I have booked a bus from delhi to gorakhpur for the date of 22nd october, the ticket says there would be some van at the pickup point but No pick up van was available on the address provided by MMT app. Even after updating them, they did not provide any clear feedback, kept sending me the same information which i had on my ticket to m

    I booked my bus ticket on 5th oct through make my trip and the ticket got cancelled from there end and this happened twice and money is not refunded... We also raised complaint with make my trip but they closed the ticket without any action. Its terrible that there is no contact centre number to follow up...

        I booked a ticket on 04Oct22 15:16:05 from Dubai - Kochi.
        I was charged a total of Dh 433/-. The break up is :
        Airline Fare AED 406
        MMT Convenience Fee AED 47
        E-Coupon - AED 20

        """""I further paid for an insurance cover incase of cancellation of Dh 39/- with their own company XCover as below :

        Coverage: Oct. 4, 2022 to Nov. 6, 2022

        So total cost was Dh 472/-

        Due to unavoidable circumstances we are unable to travel and I requested a cancellation on 19th Oct morning and I was informed Dh 101 will be deducted as follows :

        Non-Refundable Fare Component
        MMT Convenience Fee - AED 47
        Insurance - AED 39
        Instant discount to MyWallet for FLYAE - AED 15

        This is NOT ACCEPTABLE - because I was promised a full refund and to this end they also robbed me off Dh 39/-!!!

        I need to be refunded in full minus the insurance fee. Refund amount should be Dh 433/-

        If Make MY Trip is out to cheat people - I should be warning others on social media and press.

          Car was not available on the address provided by MMT app. Even after updating them, they did not provide the car to me and now when i asked for the refund - after 35 days of the complaint, they are saying they cant give refund too. Here is the complete chain,

          Date for which self drive ALto was booked - 15th Sep 6PM to 19th Sep 6:30PM
          Booking ID - SD[protected]
          Location - Bangalore
          Amount paid - 5194

          I did not go to pick the card on 15th due to health reasons and informed MMT people. Thereafter I went there on 16th morning, I did not see any cars there at the location provided ( gate no. 8Badri Nivas, Palace Grounds, Ramana Maharshi ROad, Bangalore). I waited there for 2 hours to get the confirmation for the location till 2 hours from MMT and they did not even had courtesy to call me back. And then I had leave from there as i was standing on road for 2 hours on 16th.

          Thereafter, i was told, that you would get refund sir during 16th conversation with MMT people. And since then, i am being asked give us 48 hours time and no resolution, Now, one gentlemen from MMT has updated that I wont get the refund.

          Dont know what I am supposed to say. Please help me out with this

            I booked a Train ticket from Make My Trip, PNR No. is [protected]. The train was cancelled on 29th Sept 2022 & I got the confirmation that IRCTC had refunded the money to them. I called them many times to get the refund but every time they are saying that within 24-48 hours I will get my money which is totally false. It's a total harassment for me as a customer & I am sure many others are also suffering with the same problem. Kindly facilitate for my refund & take some strict action against this company.

              MakeMyTrip was supposed to submit my application to the embassy by 18th of October 2022 but it has not yet submitted it. I am worried that if the process is delayed then it will cause me huge trouble in getting the DUBAI VISA ON time. I have already paid the amount for VISA application on MMT in full and also my flights and hotels are booked. Please reach out to me as soon as possible and kindly resolve my issue. I'm in distress.

                On 8th Oct 2022, booked two flight tickets - one from Delhi to Pune and another from Mumbai to Delhi.
                Money got deducted twice for both the tickets while showing onr transaction each as failed.
                Earlier they were showing 4 failed transaction in "my trips" but once I raised complaint to MMT along with my bank statements, they stopped showing any failed transaction.
                Now I got one refund of of Rs 5196/- but there is no intimation on refund of Rs. 3843/-.
                They have not provided any mail or phone number to follow up the issue.
                Thei Gurgaon Fixed line numbers also dont give any option to speak to customer care executive.

                    They provided PG instead of Hotel and let me run in gurgaon till 11.30 PM. At last I had to take hotel on my cost after discussion with them, and they did false commitment on phone that they will refund for that booking which I purchased from my money as they could not resolve issue till 11.30 PM. Later on wrote something else on email and now not refunding the money of my booking of 1500 rs. Not reliable company, and even hotel management listen them, no importance that one person is running in traffic in night, but they just want to resolve their incident. At last they could not refund and it will be good if we can book from OYO directly instead of this 3rd party agency whom none listen at hotels.

                      Hi,
                      Date: 6th Sep & 7th Sep 2022
                      Worst experience at Hotel Stay for Penthouse for 2 days. Short Circuit happened at the evening and for the whole night there was no electricity.
                      Because of the short circuit I lost my apple adapter which caused my huge problem to charge my laptop and phones through my entire vacation. It was bad service and people give false promises that this will be resolved and will take care of your refund but refund has been given.

                      I am looking for the refund of the stay which ruined my vacation in Delhi. I have booked through makemytrip website.

