Hotel booking ID NH[protected] with Gateway Suites on 9th June, 2022., not checked in, because unsafe location, dangerous access, no parking, rude staff etc. Hotel staff said, if I am not satisfied, I may cancel my booking with MMT, accordingly, I called MMT, they have sent SMS to send customer resolution form online, which I sent. Again lodged consumer complaint in MMT website. I received a message that the issue will be resolved by 14th June, 2022, but until now amount Rs 1575 not refunded???
