I had booked a intenational fliht from hyd to manila on 3rd december and a i paid 19, 800 to that and they said it is cancelled and i booked a ticket on same with 21, 143 i had paid and they sent the mail that your ticket is conformed which i have paid 19, 800 and i have cancelled the ticket for which i have paid 21, 143. Is not refunded to my accnt tii now

    I had opted Domestic Holiday package to Andaman from MakeMyTrip (MMT). Sales Executive had offered HDFC (12.5% cashback, CODE: HDFCEMI). So I opted this offer using my Credit card. While making payment to MMT I choose HDFC CC with 3 months EMI with Coupon Code (HDFCEMI). But, my HDFC CC statement doesn't show any cashback and the amount was not even converted to 3 EMIs. So I had pay the entire 90, 000/- in one shot to avoid late payment charges from bank. HDFC customer care don't have any clue about this offer (Cashback). MMT customer support is also not responding to my enquirers. I will provide more details in future communications

    Hi,

    I booked ticket for my Mother-in Law from Bangalore to Mumbai through Jet Airways on November 2nd when there was a Cash Back offer on Citi Bank Credit/Debit Cards. It was informed to me the money will get credited to my Citibank Credit Card by December 4th but till now no money has been credited to my card. Whenever I call up customer support I only get the response in Systems are down & All the managers are busy on other call. I will get the call next but nothing happens. I need the escalation email id of complaints department .

    Also the Customer Service team is non Supportive & the service by the team is useless I have to wait for more than 45 mins in my each call .

      REF Number(NF[protected], amount INR 8, 035) I had booked the tickets from Bangalore to Bhopal via Hyderabad on the 6th of November. The booking did not go through because of payment gateway issues. And since its a technical fault, I was expecting a full refund, which was committed to me by the customer representatives. Till date I have received a refund of INR 7, 835. And since that time make my trip has been spinning me around in circles for the refund of INR 200 which was apparently accidentally deducted by them. It took them close to 30 days refund the failed amount back that too not completely. I am fed up from following up with them, and every time they commit that it will happen in the next 5 days, but I still haven't seen the day yet. Please help.

          It should be made clear at earliest while I was cancelling my ticket scenario was I had two options one cancelling and rebooking and other to prepone date, I opted for first one, as both ways it would have cost me same.I even enquired from customer care.Now I feel cheated, actually double cheated why I booked ticket again from your site, customer is layman you should understand that fact, one can't be aware of everything all the time.

          And most importantly what wrong with your customer care services, can't you guys talk and save lot of time, irritating customer services, indirectly you guys want to harras your customers.

            I had booked the round trip of Pune-Delhi from Makemytrip.com and at the time of booking i applied the coupon for Rs.1200 cashback and it got applied successfully. But when i have not received the cashback i called the customer support, they told me that the cash back will be received within 21 days after the date of travel. But after the date of travel also when i have not received the cashback then i called them again and now they are saying that cashback is not applicable. Now they are also not replying to may mails.             If the casback was not applicable then why at the time of booking coupon code applied successfully.
            This was the only reason I booked the tickets from makemytrip.
            And this is your mistake then why should I bear the loss.
            You can not move away from your responsibility by saying that you apologize.

              For my booking ID (NF[protected], I wanted to cancel the return journey of 8th Dec 2015 i.e. CCU to BOM for which I had called your executive on 22nd Dec around 11:15 pm The information provided by the agent was that cancellations have to be done online through your website and I also asked him about the deduction charges. After which I went to the website and cancelled the return ticket. I had opted to cancel the ticket as I wanted to prepone the travel date. On confirmation from the executive I booked a new ticket for 7th Dec 2015 from another website and today morning I received a message saying 'Your request as partial cancellation is not permitted by Airline' for which I contacted the airline and they informed the same that single part cannot be cancelled. There is a loss which is faced by the customer because of your inconsistent information. So request you to let me know how is Make my trip suppose to 'REPAY MY LOSS' Also have raised a complaint[protected] on your website for the same issue but there is no appropriate answer to my query. I am also trying to reach out you guys via CC no.[protected] with no luck till now. Have provided the all the details that ticket.                 I had booked tickets this morning from your website with reference number NF[protected]. From lko to del instead the tickets were booked from del to lko . Immediately within 19 minutes of booking and after waiting to get through the customer care i informed them of the booking and told them to rebook the tickets . Your representative advised me to cancel them saying that change in travel plans whereas it was a wrongly issued ticket to me. Only then we will look in to the issue of wrongly booked tickets. I was then forced to cancel the ticked for wrong reasons and no refund has been credited to my account yet or any intimation has not been recieved

                  I had cancelled my flight ticket on 3rd November 2015 from Bangalore to Delhi AIR INDIA FLT A1804, travel date 4th November 2015. Booking ID NF[protected] This ticket was booked on Make My trip portal . After cancellation, Refund money of rs 3422 has not been refunded till date and I have been mailing them and their toll free no does not have any option for discussing flight cancellation and refunds.

