Respected Sir/Madam,

I have booked my train ticket from Thrissur to New Delhi with booking on 24 June 2022, Friday through online and paid an amount of Rs 7215.4 but it was unsuccessful.
It was told that the amount of Rs 7215.4 would be refunded within 2 working days, it was supposed to be refunded on Tuesday 28 June 2022.
The status of refund via tracker says that it is refunded but it's been a week and I have not received the money on my bank account.

I am attaching the details of booking that was unsuccessful.

I need to get my refund amount within 2 days to my account. Please do the necessary arrangement.

    Hi All,
    I have booked flight ticket from Delhi to Lucknow through make my trip but airline did not allow me to travel and given the hand written letter for refund . I called on make my trip helpline number and locked a complain for the same. Ref No of complain is[protected]. But refund amount is still not credit . When i called on their helpline number they are saying team is working on this but after one month still no resolution provided by the make my trip team. I write mail for the same but thye are not giving answer. Please help here.

      Dear sir/ madam
      I did hotel booking capital 088790 Hotel himani in shimla on dated[protected] capital through your app. I reached the hotel with my family on this day.But the hotel manager said that our hotel is already booked. Make my trip app wrongly booked my hotel.you should complaint to the make my trip team. I cannot give the room, because my all rooms already sold. We really very harsshed on that time, because it was almost mid night. We did not find hotel anywhere on that day. Any way, now I just want to refund my amount of hotel booking. Because I spent 4998 for the hotel booking. You are requested to kindly refund my amount.

        I booked a trip from Pathankot to Dalhousie and Dharamshala through Make My trip.
        While booking the trip, MMT customer care promised me that the driver will cover all the main view points in Dharamshala and Dalhousie but he even took us to the mentioned points in the contract.
        He was very rude and didn't wanted to take us anywhere.
        I called MMT customer care multiple times but they didn't helped me. They have spoiled my trip.
        Now I want a refund of my payment as they didn't provided the service promised to me.

          On the 12th June I had booked a flight from Halifax to Boston for the 5th July, on the same day I called MMT & requested the agent for a date change since I said I would like to take the 6th Morning flight, at the same time I told him that I was not very keen on the change & if it can be done without any extra cost then I don't mind it.
          He cancelled my ticket & said I will get a full refund & that I can book a fresh ticket, while talking to him I was online and I told him that I am getting another booking of my choice so should I change the date or cancel this booking & rebook the ticket, he put me on hold and assured me that the cancellation will not cost anything, I once again confirmed with him & told him that I am making a new booking, he told me to go ahead, I completed the new booking & informed him & he said that he has cancelled the previous booking, I once again confirmed with him and he said that there will be no cancellation charges, and then I got an email from MMT, regarding that the cancellation was made due to operational problems, etc, which I have never mentioned, and this was mentioned by the agent,
          I called MMT & was told that they will validate the call & refund my money & that within 48-72 hours this issue will be resolved. I called up after 3 days & was told that it was not still put up for validation, I got upset & said I was expecting a resolution in 72 hours & you have still not started the process of validating the call, I received an apology over the phone & by email.
          Since then I have been daily calling MMT & sending emails but I get the same reply that they are looking into the matter, it has been three weeks now & I get the same apology, same reply that they are looking into the matter.
          I had booked tickets for a vacation to meet my children in Boston & Halifax & they have spoilt my vacation.
          Please help me to get my full refund as committed by the MMT agent who cancelled my flight.

            Hello, I booked 4 Rajdhani train tickets on 17th June from New Alipur Duar to Dimapur. Make My Trip deducted the money from my account but the booking failed. I tried the same again and the same thing happened even the second time. A total of 20, 230 INR was deducted. Make My Trip app says the amount has been refunded but it’s been over 15 days and the money has not been reflected in my account. Please help and address this.

              Change of Email address

              Make my trip doesn’t provide an option to update an email id of an account. They would ask us to raise a request to update an email id but if we raise a request they would come up with the same answer saying that they don’t have an option to update email of the account.
              Even they provide an option to delete an account unlike other travel apps.. Which is quite irritating.
              They don’t provide a customer care number.. We have...

