The customer care executive has called on 04/10/2022 and they informed that the refund has been credited in HDFC bank account. But I don't have any account in HDFC bank and moreover the payment was done through UPI from State Bank of India. Till date no information regarding refund.

    I accidentally created an account on make my trip. I tried to delete it by looking into the account but couldn't find an option to delete it. Why doesn't make my trip have an option to delete while every other site does?
    This is very annoying so please help me out. I would be very pleased if you could delete it permanently for me. Kindly do the needful.

      I booked rooms for 2 nights starting from 1st October 2022 in kodaikanal through MAKE MY TRIP. Buy due to personal reasons I cancelled my booking on 20th September 2022 and they offered full refund if the cancellation was done before 29th September 2022.

      But till date I have not recieved the money.
      I had made 100 calls, Just tired of listening to the normal cliche that the problem will be resolved in 24 to 48 hours.

      Please help me out. And process my refund money.

      I have attached the screenshot of the mail in which it shows the booking ID number, PNR num and cancellation policy for your reference.

        I have cancelled my flight tickets through airlines directly instead of the agent to save the convenience fee and cancellation fee levied by app on its usage. Even after that there are extra 1500 rupee charged on the app.

          NF2PYQT27EU3049L9166 i was changed INR19, 357 by makemytrip, The airline air Asia cancelled the flight, but i only received refund of 16, 707, further to book another new flight i had to pay 25, 000/-

            I cancel my booking on 20th of September and Make My trip said money refund in 5-12 days. Still my refund amount yet not received. Already very disappointed with that service and executive.

                On 11th April, I had initiated a wallet refund of Rs. 2412. The reference number created for this was NH[protected]. Till date no amount has been refunded to me. In july, the support team wanted my bank statement to be furnished so that they could make the payment. Though this is not the right way I have furnished the bank statement and yet no payment is made.

                If I go to the makemytrip portal and try to click on the refund tracking details. It just renders to a new booking screen.

                There are many difficulties as the support ticket is closed and any enquiries made by email, an automatic email is sent in return stating that the ticket is closed. How is a ticket closed without a resolution. I would like to know.

                My mobile number provided in the site is only text based now and I have a new alternate mobile number in [protected]. I am unable to make phone calls with this number.

                  I had booked my stay at Fabhotel Admire Suites in Delhi from 28th Sept to 5th Oct. I wasn’t able to check-in in the morning since I had to go to office, but I’d called to inform that I’ll check-in late in the night. When I reached there at 9.30 PM, the hotel was closed down for maintenance. MakeMyTrip still had their hotel open for booking on their website. I must have called MakeMyTrip at least 5 times till they responded back saying they don’t have an alternate hotel for me to stay. I am a solo female traveller with no place to stay in the middle of the night, and I’m new to this city. I kept telling them in every call how scared and worried I am since we all know about the history of this city and yet I have had to go through tremendous mental and physical stress and MakeMyTrip couldn’t be less bothered.

                      While booking with Make My Trip Group booking Team confirmed that there will be no hidden charges applicable after our booking which also includes seat confirmation. But while doing web check-in it will cost me 150-250 Rs PP. So it will be around[protected] Rs. Extra.

                      With the continuous call up to the Make my Trip Group bookings team to Helpline +[protected] Make My Trip employees diverting the call from one Employee to another.
                      We asked for the senior person to contact and consider our problem but no reply from MMT Team end either by email or on call also.

                      As we did Group Booking for Senior citizens with you, I hope you understand my concern.

                      Hope this mail considers the problem we are facing and hope you resolve the issue on an urgent basis and provide the solution for the same.

                          Unfortunately i had to cancel my tickets due to family emergency and Make my trip had refunded the left over amount to me in the form of Gift Card against my account. Here is problem statement, where they have not shared me the GC Pin number which is in 6 digits. When i had call with CC team and they are not clear and no one was able to resolve the issue.

                          Customer support was not able to resolve the issue.. Least i had spoken to twice with them and today's call i missed out somehow. Would be great to arrange call with some floor lead/techie who is having knowledge on it.

