Make my trip has given me a MMT travel finance of 37500 inr IDFC first bank. Please remove & close MMT finance. As do not want the same. It reflect my credit score. Unable to remove from profile. It very irritated me in call Centre no one help me to do this.

    Bus was booked from Lonavala to Ahmedabad on date:17/08/2022.
    The bus in which we were sitting had an accident in Lonavala itself.
    We were told by the bus operator that if you take another bus, your
    ticket money will be refunded to you. The bus ticket was then
    canceled by our travel agency Shree Vijay Travel and told that the
    refund would be given by Make My Trip.I have tried to contact
    Makemytrip many times for this. Calling can be done only for
    booking but no option of calling for complaint is given. What is
    interesting is that even though the ticket has been canceled by the
    travel agency, the journey is shown as completed in Make My Trip.
    Understand what this means. There is a lack of coordination
    between travel agencies and MakeMyTrip. Due to which my ticket
    cost Rs. 5236.00 could not be refunded..A screen shot of the bus
    ticket and ticket cancellation message is also attached here. Kindly
    request to arrange that I get my refund and take concrete action by
    Makemytrip for customer grievance redressal. So that no one else
    gets bothered like me.

          I Nimesh Sarda has try to book a train ticket on 24/08/2022 feom your mobile app but due to some reason booking was unsuccessful, but the sum of Rs -5185.40 was deducted from my account which complain was made on[protected] with same app .
          So kindly refund my amount as soon as possible .

            Hi,

            I had recently booked tickets from Mantralyam Rd to Chik Banavar and cancelled the same, I haven't got refund till date

            1. Mantralyam Rd to Chick Banavar

            Booking ID: NR[protected]

            Train Name: SUR HASAN EXP #11311

            Booking cancelled on : 23rd August

            The website says the refund is already processed and Amount is credited to my bank account. But it is not done till date.

            I had paid the amount through PhonePe UPI and haven't received the amount of rupees 1050.

            The customer care executive doesn't respond and the call says no refund applicable. It said in the website that the axl account would take 2 days to reflect. But it has not.

              I had booked a train ticket through Makemytrip on the 12833-ADI HWH EXP on 5 August 2022 for two people, travelling from Tatanagar to Kharagpur, for journey date 14 Aug'22. The train got cancelled and Makemytrip kept telling me that the money will be refunded in 2-3 days after the journey date. I also got a message from IRCTC on 15 August'22 informing me about the cancellation and that the refund has been initiated. Regretfully till date I haven't got the refund credited to my account, though more than 10 days have passed since the cancellation. I'm providing the booking details below:

                I had a voucher which i couldn't claim tried reaching the call center and then have written several email but absolutely no revert from the MMT Team

                      I booked 4 tickets by using MakeMy Trip application and I Cancelled 1 ticket and 3 tickets got auto Cancelled because tickets was not confirmed. I received Rs 1275 for one ticket cancellation, but I haven't received Rs 3825 for 3 ticket cancellation. Then I Contacted to IRCTC they told me we have already transferred your money please contact to your bank then Bank Told me that we haven't received any money please confirm to IRCTC. IRCTC Told me you are using third party application so please contact to Make My Trip but Make My trip is not responding my calls and mails.

                        Booked the hotel (OYO 19011 Hotel Sannidhi Residency). Had to make payment again at the hotel as the hotel did not accept the MakeMyTrip booking. There is no way to reach MakeMyTrip Customer care to request for a refund. They have listed a hotel which does not acknowledge the bookings and have taken money for the same. Basically I have had to pay MakeMyTrip the full price and also the hotel for my stay.

                        THIS IS FRAUD!!. Requesting REFUND from MMT and ASKING TO REMOVE THE HOTEL FROM THEIR LISTING

                        Booking Date: 22nd - 23rd of Aug(1 night). Booked in the name of Sabin.

                            I booked a holiday with MMT to Andaman in January 2022 and it had to be rescheduled due to closure of tourism in Andaman. I was not informed that there will be flight cancellation charges of 5k. I have been receiving incorrect and incomplete information from my MMT executive and I even mailed MMT support raising the issue. I'm stuck with the same incompetent and unprofessional MMT executive as I have not heard back from anyone else at MMT. This has costed me around 5000. I'm also being harassed in the middle of the night by the MMT executive to pay the remaining increased amount a couple of days before the timeline as per the mmt document to avoid cancellation.

                              I made a booking with MMT, before 13hrs to flight time my flight has cancelled..i informed that to mmt they said flight is at on time after i speaking with them regulary for 6hrs they confirmed me that flight has been cancelled.and asked me to book my new flight tickets with my own money..at that time tey promosed that they refund my amount and offerd me 10, 000 vouchers of MMT, they maid me the same..its been a month i didnt get any vouchers from them.no one is responding..

                              At the time of trip they said tickets of rides are included in package, when i go there the local relation ship manager won't booked it. in that worst case i booked my personal tickets..they said they will refund as vouchers but i dint get any voucher

                              In that package they mentioned a private sedan vehical..but once we reached there they come up with sharing cab.in that entire trip we get lot of disturbances with this bloody people..they are saying nicely before booking a holiday package..once we go there the scene will be reverse. they din't even one ride as they promissed in the MMt website..

                              My money and trip is completely wasted.

                                I booked my train tickets on mmt but the booking got cancelled, this happened two times, i recieved the refund for the 1st time but i did not recieved the refund for the 2nd time and the app is showing that the refund has been done for both the bookings

                                  Hi Team,

                                  I have booked ticket on Aug 16th rrom chennai to udumalpet with Jai hanuman travels. It has been cacelled by bus operator and please find the screenshot of message i have received.
                                  But till now i didn't get refund and i have also tried to reach out to make my trip but i didnt get proper response from them.

                                  Please resolve this issue as soon as possible

                                    Make My Trip has not refunded my money from 18 days now, no calls or responses to multiple support tickets raised!

                                    Here's the context from my 2nd support ticket on 18th, task id[protected]:
                                    "This request is for a booking that was unsuccessful for the same time period 10-12 August, 2022.
                                    Booking id: NF7Q1G5YZP1ENZGR2898
                                    My booking was unsuccessful due to technical issues at your end on 8th August, however an amount of ₹18, 601 was debited and the app had the confirmation on it. Though the app mentioned the refund would be initiated within 2-3 days, I raised a support ticket as well, but that was closed abruptly on 13th Aug without a resolution - miserable Customer experience.
                                    Previous support ticket number:[protected]
                                    I had to spend again and make another flight booking.
                                    I need the refund of Rs. 18, 601/- processed to my bank account ASAP since it's been 10 days now. You can call me on 97433***** or email. Also, I need to know why the app removed the unsuccessful booking from the My Trips page and the support ticket associated with it as well. Tracking all this is important."

                                    I still haven't heard from them by any means. They don't answer calls nor reply to the emails.
                                    MakeMyTrip India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    It has been more than 3 weeks from my original request and almost a week since I raised my concern here, but Make My Trip hasn't responded by any means so far, no emails or call. This is just terrible service!!!
