Dear Sir,
I have booked a Jivan Jyoti Home hotel at Lonavala through MakeMy Trip (NH[protected]) for my stay there on 13th to 14th August (one night – 2 rooms). Three days before my trip, they informed me that because of some legal issue at the hotel’s end my booking is canceled, and the amount paid Rs. 5, 151/- was refunded to me in my current account number [protected] with Kotak Bank.
I have requested to give me accommodation in some similar hotel in Lonavala, but they failed to do so. It was difficult to find a hotel within the same range just within a gap of 2-3 days. They offered me that they will pay me Rs. 3000 if I share my GST invoice for my hotel stay there. I have booked a hotel on my own and shared the GST invoice on 14th August 2022 with MakeMyTrip.
Since then, I am doing rigorous follow-ups with MakeMyTrip but they do not have any intention to pay. I have spoken to their customer care department almost 15-20 times and they apologized for the delay but didn’t pay at all. They have informed me initially that payment of Rs. 3000 will be credited on or before 19th August which has not been credited yet.
Here are the reference number for tickets raised by MakeMyTrip but there is no action:

Through you, I request you to direct MakeMyTrip to pay my amount of Rs. 3000/- otherwise it will force me to go to the consumer forum.
MakeMyTrip India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Till date I have not received any call back.
