I raised a ticket requesting refund, but the support team member closed the ticket without a resolution. There is no other way to contact the customer support team. Miserable. I need my refund now. I had booked train journey tickets from Hubli to Bangalore for 17th August 2022 and return from 18th August 2022. For some reason, I had to drop my travel and when I tried canceling my confirmed bookings through makemytrip website clicking on the My Trip column, I would get a message saying " An error has occurred, try after some time ".

And I ended up loosing Rs 700.

On August 13, 2022, I tried to book a rail ticket from MakeMyTrip with Booking ID - NR[protected], which was unsuccessful but the money was deducted from my Paytm account. I called MMT multiple times, and discussed severe health issues I.e. severe damp, smell, wet floor, broken toilet and hot water not working at hotel orchid, 4 rooms 201, 202, 203 and 204.

I booked the ticket at MMT Customer care over the telephone. During the call the agent knew that i will cancel the ticket in future. So he has entered his MMT ID and booked the tickets.
I faced too much difficulty in contacting MMT during covid, and it was saying no Bookings on my mobile and my ID, Finally i called airlines and cancelled the ticket.
Since that day every week i am raising a ticket in MMT, they reply the refund...

We were booked for a hotel reservation from 14th Aug to 16th Aug but due to fever, it was not possible to travel due to current travel restrictions.
