I am a regular customer of makemytrip. Recently i tried booking a flight ticket, but I am not able to use my wallet balance. I don't understand that if I cannot use the wallet money what is the use of this balance. I am highly unsatisfied with this. Please make this wallet balance available for all kinds of booking. At the time of payment, we have done a full payment of amount as shown in billing. At the time of check out hotel employee asked us to pay sum of Rs 1200/- more to pay as per voucher.     Sir I am rajendhar puppala registered with makemytrip with mail id [protected]@gmail.com.my booking id: NN[protected] booking date:05 march15..e ticket numbers[protected],[protected] were cancelled by me and got refund confirmation reference numbers IN1508R4S178933, IN1508R4S179031 for the amount of rs16, 213.but not credited in my account as on today.i am contacting makemytrip id [protected]@makemytrip.com and regularly registered my complaints with reference ids[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected].and I am producing all the necessary transaction details to refund my money.but they have not solved my query.even their customercare numbers are not connecting to their representatives.i contacted in mail nearly 50 times for the last 4 months.i am very much suffered by makemytrip.so please suggest me how to get back my money.and to whom I have to contact to resolve my refund issue

      I booked an Air ticket through makemytrip.com . The box for travel insurance was checked and I didn't uncheck the box. MakeMyTrip.com charged Rs. 249 towards travel insurance. The complaint is that the website shouldn't expect the customer to uncheck the box for travel insurance. The user should explicitly buy the insurance if he/she wants it. This is cheating as consumers may not notice that the insurance box is checked automatically.

        1. Package was offered with dinner for all nights, additionally 1 Night Candle Light Dinner and Cake but after paying total amount they have not issued any Voucher for dinner. After Complaining, they asked very straight forward that we acn not provide. 2. In Last Day, they have not given any sightseeing and booked flight on morning 07:00 AM and Airport was 3 Hour away from Hotel. 3. Dropped multiple mails to agent but no response at all. 4. After Writing complaints on " Complaint Page" in MMT Site, one lady from Bangalore responded after 2 weeks but no resolution. I will suggest everybody to avoid Package Booking from MMT.

          I had booked a room at Hotel Kaveri Mahal in Madurai on 28th December 2015 via makemytrip.com and had made a payment of Rs 607.00 via the payment gateway of the site. However on arriving at my destination, the hotel authorities said that my booking had been rendered cancelled, and there was no notification regarding the cancellation of my booking. Neither did I get my room, nor did I get a refund even after a complaint had been made in the customer care section of makemytrip.com. I am totally unsatisfied with the service received, and would like to get a refund of Rs 607.00 at the earliest.

          My booking id was NH[protected] and the complaint id was[protected]. Attached with this complaint is a screenshot of the booking confirmation message I received on my mobile.

          We booked the hotel in Pune from 13th to 16th Jan, hotel charge of 5578/- already deducted. My self Sandeep Maurya, I have the only bank reference ID i.e. NH[protected]C2IGACPVESM0.But haven't received any mail and SMS for confirmation.

          please resolve the issue ASAP.

            The tickets booked from Chennai -- Bangalore on 2nd Dec 2015, had been cancelled due to floods in chennai and inspite of repeated followups, they have not yet taken care of the same. BOOKING ID : NF[protected] BOOKED FOR 2 PASSENGERS. Various calls of theirs had been handed by their executives like mahendra singh, Deepak, sarika, Moni, Mansoor, Ruchi . They assure that their floor managers will call back and does not happen. Had spoken to few of thier supervisors or floor managers like shashank, Sushma, Rahul who always asks me to wait for 4 days and no response..

              My air ticket id NF[protected] was cancelled due to Chennai flood on 4th Dec 2015 and was said that refund will be done by 11th Dec 2015 but since then i have been calling them and the response is that it will done in next 5 days and this 5 days is being said for the past 2 weeks.                 dear sir i have booked a ticket under two booking id .In booking id in1512b7s268805 i had paid rs.12500 and in booking id in1512b7s273941 i had paid rs.70300 in both the booking are round trips but due to your internal error and mis planning i am getting message that i have due amount rs.29236 after payment of full amount in both the booking id.                   I was supposed to get a Cash back of Rs.1200 on my flight booking from Make my trip in November 2015 but I have not received till now. Booking Id - NF[protected] Booking Date- 25th August'15 Flight Details- From Bombay to New Delhi Date of Flight - 11th November'15 I also tried contacting Make my trip for the same, they said they will try to resolve but could not. I am extremely disappointed with their service and have not seen such poor assistance anywhere till now.

                      I booked ticket on 26Dec2015, using iOS app. The flight sector was Bangalore to Pune and date selected was 09Jan16. The flights which were listed were of 10Jan16. The Calendar bar shows 09Jan on the app. One doesn't know, until one books the ticket and gets the confirmation email of booking of wrong date. I logged the case straightaway and recorded the video when I realized that the iOS app has bug. Video was shared with MMT team, but they are not still registering the issue properly and thing that I selected the date as 10JAN. The app still has bug, no actions have been taken, Every time I call they say It will take 24 Hours for concerned team to get back. Even if I called after 48 hours, I had the same answer. NO updates sent to me since 26th Dec, They don't care once the money is paid. WORSE issue resolution ever.

                      They suggested me to book another ticket today, while they are looking at the case. What a suggestion to give. Why would I book another ticket when the current one can be rectified?

