I am writing to you to raise an issue about Name Correction in international air tickets which is booked via MakeMyTrip

We have booked a ticket from MakeMyTrip (22 Jun 2022) having PNR J69FMX, WEAACF from New Delhi to Kamloops, BC Canada. In our passport there is no Surname. While booking ticket we have discussed from MakeMyTrip Ludhiana, PB via phone call what information do we need to enter...

I cancelled my train ticket from MMT on 18th July 2022, it said I should get the refund by 20th July. But I haven't received any money regarding this cancellation although the app says that the amount has been sent to my bank account.
There is no way for me to reach out to MMT to get this cleared....

We were promised stay with make my trip, but the hotel denies our stay and we have to book it on ourselves. So we need the refund money...

This had to be refunded as I could not travel due to illness. Seeing the Medical Certificate my cancellation charges were waived off by Vistara too, But between Goibibo and Vistara I am left to run around calling up both everyday to find out why the refund is not coming to me. I am always told the other party...

I’ve recently applied for TripMoney card by MMT for an upcoming foreign travel. Post my trip, I still has INR 24k left in my card, which I requested to he transferred back to my bank account. Despite multiply follow-ups over 1 month, it hasn’t happened so far.
The customer support can only be reached out via EMail and they have stopped responding.

I have limit of 20000 travel balance by trip money but I’m final page I’m not able to transact as capital float customer care executive told me we don’t have problem for our side please help...

I accidentally created an account on make my trip and cannot access now. I tried to delete it by looking into the account but couldn't find an option 'to delete'. Why doesn't make my trip have an option to delete while every other site does.
This is very annoying so please help me out. I would be very pleased if you could delete it permanently for me. Kindly do the needful....

I had loaded 9000 money into their account for a flight booking
Upon making transaction, transaction fails with internal server error.
Seems internal gift card has technical issues from MMT(acc to customer care)

I reported it to customer care but they were not able to resolve.
I asked for either a resolution or give my back my stuck 9000 money back, but they stopped responding
Very bad behaviour...

July 11 i booked flight ticket and i paid 5568 in credit card and flight ticket got cancelled by MakeMyTrip and still i didn't receive the money from MakeMyTrip and it's been 10 days...i want immediately refund from MakeMyTrip....

Have been following up for 2 years, every time MMT sends the same automated mail. Now, I cant even find the booking in my historical bookings section. They expect a customer to just forget about their hard earned money. I had taken an insurance with them for the trip as well, still I did not get the refund. What good is your insurance...

Very disappointed customer service as we have booked a flight on 7 July 2022,
But due to some technical issues ticket was initially shown as unsuccessful in MMT aap.
Payment transactions was successful done on 07 July 2022 at 11:38 pm.
Initially on app it was shown that payment will be refunded after 2-3 days, we have also raised query after 4-5 days as it is not refunded till now
& now this MMT app is stop showing...
