I had reserved a SpiceJet flight, SG 538 slated from BLR to CCU (DOJ: 22 Aug) on 5th July (Confirmation number:[protected] for Rs. 12299 via MakeMyTrip. On July 23, I was informed that the flight is 'revised' with the following information. 'Here are the updated details: SG 136/SG 8251, August 22, Bengaluru (Terminal 1)-Delhi-Kolkata (Terminal 2), 0555 hrs - 2100 hrs.' Because the flight itinerary was highly inconvenient to my senior citizen parents, I canceled the ticket on the grounds of flight cancelation (the flight number had been altered). However, instead of a full refund of the flight fare, I received Rs. 5501 on 5th August. I made a complaint with SpiceJet customer service and AirSeva (ID : RB654643). Through AirSeva, I am assured of the refund of the outstanding amount of Rs. 6798. A Nodal officer of SpiceJet stated that the refund has been initiated on 23 Aug. Because MMT's website does not show information on such partial refunds, I want MMT to confirm the initiation of the refund and make the payment promptly upon receiving it.

    I have recently booked 3 bus tickets from Bangalore to Gokarna for 26th August, 2022.
    I got a call from the operator (Indus bus) that the bus for that day is cancelled due to some technical issue and the full refund is processed.
    I have still not received any refund and on contacting the bus operator, they told to check with MakeMyTrip.
    I raised a request for this in the app also, but without any resolution it was closed as resolved.
    I have not received any update on my refund yet.

      Our tickets got cancelled on 20th august by bus operator and no refund is generated by anyone. Nobody is there to listen it was a bad experience from make my trip. I want someone to speak with us. My pnr no:58739 and 58740. There is no option in customer care regarding the cancellation amount or refund. We are very disappointed by your services. We contact to bus operator he sent the below attached cancel tickets.

      Please take some immediate action on this issue, it's been 3 days and we didn't get our money back from mmt. It would be a great help to us.

        Hi,

        I had booked tickets for me and my mom on MMT on 20th Aug from NDLS to JAT in Jammu Rajdhani. However even with the amount of Rs 4605 successfully deducted, the booking failed.
        A refund was initiated from MMT side and it was informed that it will reflect in 3 working days in the original payment form.
        However, on checking the MMT App today, it is showing that the refund has been successfully credited to my account but I received no SMS/Email regarding this.
        To be on the safer side, I downloaded my Band A/C statement also but the said amount hasn't been credited. This is blatant cheating and fraud by MMT.
        Moreover, these scoundrels don't even have a consumer complaint redressal mechanism - What the hell am I supposed to do with the Self Help links!!???

        Kindly refund the amount on immediate basis otherwise I will be more than happy to drag you to the consumer court.

          The hotel 'Wonder Hill Guest House' Pynthorbah, Block -II, Shillong was booked through makemytrip.com on 12.08.2022, bk Id NH[protected] paying full invoice amount( Invoice No. M06HL[protected]) for one day stay on 14.08.2022. At first the hotel management were not ready to honour the booking, but on insistence they demanded extra charge for booking to be confirmed. The Management charged Rs 1100/- extra over what makemytrip.com billed us(Bill No. 073 dtd 15.08.2022). Further instead of three rooms as was offered by makemytrip only two rooms were allotted. Over and above there were no beds in the room except charpais. This has caused lot of discomfort and passed whole time of stay through uneasy moments. So a legitimate and satisfactory redressal of the complaint is awaited. It is also planned to publish the complaint through social media on lacking satisfactory compensation.

                Hello Team,

                I already raised a complaint to MMT customer care on 17th August. As per their policy agent advised me to wait for 72hr for complaint to get resolved. its 5th day now and still haven't heard anything from them.

                my date of travel was 14th to 16th August 2022. and they charged me twice although i have used my gift card to make this booking and then they charged me again from my credit card.

                  On the next day I tried to call customer care Make my trip but there was no option to connect.

                  Now for the inconvenience that I have faced and the double money that I have paid I want my refund back from the company.

                  Please treat this as my formal initial mail in this concern. I want it to be sorted ASAP.

                    Hi,
                    After a lot of tries I am finally reaching out to MakeMyTrip here. This is in reference to booking id: NL[protected].
                    I had booked a tour package to bali but due to covid it got postponed and I received a communication from MakeMyTrip that they’ll reach out to me whenever the situation stabilises. However, I haven’t received any communication yet. It has been more than a year and my booking Id has been removed from the MakeMyTrip portal. I’ve all the mail communication documented. I have tried reaching MakeMyTrip customer care over multiple medium but unable to connect to anyone. If I do not get a response at the earliest I’m going to file a formal complaint against MakeMyTrip and make this unprofessional and unethical deed public. MakeMyTrip

                      My bus was cancelled by the operator on the day of departure and I haven’t received the refund yet. Booking ID: NU[protected]. I raised a ticket requesting refund, but the support team member closed the ticket without a resolution. There is no other way to contact the customer support team. Miserable. I need my refund now. The trip is still pending, but they marked it completed on the application.

