Greetings
We had flown from Mumbai to Jaipur by GoAir G8 390 and the booking was done through MakeMyTrip for two passengers -Pradeep Mehta and Sudhir Kothari
The relevant information is posted below
We received notification that it is mandatory as per DGCA rules to check on line 60 minutes before departure
I presume there are no such guidelines
When we checked online within stipulated time frame, the GoAir check in system would ask you to choose a seat, all the seats at that point of time are paid seats and none is free. We tried couple of times, eventually fearing that we may be violating DGCA guidelines, we paid 200 per seat, chose seats and checked online
It seems that MakeMyTrip and airlines are hand in glove to dupe and force flyers to go online and eventually pay for seats
That is unfair to extract that extra amount from flyers
Please follow the matter with both MakeMyTrip and GoAir and stop this illegal practice and have our Rs 400 refunded to us

    MakeMyTrip booked my mother 72 years and me on a flight from Melbourne to Delhi through Singapore airlines for Nov 1, 2022. They told us lay over at Singapore will only be for 1 hour but in fact it is for 11 hours at Singapore. After the payment and booking was done, we were told lay over is in fact for 11 hours. My mother is differently abled and aged and can’t manage without wheel chair. She is getting anxious at the very thought of 11 hours layover. I requested MMT to initiate change but they are saying no further changes possible. My flight is scheduled for tomorrow and i had been sending numerous mails to [protected]@makemytrip.com since oct 25, 2022 but till today nothing has happened, no revert received from MMT, when i call up their helpline, they say we are trying to contact Singapore airline but not yet received any revert. No one is attending to the mail inbox it seems and no senior on the floor is taking any interest in resolving the complaint. They are just trying to while away the time so that after 1st Nov they can say, sorry madam, we can’t do anything. How much time do they need to contact singapore airlines. What are the seniors in customer service department doing, why is no one attending to the mails. Pl advise them to give me the credit voucher for the flight as they have done the wrong booking by falsely stating that layover is going to be for 1 hour.

    To top it up, MMT customer service agent while on call, puts me on hold for long and then say they are trying to reach Singapore airlines but they are not getting any revert from them. MMT is making a mockery of world class airline - singapore airlines customer service by giving this sham reason.

      हमने उदयपुर से आपकी होटल गंगा ब्लिस हरिद्धार मैं दो कमरे बुक कराये उसी के अनुसार बुकिंग के दिन हमे आप धुरा रूम दिए गए उसमे सन्द आ रहा था इति बड़ी चैन की हॉटेल ओर इतना किराये के बावजूद इस प्रकार के रूम की उमीद न थी शिकायत करने पर रूम 205 व 206 दिए गए उनमे भी सन्द दीवारों मैं आ र था रूम मैं अजीब सी बदबू थी। रूम मैं टॉवल न उपलब्ध कराए गए काफी बार निवेदन करने पर शाम को टॉवेल दिए गए और होटल स्टाफ ने कहा कि टॉवेल न ह आये है जो आपको दे रहे है।। हमने बच्चो को देखते हुए भारी भरकम किराये वाली होटल बुक करवाई की उन्हें कोई तकलीफ न हो।।
      किन्तु यहां तो प्रॉब्लम ही प्रॉब्लम होने वाली थी जिसका अंदेशा हमे न था मॉर्निंग 29 अक्टूबर को फिर वही हुआ मॉर्निंग से गर्म पानी ही बाथरूम मैं नही हमे 11 बजे दिल्ली निकलना था तो कई बार कहने पर फोन करने पर 10 बजे बाद होटल स्टाफ आया और कहा कि पानी नीचे से लाना पड़ेगा फिर फ़ोन से 9 नंबर पे बात की तो कहा कि पाइप लाइन छोटी है अभी पानी गर्म आने मैं टाइम लगेगा ।। बड़ी मुश्किल से निवेदAन करने पर होटल स्टाफ पानी गर्म करने की रॉड लाया ।।
      इस प्रकार की सर्विस की उमीद इति बड़ी होटल से नही की जा सकती।
      आपकी इस प्रकार की तकलीफ ओर सर्विस से हमे बड़ी मुस्किलो का सामना करना पड़ा।। साथ मैं जो फैमिली थी उन्होंने भी कहा कि किस तरह की होटल बुक की है।।
      आप हमें हमारे किराया जो हमने दिया वो आपकी सर्विस मैं कमी है जिससे रिफंड करे ।।

                  This is to inform you that 18 Oct22I have booked a bus Ticket Vide Booking ID NU[protected] for Ahmedabad to Indore from Intercity Travel. But on reaching Stop I came to know there is an issue in Bus & Departure time to be changed from 10:45 PM to 3:00 AM (As discussed with Contact No given during Booking). As it was urgent & I had to reach Indore at the earliest. And the Stop given does not have Any Office of Transporter. I Could not Wait in Road and there was no Surety that My pickup would be done.

