I made a booking with MMT, before 13hrs to flight time my flight has cancelled..i informed that to mmt they said flight is at on time after i speaking with them regulary for 6hrs they confirmed me that flight has been cancelled.and asked me to book my new flight tickets with my own money..at that time tey promosed that they refund my amount and offerd me 10, 000 vouchers of MMT, they maid me the same..its been a month i didnt get any vouchers from them.no one is responding..

At the time of trip they said tickets of rides are included in package, when i go there the local relation ship manager won't booked it. in that worst case i booked my personal tickets..they said they will refund as vouchers but i dint get any voucher

In that package they mentioned a private sedan vehical..but once we reached there they come up with sharing cab.in that entire trip we get lot of disturbances with this bloody people..they are saying nicely before booking a holiday package..once we go there the scene will be reverse. they din't even one ride as they promissed in the MMt website..

My money and trip is completely wasted.

    I booked my train tickets on mmt but the booking got cancelled, this happened two times, i recieved the refund for the 1st time but i did not recieved the refund for the 2nd time and the app is showing that the refund has been done for both the bookings

      Hi Team,

      I have booked ticket on Aug 16th rrom chennai to udumalpet with Jai hanuman travels. It has been cacelled by bus operator and please find the screenshot of message i have received.
      But till now i didn't get refund and i have also tried to reach out to make my trip but i didnt get proper response from them.

      Please resolve this issue as soon as possible

        Refund not received in bank, deducted from wallet

        Dear Team,

        I had requested my wallet amount to be transferred to my bank account on 1st June 2022, and the amount was deducted from my MMT wallet (Rs. 15, 576) but it has not yet been credited to my bank account, for which I have already shared the details in the make my trip app.

        PFA the screenshot from my app. One states that bank details are being verified since 7th June 2022, which is when we see the last...

        Make My Trip has not refunded my money from 18 days now, no calls or responses to multiple support tickets raised!

        Here's the context from my 2nd support ticket on 18th, task id[protected]:
        "This request is for a booking that was unsuccessful for the same time period 10-12 August, 2022.
        Booking id: NF7Q1G5YZP1ENZGR2898
        My booking was unsuccessful due to technical issues at your end on 8th August, however an amount of ₹18, 601 was debited and the app had the confirmation on it. Though the app mentioned the refund would be initiated within 2-3 days, I raised a support ticket as well, but that was closed abruptly on 13th Aug without a resolution - miserable Customer experience.
        Previous support ticket number:[protected]
        I had to spend again and make another flight booking.
        I need the refund of Rs. 18, 601/- processed to my bank account ASAP since it's been 10 days now. You can call me on 97433***** or email. Also, I need to know why the app removed the unsuccessful booking from the My Trips page and the support ticket associated with it as well. Tracking all this is important."

        I still haven't heard from them by any means. They don't answer calls nor reply to the emails.

        It has been more than 3 weeks from my original request and almost a week since I raised my concern here, but Make My Trip hasn't responded by any means so far, no emails or call. This is just terrible service!!!

          Bus was booked from lonavala to ahemadabad on date 17/08/2022 . The bus in wich we were sitting had an accident in lonavala itself . We were told by bus operator that if you take another bus, your tickets money will be refunded to you . The bus ticket was then cancel by our bus agency shree vijay travels and told that refund given by make my trip . But in the make my trip app shown trip is completed . Even after so many days we have not given refund .we will be forced to take legal action . A screen shot of cancel ticket by travel agency attached

              As we have booked a bis ticket from goa to Hyderabad on 16th Aug 2022, but bus operators has cancelled the bus, so we reported in MakeMyTrip application to initiate a rufund, but application shows ticket is closed and we haven't received any refund till now.

              And we are unable to connect with customer care of MakeMyTrip

                  I cancelled a booking and it was mentioned the refund will be reflected into my account within 2-3 days. The status of the refund process currently is "amount refunded", but there is sign for the credited amount in my account

                      I had booked a hotel from MakeMyTrip as I had my exams in the city, when I went there for check-in the hotel staff denied that they are there on MakeMyTrip and we can not allow to check you in, he was doing this fraud just because in eleventh hour rush was increased as I mentioned because of exams and room charges were increased. Because of this I had to book another hotel, far away from my center and at almost triple the price. This was in March 2022. MakeMyTrip trip had told me the difference in the charges will be refunded and I have followed for almost 5 months now still I have not got my refund. Its waste of my time to follow up with your non user friendly ticking system and mails. My request ID is[protected]. The bank passbook was submitted twice, and everytime they say we have processed your request but there is no any update or progress. It's very frustrating posting here is my last resort, after this I'll be going to the Consumer Court where I'll ask for compensation for all the trouble and time i wasted and my refund. Have a look at the request id and please process my request.

