I have received flight cancellation refund amount in my MMT's My Cash account. I tried to transfer it to my original payment mode as per the option offered by MMT, but it failed several times. I am unable to transfer MY money to MY account which is an injustice.

    Since 5 days days I am awaiting the refund of the amount for the cancelled flight for my Jammu trip. It is astonishing to get the mail from the most trusted broker / Agency that the fund transfer is initiated to the wallet. I don’t understand the logic behind this when it could have been easily transferred to my account. Awaiting positive response from both Indigo and the trust worthy agency Make my trip.

      The passenger Arnab Sardar found stones in Gal Bladder to the medical reports of the Asian Institute of Gastroenterology. He can't travel on this flight from Hyderabad to Durgapur due to an emergency the booking id of the flight is Booking ID

      Customer support told and advised me to cancel the flight usually and this gal bladder problem is not a big problem at all. They all said in their policy medical emergency refund will be initiated if someone is an illness and also related to death.

      I would be happy if I got my refund fully.

        Hi,
        This is inform to you thant i have book a hotel through MMT but while booking i am selected wrong date and complite the trx. but after booking i am check my booking date which is 11 Jan 23 instead of 12 Jan 23 than i am am contact with the propert but they clearly refuse to modifying the dates.

          1. I had booked tickets online on Make my Trip. While paying for the selected the payment got deducted twice, but seats were not booked. I had written to both ICICI bank and Make my Trip.

          2. ICICI Bank responded with the details as attached herewith. However, Make My Trip is not responding despite numerous reminders on email.

          3. The details shared by ICICI is as under.
          Your transaction of Rs 200 from ICICI Bank was successfully credited to the beneficiary MAKE MY TRIP INDIA PVT LTD account XXXXXX0416 on 20/12/2022 21:40:26 with RRN[protected]. In case the beneficiary has not received the amount, then please share the reference number with the beneficiary, to check with their bank.

            I had made a booking through MakeMyTrip for flying from Doha to Cochin for 3 passengers, but when I reached the airport only was I Informed the flight which I had booked was cancelled. My agent (MakeMyTrip) did not inform me about the change, neither in their mobile application or through a mail. Qatar airways says that the agent was supposed to inform us. I have got mail communication with MakeMyTrip, accepting that they have not informed. But as I took the flight next day for which I had to book additional rooms and bear the loss of work, they are not able to compensate.

            As a customer I and my fellow passengers ( working doctors) had to go through a lot of stress and financial burden by getting stuck in a foreign country.

            Nobody is taking responsibility for the mishap, Qatar airways is saying they have informed MakeMyTrip whereas MakeMyTrip is saying they can't do anything about it. Both are big MNC's just washing their hands off.

            Hoping this forum will be able to bring justice.

              I tried booking tickets from Chennai to Kurnool on Dec 19th.Money got deducted from my account and payment was done to Make my trip, but the tickets didn't get booked. it was listed under unsuccessful transaction. I have NOT YET Received my Money back.

                We had booked a the hotel on 23/12/2022 with the full amount(Booking ID : AH[protected]) which was shown on Makemytrip app which was 518 AED. After reaching at hotel on 27/12/2022 we get to know that the payment is not done by Makemytrip and then we called the customer care for more than 10 times and everytime we were just told to wait for 15 mins the team is working on it and this thing continued for 3 hrs even after doing pre-booking we had to just wander here and there with all the luggage because of Makemytrip.
                After 3 hour we got a call from Mr. Prosenjit Banarjee he said Makemytrip team is not able to resolve the issue at the Carlton Downtown hotel, Dubai and told us to cancel the booking made by Makemytrip and do a refresh checking in the hotel whatever charges will be there all the amount will be refunded by Makemytrip. I have attached the screenshot of the same where all this discussion is there. After the assuring mail and call from Mr. Prosenjit Banarjee we did the booking with a total amount of 808 AED also the invoice of the same was send.

