I had booked a return ticket of Mumbai Boston from MakeMyTrip assisted by your Business development manager Mr. Ashuntosh Dubey ID GI-1393 dated 29/7/22 details of which are given below. I have paid him full payment in his wallet. The bank details are also given below. He has cancelled our booking on 28/7/22 and till date I have not received any refund of tickets from MakeMyTrip. Com
After calling him for many times he is not responding and tells us that you will get it in short time.
I feel that he is a fraud and not working with your company. If so please look into the matter. This will affect your company’s reputation which is very important for you.

Mistakenly I have booked the bus travel from shirur to pune but now it is not cancelled, it is unable to cancelled I am cancelling this booking within cancellation policy

We booked a two way flight from pune to maldives with GO First airlines via makeMyTrip.
We received emails from the airline that all our flights have been cancelled.
We have filed multiple complaints with the airlines and makeMyTrip.
Out of the 46, 000 Rs for our bookings, we have only got a refund of Rs 10, 000 till now.

Some one do transaction from my Bajaj emi network card on 7th sep 2022 . I share my all transactions details below please refund my amount.

Me, my wife and my kid (5yrs) were travelling from Thenkasi to Chennai in National Travels bus booked through make my trip. Our bus started from the pickup point at 20.25 hrs. Just before reaching Rajapalayam around 10PM the bus met with an accident killing a bike rider on the spot. We were left in the middle of the highway at night 2300Hrs with a kid by our side without any assistance. The makemy trip agent was only apologetic that he cannot...

I had booked 3 intl flight tickets on 11th aug 2022 for my wife and 2 daughters for departure on 10th sept 2022 for Rs. 52718/- each. However my daughter got COVID 4 days before departure. So we had to cancel entire trip & cancelled all 3 tickets.

Makemytrip has issued tickets to us with the written cancellation policy where the airline will deduct Rs. 4086/- and MMT will deduct Rs. 649/- per ticket and balance will be redunded.
However MMt is trying to cheat us to in to taking a airline credit after deducting Rs. 8000/- approx. & refusing to give a refund.
Hence I would like to complain against MMT and demand that they issue refund as per ticket issued to us.

I had booked ticket for the date august 15 but last minute the travel agency siva sankari travels cancelled the ticket without proper reason and also they didn't refund my amount fully . I feel so disturbed due to this . Makemytrip also didn't give any solution they don't even have a complaint portal
I want proper action against this

I have not got the refund yet for my trip from Bokaro Stl City to Katpadi Jn on 7th September 2022 which booking failed on 28th August 2022.

And when calling customer care it says no refund applicable and getting msg on whatsapp as refund is already processed and will reflect in the bank account by Mon 29th Aug but today is 8th Sep and no refund yet.

It all says your executive will go through the statements and contact me within 48 hours but I haven't been contacted yet by any executive of yours.

Can you please look into the issue and fix it as soon as possible.
And why it is delayed as while deducting money you won't take a fraction of seconds but while doing refund why we need to wait for so long.

Dear Sir,

I have booked a Jivan Jyoti Home hotel at Lonavala through MakeMy Trip (NH[protected]) for my stay there on 13th to 14th August (one night – 2 rooms). Three days before my trip, they informed me that because of some legal issue at the hotel’s end my booking is canceled, and the amount paid Rs. 5, 151/- was refunded to me in my current account number [protected] with Kotak Bank.

I have requested to give me accommodation in some similar hotel in Lonavala, but they failed to do so. It was difficult to find a hotel within the same range just within a gap of 2-3 days. They offered me that they will pay me Rs. 3000 if I share my GST invoice for my hotel stay there. I have booked a hotel on my own and shared the GST invoice on 14th August 2022 with MakeMyTrip.

Since then, I am doing rigorous follow-ups with MakeMyTrip but they do not have any intention to pay. I have spoken to their customer care department almost 15-20 times and they apologized for the delay but didn’t pay at all. They have informed me initially that payment of Rs. 3000 will be credited on or before 19th August which has not been credited yet.
Here are the reference number for tickets raised by MakeMyTrip but there is no action:

Through you, I request you to direct MakeMyTrip to pay my amount of Rs. 3000/- otherwise it will force me to go to the consumer forum.

I paid a hotel bill on MakeMyTrip trip Which was registered on MakeMyTrip Hotel named Lila guest house...they said if you want bajaj emi card to bank transfer then you can book our hotel after booking was complete they will pay me after deducting 10%...But they didn't return my money i also called again and again but the person didn't respond...and switch off the phone...they are doing fraud with people by saying bajaj emi card to bank transfer...https://www.makemytrip.com/hotels/hotel-details?hotelId=[protected]&c...⇄

Make my trip agent by name Saranya in chennai has not been able to satisfy our travel needs. Her behaviour was too unprofessional. When questioning on her behaviour/lack of knowledge, she keeps blaming us (customer) back and says that she has been facing a lot of heat from her boss due to this deal, and displays extremely rude behavior. As a result for the past 2 days we have been facing a lot of mental pressure handling her arrogance. Please take actions against her.

Air tickets were booked for flights 1. Banglore to Pune dt 28/2/2020 & Pune to Banglore dt 2/3/2020. PNR- H9UV2Z, Booking Id NF [protected].

No concrete response from Customer care. Got information in 9th Jun'21 that credit will be given on same route & for the same passenger. Now, wants to book, but NO Credit in Wallet.

I book a train ticket(two passengers) on 06 July for Journey on 09 July and cancel a passenger partially by me on 07 July and other passenger's ticket automatically cancelled due to WL as per IRCTC norms, I call on 139 irctc sent a mail that both cancelled tkt amount sent by IRCTC with TXN ID but credit only one amount other still awaited.(All concern docs attached) par seen and rectify it

I booked tickets for seven members to travel from Udaipur to Hyderabad (scheduled travel on[protected] in the month of August 2022 through Make my trip agency. Amount paid Rs. 30, 902.00. There after few days Indigo Airlines cancelled the flight saying technical reasons. Now the agency (MMT) refunded me the amount of Rs.28, 460.00 against full amount. The full amount was not paid. A difference of amount Rs. 2, 442.00 not refunded yet. I request you to take necessary action against not paying full amount by the make my trip agency. I am attaching all necessary documents for your reference.

My son, Veer Sethi was admitted in Citizen Hospital, Hyderabad with Dengue positive on 29th August and I hv been chasing everyday either through email or by phone for t refund of my tickets on medical grounds. Every time I hv new person talking about t things.. explaining why am I calling... no proper notes mentioned each time I call... escalated n number of times...with no resolution from makemytrip.. this is completed harassing of customer... they said they r waiting for an update from airlines, when I called vistara - they informed they haven't received anything from makemytrip... no medical documents.. I resent t documents on Visatara email ID... is this some kind of joke? I need immediate resolution of this...

I made a Indigo flight booking using make my trip app & completed journey on Aug 12.I upgraded my ticket 2 times and received e-mail denoting cash refund .booking id is NN7EN574CLYP0T6P3206. Then Until now i didn’t receive any update from make my trip & cash not credited to my bank account. So please check & Urgently do needful for cash refund processing.

I Had booked the shivbaba labbaik travels, Solapur dated 06/09/2022.This bus was cancelled by operator without giving refund to me.so please give me refund my money as early as possible.