                        I had booked bhurj khalifa tickets for 3 person from make my trip for which i had paid an amount of
                        9178.58/- on 11 august in my booking it was showing that show this voucher at eneteranse but when i
                        reached their they told me they do not have any bookings in my name i called many times in coutomer care
                        of make my trip but i was unabel to find the reason i tried till my all international minutes get over as
                        now i am back in india i am still trying to contact coustomer care but i am not getting conect i had
                        also send many mails but i am not getting the replay please solve my issue

                          I booked train ticket from Jalandhar to Gurgaon for journey on 14 Aug 2022 and tickets were waitlisted. (PNR - [protected] and Booking Id - NR[protected])
                          I cancelled one ticket and got refund for the same.
                          For the other ticket, it remain waitlisted and the ticket was cancelled by IRCTC.
                          Refund not processed by MMT even after writing several mails to customer support.

                            I booked Delhi to Dharamshala Bus but, had to cancel as there's rains in Himachal and I checked that the route the bus was gonna take too was blocked.

                            While booking I paid 1986/- INR
                            After cancellation I received 940/- INR.

                            The bus I booked was a zing bus and here's the cancellation polict on Zingbus website:

                            It says
                            "Cancel, Anytime Before the journey start time 100% Refund"
                            "Within 24 hrs before the journey start time 0% Refund"
                            "24 hrs before the journey start time, 50% redund"

                            I cancelled 5 days before my journey and I have received less than half of what I initially paid.

                            There's no customer service phone number where you could talk to a human representative.
                            There's no grievance officer's email address.

                            This is not a customer centric company, its purely greed centric company.

                              I had reserved a SpiceJet flight, SG 538 slated from BLR to CCU (DOJ: 22 Aug) on 5th July (Confirmation number:[protected] for Rs. 12299 via MakeMyTrip. On July 23, I was informed that the flight is 'revised' with the following information. 'Here are the updated details: SG 136/SG 8251, August 22, Bengaluru (Terminal 1)-Delhi-Kolkata (Terminal 2), 0555 hrs - 2100 hrs.' Because the flight itinerary was highly inconvenient to my senior citizen parents, I canceled the ticket on the grounds of flight cancelation (the flight number had been altered). However, instead of a full refund of the flight fare, I received Rs. 5501 on 5th August. I made a complaint with SpiceJet customer service and AirSeva (ID : RB654643). Through AirSeva, I am assured of the refund of the outstanding amount of Rs. 6798. A Nodal officer of SpiceJet stated that the refund has been initiated on 23 Aug. Because MMT's website does not show information on such partial refunds, I want MMT to confirm the initiation of the refund and make the payment promptly upon receiving it.

                                I have recently booked 3 bus tickets from Bangalore to Gokarna for 26th August, 2022.
                                I got a call from the operator (Indus bus) that the bus for that day is cancelled due to some technical issue and the full refund is processed.
                                I have still not received any refund and on contacting the bus operator, they told to check with MakeMyTrip.
                                I raised a request for this in the app also, but without any resolution it was closed as resolved.
                                I have not received any update on my refund yet.

                                  Our tickets got cancelled on 20th august by bus operator and no refund is generated by anyone. Nobody is there to listen it was a bad experience from make my trip. I want someone to speak with us. My pnr no:58739 and 58740. There is no option in customer care regarding the cancellation amount or refund. We are very disappointed by your services. We contact to bus operator he sent the below attached cancel tickets.

                                  Please take some immediate action on this issue, it's been 3 days and we didn't get our money back from mmt. It would be a great help to us.

                                    Hi,

                                    I had booked tickets for me and my mom on MMT on 20th Aug from NDLS to JAT in Jammu Rajdhani. However even with the amount of Rs 4605 successfully deducted, the booking failed.
                                    A refund was initiated from MMT side and it was informed that it will reflect in 3 working days in the original payment form.
                                    However, on checking the MMT App today, it is showing that the refund has been successfully credited to my account but I received no SMS/Email regarding this.
                                    To be on the safer side, I downloaded my Band A/C statement also but the said amount hasn't been credited. This is blatant cheating and fraud by MMT.
                                    Moreover, these scoundrels don't even have a consumer complaint redressal mechanism - What the hell am I supposed to do with the Self Help links!!???

                                    Kindly refund the amount on immediate basis otherwise I will be more than happy to drag you to the consumer court.

                                      The hotel 'Wonder Hill Guest House' Pynthorbah, Block -II, Shillong was booked through makemytrip.com on 12.08.2022, bk Id NH[protected] paying full invoice amount( Invoice No. M06HL[protected]) for one day stay on 14.08.2022. At first the hotel management were not ready to honour the booking, but on insistence they demanded extra charge for booking to be confirmed. The Management charged Rs 1100/- extra over what makemytrip.com billed us(Bill No. 073 dtd 15.08.2022). Further instead of three rooms as was offered by makemytrip only two rooms were allotted. Over and above there were no beds in the room except charpais. This has caused lot of discomfort and passed whole time of stay through uneasy moments. So a legitimate and satisfactory redressal of the complaint is awaited. It is also planned to publish the complaint through social media on lacking satisfactory compensation.