                  I have generated a Query regarding Same wide request ID[protected] which is showing Pending. Also I have Called MMT & informed the same in Phone, Also provided Contact no. for Confirmation.

                  Hence I Booked a New Ticket from Verma Travels from MMP with Booking ID NU[protected]and reached Indore.

                    I booked a flight from kochi (COK) to nagpur (NAG) from mmt app on 17/10/2022. It was a connection flight with transit from bangalore. Unfortunately the flight from bangalore to nagpur didn't get confirmed. So i have received a refund for the same. However as my flight from bangalore to nagpur got cancelled, I cancelled the flight from kochi to bangalore also. But the refund for that hasn't been initiated yet. The app says the whole booking has been cancelled. But I logged into akasa air and saw that the booking is still active. Please look into it as soon as possible. Thank you.

                            I was charged a total of Dh 433/-. The break up is :
                            Airline Fare AED 406
                            MMT Convenience Fee AED 47
                            E-Coupon - AED 20

                            Due to unavoidable circumstances we are unable to travel and I requested a cancellation on 19th Oct morning and I was informed Dh 101 will be deducted as follows :

                            MMT Convenience Fee - AED 47
                            Insurance - AED 39
                            Instant discount to MyWallet for FLYAE - AED 15

                            This is NOT ACCEPTABLE - because I was promised a full refund and to this end they also robbed me off Dh 39/-!!!

                            I need to be refunded in full minus the insurance fee. Refund amount should be Dh 433/-

                            If Make MY Trip is out to cheat people - I should be warning others on social media and press.

                              Car was not available on the address provided by MMT app. Even after updating them, they did not provide the car to me and now when i asked for the refund - after 35 days of the complaint, they are saying they cant give refund too. Here is the complete chain,

                              Date for which self drive ALto was booked - 15th Sep 6PM to 19th Sep 6:30PM

                              I did not go to pick the card on 15th due to health reasons and informed MMT people. Thereafter I went there on 16th morning, I did not see any cars there at the location provided ( gate no. 8Badri Nivas, Palace Grounds, Ramana Maharshi ROad, Bangalore). I waited there for 2 hours to get the confirmation for the location till 2 hours from MMT and they did not even had courtesy to call me back. And then I had leave from there as i was standing on road for 2 hours on 16th.

                              Thereafter, i was told, that you would get refund sir during 16th conversation with MMT people. And since then, i am being asked give us 48 hours time and no resolution, Now, one gentlemen from MMT has updated that I wont get the refund.

                              Dont know what I am supposed to say. Please help me out with this

                                I booked a Train ticket from Make My Trip, PNR No. is [protected]. The train was cancelled on 29th Sept 2022 & I got the confirmation that IRCTC had refunded the money to them. I called them many times to get the refund but every time they are saying that within 24-48 hours I will get my money which is totally false. It's a total harassment for me as a customer & I am sure many others are also suffering with the same problem. Kindly facilitate for my refund & take some strict action against this company.

                                  MakeMyTrip was supposed to submit my application to the embassy by 18th of October 2022 but it has not yet submitted it. I am worried that if the process is delayed then it will cause me huge trouble in getting the DUBAI VISA ON time. I have already paid the amount for VISA application on MMT in full and also my flights and hotels are booked. Please reach out to me as soon as possible and kindly resolve my issue. I'm in distress.

                                    On 8th Oct 2022, booked two flight tickets - one from Delhi to Pune and another from Mumbai to Delhi.
                                    Money got deducted twice for both the tickets while showing onr transaction each as failed.
                                    Earlier they were showing 4 failed transaction in "my trips" but once I raised complaint to MMT along with my bank statements, they stopped showing any failed transaction.
                                    Now I got one refund of of Rs 5196/- but there is no intimation on refund of Rs. 3843/-.
                                    They have not provided any mail or phone number to follow up the issue.
                                    Thei Gurgaon Fixed line numbers also dont give any option to speak to customer care executive.

                                        They provided PG instead of Hotel and let me run in gurgaon till 11.30 PM. At last I had to take hotel on my cost after discussion with them, and they did false commitment on phone that they will refund for that booking which I purchased from my money as they could not resolve issue till 11.30 PM. Later on wrote something else on email and now not refunding the money of my booking of 1500 rs. Not reliable company, and even hotel management listen them, no importance that one person is running in traffic in night, but they just want to resolve their incident. At last they could not refund and it will be good if we can book from OYO directly instead of this 3rd party agency whom none listen at hotels.