                After so many days we are continuously mailing and calling Makemytrip there is no proper response.

                Also Ms. Suman Snehi doesn't have the decency to talk politely to the customer. And she doesn't even have the skills to read trail mails which are sent by her own team.

                We expect this matter to be looked at by one of the senior members or Mr. Prosenjit if you are reading this mail please address this.

                  I have mmt card and i am not getting benifits of this card, my rewards not transferring to mmt my cash wallet, as i discussed with icici senior they told my mmt wallet is blocked but after contacting many times with mmt customer care they are not unblocking my wallet.

                      I have booked a flight from Delhi to Heathrow. I have to extend my trip and postpone my ticket. Once I am trying to change my dates the app take to a change with say the following: Online Date Change not supported.

                      I have put in a request with app to arrange for a call with an executive, but no reply up till now it’s been 8 hrs and my flight is in 2 days. I tried calling all their numbers but no luck what so ever.

                          Our air ticket Bagdogra to Mumbai PNR no ORR5MQ, jurney date -11 dec 2022, I have started my jurney from purnea bihar to bagdogra (approx. 170 km) by taxi, after that Bagdogra airport on 11th dec at the time of baggage drop indigo counter staff told your air ticket has cancelled and restricted to fly us. Without any information provided to us, as like OTP, CALL, EMAIL etc our ticket has cancelled. After talking with indigo and make my trip, they replied ticket has cancelled at customer end on 10 dec 11.49 PM, provided one IP address 171.79.14.91. This IP address not belong to me. We have not cancelled any air ticket. They have not permitted to fly in other flight and also they have deducted cancellation charge, refunded Rs 15850 instead of Rs 28222.
                          We stayed in hotel at Siliguri, and booked air ticket again 12 dec 22 and paid Rs 58383.00.
                          I send emil to Indigo and Make my trip from 13 dec continuously, they had not replied satisfactory. Both has not reply satisfactory, both has make trip replying contact to indigo, Indigo replying contact to Make my Trip. I have lodge grivances in air seva portal but air lines reply is not satisfactory.
                          During the travel due to unauthorised cancelled my air ticket, due to harassment my small kid ( 7 year old son) health down, we have admitted in hospital at Siliguri as on early morning on 12 dec 2022.
                          we have economically, mentally and physically suffered by airline.
                          Airline has reply travel agency has responsible for this. so you have to contact them

                            I was booked four ticket of direct Volvo bus from Katmandu to Delhi the travelling date was 03-01-23.After picking us from pickup place they dropped us before 30Kms from the border and handed over to us to unknown person. after waiting for two hrs. then they shifted us in a crowded bus to border. after that they again shifted us to another bus from border to Delhi.
                            pl. notes down i am payee for Volvo Bus but all bus i mention is non volve.
                            more of that the bus staff from border to Delhi was drunken.
                            This trip is mentally, physically and safety wise is harassment lots. I need proper action against my complaint. I have many more proof like photos etc to proof myself.

                                I had reserved a hotel in Sagar (Madhya Pradesh) for the night of November 25, 2022 using the Make My Trip app. Once I reached the destination, I was told by hotel staff that there was no vacant room available in the hotel. I asked them to cancel my booking from their end, but they denied that. Then I called the Make My Trip customer care number (which they finally picked up after multiple calls) and asked them to cancel my booking from their end (I couldn't cancel because it was non-refundable if I had cancelled from my end); they also didn’t cancel, nor did they refund the amount. Ultimately, I, along with my family, went through all this turmoil and ultimately had to book another hotel in Sagar. This incident caused not only financial loss but also mental harassment for me and my family.

                                      The booking was confirmed initially using MMT application for 3 days in Puri. We were 12 members and MMT asked me to cancel the booking and there was NO any further help provided by MMT. We were in trouble and had nowhere to stay. No any responsibility taken by MMT. We had to spent a lot of amount due to this issue.
