Refund money not credited to my bank account from make my trip wallet. But make my trip is showing that the refund amount credited to my bank account. I had paid ticket charge through google pay, the refund amount is 4869-/. It has been 15 days, still I didn't get my money from make my trip. My booking ID was - NF7ZEFGLCDTNEG1L3175
Please look into it asap.

    On 3rd July, My booking got cancelled automatically and the amount of 9, 898 debited from my account. As their guidelines my ammount should refunded by 1 or 2 working days .. But Still I didn't get my refund .

      I am traveling in Royal Chintamani travels from Pune to Deulgaon Raja on 14 June 22, 10.30 pm. My seat is 18 L which is complete wet. The codriver has put one extra bedsheet on it and saying to sit and they can't do anything. No other vacant seats are available for replacement. Now i am sitting here on wet seat my cloths are also been wet by now. You people are playing with customers lives and this is a fraud to customer. If I get sick due to this i will file a complaint against the mmt and royal chintamani.
      I just want my full ticket refund atleast for this. And stop this fraud with passengers .

        Hello,
        I booked a Bus to tarvel, Delhi to Jaunpur(UP) for one of my workers to travel on 23rd June 2022, booking was made through MMT, details as under :
        However my worker did board the bus, but the bus developed a snag and all the passengers were asked to de-board and look for another bus.
        My worker was told that the refund will be processed in 3 working days, i contacted Safar Express, and was given the number of one Sohail, Ph: [protected], and was told that he'd look into the refund, upon calling him i was asked to send the copy of invoice, which i did (26th June 2022), since that day, that guy HAS STOPPED TAKING CALLS OR ANSWERING TO WHATSAPP.
        I contacted SAFAR EXPRESS again today @[protected], and told about the bus being cancelled and no refund till date, THEY VERY RUDELY RESPONDED WITH - MMT SE BOOKING KARWAYI HAI, UNHI SE PAISA MAANGO, AND BANGED THE PHONE.

        I would like to have the complete refund since we didnt avail the services and also would like MMT to look into the kind of vendors they are hiring to provide services.

          I tried to book a train ticket through makemytrp app on 04/07/2022, but it was unsuccessful and I lost the money. Still the app is showing refund request processing. It's been more than 10 days.

            I travelled from Patna to Bhubaneswar by Indigo airlines on 08.07.2022, actual Bill was Rs.2000/- and invoice was first time sent for Rs.2000/-. When I complaint that Rs.7067/- was deducted from my card and bill was sent for only Rs.2000/-. Then Today, I received Bill of Rs.7067/- in which Rs.4294.07 is towards make my trip service charges, which shows that it is illegal charges deducted by the company. Please return the above mentioned amount immediately and confirm me for returning the amount.

              This mail is regarding refund my train booking money which was booked from makemytrip app and Train got cancelled on 20th June. I have received an sms as well.

              I got the message in the sms as well as in mobile app there said - you will get refund after getting back the money from IRCTC.

              It was expected the refund my money before 26th June but not yet received even IRCTC already refunded the money to makemytrip bank account

              Request you to please refund the same at the earliest to same mode of payment.

                  With name Abhishek Jain I booked ticket of Indigo Flight with PNR QK566S from goa to raipur but due some reason I cancelled it on 1st june and on same day Indigo made refund to make my trip but I haent yet received my refund for the same and no further information is provided by Make My trip regarding this.

                  please do help me to get my refund for the same

                    Issue:
                    1. I booked hotel after seeing that it was 100 m away from railway station as per MMT website. While the reality is it is 1.1 km away. In matheran there is no vehicle available, hence one needs to travel on foot. My parents (age 60+) can't walk that easily with 2 bags in hand.

                    2. We tried contacting the property owner number given by MMT. It came switched off

                    3. Called up MMT customer care and told them to cancel booking because it is wrong info of location and contact number. Customer care tried contacting owner thrice. But couldn't successfully connect

                    4. Customer care could finally reach owner through Business Development Manager 3 days later. Owner confirmed that phone number and email id updated in the listing does not belong to him. Customer care could not inform owner within time about cancellation.

                    Now customer care is blaming me that I haven`t informed owner about cancellation. How is this fair ? I want my refund.

                    MMT customer care accepted their fault but finally closed the ticket stating that I should have called up the owner, hence refund can`t be processed. Communication mistake is clearly from MMT side

                      Description:
                      I have booked a trip with booking id #NN2W7MAJY092JQQY2130. When I was making this booking makemytrip website said the cancellation fees were 2006 INR in total and the trip is cancellable till the last day of the journey. I booked the ticket in hopes of travelling to greece on the 14th of JUN and I had not received my visa till the 10th of JUN. So I called MMT to cancel the trip and since they had some backend issues they said that the ticket that was issued to me said it is fully cancellable but their system is saying it is non-refundable. finally on the 16th JUN they cancelled my ticket and said they would be issuing my refund. The refund calculations they made were very dubious and deceiving the customer as I had not taken a screenshot of the original message during my booking that said the cancellation charges were 2006 INR only. The said they will be issuing my refund of 119, 676 in 12-14 working days. Now its been more than 25 days and I am not even able to get through their IVR options to a customer service agent to ask about the status of my refund as it cuts the call by sending a message no matter what option I choose. They do not even have an email id to send a complaint to about my ticket. Neither do they have any chat support. Who am I supposed to contact about my issue? Nobody from MMT even contacts me about the refund.