                      MakeMyTrip India — IOS Application Shows wrong dates and enables to book flights on Wrong dates

                      I booked ticket on 26Dec2015, using iOS app. The flight sector was Bangalore to Pune and date selected was 09Jan16. The flights which were listed were of 10Jan16. The Calendar bar shows 09Jan on the app. One doesn't know, until one books the ticket and gets the confirmation email of booking of wrong date. I logged the case straightaway and recorded the video when I realized that the iOS app has bug. Video was shared with MMT team, but they are not still registering the issue properly and thing that I selected the date as 10JAN. The app still has bug, no actions have been taken, Every time I call they say It will take 24 Hours for concerned team to get back. Even if I called after 48 hours, I had the same answer. NO updates sent to me during last 5 days. They don't care once the money is paid. WORSE issue resolution ever.

                        I had booked at Hotel Coorg -O-FARM for 2 Nights (Nov 12 and Nov 13 2015). When I reached the hotel, the hotel manager ( Mr Alamanda Rakesh [protected]) informed me that the Make my trip has not informed them of the bookings, hence there is no booking in my name. Since the hotel rooms were available for one day, they permitted me to stay on Nov 12th 2015 and i was asked to look for alternate accommodation on the following day. When i contacted Make my trip, they insisted that they had made proper communication about my booking to the hotel. The hotel manager said that if MMT pays for 2 days, he would refund me the amount for one day . However MMT double crossed both of the parties by not paying the specified amount. I have raised the issue and escalated it also but still there is no response from MMT. Request you to kindly help in resolving the same

                          I have booked air ticket from make my trip website on dated[protected] from New Delhi to Patna by using my payback redemption of Rs.414 which is get deducted from my Payback Account and Rs.0 discount has been given into my booked tickets. Further I have got a msg from payback that you have redeemed 1656 payback points for your shopping and order number is 1141786. Later I re-quoted my complaint to the Payback team & Make My Trip but the reply was not satisfactory and till dated no progress. Reply From Payback Team was... Dear Member, Greetings from PAYBACK.                             Hi Booked a vacation/holiday with MakeMyTrip for Thailand. I was charged extra for asking private airport transfers and i was given shared transfer everywhere. I have tried contacting company 20 times in phone, written 30 emails and opened 8 complaint tickets. They have not taken any action. The customer care executive say they can see the issue but they dont have any idea why money is not getting refunded. I have been following up since 6 months.. they always promise for refund in 24 hrs.. but nothing happens. Booking ID is below I have shared a screen shot of all the complaint ticket reference ID.                               MakeMyTrip India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                              Their online application is messed up. So are the mobile apps.

                              1. The names were changed
                              2. The linked Payback account was changed
                              3. While booking the ticket, the dates were changed/shown wrong.

                              They have no QUALITY process in place. Typical Indian low standard company with incapable management and staff.

                                  Hi There, I am Venkat Konduru, i bookedd ticket in Makemytrip(Booking Id: NN[protected] from South Africa to India round trip. I choosed Etihad airlines and i paid money for Etihad airlines .Eticket showed Etihad airways but when i go to Etihad counter they told me to go to Jetairlines.When i went to Jetairlines counter i missed my flight, Makemytrip gave me wrong information on Eticket. Then i contacted Makemytrip callcentre but they didnt extend my dates, they were keep on saying i must contact them later. I contacted them from 7:50 to 1'0 clock in the morning but they were keep on telling me to phone later.Callcentre executive Anil, Raju and Akil spoke to me on 14th November 2015 but they told me to phone later. Finally i lost 30, 000 rupees for another flight and i lost 3days office.I lost total 50, 000 rupees because of Makemytrip and they are not caring my complaint. 1)They took money for Etihad but giving services with cheap flights 2}Giving wrong information on Eticket 3)Did n't help me to extend dates 4}Not caring my complaint Please help me and get me Compensation.                                   they gave me wrong information on E-ticket

                                  they played around with me when i wanted to extend dates, they(Anil, Akil, Raju) told me call back after 1 hour for 6 times
                                  and promised me to extend dates for 8000 at last they changed price to 25000.

                                  they took money for etihad airline but provided services is Jetairways.
                                  I lost 30, 000 INR, 3 days work because os Makemytrip.

                                  I sent many emails to Makemytrip but they are not responding.

The ticket no issued by makemytrip with booking id NN[protected] for Vadodara-Colombo-Vadodara mentions time and fees applicable for cancellation or date change in the ticket itself (Rs 3149+500* for date change between 0 - 365 days). 2. Makemytrip online allowed to change the date by paying cancellation charges + fare difference amounting Rs 6289. 2.The change of date was successfully done online on 19.12.2015 and mail for the payment of Rs 6289 was received from makemytrip immediately. 4. The payment of Rs 6289 was done online on 19.12.2015 itself to makemytrip. 4. No one called from makemytrip informing the the delay in issuing modified ticket and the mail below giving all wrong information was sent saying that payment over e-mail is not possible whereas the payment was made online to makemytrip on previous day itself by credit card. 5.On my calling makemytrip service center six days continuously, many times I was told that senior person will call me back within 4 hrs, but no response was received till now. 6. Ticket is still showing date of 7th to 9th Jan instead of requested 5th to 9th jan

                                    Thanks to Indian consumer complaints forum. After posting the complaint, we received mail form makmytrip saying that they are calling at my registered mobile no but no one is picking phone. In fact they are are lying as they are doing from last 9 days. Nobody has called and I had given alternate no also. When we called 3 times today they have cut the phone. This is total harassment.
