The undersigned has booked a bus ticket through MMT App. The amount of fare has been deducted twice through credit card but not showing in MMT App about the 2nd deduction.

    MMT Outstation cab is a scam running with Cab Vendors

    Let me share my experience with first time outstation cab booking with MMT, booking ID : NC[protected], Having 4night and 5 days booking (8th to 12th June 2022) from Mysore to Waynad trip. If you are looking for outstation cab booking with MMT, please go through the terrible experience till end below and then decide if you really want to book the outstation cab with MMT or not?

    I also apologies to you that we book room in five-star hotel Marriott ajman saray . Five-star property but the policy is very bad they do not know how to treat a guest . I book rooms from make my trip its third party but all authority is given by your hotels . You have no authority to change or add on anything its ok but some guest of honour or curtsey have also with hotel . I already said I pay all extra charge's all meals any extra charge in my room its extra bed or half board meal anything . But your hotel has not little bit help to solve this prob its simple if add on an extra bed . Really, I am very in very bad status when my family see all this that your staff not give key . Really, I will mail to make my trip, expedia, hotel authorities, Marriott group, hotel group association . Everywhere to change such policy so that guest never harass by that time of check in . I paid to hotel in advance all expenses room meal after that I book again in dubaj room same day plus up down expenses meals all cost me above 1 lakh inr . Really, we are come for relax and vacation mood but time and money all waste for that day . Really I will raise all complaint to all mails . So that other guest when they book from third party or direct, they get no prob . First you give all authority to travel agent it's your duty to solve these type of prob by yourself . We are coming for vacation from Delhi and that time we are calling all over so that solve this problem .

        I have cancelled my hotel booking in Bhimtal on 14 June 2022, MakeMyTrip initiated my refund and informed me that my refund reflect in my account in 2 working days i.e., 15 june 2022- 16 june 2022.
        RRN No.[protected]
        and another
        RRN No. [protected] was generated.

        But in these dates i did not received my refund amount, thereafter, I contacted MakeMyTrip trip to resolve the issue they assured me that the problem will resolved on 19 june 2022 and in other hand they also informed me that my refund should reflect on 26 june 2022, and in my WhatsApp/ SMS they send a message in which they told me that my refund will reflect on 30th june 2022.

          It's July 2022 and I am facing the same issue. I had a number from year 2013 on my account after which I left the country. Now I no longer have that number but if I try to update my number to my new Indian number (after logging in using my gmail), the site keeps sending an OTP to my old number ALTHOUGH I am logged in via email. CUSTOMER support was extremely useless as she kept telling me to redial the CUSTOMER support number and use the right IVR option - but never could tell me which is the right IVR option. I told her I do not get any option that includes updating profile/login information!! Then she goes on to ask me to create a new account. I asked her how would my available cash balance on my current account transfer to the new account in that case since it is currently linked with my existing gmail+ old phone number - to that she again speaks some ### about trying to CONTACT the cab service that I was trying to book. I told her it was MakeMyTrip cab service that I was trying to book!! To that she says that we cannot update the phone number. When I tell her so that mean my available cash balance is gone? To that she says No Ma'am. Maybe try calling the right IVR. Again. I asked her if there is a direct number for department that handles profile management since the IVR literally only has 4 options - Modify reservation, new reservation, failed transaction, something with MMT ICICI. I don't think she even knew what she was saying and I am stuck with this issue. Sounds like my available cash balance is actually GONE because MMT WON'T ALLOW YOU TO LOSE THE EXISTING PHONE NUMBER!!

          Update: The OTP popup is a bug on their site apparently. I hit Verify without entering the OTP after which I was able to get the option to update my number. Hit and trial!

            The booking was cancelled on 27th may 2022. As of 16 june 2022, the refund has not been initiated. After multiple phone calls and emails, there is no response.
            MakeMyTrip India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            Have received 22 emails from susankar chowdhury who may be some spam id. The email is just repeating same thing again and again since 1 june.

              I am waiting for a refund to be processed since 2020 on a tickets booked through Makemytrip. The ticket was on thai airways and the refund request has been raised since 2020. Thai airways expects this to go through makemytrip

              The requests are

              "Dear Mr. Manoj Palakkal,

              We have received your refund request for booking ID NN[protected]. As per refund processing protocols, your refund application [protected] has been sent to THAI AIRWAYS INTL on[protected]T14:49:36+0000. Please note, refund is subject to approval by the airline and this process may take up to 90 days. Once the airline approves your request, we will process the applicable refund amount to you and send you a notification as well.

                Already my flight refund has been initiated from indigo airlines but make my trip is refusing to return back my refund amount and making excuses of adding extra charges

                    I booked two train tickets twice from Delhi to howrah on 2 June 2022 with mmt train booking no
                    NR[protected] and NR[protected]
                    both the above bookings were failed but amount of 6256.05/- and 6256.05/- is debited from my account. But only one refund is done, second one is not done .
                    Kindly refund 6256.05/ more at the earliest.

                      So I had booked 4 Train Tickets from MakeMyTrip. So 1 day was remaining but my ticket still were in rac so I cancelled them. I should have gotten the refund till now. But It's been more than 16 days still I haven't received. As they don't have a customer service number I can't talk to them . I also contacted irctc they said that they have already refunded the amount to the agent ( MakeMyTrip) . So I think it's a scam fraud app which is why they don't have a customer care number. I want my refund as quickly as possible please help. MakeMyTrip is such a big company big big stars like ranveer singh has done their advertisement still it's scamming people. How is this allowed?

                          Hi,

                          I had booked ticket on Monday - 13-June'2022 for Mumbai - Dubai . The price charged for the ticket issued was 17, 498/.

                          The very next morning, when I check the portal, the ticket was available for 10, 257/ . I fail to understand, when we book the ticket 7days before travel the prices are high, but as we move closer to the date the prices reduce...what kind of pricing strategy is this. I have experienced similar situation while booking hotel through Make my trip earlier, and I was promised that incase I face this issue next time, it will be resolved in my favor.

                          I request make my trip to refund the cost of difference. I actually feel cheated as a customer, time and again facing similar issue.

                          I had registered this complaint yesterday aslo and also called MMT customer service. However I fail to receive any response, kindly look into the matter at the earliest, else I will be resorting to social media this time around.

                              On May 25th I had cancelled a ticket for GoAir, PNR - HCFVKN. The airline processed the refund (I have an email from the airline), but as the booking was made via makemytrip, I was told the amount of INR 28108 would be sent to makemytrip and they will refund me my money. Until today I have not seen any refund in my credit card statement.

                                My flight on[protected] from Aizawl to Guwahati with PNR 8VSAND was cancelled by the airlines due to bad weather but the airlines is denying full refund. Even the airlines is denying refund for the return flight from Guwahati to Aizawl on[protected] with PNR V5KU4H. Kindly look into the matter.

                                  MakeMyTrip Booking ID NR[protected]
                                  I have booked train tickets from thrissur to krishnarajapuram on 13th june 2022 and due to technical glitch the money has been deducted and the process cannot been completed. And i got a message from Makemytrip saying it is unsuccessful due to technical reasons and the refund amount should be credited within today. But till now the amount hasn’t been reflected on my account. There is no way to contact the customer service representative of this very company. Pathetic experience.
