I couldn't check in at the hotel as I was covid positive and the booking was non refundable. However mmt denied refund request even though covid is considered as medical emergency.

    I am trying to reach a customer support executive since last few days, there was a modification which I had to do for a cab booking which I was unable to do through the app. Tried contacting customer care but just received recorded messages. So I had to cancel and re-book, now in all this chaos the end result is that the money for cancellation shows would not be refunded. I fail to understand why? There is another cab booking I never wanted to cancel it on 1st place. This is unacceptable. There was no driver allocated, I had cancelled and re-booked then why the money is deducted. I had discussed the matter with one of the executive who promised he will resolve the matter in 48 hours still waiting for a revert

      I had booked a train ticket on MakeMyTrip app, the booking ID is NR[protected]. Unfortunately, my ticket was cancelled. This was two weeks ago. My refund money of ₹1810 has still not reflected on my account. Do something about this asap. Also, there is no way we can get in contact with the customer services or customer care. No number, no email, no chat, nothing. I need my refund money back.

        I did a booking through MMT on 15th august 2022 i wanted to do it for 16th but it was a mistake it took the date as 16th
        I rang them about it they said they will give a resolution but they called Zone by the Park no one answered the call i myself call them Zone by the park more than 20times no one answered the call now on the 16th morning MMT says that zone has denied to change date or refund
        so why didn’t they inform me yesterday abouthr same or answered the call at the very first place completely pathetic and this is not what is expected from such a 5star hotel or neither from MMT

          Dear Sir/Ma'am,

          I booked a cab from Delhi to Jaipur on 6th of August, all the details are mentioned in the attached file (ticket.pdf). Kindly have a look at it.

          The driver asked me to pay money online but the transition got stuck and it took 2 day to process the payment. In the meantime he asked me to pay the fee as soon as possible due to some urgency, I did the second transition of 2966 Rs, as he told me, if he will get the money from the first transition then he will refund it to me. Till now he hasn't refunded it to me yet. Kindly do the needful and take action as soon as possible.

          I have attached both transition phonepay receipts.
          Looking forward to hearing from you.

            My ticket of 12th August travel was released without my full consent and now I need to travel urgently and my queries are not being resolved.
            My original ticket was originally $781. When I asked to reschedule cust care exec told me to do it without any date change amount. Later When I was in no-show time limit MMT exec asked me to pay $1800. Upon I urged him not to reschedule he said the ticket is already released and I cannot fly on 12th.
            MMT is not not responding to me. this is preposterous, I am being victimised for MMT's poor management and lack o[censored]nderstanding.
            Today I am in Lynnwood, Seattle (WA) still waiting for the response so that I could fly to India.

              I had made a hotel booking via MMT to Ooty which was confirmed by MMT. I drove 8 hours from Bangalore to Ooty with my 3 year old and after reaching hotel got to know that they had not received any booking from MMT. After 4 hours of calls with MMT folks, and my family waiting in reception in cold weather, MMT customer care said “sorry, mistake from our side, we will refund the amount”. When we asked them to book an alternative, they said they can’t find anything and hence we should go back to Bangalore now. We drove all the way basis their confirmed booking and all they could say was – sorry, now drive back to Bangalore. They didn’t even make a reasonable attempt to find an alternative for us to stay. They did not even tell us how this mistake happened at their end. We had no option but to drive back to Bangalore which took another 10 hours. 18 hours travel in the day, and not much to our surprise our 3 year fell ill by end of the day with so much exertion. We really were very upset and expected MMT to compensate for all the trouble they caused us (not just the refund, but the entire experience o[censored]s travelling 18 hours based on incorrect confirmation send to us by them); but guess what – it’s been 4 days and they have not yet refunded the amount, forget compensating for the harassment they caused. When we called the customer care again – they said that as per records “we had requested for hotel cancellation” and hence no refund! Forget empathy and going extra mile for customers, MakeMyTrip is a completely FRAUD company looting people by making false bookings. Their customer care folks being absolutely unfriendly, cold, and giving wrong information (Kajal Rawat, Bhumit, Deepak, are some customer care folks from MMT we spoke from and “care” was the last thing in their mind).

