My name is sankalp gautam or saurav, I did booked hotel through make my trip website on date 15 September 2022 at Pune around 10.30 pm I saw hotel on website which name is hotel smart inn on website hotel's photos, room photos, ammneties was showing good that's why I booked hotel from 15 sep to 19th sep and paid 14157/-. which was non refundable, I paid amount, because I was coming from indore by road drived almost 680 km and I was really tired and hotel looking good and weather of Pune was too bad and I had meetings on next day that's why I was urgently want hotel for rest, but when i reached hotel for check in there was nothing which in mentioned on website, dirty bedrooms, dirty toilets, broken door, broken windows, no drinking water, no tv in rooms and hotel staff told me their is no restaurant in hotel and no service provided by hotel, you have to use self services, after that I denied check in and i immedeitliy called to make my trip support team and their executive Mr. shivam singh picked the call and I told them whole story, then he told pls mail hotels photo then I immediately mailed all photos and then he told me, I called you in 10 minutes but no one called me I waited for his call around 3 hours after that I again booked another hotel from make my trip website and checked in mid night around 3.30 am in hotel housemate, I again booked through their website because they can really understand how bad hotel was, after that I called many times and did complain but every time new executive communicate to me, then after 15 days they appoint a new executive for resolve my problem, but he finally closed my complaint and he denied refund, please resolve my complain and I attaching all the photos images, screenshot which in belongs to this incident and my make my trip id name is saurav gautam which is my nickname.