                    I have planed a trip with my friends and family but i got know for whats reason makemy trip has cancelled my my air ticket booking Nf[protected]t but other ticket has not been cancelled after booking of ticket they emailed me after 1.5 months that the ticken has been booked using illigal bonus and they cancelled my ticket i have emailed them on [protected]@makemytrip.com 3 4 times but i didnt get any respone this is wrong i trusted make my trip and they are spoiling my plan Here is the screenshot of email they have sent to me

                    MakeMyTrip has observed that certain users of its mobile app have been indulging in fraudulent means to earn Bonus wallet money. We have been identifying such fraudulent users and are cancelling their bookings where any part of the payment was made with such illegal Bonus money.
                    The email is addressed to you as your recent booking bearing Booking ID: NF[protected] is identified to have been made by paying such illegal Bonus wallet money.
                    In case you consider that your booking is genuine (not paid with illegal Bonus wallet money) please respond to this email on - [protected]@MakeMyTrip.com within 24 hours of receipt of this email. You are requested to state the Booking ID, email ID and mobile number used at the time of booking in the email.
                    In case we don't receive an email from you, your booking will be cancelled and your account will be suspended. MakeMyTrip shall not assume any liability towards such cancellations.

                      These people are pathetic and eaten up my 9K Gift e-coupons. I have applied worth 9K e-coupon and at last moment server was time out. Now coupons are showing Zero amount. I have raised the ticket 1 month back but these people are not responding any more.

                        We are two families travelling from Bangalore on 26th Dec and planned accordingly and booked all the hotels according to the plan. We booked 1 cottage and 1 delux room in Patang Beach Resort for Gokarna for 31st Dec and it was confirmed booking. I have called up continuously for two days for confirming the same as the date is a cruical one and it is difficult to find a hotel at that time. I got the confirmation mail saying the booking is confirmed. Now today after 5 days I happen to check the status as i requested for change of the guest name of the delux room. None of the request was taken and infact got a shocked after seeing status as waitlisted. It was not intimated to us nor even called and informed. Should this happen on the date of travelling what would you do. This is a very irresponsible behaviour by makemytrip and i wont dare to book any rooms or flight from this site anymore. I called up today at night to know the reason and the customer care hung up the call without giving any explanation.

                          Flight - Jet Konnect 9W 2250 Jaipur to Delhi Date: 14/12/2015 (12 days left) Ticket was purchased for Rs. 3, 950/- Cancellation charges being asked - Rs. 3, 154/- Cancellation charges between 7-30 days earlier are supposed to be Rs. 1500 + MakeMyTrip Charges (usually Rs. 300) Please help.

                            I, I booked a ticket from calcutta to mumbai with my family make mytrip booking id - NF[protected] a refundable ticket with my wife, sister, brother and an infant niece. For travel on 22nd november 2015. For some personal reason i had to cancel my ticket alone. I made the cancellation on 16th november where i received an email that i will get a refund of INR 4425 by 23rd nov. It did not happen, i put a complaint on 27th nov about the refund status, when i got a reply on 30th nov that the airline replied that it was some special fare and cancellation is not permitted. I am not able to understand if the ticket was refundable and i made the booking through makemytrip, who initiated the cancellation and confirmed the amount to be refunded. Why they are not refunding the amount? If i would have know thia issue i would have travelled not wasting around 7K! Please help on this, m not in a position to waste 4k from my budget. Just because of miscommunication/confusion between makemytrip and airline if any. This whole mistake is from makemytrip and they should bare any discripancy. Thanks and looking forward for help on this.

                            Additionaly as per the attached after all deductions the refund amount should be 4425, where and for what further 661 has been deducted?

                              I booked Australia tour from makemytrip.com IN1510B5S160581, and they said after checking your documents you will get Australia's visa. After that they charged me 40000INR and hasn't done anything, as i have checked and found we need air tickets and hotel booking to get visa but they have not applied for visa and said your visa has been rejected. Moving further they said we will send air tickets for evidence that proves they applied but they have not sent anything apart from my passport.

                                We booked the flight ticket from MMT app and got an error that the app crashed and we had to open it again and booked the ticket again (clearly assuming that the booking did not go through) and booked it again and observed the same error pops up. At this point I am under the impression that the bookings are not completed & I try to make the booking from other websites
                                A few minutes later I checked my mail(for some other work) & get 2 emails from MMT that two bookings are being made for the same details even though the MMT app failed both times.

                                Under such circumstances MMT is liable for the booking error & confusion it created thereon. So in such a situation its MMT responsibility to refund me the full amount.

