    Day by day, MMT is graduating from bad to worse. I used MMT for booking my stay at Residence Inn Marriot at Phoenix AZ, I got confirmation for the booking so I flew to phoenix considering that I have a place to stay, once I reached property I asked for the room, to my surprise Hotel said that my booking was cancelled by my provider(i.e. MMT). I was shocked because I was in a different country and I don’t even know the place and I don’t have a place to stay (you can imagine the ordeal). I asked Hotel for a reason why the booking was cancelled and they suggested that they don’t have a reason because it was done by the portal that I booked the hotel and only option I have is to check with them. It was 15th Sep around 4:00 PM local time and my disaster started from here, I called MMT customer service[protected], I spoke to Vikash on first call, he took all my details and asked to wait for 30 minutes and assured me that someone from their relevant team will call me back at my US number and provide resolution. I waited for almost an hour standing outside the hotel but never got a call, I called them again this time I spoke to Rajat, He again took all the details and said he do not have an information what happened previously and he will make sure I get a call back from team concerned in next 15-20 minutes. I again waited for almost 40 minutes, no call was received, I called again and spoke to Rahul( for that matter I realized they have 3 different Rahul’s) and he immediately understood my concerned and suggested me to wait for another 30 minutes and also promised me that he will call me back in 30 minutes to check if I got a call or not, I was a fool to trust them, neither of them called. I reached out to MMTC again and spoke to Sujit, he said nothing is in his hand and has to have a team concerned call me back, I suggested if he can transfer the call because its been 3 hours and I have been standing on road with luggage and no where to go but he did not listen and kept saying he doesn’t have any means to get me connect to any one. I thought I will give one more try (I didn’t have a choice I was at MMTC mercy), I agreed to another fake promise of a call back, meanwhile, I started checking nearby hotel availability because by this time I was sure MMTC will not call me back (exactly what happened). I tried to find in available properties at around 8 evening, To my utter shock & disbelief there was no availability for 15th Sep night, I was left stranded on the road in a different country and no other place to go. The place also didn’t look secured, My phone’s battery was almost dying and I had no place to go. I went to a café near by with all my luggage and no place to stay and charged my phone and tried to call MMTC again, what a pain, I spoke to Vikash now and he said exactly the same thing, he will escalate and get me a call in 30 minutes, I requested him and pleaded him that I have been waiting for almost 5 hours already, he said he don’t have any information from my previous conversation and has to treat it as new case, he assured me that he him self will call me in 30 minutes to check if I got a call or not. I had no choice except to wait, meanwhile, because it was getting way too late, I had to take up an accommodation which costed me more than $200 per night. I anticipated that I will get a call from MMTC but I never did, I kept calling them after every hour and spoke to a different person and was been promised a call in 10-15 minutes because everyone highlighted the case on priority. It is strange that they don’t have authority and they never have a supervisor to talk to on the floor. Every time I asked for a supervisor I got exactly same answer that supervisor is not available, I was promised supervisor call as well but I never received, meanwhile, I got an email from MMTC stating that they tried to reach out to me, I immediately replied to them but never got a revert and I have replied to that email 7 times already in last 2 days but yet to get any response, email is from Mou Sarkar. I am seriously disappointed by the kind of services I received from MMTC and has left a bitter taste in mouth and will never use the services again and make sure I let my network know what really happened.
    I am sure this email also will fall into deaf ears but I am going to share my views wherever I can.

      Uae Visa Issued But Not Delivered by MMT

      I have submitted documents to Makemytrip for UAE VISA on 5th September 2022. We are a family of 6 travelling to Dubai on October 1. Its now 18th september 2022, still our visa is not received. While the MMT app shows status as *delayed*, when I tracked our visas on UAE government website, they are already showing VISA status as ISSUED AND ACTIVE.

      Im not sure why MMT VISA team is delaying delivery of visas. The customer care...