                            My self S. Suresh Kumar, I have made Bus booking from Hyderabad to Bangalore for Dated 14 Aug 2022 with Sleeper coach by Talakaveri service. On the last minute i got a message about bus cancellation and same time i have cancelled my trip in MMT app. I was trying to reach MMT CC but one one took the responsibility to resolve this, infact i was not able to talk to any customer service team from MMT to explain my issue. Now its been more than 2 months and I kindly request you to look into my concern and refund the amount.

                              I booked my Hotel on 26th Sep 2022 through MakeMyTrip and paid 169.02 AED. I didnt received my invoice from them. I request you to please help me to get my invoice bill, I need to submit in office

                              Attached snapshot for email where you can see amount is deducted from my credit card and I already requested to makeMyTrip team but they didnt responded. I am not able to find any invoice or booking details in my MMT application. I only have SMS details for money deduction from credit card and I already highlighted on attached snapshot

                                  I had taken Bus trip booked at MakeMyTrip from Gurgaon to Bhilwara on 16th September 2022 via bus no RJ09PA6296. The bus got late by 1.30 hrs at pickup itself.
                                  The bus was seized by GST department at Neemrana at midnight and we all passengers were left stranded on highway. The personals at Ashoka Tours and Travels stopped taking any calls.
                                  After waiting for more than 2 hrs for them to respond some o[censored]s somehow managed to stop another bus and reached our destination by paying ticket price again adjusting ourselves in aisle.
                                  I request you to kindly refund the ticket amount paid by me for the said trip.

                                      I had made a booking via NH[protected] for a stay in a hotel in Madurai on the 31st of Aug with check out on 1st of Sep. While driving to the hotel on the morning of 31st Aug, I was called by the hotel staff informing a drainage leak and hence being booked into another hotel which was 2 Kms away from the original booking. The challenges were:
                                      1. Rate difference in the hotels - the one I booked was 4500/- where as the one that I was transferred to was 3400/-.
                                      2. The new hotel was a bit interior and required me to use difficult roads.
                                      3. The amenities in the new hotel were not upto the mark of being called their top end room - there was a lack of mini bar, towels, hair dryer, kettle to name a few.

                                      I spoke to MMT around 12th September to get this resolved and I was promised a refund of Rs.1100/- as a voucher. Though I would prefer a refund to my actual mode of payment, still I was fine with this gesture and was comfortable to proceed with the offered solution.

                                      On 17th September there was an email from MMT stating that they are initiating a Go-pass voucher for the specified amount and the same should reflect in my MMT profile shortly. However now after another 10 days the issue is not resolved and the ticket is marked as closed. I have made quite a lot of follow ups through calls and everytime I am promised my query would be resolved, but the ticket is closed without the solution.

                                      Last update is today - 27th September when the support executive asked me to send an email snapshot of Sept 8 * Sep 9 to confirm that indeed I have not received the voucher. I have shared the same per the request however now the case is again closed stating they have not received a response and hence closing the case.

                                      Instead of cheating, its better to say that they do not want to help out for the case. Pathetic people.

                                      Got couple of emails from some support email, requesting my contact number to discuss further on the issue. Both are scammers. The first offered a cash voucher and asked me to add the voucher code (he was scamming me to try and put the amount as withdrawal and trying to convince me that it was the process and next step I had to put in a pin to get the money back. Unfortunately for him, I was a step ahead and had emptied my account. So no matter what number (amount) he gave me for the code, it just wouldn't work. Finally he said I should use another account where I am maintaining a balance. WHY should my account have a balance for getting money back in? After attempting to convince me a few more times he disconnected the call.
                                      Second scammer - a bit more senior I believe; calls from a number that resembles MMT toll free number. The only difference - for a toll free you do not see the country code; but this time the call came as +1 :P
                                      He went a step ahead and asked me to screen share and provide details of the card through which the booking was done. Next asking me for expiry date and then the CVV. When I declined to share that, he says I will connect with you a senior (hola... another bigger one). And this guy still trying to give me all crap reasons to try and get my CVV. I outright declined saying that I dont trust you. He tried convincing me a few more times and finally when I didnt budge, he disconnected the call.

                                      Anyone remembers Jamtara????

                                        MMT has sent an email with 17 digit future travel voucher code as a refund for the incorrect holiday booking. But there is no way i can use the voucher code for any booking.
