I had cancelled my ticket on 9th January 2022, from Dehradun to Mumbai.

While canceling the ticket the refund amount mentioned on the app was Rs. 17766/- (screenshot attached)
Refund application [protected] for [protected].

I got the refund on 7th March 2022 but only for Rs.1866/- ( This amount was not mentioned at any point of time.)(RRN NO.[protected]

On 13th of June 2022
I had tried booking bus from hrishikesh to agra using my number [protected]
We were a total of 4 in group, so I tried to book it. It failed on the first go at around 10 :40 am but the amount was deducted from my card.
I tried once again but it failed to from make my trip side, but got deducted from my card
I had immediately requested for refund showing my amount deduction from my card .

I request make my trip to kindly initiate my refund asap as it's more than two weeks that my transaction took place.

We booked Swiss cottage through MMT For 3 nights Paid Rs 43065 but when we reached found we have given bad room on top of room with backside of the hotel. Lot of smell in rooms like seapage and wetness in Floor found very unhygienic. We immediately called MMT and they connected the call with the hotel owner. He was humble and aggred to refund. Same on call with MMT. Today it's been 20 days I'm still waiting for my refund. I have our conversation with all o[censored]s. But MMT is not doing their job on time. Waiting a little more then move to Consumer court if required.

My parents sh. Kuldip chand and shukla devi pnr no. K46nry traveled on 15.04.2022 from varanasi to delhi and delhi to amritsar but due to rescheduling of flights both flights rescheduled for same time .Due to that airline cancelled my flight .But still no refund issued from make my trip side.. I have already contacted to airlines regarding this refund but according to airlines all refund issue from their side on 19.04.2022. But mmt still giving dates and dates..
It is also here to describe that me chetan kumar pnr e5rnts also shared same flight on same route on same day with same issue.. Luckily i got my all refund from..
Make my trip side.But my parents refund is still pending .. Please resolve this matter as soon as possible..

I made two booking from Makemytrip
One booking got failed and the other one cancell it from my side.its been two month now i have not recieve the amount yet. In the booking app its show that the refund amount has procees i will recieve within 7 working days but its more then two month now i have not recieve the money yet. After complain they said that the amount has proccess from their end the tickets is closed now i need to speak to a bank.
I have spoken to the bank they take maximum 48 hrs to credit the money in account the amount is not refund from the Makemytrip. Makemytrip is cheating with the customer. I have mail so many i recieve an automated mail only. I am fade with this its the worst experience from Makemytrip. I need my refund money back as soon as possible otherwise i will other action.its the booking ID of two transaction ID NR[protected] & NR[protected].

Booked for cab pick up on 20.6.22 3.30 am from salarpuria sattva magnificia to bengaluru airport. Cancelled cab booking at 3.30 a.m on 20.6.22 since my air trip is cancelled. Not received the refund . Make my trip shows I have completed trip and is asking for feedback for the trip not done. I have not shared the OTP for the trip to the driver of cab .

This is regarding our Booking (ID NL[protected], Reference #[protected] To Havelock, Niel Island, Port Blair Holiday package with Make my trip which was scheduled for 6 days and 7 nights starting from 16.04.2020. The total package amount was quoted @ ₹ 1, 99, 000 out of which we made our 1st instalment on 25.03.2019 for ₹ 1, 18, 732. Our holiday was planned on 16.04.2020. When the covid struck our holiday was cancelled
Later we followed up and asked for refund. The company didn’t agree to refund the amount instead gave us option for date change. With no option left we took it. Since then we have been following up. Nobody responds on the e-mail or neither on telephone.
MakeMyTrip had booked our flights on Indigo and due to covid Indigo airlines offered refund for all its customers. When I checked with MakeMyTrip for our flight refund amount. They were not ready to even refund our flight amount. They told us the only option left with us is to lose whatever we paid as 1st instalment or opt for a date change. Kindly help us to get our money back.

I had booked a cab using MakeMyTrip for 27 June 2022 ai1200 am. The cab driver did not come for his dutyand nor did he responded to my calls.please look into the matter and refund my cab money.

Actually I was trying to book my online train ticket for 29th June but it got booked on 29th July which I want to cancel. But I am not able to cancel the ticket. I have been trying many times to contact the customer care but to no avail.

India railway had cancelled train but make my trip did not refund the cancelled amount.

Mysel[censored]mesh Ambre booked flight of Alliance Air on 13th may 2022 from Goa to Bom with PNR No. UU4WXP but flight got rescheduled for more than 3 hrs and so I cancelled my ticket with coordination to your ground staff as they promised for getting 100% refund. So have booked other flight with my own money on just the commitment given for refund by your ground manager.

Since that day I m waiting/struggling for my refund. So request you to please make the process fast as much as possible.

Kindly refer to my refund which failed due to Internet problem, Booking ID -NR[protected]. The Amount was Rs. 510 while you said full amount will be refunded, but full amount is not refunded. Kindly refund the full amount. ASB

I Booked a flight through Make my trip before the pandemic due to the international travel ban, the flights were canceled. I thought i might use the ticket later so i did not cancel the ticket immediately

I want to tell that our room was booked at Hotel Durga, Manali from 24th jun to 27 Jun.
I paid 16746 Rs advance of rooms. When we reached at hotel Durga manali hotel owner denied to checkin the hotel. We are three families in this trip. On the spot we were in very trouble condition and our children were crying. We contact many times on 24th June (on the spot) customer care of make my trip but every time customer care staff said that our service staff called you with in 45 minutes and solve your problem. I called customer care next day but customer care wording is same. Today is 26th jun (Third day) No executive called me till now. Make my trip harrased us we demand that compensation of harrasement So pls do the needful.

Yesterday I booked a hotel through make my trip, and paid the amount to confirm the booking when I reached the hotel to check-in the hotel owner said that they are attending the bookings from their side, i called the customer care number which they mentioned in booking details, the call is transferred to Oyo and he is saying now try to take the refund your amount his name was Rohit Singh . Please refund my booking amount .

As per your SMS you were supposed to resolve and refund Rs 1575 by 14th June, 2022 in respect of above booking in Gateway suites, as I have not checked in due unsafe location, dangerous access, no parking and rude staff.

I have booked a train ticket for 21st of june from make my trip on 13th of june and due some issues the the train was canceled.
the irctc had send a email to me that the refund of my ticket has been disputed to makemytrip but makemytrip has still not send me the refund
and when i am trying to contact make my trip they are not responding.

Hotel booking ID NH[protected] with Gateway Suites on 9th June, 2022., not checked in, because unsafe location, dangerous access, no parking, rude staff etc. Hotel staff said, if I am not satisfied, I may cancel my booking with MMT, accordingly, I called MMT, they have sent SMS to send customer resolution form online, which I sent. Again lodged consumer complaint in MMT website. I received a message that the issue will be resolved by 14th June, 2022, but until now amount Rs 1575 not refunded???

Please note that below booking was done due to technical error as I was searching for room checkin 23 Jul and checkout 24Jul 2022. Dates got automatically changed to June which is no way possible as 23 June is today and no one would like to book at midnight for the same day.
Kindly refund my amount at the earliest or add to makemytrip wallet so that can book room at my suitable dates.
No one in hotel is picking phone and all numbers are unreachable. I have immediate called and informed customer care executive of MMT and he has also sent email to MTDC.

I booked train ticket twice. But make my trip cancelled it. And on app it shows my refund has been credited but it has not been credited. This company is a cheat.
