Below is the last communication regarding refund process. There has not been any update since then.

We tried to contact you on the phone number registered with us (ending with ********5755) and [protected] however could not get connected.
Due to the nationwide lockdown imposed by the Government of India to control the COVID-19 pandemic, all flights originating or terminating in territory of India till 30 June, 2020 stand suspended. The airline has assured that your booking amount is safe which can be used for a new booking with same airline, subject to paying any additional extra fare for the new travel dates and such other terms and conditions as may be prescribed by the airline.