              What do I expect:
              1) Refund of the FULL amount
              2) Apology from MMT for the experience
              3) Compensation for the 18 hours travel they made me do on that day (travel cost + because of them my daughter became unwell with this level exertion)

                This is in reference to an issue I faced today with the hotel named Shangri La homestay, Jodhpur.
                I booked a room at this hotel and I went at this hotel for checking in, the hotel was completely different from the images they had uploaded on the site .
                I did not check in into this hotel and left .
                Considering I had made the payment online using UPI, I am awaiting my refund if INR 1433 and have not received it yet . Request you to please process my refund at the earliest and take an action on this hotel operating with Shangri La’s name and deceptive images .

                  For subject booking, hotel team is not providing me the room as per the booking, due to some technical issues, although they are providing me alternative room at another property, which is not 4*.

                  Since due to the long weekend situation i am not able to get other rooms/hotel as per my convenience, and also not possible for me to hunt the room now after visiting to outstation, since i came for relaxation not hunting, hence there is no other option left for me except to accept the alternative solution providing by hotel team.

                  I am not at all satisfy with solutions and services providing by hotel/MMT, hence i want my full refund of hotel, even though i am taking alternative solution, since it is hotel and MMT responsibility to give me the service for what i had paid one month ago.

                    Sir,
                    I have booked a trip from hyderabad to delhi and from delhi to dharmasala and then to maldives i was requested for a payment of rs 5.10 lakh and i have trasbfeered all the amount in diiferent installment to make my trip agent Mr ravi thakur with account no. [protected] axis bank IFSc code- UTIB0003298. I was advised that all flight tickets and hotel bookings will be received by mail before 12 august . But till date nothing was recieved and we also tried to contact ravi thakur on his mobile no. [protected] but the swithch off .
                    I request you to kindly refund all my amount which was paid for the trip since we have received no tickets and hotel booking for the same, we also demand a compensation of rs 1.0 lakh for the mental harassment made by mr ravi thakur .

                      I had booked two flights from makemytrip
                      And they haven't refunded the amount after cancellation. The Airlines have already refunded the amount but it's not been transferred to my Account by Makemytrip.
                      Refund amount of 8118 from Airasia and
                      Refund amount of 3165 from Indigo.

                        I have applied for an ICICI bank credit card which was an ICICI and MakeMyTrip co-branded credit card. I received the card and simultaneously received an email from MakeMyTrip that since I got that credit card so they are creating an account on my behalf on makemytrip.com.
                        Also they used the same email id to create the account that was linked to my credit card but after a month I closed that email account and created a new one and update the same with credit card and tried to do that with MMT but there was no option to do that so I contacted the customer service and they revolve me round and round for 7 hours and even after that I didn't get any resolution.
                        Even on girl said if I want to change the email address, I need to create a new account with the email I want to use and then I need to share the information of both accounts with them and they will merge both the accounts. I did that and nothing happened and now I have two MMT accounts and no resolution to the problem.
                        At the end I talked an supervisor and she said she will raise the issue with the concerned team and hung up the call.
                        It was the most horrible customer service experience of my life.

                          I have booked my train ticket from Asansol to Manmad journey date was 5 August and I opted for trip guarantee but with the policy of trip guarantee my ticket was waitlisted and it was cancelled by MakeMyTrip company and they have assured amount will be get refunded if ticket is not confirmed

                            Hi i booked a hotel from make my trip India on 12 August but when i reached the hotel to checkin the hotel denay to check in and demand me to pay 400 extra so i called to make my trip customer care they saw they help me to arrange a back call for me with in 1 hour but i called around 35 times on make my trip helpline number they dont give me a resolution they say we call back to you and thats it its a fraud activity with me by make my trip yesterday whole night i can spend on street no one helps me i booked a room by make my trip on August 12 - 2022 still more then 24 hours to go there is no solution for me

                                  Booked an international travel ticket on 9-Aug-2022 through makemytrip.com. The site reported booking failed but an amount of ₹39, 558 was deducted from my bank account. There is no way I can speak to anyone in this company and have no idea when this amount will be refunded. Govt must hold this merchant answerable for keeping my funds for a long time. My MakeMyTrip Booking id - NN27T76Q2JDWITXN4465. The payment was made through google pay and the google pay transaction id is[protected] Kindly look into the issue, More important the Merchant MakeMytrip must provide a mechanism to resolve the issue.                                       On 1st aug i booked ticket from kamatchipuram to Chennai, the amount debited but it was under process after that it's show unsuccessful for bus ticket booking. Hence I booked again the ticket booked and the amount debited again.
                                      So u have debited my account twice. Kindly refund the amount