      I booked train tickets from coimbatore to Ernakulam. It became unsuccessful on first attempt and got refunded 797. And again tryed to book tickets through make my trip.. Again it got failed but didn't got the refund. It has been 4 days we assumed refund will be credited but in app its showing refund has been credited but we didn't get the money.

        I had purchased 3 tickets from MakeMyTrip for an AirAsia domestic flight. On 10th August, I cancelled the flight tickets directly with the airline and also requested a refund from MakeMyTrip. The refund amount after deductions was Rs. 8274. The Booking ID was NF72M77FFCDVBOS35085. Within a short time I received a confirmation that the refund was processed (see screenshot with Rrn number from MakeMyTrip).

        I never received the refund. It has been 5 weeks. When I called the bank with the Rrn number, they have no record of it. I have emailed MMT Support at least 7 times and the executive assigned was Akshat Jain. He kept insisting the amount was refunded on the 23rd of August with reference number[protected]see email subject in pic).
        He only spoke with me once and on other occasions would reply he was unable to reach me though I never received any calls on my number or an alternate one from him. I feel like I have been completely defrauded by MMT and may never see my money again.

          I booked one room at Jineshwari hotel, Indore on 3rd Dec 2021. My train arrived early in morning so i called them to do an early checkin. For an hour I called them but nobody picked. So I decided to reach at the hotel location at 8AM around. When i reached at their place there was nobody opening the gate of the hotel. It was a bunglow converted to hotel in mid of residencies. I called them so many times but nobody picked. It was very quiet place with nobody around and just dogs barking here and there.

          Being a alone girl in new city and this kind of experience is so worst. I rang the bell for like half n hour but nobody opened the door. No autos around. So with my luggage i had to walk till the main road like half n hour walk. I cancelled the hotel. But till today I havent got my refund. In the MMT account page it shows its refunded. But my bank account doesnt have any entry of such.

          Please take an action on this. Horrible experience.

          Bank didnt send message or any notification on my number. Plus my upi was also not showing that transaction. I went to bank and printed my passbook and got to know that it was refunded on time. Message notification was missing.

            Hi, I purchased my flight ticket from MakeMyTrip. After cancellation the refund from Airline was received by MakeMyTrip as confirmed by the Airline on 17th Sep 2021 after all applicable deductions at both ends.

            The MakeMyTrip support team in India confirmed the final refund amount of AED 1315 was received and processed after receiving the amount from the Airline with ref ID RRN74093591262683006600032.

            However as of today, 16th Sep 2022, the amount is not yet credited to my account.

            Looking forward to resolving the long pending issue.

                Hello,
                On 13th of September I booked a
                Flight at 6:03 pm from New Delhi to Frankfurt (Vistara Flexie) but when i recheck it, it was not Flexie but Economy flight as a result i tried contacting the services, since the call wasn't connecting at the time, I canceled the flight at 6:18, later i tried contacting the authorities again and by luck my call got connected, where the authorised person suggested me the Void policy where if one cancels the flight and come to MMT then i can get the refund with some deducted amount i.e, in my case the flight cost was 40, 629/- out of
                which 949/- would be the deducted amount and I will receive a refund of 39, 680 within 1-3 days. On 15th September I received a message that my flight is not canceled and it's showing in upcoming flights, I
                am also attaching the refund as well as
                cancellation request in which the person on call told me that your flight has been sent for the cancellation.

                Now they are saying I haven't cancelled my flight and not ready to refund my amount. I want you to take a look in this matter as soon as possible.

