I booked tickets for seven members to travel from Udaipur to Hyderabad (scheduled travel on[protected] in the month of August 2022 through Make my trip agency. Amount paid Rs. 30, 902.00. There after few days Indigo Airlines cancelled the flight saying technical reasons. Now the agency (MMT) refunded me the amount of Rs.28, 460.00 against full amount. The full amount was not paid. A difference of amount Rs. 2, 442.00 not refunded yet. I request you to take necessary action against not paying full amount by the make my trip agency. I am attaching all necessary documents for your reference.

      Hello, This is with regards to my bookings made with makemytrip for
      2nd Sep - Hyderabad to Jammu via Delhi
      4th sep - Jammu to Delhi
      10th Sep - Delhi to Hyderabad

      My son, Veer Sethi was admitted in Citizen Hospital, Hyderabad with Dengue positive on 29th August and I hv been chasing everyday either through email or by phone for t refund of my tickets on medical grounds. Every time I hv new person talking about t things.. explaining why am I calling... no proper notes mentioned each time I call... escalated n number of times...with no resolution from makemytrip.. this is completed harassing of customer... they said they r waiting for an update from airlines, when I called vistara - they informed they haven't received anything from makemytrip... no medical documents.. I resent t documents on Visatara email ID... is this some kind of joke? I need immediate resolution of this...

        My train on 28th August was cancelled by IRCTC
        PNR [protected]
        BOOKING ID NR[protected]

        IRCTC gave a followup on the refund with this refund reference number [protected]

        According to them, they have given the refund to make my trip but
        Make my trip hasn't given my refund to my account yet
        MakeMyTrip India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

          I made a Indigo flight booking using make my trip app & completed journey on Aug 12.I upgraded my ticket 2 times and received e-mail denoting cash refund .booking id is NN7EN574CLYP0T6P3206. Then Until now i didn’t receive any update from make my trip & cash not credited to my bank account. So please check & Urgently do needful for cash refund processing.

              The travel date was 17-April-2021

              Makemytrip was not able to issue confirmed ticket and cancelled the ticket NN[protected], 17-April-2021, just day before the travel. After 1.5 years I haven’t got the refund. Everytime I have been asked to wait for 180 days.

                  I made a holiday booking through Makemytrip.com in the month of April 2022 with a planned itinerary.

                  1) First of all, upon arriving in Singapore, they changed the entire itinerary at their convenience. How can they change the itinerary without any confirmation or approval from us?

                  2) The plan was to visit Singapore Water park & Sea Aquarium as per the itinerary. Just to let everyone know, these two activities are located in different stations for which you'll have to take internal Sentosa train. The pickup for the water park was done at 2 PM in the afternoon due to which we could only go to the water park as the Aquarium got closed by 5 PM itself. If they had arranged a pickup in the morning, we would have been able to visit both places but due to their mistake we missed it & the team is not ready to arrange the refund for the same telling that they haven't received the refund from the vendor.

                  3) Secondly, there was a return pickup on one of the days which the driver denied & told us that there was no return pickup for today. I got in touch with one of the MakeMyTrip employees through whom I had made the booking and she told me that no problem, you can go ahead & book a return private taxi & we'll refund the amount later.

                  4) Third, we had taken Sentosa 120 tokens & when we reached Sentosa we found that all the activities required pre-booking & the only option we were left with was i-fly. The timing of i-fly was conflicting with the return cab & again I got in touch with the MakeMyTrip employee, she told me to go via a private taxi & later the refund will be arranged.

                  The total expenses were around 8000INR but MakeMyTrip is just providing me 4000INR that too as MakeMyTrip voucher & not a cash refund.

                  Really fed up with chasing customer support. It has been 3 months chasing customer support but no resolution. They just make fake promises.

                  I really feel that it was a great mistake to take a holiday package via MakeMyTrip. They have zero customer support systems. They really don't care about the customers I think.

                  Please think 100 times before you make your next booking via MakeMyTrip.

                    I have book hotel Carefour, Ahmedabad on 2nd September. On that day i got booking confirmation email and message. But on next day 3rd September i got message from make my trip that my payment got fail. I should do repayment. But amount was already deducted from my account. So i cancelled the hotel booking on the same day. Now make my trip is saying that amount is refunded but amount is not reflecting in my account or not Even in my bank statement. Please resolve it as soon as possible.

                          Hi there, this is regarding my latest booking from kanpur to Chandigarh on 13/08/2022 with ride on wheels through MakeMyTrip app. The driver cancelled the ticket from his end as the entire trip was cancelled due to some technical issues.                             Hello Indians, this online company doing big fraud just happened to me.
                            I had made 2 bookings for a bus from Delhi from make my trip online travel company. The day we had to go, we were 5 minutes late, so the bus man says that now they cannot take you btw he changed the location and he gave our ticket to someone else. And he used to mislead us just like that. We talked to the people of make my trip but their number does not seem to be there. And the company is not even refunding now.no costumer service and satisfaction..

                              On 13th of August i booked my trained from MakeMyTrip but due to some reasons i cancelled it on 19th of August at around 17:26 pm. MakeMyTrip team said I'll get my refund within 5-14 days but today is the 3rd September still didn't recieved it . In that app it's showing its refunded but it didn't reached my account. So please do the needful thing.

                                  On 29-Aug-22; My ticket booking got cancelled itself within 2 minutes of booking to non-availability of lower birth seats. Mmt then texted me this:

                                  [We regret the failure of your Rail booking id NR[protected] after the successful payment of Rs 1597.7.
                                  The refund has been initiated with following details.
                                  Total Refund : Rs 1597.7
                                  It will take upto within 2 working days, please check your Card Statement after Wed Aug 31 20:53:25 IST 2022.]

                                  But it’s been 6 days and no amount is refunded till date.
                                  Whenever I call the (automated customer care) they say refund is not applicable to your booking.

                                  What does that mean?
                                  Where is my money?
                                  Why isn’t the amount refunded even if the app shows “amount refunded”?

                                      Last 14 th Aug 2022. My Indian friend helped me to book a SRS Bus ticket from Mysore to Mumbai through mmt by her bank account. But the SRS delayed 7h 30 mins which I couldn't take it cos of my flight. My friend cancelled SRS Bus then booked new ticket for me. I talke a guy on the phone abt my bus ticket cancellation and refund. He said we will refund to your account soon and got sms regarding refund. But till now, over 14 days She hasn't got any refund from mmt. She said I'm keep checking every 3 h my bank statment But not yet refund and I went to the Bank to check abt it today as 2nd Sep but the bank said not refund from mmt. She asked me to call to mmt and I talked w them. They said that we need Bank statment which my friend doesn't want to show them cos her financial adviser advised her that can't show them cos it's very private.

                                      I'm a foreigner I don't have any Indian account that's why I got my Indian friend help but now I regret to buy a ticket from mmt... My Indian friends told me they don't refund you just keep asking to show them a bank statment...

                                        Im booked my ticket at 13 aug and when i go to reached bus the driver was not giving permission to enter the bus they are cancell my ticket and im try to contact the customer support but i didn't
                                        And when i try to contact the bus operator they said dont worry your ticket was cancell by me and i will back your money but i didn't get any refund and i will try to contact both of you but no one help me and i will decide this is the my last mail to your company otherwise i will write a complaint in twiter and one is consumer forum
