I book rooms from make my trip its third party but all authority is given by your hotels . You have no authority to change or add on anything its ok but some guest of honour or curtsey have also with hotel . I already said I pay all extra charge's all meals any extra charge in my room its extra bed or half board meal anything . But your hotel has not little bit help to solve this prob its simple if add on an extra bed . Really, I am very in very bad status when my family see all this that your staff not give key . Really, I will mail to make my trip, expedia, hotel authorities, Marriott group, hotel group association . Everywhere to change such policy so that guest never harass by that time of check in . I paid to hotel in advance all expenses room meal after that I book again in dubaj room same day plus up down expenses meals all cost me above 1 lakh inr . Really, we are come for relax and vacation mood but time and money all waste for that day . Really I will raise all complaint to all mails . So that other guest when they book from third party or direct, they get no prob . First you give all authority to travel agent it's your duty to solve these type of prob by yourself . We are coming for vacation from Delhi and that time we are calling all over so that solve this problem .
