is nearly 1, 18, 000 for the 3 of them.

                                    Why is there so much of price difference between us for the same exact trip.

                                      I am expectig a refund of 37800 (approx) from MMT against the booking ID MN2R7RJZIVA6OGER3318. Since last 15 days MMT and team is making a fool of me by saying that refund has been processed and will come to you soon. At times they say that we have processed the refund and I should chk with my bank and at times they say that they processed the refund and it got declined. In the last 10 days I have spoken to their cust service reps Paras, Deepti, Khushi, Aakash supervisor Arvind but everyone in totally useless. The only thing that they say is that refund is on its way and that I should wait.
                                      It is a team of completely inefficient people who just make a fool of customers and nothing else

                                        Booked a cab service with makemytrip and chose the partial payment option (paid some amount in advance and rest as cash on arrival). However to my horror, makemytrip billed me almost twice the amount on arrival. I tried reaching makemytrip customer service to understand the issue but was unable to reach customer service and got lost in the IVR options. Since there was no other option left, I paid the driver and later raised a complaint with makemytrip. After investigation by makemytrip, it was clear the driver had fraudulently entered wrong number of miles to inflate the amount. After sitting on the issue for 2-3 days and even though after knowing the driver fraudulently inflated the miles, makemytrip decided to side with the driver and started asking me for proof (apparently the invoice they send you is not considered proof by them)
