Booked an international travel ticket on 9-Aug-2022 through makemytrip.com. The site reported booking failed but an amount of ₹39, 558 was deducted from my bank account. There is no way I can speak to anyone in this company and have no idea when this amount will be refunded. Govt must hold this merchant answerable for keeping my funds for a long time. On 1st aug i booked ticket from kamatchipuram to Chennai, the amount debited but it was under process after that it's show unsuccessful for bus ticket booking. Hence I booked again the ticket booked and the amount debited again.

I actually tried to book a reservation for train tickets from Guwahati to Dibrugarh (Nagaland Express #15669) which was going to depart at 8:45pm by 15th August. MMT not given my cancellation hotel refund amount today is 5th day & customer care told that required 48 hrs but still his 48hrs not complete.
Due to MMT negligence bad apartment given to me and I am sending video also but still they are not refunding my amount also due to MMT I am spending unnecessary money for hotel and travel.

If we cancel or unsuccessfult tickets from makemytrip, amount never get refunded . but status always shows as its refunded after a week.

there is no customer care to talk about Refund and cancel tickets . they will put your call on hold every time

I am not able to use my trip money. It shows credit limit. I have used it in the past. While making the booking payment it doesn't show up. I am not making any booking through make my trip unless this is resolved. Tried reaching customer care, they disconnected the call saying they can't help with trip money....