              I booked hotel in Hyderabad on 28th for 29th...I got checked in early morning so I paid extra amount 600 also. In the afternoon I went for my official work for 3 hrs...when I am back I saw some one was already entered into my room and done cleaning without my permission and thrown my personal stuff on floor. When I complaint to make my trip and hotel authority they said that was mistake and they will look into this matter. After talking to make my trip agent he promised me that he will refund my hotel amount plus he will give me voucher of 2000 from make my trip but I have not received any voucher after following for so many times. I got my hotel 70% refund after fighting with them. I need help.

                  Hi,

                  This is regarding the message that shows my Cardless EMI loan was processed despite my booking process being failed.
                  I was booking my flights using MakeMyTrip on 27th June. I was given the option of ICICI cardless option via Zest money.

                  However, the booking failed. I later booked the ticket by using UPI successfully.
                  On the 28th I see that the cardless payment was availed to the failed booking.
                  I checked with ICICI bank, they mentioned the amount is debited and EMI is active. MakeMyTrip still hasn’t refunded and closed that EMI which was for failed process.

                  PFA details.
                  Please help me in this regard as the amount is availed for a failed booking.

                  I have just received the. Postal delivery of my loan which is active against this cancelled booking.
                  They have also remove the entry from the unsuccessful booking.
                  This is fraud .

                            I had cancelled my ticket on 9th January 2022, from Dehradun to Mumbai.

                            While canceling the ticket the refund amount mentioned on the app was Rs. 17766/- (screenshot attached)
                            Refund application [protected] for [protected].

                            I got the refund on 7th March 2022 but only for Rs.1866/- ( This amount was not mentioned at any point of time.)(RRN NO.[protected]

                              On 13th of June 2022
                              I had tried booking bus from hrishikesh to agra using my number [protected]
                              We were a total of 4 in group, so I tried to book it. It failed on the first go at around 10 :40 am but the amount was deducted from my card.
                              I tried once again but it failed to from make my trip side, but got deducted from my card
                              I had immediately requested for refund showing my amount deduction from my card .

                              I request make my trip to kindly initiate my refund asap as it's more than two weeks that my transaction took place.

                                We booked Swiss cottage through MMT For 3 nights Paid Rs 43065 but when we reached found we have given bad room on top of room with backside of the hotel. Lot of smell in rooms like seapage and wetness in Floor found very unhygienic. We immediately called MMT and they connected the call with the hotel owner. He was humble and aggred to refund. Same on call with MMT. Today it's been 20 days I'm still waiting for my refund. I have our conversation with all o[censored]s. But MMT is not doing their job on time. Waiting a little more then move to Consumer court if required.

                                  My parents sh. Kuldip chand and shukla devi pnr no. K46nry traveled on 15.04.2022 from varanasi to delhi and delhi to amritsar but due to rescheduling of flights both flights rescheduled for same time .Due to that airline cancelled my flight .But still no refund issued from make my trip side.. I have already contacted to airlines regarding this refund but according to airlines all refund issue from their side on 19.04.2022. But mmt still giving dates and dates..
                                  It is also here to describe that me chetan kumar pnr e5rnts also shared same flight on same route on same day with same issue.. Luckily i got my all refund from..
                                  Make my trip side.But my parents refund is still pending .. Please resolve this matter as soon as possible..

                                    I made two booking from Makemytrip
                                    One booking got failed and the other one cancell it from my side.its been two month now i have not recieve the amount yet. In the booking app its show that the refund amount has procees i will recieve within 7 working days but its more then two month now i have not recieve the money yet. After complain they said that the amount has proccess from their end the tickets is closed now i need to speak to a bank.
                                    I have spoken to the bank they take maximum 48 hrs to credit the money in account the amount is not refund from the Makemytrip. Makemytrip is cheating with the customer. I have mail so many i recieve an automated mail only. I am fade with this its the worst experience from Makemytrip. I need my refund money back as soon as possible otherwise i will other action.its the booking ID of two transaction ID NR[protected] & NR[protected].

                                      Booked for cab pick up on 20.6.22 3.30 am from salarpuria sattva magnificia to bengaluru airport. Cancelled cab booking at 3.30 a.m on 20.6.22 since my air trip is cancelled. Not received the refund . Make my trip shows I have completed trip and is asking for feedback for the trip not done. I have not shared the OTP for the trip to the driver of cab .