                        Iam Biju K Augustian on 17th September I booked a Hotel room on my trip app, three times the amount debited from my account ( ICIC bank ) . The transaction not completed booking failed. Two transactions amount (UPI/[protected] Rs. 58/- & UPI[protected] Rs. 1288/-) refunded on 29/sep 2022 and one transaction amount Rs. 1288/- (UPI[protected] still not credited in my account. Please refund my amount as soon as possible all documents are attached with this mail.

                            We Anjani kumar Sinha and Aruna Sinha travelled from Delhi to Minneapolis on ticket issued by makemytrip ref ID NN7Q4KGVXJA28H039564 on 6th may’22, with scheduled return on 26th October’22. Due to unavoidable family reasons we had to apply to US govt for grant of GREENCARD, which is likely to take longer time, and we can’t leave USA unless our application is processed to a decision. Since 5th October’22 I have sent six emails to makemytrip servicesupport but could not get ant response. Ticket postponement is not permitted online, hence I gave them Bangaluru base my brother’s phone, [protected], for contact, as my registered no [protected], is not activated for use from a USA.
                            PLEASE HELP ME. Travel date is so close.

                              I booked a hotel on Monday that is 12.10.22 on make my trip at Pune, the hotel name was Treebo trend ECCO inn, I was travelling by the late night flight from Delhi to Pune and reached Pune 1:30 am I booked a taxi and reached the hotel but when I reached the hotel, the hotel person available told that there is no hotel in Pune naming Treebo trend ECCO inn, i tried to contact TREEBO TREND. Hotel representative through Calling he told that the hotel is some where else we roamed for 1 hour and reached again to same hotel and the representative asked us to let him have a chat with hotel person but the hotel person told that there is no booking and no hotel you are telling,
                              Then again the Treebo trend hotel representative told us that they have arrangements in their other hotel called Treebo trend sweet and asked us to go to that hotel and when we reached the hotel they told us there is no booking after that moment the Treebo trend hotel representative not picked the phone .
                              I tried to contact make my tip hotel representative but of no use then it was 3:30 am in the morning then we have no option to pay for new booking again we paid Rs 2500 and 4000 rs to the taxi person for roaming for 3 hrs at late night roaming .
                              Now I am trying to get my money back but they are saying they will pay only hotel booking amount no other payment which I paid for taxi and the harrasment I faced by traveling in rain for 2 hours in morning due to that I got fever in the morning.
                              I want to lodge a case on both make my trip and Treebo trend hotel for making fraud and booking a property which is not available anymore.

                                I want to you to either merge my 2 accounts or delete the one created with my mobile number.
                                There is no option to delete the account in the website. Please help me with this issue.

                                  I have booked 2 rooms for 2 nights(check in 7th oct 2022 at 2.30 pm and check out 07th oct 2022 at 4.45 pm at Sodizant retreat, Pelling booking id- NH[protected], Sikkim through Make my trip website and after check in we see nothing is matching with the picture provided in make my trip portal. mentioned facilities was not match as website ( no parking space, no wifi, no intercom, non working telephone, no electric kettle), rooms are damp, sand and cement coming out, dirty carpet in floor instead of tiles, hard and damaged mattress, broken chair, unclean rooms and soap are from different hotel then I complaint at make my trip customer care and as per their request we stayed there 1.5 hrs for solutions and when we not get any solutions from make my trip we check out at 4.45 pm same day from hotels and check in another hotels. and i ask them for refund but they refuse me to pay. I have attached all photos as proof of my complaint. kindly help me to get justice. Thank You

                                    I had a booking with BookingId: NR[protected] which was cancelled due to WL ticket and the amount by IRCTC was sent back as stated by them but I still haven't received my money back. IRCTC has also provided the transaction details and I am not able to reach to any customer executive of MakeMyTrip. Just poorest service of all the companies out there.

                                      The ticket was booked but it was not issued, so PNR number was not generated, I requested the team to cancel the same booking within minutes, the team has confirmed back on email that the ticket will be cancelled and refund will be processed but later went ahead and issued the ticket.

                                        Name of the Passenger: Balasubramanian Chandra Sek Bharathi

                                        I had booked the above ticket for the journey from Chennai to Singapore and back for me and my wife. My name is "Balasubramanian Chandra Sekara Bharathi as it appears in Passport. As per Make my trip booking site Air India restricts given name to 27 Alphabets. Hence my name appears as " Balasubramanian Chandra Sek Bharathi ". Realizing this discrepancy Immediately raised a complaint to Make my trip (complaint no[protected] and air India (case id[protected] through their customer care no. Both the agencies are now saying that i have to cancel the ticket and rebook it. As i have booked the cheapest nonrefundable ticket i have been put to a financial loss for no fault of mine.
                                        This has put me to enormous amount of mental and physical stress in addition to financial stress.
                                        As a senior citizen my effort to explain my predicament to both Make my trip and Air India executives of the two agencies has been futile so far.