                                After discussing it with MMT team, they are not ready to accept that its an error from their end & wants me to pay the cancellation charges(that would be Rs 6853 approx for two).

                                I have planned to travel Mumbai to Chennai on 20-December and return on 29-December and booked my tickets through 'Makemytrip.com'.
                                Make my trip goofed up my booking and booked my flight in SG 613 leaving Mumbai on 20 December at 22.15 hrs which I have never asked for. I've asked for booking in AI-569 leaving Mumbai on 20-December at 06-20.
                                I immediately wrote to MMT about it . There was no response and I sent a second one. They replied to say that they will resolve the matter in 72 hours. Till now, they have not done anything. I recd a text message in my phone asking me to call for urgent assistance at [protected]. I called this number several times and a taped message says that such a service no more exists and I should go online and resolve the problem.
                                I checked about cancelling the onward journey. I've to lose Rs 2, 500/- if I cancel my ticket.

                                Friends, MMT does many such mistakes in booking and this is my second experience.
                                You can't do anything about it and you'll only pay for their mistakes.
                                You can not contact MMT either by mail or by phone for their assistance.
                                You will not get back the money if you cancel your tickets.
                                They have a help line which is defunct for a long time. (That means they are least bothered about solving the issues).

                                Now, I have decided to go to the social media and expose them and also to the consumer redressal forum to fight for justice.

                                  I booked a ticket from Patna to Bangalore for date 29 jan 2016 on 1st DEC for two passengers. [Booking ID NF[protected]C01 . But the booking got failed and money got deducted from my account didn't received amount back and I raised the complain several times to makemytrip through mails.This is the worst ever service I expected from Makemytrip. There is one to attend call and assist on the failure payment cases. I tried all the below number [protected]. My time getting waste in calling and extra harassment.                                     We booked a honeymoon package to Manali:travelling date 9th dec to 13th Dec for snow valley resort deluxe room and honeymoon inclusions.The details of the package was sent thru mail on 20th Nov and till the day we made the payment I.e 22nd Nov, the concerned executive Mr Guru Gupta made several calls some of which we couldn't attend becoz of a busy schedule.After the company received the partial payment the behaviour changed .Mr.Guru stopped responding and on 24th Nov sent a mail that Snow valley resort has been sold out.This was extremely unprofessional for such a big organisation to commit a hotel without knowing its detail.Anyways we had to take some other hotel due to lack of time.After that also Mr.Guru did not respond for 2-3days for which I had to complain in the customer care.He finally sent the details of the package with the new hotel but this time changed the room from deluxe to standard.Before making the payment he committed certain other honeymoon inclusions for which he finally denied after receiving the payment.Amidst the marriage preparations it was a mental harrassment trying to contact this package executive.After so many mails Mr.Guru finally caaled up to say that this is what he can provide.So we requested for the cancellation of the booking.As there is no fault from our side we should be refunded the full amount but for that he is not ready.This is case of cheating & mental harrassment

Last week I used makemytrip to book International travel. a) Final amount maymytrip showed me is Rs 195, 200 for 4 members and I paid that using my netbanking account. b) Then SURPRIGE.. Amount got deducted successfully... but got message that ticket booking failed... now the money is in makemytrip account and no more in my bank account. c) Then contacted them, they say for 2 mebmer tickets confirmed but not for others. They said they can refund money but takes fews days to refund to my bank account. d) Then they suggesting to me try again.. but where is money? At least that should be in makemytrip wallet so we can try again. e) Finally they say tickets price is not correct or somthing wrong in their system. Asked to me if I am ok to pay additional amount to confirm tickets. so finally no option as I have to go with their option and ended paying additonal Rs 9500/- Makemytrips suckes... becarefull when using for international flight.. 100% you struck with them.. as money will be deducted at first place and put into makemytrip account.. FRIENDS BECAREFULLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL... They are helpful on phone but we end up with limited options.Either select different flight or end up paying more money. NOT SURE WHY THEY DEDUCT MONEY IF TICKET BOOKING IS FAILED. ALSO WHY 2-3 DAYS TO REFUND MONEY. THIS MAY BE A TRAP SO YOU CAN DANCE TO THEIR TUNES.

                                        On 28th Nov, 15, Through my mobile application, i booked a flight from Mumbai to Raipur for 21st Jan 16 for Air India Flight for 10 am, but while checking out of the payment, i got a ticket of Indigo flight booked for 2 pm. I spoke to make my trip and they said they will investigate and came back saying its my mistake. Makemytrip booking number - NF[protected] Now, when im booking a morning Air india flight, how can i book afternoon Indigo. Air India flight was more expensive but still the fault in t he mobile application im being laid at fault. I need full corporation from you to get this resolved.
