I have limit of 20000 travel balance by trip money but I’m final page I’m not able to transact as capital float customer care executive told me we don’t have problem for our side please help

I accidentally created an account on make my trip and cannot access now. I tried to delete it by looking into the account but couldn't find an option 'to delete'. Why doesn't make my trip have an option to delete while every other site does.
This is very annoying so please help me out. I would be very pleased if you could delete it permanently for me. Kindly do the needful.

I had loaded 9000 money into their account for a flight booking
Upon making transaction, transaction fails with internal server error.
Seems internal gift card has technical issues from MMT(acc to customer care)

I reported it to customer care but they were not able to resolve.
I asked for either a resolution or give my back my stuck 9000 money back, but they stopped responding
Very bad behaviour from customer care.
Please help me to get my money back. Requesting a refund

July 11 i booked flight ticket and i paid 5568 in credit card and flight ticket got cancelled by MakeMyTrip and still i didn't receive the money from MakeMyTrip and it's been 10 days...i want immediately refund from MakeMyTrip.

Have been following up for 2 years, every time MMT sends the same automated mail. Now, I cant even find the booking in my historical bookings section. They expect a customer to just forget about their hard earned money. I had taken an insurance with them for the trip as well, still I did not get the refund. What good is your insurance plan, pls tell me?

I want a refund asap pls, this has gone on for too long. Ideally they should refund the entire amount including the convenience fee + insurance scams that they make people buy, because all MMT has given to me in this case is inconvenience.

I saw on the news that Jet Airways is processing all refunds. Pls refund my money along with the applicable interest for 2 years.

Very disappointed customer service as we have booked a flight on 7 July 2022,
But due to some technical issues ticket was initially shown as unsuccessful in MMT aap.
Payment transactions was successful done on 07 July 2022 at 11:38 pm.
Initially on app it was shown that payment will be refunded after 2-3 days, we have also raised query after 4-5 days as it is not refunded till now
& now this MMT app is stop showing that unsuccessful trip
Tried via call but no response.
Money not refunded yet.

I booked my tickets and then I received a mail saying that my booking is unsuccessful and they will refund the money in 2-3 business days and I haven’t still received it!...

I have made a booking for 16Th July in Hotel Aditya Palace (Booking Id: NH[protected], PNR: [protected]) and when I reached to property, the staff denied to give accommodation. I contacted to MMT customer care and they have arranged another hotel which was White House Residency (Booking Id: NH[protected], PNR: [protected]). I asked to the customer care to confirm whether it is guest house or hotel and they confirmed that the property is hotel. The booking conformation was sent to me and when I reached to the property again the owner refused to give a room saying that he has not received any booking from mmt, and claimed that he is not using any online platform for booking. I tried to contact mmt customer care but connection was not established due to their poor working algorithms. My call was disconnected again and again after an audio message which was asking me to use mmt app for faster resolution and I proceed to the app and a support request was generated but has not been entertained since today. I am unable to make any communication to mmt. The conditions forced me to take hotel with paying thrice the price in which I booked. I had to pay for unnecessary travel which was caused by mmt and their partner hotels. During the entire scenario, I realized that both properties were actually not hotels but they were PG on monthly basis and they were making people fool. I am also surprised that the mmt had deleted the booking details of Hotel Aditya palace from my mmt account, although the WhatsApp message sent to me by mmt is still in my phone. I request you to take strong action against both the properties and mmt for such inconvenience caused to me. I had to face mental and economical toucher during the entire incident and want the reimbursements of my economical as well as mental pressure.

Hi I booked two tickets from make my trip.com from sealdah to durgapur on 16 July 22 through UPI and the transaction was successful but during the time of irctc account verification i forgot my password and the site then timeout and it was not able to generate tickets for me and the money got deducted and it has been 2 day that I did not get any refund from MakeMyTrip.com pls help me

I have purchased TripMoney Forex Card from MMT.
I have added 2000RS into card and also activated the card.
According to Benefits of card i should receive
MMT BLACK activation link.
But after sending many mails i did not get anu resolution from the MMT.
They are even not replaying of my emails.
And also there is no any facility to contact and talk with customer care agent.
I am feeling this is fraud or scam.

My date of travel is 18 july 2022. I have been calling make my trip for past two days for my web check in but they are not assisting.

Its been so unprofessional and worst service i have ever seen. Once the trip is completed, they donot receive our calls nor reply on emails. We need to receive refund for the activities cancelled from Makemytrip side and now they are absconding.

I did a booking on 28 June for a flight. The mode was the ZESTMONEY ICICI Cardless EMI option. The booking failed. ICICI messaged me that the EMI amount 7688Rs is disbursed. Today I got the letter from ICICI with the loan active status. I spoke with ICICI customer care they mentioned that the reverse transaction and the intimation have not been provided by MakeMyTrip.

While calling on the MakeMyTrip given numbers, none of them is resolving my query. I see no official mail id for them. Now they have also removed the failed booking from the unsuccessful Tab. I still have the screenshot of the failed booking. I see no confirmation on the refund. The refund tracking request is now gone from their page as well. This is Fraud.

i booked ticket from makemytrip for travel to libreville to mumbai on 10th of may but i cancelled my trip on 26th april. i requested for refund but still not received i suppose to receive on july 5th but i didnot received.

i send many mails to pankag and surbhi there is no response at all.