                      I need my refund ASAP. I bought the ticket from MMT and MMT should responsibly issue my refund.

                      Desirable Resolution:
                      Refund issued as soon as possible to the original payment method and also the correct amount with just the airline cancellation fees of 649INR pp + MMT cancellation fees of 354 INR pp + MMT convenience fees of 2398 INR from the original payment of 131478 INR which comes to a total of 127074 INR.

                          I harneet kour booked my train ticket from your site ( Amritsar to jammu )which cost me around (1073 rs ) on 2 of july 2022. I received a message from your side that i the amount will be credited to my account with in 3-4 working days but its 11 of july now till today I didn't received my money. And on tracking the money the app os showing that you have snd the money of 5 of july but the money is not showing in my acct I didn't received any peny of it. So please deposit my money as soon as possible.

                              My train booking was cancelled by irctc for PNR-[protected] date of journy 27th jan 2022(PUNE BANARAS EXP), usually refund done in 3-4 days. but still i am waiting for refund amout of 1260/- Rs as per IRCTC refund reciept...all screenshots has attached for your refference. its 12 days now.even no refund from MMT side, IRCTC side shown they have completed refund, but at MMT side no process, why its taking time? even no option on MMT app to talk with customer support executive to get fast resolution.

                                I booked a cab from Noida to T3 on 10th July, 2022 for 06:15 pm.
                                I had done partial payment of 173 before onboarding the cab. After completing the trip, I paid the remaining amount via UPI to mmt. It was showing paid in my mmt app and as well as in the driver's app. But still driver was constantly ranting that I need to pay him in cash as the app is showing "Paid to driver" and ultiimately I had to pay him. Don't you guys tell your drivers that by paying online via upi to mmt, we are ultimately paying the driver? Or do you guys train your drivers to ask for money twice? Was your driver this illiterate to not understand what was he doing. He was constantly behaving rudely with me. He even mentioned that he wasted two hours on this trip. Do you guys ask your drivers to waste their time on the trips?Moreover, I booked a cab for 06:15am. If he came at 05:15am, was that my fault? Does this kind of behaviour you show to your customers? I need a refund of 599 immediately as I had to pay the amt twice. Also, please take strict actions against this driver so that he gets a lesson on how to behave with the customers.
                                If no actions taken from your end, then I am sorry. I won't be able to do any booking from your app. It is very shameful from your end that despite being such a great company, you guys are doing such bad scams to take the payment twice from your customers. This is impacting the trust of their customers on mmt.
                                I am attaching all the photos here. You can see that I was forced to do the payment twice.

                                  I have been booked my travel from Bangalore to Chennai for some urgency .
                                  MMT didn't provided any specific details(Bus No & driver contact no) except booking confirmation on mail only no message or nothing .
                                  I have waited for an hour for getting details but no details was provided .
                                  I have call to bus agency regarding same but they could not pic up call, End MMT is clamming that they have provided me all details with my registered mob no. but while i am speaking with customer care they are saying they have provided details to another number which does not belongs to me .
                                  Now i want my refund & compensation for my loss due to MMT system failure but they simply denying for that.

                                    My parents have booked a train ticket from Pune to Bhopal from Humsafar express for the 26th of June via MMT, but cancelled the ticket on 22nd June'2022 (on the app). The refund was provided by IRCTC to MMT on 23rd June, also received an email from IRCTC that the refund has been provided to the agent. It is 11th of July Today, more than 15 days have passed, Still haven't received refund from MMT. I tried to contact their customer service, but there is no way to connect them regarding refunds and all they do is redirect me to their app. Then I Emailed the customer support, no acknowledgment or reply has been received. then I visited Makemytrip office in Bhopal, they have no idea about anything. The Makemytrip support is a disappointment.

                                      I had booked a train ticket from Bidar to Bangalore on 1st July. As i couldn't complete the booking it failed. I had paid an amount of Rs. 3045. I had to receive the refund by 5th July. Today is 11th July and i am yet to receive any refund for the same. When i try to contact the customer care the call gets rejected. Please look into this and call back.

                                        MMT Booking ID NR[protected], Train no 18463 - Vishakhapatnam to Bangalore on[protected] was cancelled on 29th June through MMT app. The APP shows as trip cancelled in customer care section. IRTC has refunded the money ref no IRCTC BANK ref ID [protected]. The same is not refunded by MMT.

                                        IT is very difficult to contact customer care with limited options and no personal contact with the customer care executive to raise the issue.

                                        Please help is resolving the issue of refund from MMT
