I had reserved a SpiceJet flight, SG 538 slated from BLR to CCU (DOJ: 22 Aug) on 5th July (Confirmation number:[protected] for Rs. 12299 via MakeMyTrip. On July 23, I was informed that the flight is 'revised' with the following information. 'Here are the updated details: SG 136/SG 8251, August 22, Bengaluru (Terminal 1)-Delhi-Kolkata (Terminal 2), 0555 hrs - 2100 hrs.' Because the flight itinerary was highly inconvenient to my senior citizen parents, I canceled the ticket on the grounds of flight cancelation (the flight number had been altered). However, instead of a full refund of the flight fare, I received Rs. 5501 on 5th August. I made a complaint with SpiceJet customer service and AirSeva (ID : RB654643). Through AirSeva, I am assured of the refund of the outstanding amount of Rs. 6798. A Nodal officer of SpiceJet stated that the refund has been initiated on 23 Aug. Because MMT's website does not show information on such partial refunds, I want MMT to confirm the initiation of the refund and make the payment promptly upon receiving it.
MakeMyTrip India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Make My Trip has not refunded my money from 18 days now, no calls or responses to multiple support tickets raised!
Here's the context from my 2nd support ticket on 18th, task id[protected]:
"This request is for a booking that was unsuccessful for the same time period 10-12 August, 2022.
Booking id: NF7Q1G5YZP1ENZGR2898
My booking was unsuccessful due to technical issues at your end on 8th August, however an amount of ₹18, 601 was debited and the app had the confirmation on it. Though the app mentioned the refund would be initiated within 2-3 days, I raised a support ticket as well, but that was closed abruptly on 13th Aug without a resolution - miserable Customer experience.

I had to spend again and make another flight booking.
I need the refund of Rs. 18, 601/- processed to my bank account ASAP since it's been 10 days now. You can call me on 97433***** or email. Also, I need to know why the app removed the unsuccessful booking from the My Trips page and the support ticket associated with it as well. Tracking all this is important."
I still haven't heard from them by any means. They don't answer calls nor reply to the emails.