                    I booked a bus from ernakulam to Kollam through makemytrip but the bus was cancelled by operators. When we contact the operators they said they have refunded the amount. But we didn't get it.NU[protected] is my PNR code

                      I have already booked 2 tickets successfully at 09/09/2022 and 10/09/2022 but others 3 time tickets booking has failed at 09/09/2022(01:15 AM, 01:15AM and 01:35 AM), during my tickets booking debited my money with our SBI bank account. Only reimburse 1668.00 Rs/ at 11/09/2022.
                      But some money has not reimbursed currently.
                      So I humble request to you please credit my money in our bank account

                        Hello Sir,
                        This is in regard to my booking ID NF2XPXF2ZRTFIHIN7725, PNR: PUZHKH. I booked my Kolkata to Pune flight from Makemytrip at the cost of INR 11270/- (Booking invoice INR 5574/- + Date change invoice INR 5696/-, screenshots are below). First of all I booked for 6th November flight at the cost of INR 5574/- then I changed the date by paying INR 5696/- so total I paid INR 11270/- and both the invoices are attached in this email. Due to some personal reason I had to cancel my booking which I did via the airline directly and after cancelling my booking, I got mail from the airline that they refunded the entire amount (without any deduction) to Makemytrip (document will be produced upon request). However, Makemytrip is saying that they will refund only INR 5265/-. I think Makemytrip didn't consider the amount I paid for date change. Kindly consider my both invoices (date change + booking) while calculating the refund money. Please consider my case and a full refund is duly expected.

                          Hi, I booked flight ticket from MakeMyTrip with booking ID NF2XPXF2ZRTFIHIN7725. Due to some reason I had to cancel my reservation and cancellation was done directly from the Airline. I received mail from the Airline that they refunded full amount INR 11678/- to MakeMyTrip. However MakeMyTrip is saying they will refund me only INR 5265/-. Its very difficult to connect to MakeMyTrip since they don't respond over phone, over mail, over WhatsApp and what not. Looking forward for solution to this issue.

                            I done a flight booking using make my trip app. Regarding the cash refund, I done date change two times and i received cash refund message of 10161 INR . I confirmed the same with indigo Airlines.as said by them They already refunded that amount to the travel agent as 2 parts. But received only part 1 i.e 4500 INR . What about the rest of the money?
                            5661 InR.
                            Still no proper reply from their side.

                              I have submitted all the documents as per their guidelines on time on 11th sept and my application was supposed to be sent to embassy on 12th sept 2022 but it has not been sent yet and I’m not able to connect to them via IVR. Please help me out as my tickets are already booked for 1st October 2022. I’ll be facing huge losses if visa is not gotten on time.

                              The process by MakeMyTrip was automated the very next day of registering the complaint. I don't know if it is because of the complaint raised or an automated procedure by MMT. I received my online VISAs the next of submission of VISA docs to the embassy. Thank you

                              MakeMyTrip was supposed to submit my application to the embassy by 12th of September 2022 but it has not yet submitted it. I am worried that if the process is delayed then it will cause me huge trouble in getting the DUBAI VISA ON time. I have already paid the amount for VISA application on MMT in full and also my flights and hotels are booked. Please reach out to me as soon as possible and kindly resolve my issue. I'm in distress.

                                  We booked the tickets from MakeMyTrip on 6th August at Night at 8 pm but for some reason, we cancelled the tickets from MakeMyTrip India, but we didn't get a refund after the cancellation of Tickets. As we confirmed from the IRCTc about the reimbursement they say they already transferred the Money, but from making my trip they had not sent the transaction number, it is given in the alphanumeric form.

                                  Please help us to resolve the issue as soon as possible as per the make my trip the refund is already done but still not reflected in my bank account.

                                    I have been cheated by make my trip as the hotel I booked from their website was totally different than what photographs they have posted on website.
                                    Rooms were pretty small and unfurnished.
                                    Few of the scenes shown in the pic doesn't exist

                                    I did complain to Make My Trip and they checked and said yes the pics I shared with them and what has been uploaded by hotel is different and I will get refund and call back from senior supervisor next day. But no one called me. I am unable to reach to the customer care of makemytrip. they are not responding to my emails and linked in messages.
                                    MakeMyTrip India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    I got a call from the same rep "Gautam" on 13th Sept. He asked if the issue is resolved I said No. He said he will arrange a callback from escalation team to resolve the issue. I said connect me with the team right now. He said he doesn't have authority to transfer the call as well as there is no supervisor available.
                                    Till date I have not received any call back.