                        I have booked my package via MakeMyTrip, all hotels were selected by you not suggested by me.

                        I checked in Hotel Raj palace on16th. I got a bad feeling about the staff behavior and hotel management even during check-in.

                        At the time of check-in they upgraded one of my rooms and hadn't Informed me about any extra charges or that they can force me to change the room at their convenience.
                        On 17th night after a long trip as soon as I reached the hotel my trouble started.
                        At the eleventh hour first, they insisted to pay extra or they asked me to vacant the room. When I reached out to your customer care agent they denied that they had asked me for extra charges. All my pleas got unheard and I had to shift room at midnight. And until I had shifted they were very rude to me as if I had done something wrong where they were at complete fault.

                        And at the time of check-out, they refused to provide a bill as well.

                        This is extremely bad and unprofessional behavior and I did not expect that from MakeMyTrip. My kids and parents got scared due to all this drama and can't tell you how much mental harassment I felt.

                        To my surprise, there is no action taken by MMT and they simply closed my case by providing me insulting compensation of 2000.

                        I want MMT to take strict action against that hotel and provide compensation accordingly.

                            I had made a reservation for stay from 12-15th Aug'22 with Sterling Corbett resort through MakeMytrip. I paid an advance of Rs. 28, 470 for this booking. However, on 9th Aug, my wife had severe low back pain and our doctor recommended her bedrest for 10 days due to which we had to cancel our plan. I informed both MakeMytrip and Sterling on phone and email on the same day 6 PM, and requested to cancel with 100% refund of booking amount (free cancellation was applicable till 9th Aug 12 PM, so i was just 6 hours late). Then i followed up with them desperately through multiple calls and emails, but both were harassing me, asking me to talk to the other party. They bluntly refused for a refund. After multiple escalations on social media and to their seniors, Sterling offered a date change which i can't accept as i won't get official leave in the next few months. MMT has offered a 50% refund now, but i want 100% refund as this is my hard earned money and it is a genuine cancellation. Even if it is beyond their policy, such cancellations need to be looked at as exceptions and in a humane manner. Also, i got to know that Sterling Corbett cancelled my booking before my check-in date, and gave it to someone else but still did not refund my money. This is cheating the consumers clearly.

                              Hello myself sujauddin a hotel was booked oyo 73460 on 20st Aug, 2022 but at the time of check in they simply denied my booking confirmed that booking ID is not generated yet at hotel.I have already made payment of 1276/- amt kindly refund my amount as soon as possible. This type of incident is the first time that is happened to me and I am really unhappy and frustrated with this situation because it already happened prestigious issue with my family.

                                I have booked two tickets from Bangalore to Kolkata on 2nd Oct 2022 and on Kolkata to Bangalore on 10th Oct, 2022 and while booking tickets -MMT was displaying LOCK PRICE AND PAY LATER for which I paid an amount of Rs.2228/- for one side only .
                                While completing the actual booking it was showing me to pay the full amount and I came to know that the booking amount is exclusive of the lock price amount which came as a shock to me.
                                I immediately called on MMT customer care in which after holding our call for long they told it is mentioned in terms and conditions as The lock price is not being applied on Special price and promotional price which they were arguing that all prices are promotional prices which is completely misleading the customers.
                                My COMPLAINT is MMT is simply misleading the customers and taking money from them without clearly mentioning the details and customer care is not ready to hear our complaint. THE MMT is not clear about their policies and simply misleading.

                                  1) mumbai to shirdi bus booking date : 13/08/2022 id is - NU[protected] PNr - 87DTE8EV Ticket Number[protected] bus cancelled by bus operation amount 1773/- (5 person) 2) shirdi to mumbai bus booking date : 14/08/2022 id is - NU[protected] PNr - 87JS5UV3 Ticket Number[protected] bus cancelled by bus operation amount 1880/- (5 person) Still not found any refund so please clear all refund amount otherwise file a consumer case against you and your service not found you email id and any direct person contact number that solve this type problem.

                                    I have booked Hotel through MakeMyTrip with pay later option. My Booking was confirmed and I got the confirmation on my mobile number. Now when I try to make payment, I am getting the error pl. Enter valid Contact number while number is correct where I have got the booking confirmation. Tried to contact MMT on their helpline but getting only recorded messages. Not able to talk to them regarding my problem.

                                      I have booked a bus ticket from Goa to Pune on 10th August with Om Sairam Travellers. The bus got canceled without any proper information. In MMT it is showing as journey is completed. There is no way to talk with customer care.

                                        I was not able to cancel my confirmed train tickets

                                        Hello,

                                        I had booked train journey tickets from Hubli to Bangalore for 17th August 2022 and return from 18th August 2022. For some reason, I had to drop my travel and when I tried canceling my confirmed bookings through makemytrip website clicking on the My Trip column, I would get a message saying " An error has occurred, try after some time ".

                                        And I ended up loosing Rs 700.
