This is regarding our Booking (ID NL[protected], Reference #[protected] To Havelock, Niel Island, Port Blair Holiday package with Make my trip which was scheduled for 6 days and 7 nights starting from 16.04.2020. The total package amount was quoted @ ₹ 1, 99, 000 out of which we made our 1st instalment on 25.03.2019 for ₹ 1, 18, 732. Our holiday was planned on 16.04.2020. When the covid struck our holiday was cancelled
Later we followed up and asked for refund. The company didn’t agree to refund the amount instead gave us option for date change. With no option left we took it. Since then we have been following up. Nobody responds on the e-mail or neither on telephone.
MakeMyTrip had booked our flights on Indigo and due to covid Indigo airlines offered refund for all its customers. When I checked with MakeMyTrip for our flight refund amount. They were not ready to even refund our flight amount. They told us the only option left with us is to lose whatever we paid as 1st instalment or opt for a date change. Kindly help us to get our money back.
