Unable to change old phone number to new

When changing the phone number - the website sends an OTP to the old phone. I do not have the number as it is recycled already. There is no way I can get an OTP on the old phone so I am stuck as I cannot add my new phone number.

I called customer care but they are only able to help with reservations, not provide any technical support. Can someone please help me?...

We purchased a holiday package ( NL[protected], 4N/5D Roadtrip to Mussourie and Nainital. As per package Sightseeing in Nainital was included, it was clearly written in the itinerary. They arranged our stay in Hotel Dynasty Resort 10 kms before Nainital, actually it was in Khurpatal. We were a group of 7 people and they arranged a Tempo Traveller for our transfer. On the day of sightseeing, the vehicle dropped us 8 kms before Nainital city and told us to arrange our own vehicle for sightseeing. We desparately tried to contact our assigned Relationship Office Ms Swati ( [protected] ), she neither bothered to pick up my call nor to respond to my WA messages. We also tried to get help from our Travel Expert Ms Rushda, she also could not do anything, but at least she responded. After wasting more than 2 hours in our attempt to get help from MMT, ultimately we hired a vehicle on our own and did sightseeing.
Apart from the above, we also informed Ms Swati about the poor services at Hotel Dynasty Resort, she did not acknowledge / address the issue as expected.
After the paying the entire amount in advance, this is the quality of service we received.

    I booked my tickets on 3 June form makemytrip but they are failed ...
    And no refund is given to me .

      I made a new deep bus booking for 15th May 2022 from Bikaner to Jaipur on 13th may 2022 but the booking was canceled by the bus operator on 14th May 2022. Even after 24 days, I haven't received my refund. I tried contacting customer care several times[protected], [protected]) but was not able to connect. please refund the money as soon as possible and improve your customer care services.
      I contacted Amazon as well for the payment refund status but they haven't got the payment. I even contacted the bus operator but they have sent the payment.

        Tried booking a domestic flight ticket on makemytrip.com. Payment got deducted but a booking did not go through. I have been waiting for the refund amount which was deducted from my MMT wallet on 4th June. There is no option to connect on IVR for this issue. And on twitter, I get different answers from everyone. This is getting frustrating now. My booking id is NF77905JAWSHBU2B8125. Please address this issue asap.

          Its been a month i am writing email to MakeMyTrip customer service but its not helping me.
          Such a bad experience.
          Atleast MMT should provide customer support number where customer can talk to agent and solve their problem by themself.
          Such a famous brand and providing worst service.
          and MMT should give delete option in site dont know why they dont want people to delete mmt account.

            I have recently booked an air ticket from make my trip for ethopian airlines for 2nd September from delhi to toronto. It is clearly showing on their app that the ticket fare is refundable and attracts me to book this air ticket from the. After all the payment process when they mailed me my ticket on it it shows that the ticket is non- refundable. I had a talk with the excutive also and he tells me that its not in their hand.I was prebooking my refundable air ticket because i didn’t receive my canadian visa yet. It’s totally a fraud as they are not providing proper accurate information. Please review my problem and make my ticket refundable. I will attach some screenshot with this complaint. Now, also the same ticket is showing refundable.

              I have booked a room through Make My trip website. I searched the room for the dates 24 june to 27 june but when i was making the booking, i have not seen the month it automatically jumped to july and I completed the reservation. You can check my browsing history, i never searched for 24 july to 27 july. I contacted make my trip through telephone but only auto answering machine response i get then later I contacted the hotel on same day through email.

              RESPONE FROM THEM :-

              I am sorry but the make my trip website its not available to access from Europe.

              I am not able to change the reservation as you have already paid trough the third party.

              They have provided a virtual card but it will only work for the dates of the reservation originally booked.

              This is one of the reason you need to get in touch with them so they can change the reservation and the authorisation for the virtual card.

              Therefore, it is requested to you that pls change my dates 24th july -27th july to 24th june -27th june

                I booked a ticket from Lucknow to Mumbai (sion) for 2nd June, but at the last moment I got call from bus operator, that bus is canceled due to technical issue. And said will get your money within days... but u dint get money

                  Dear Sir/Ma'am,

                  My self Sonia Bathla and i booked a ticket using your website MakeMytrip.com on 27 May 2022 travelling to Jakarta from India using Malindo Airlines (PNR No. FSQVJX; Ticket snap shot attached).
                  As per my booking it was an extra addon Free meals inclusion with my tickets because of which i did not arranged my meal well in advance and as of my surprised when i asked for the meal at the flight i have informed that My name is not in list and i have to buy the food if i want to have which was not at all acceptable.

                  This happened my both the onward journey flights and after this horrible experience i am pretty sure the same will gonna happen in my return flights also.
                  So, now i am writing this for compensation of the problem and issue i faced due to the negligence of the website.

                    This is to bring to your urgent notice that it has been over 3 weeks but MakeMyTrip has not processed the refund from the bus cancellation by Aitiana Airwings on 18th May, 2022.This is truly pathetic service from your platform and I daresay that I am inclined to not make my bookings on MMT anymore if this is the sorry state of your customer service.

                    I had booked 3 seats on an AC Bus from Siliguri to Kolkata scheduled to depart at 7:00 PM from the Tenzing Norgay Bus Terminus. One night before boarding, we received a message from Aitiana Airwings that the scheduled bus had to be cancelled and that our refund worth Rs. 2835 would be processed shortly. We had to make last moment bookings to return home. We even raised a feedback on your app WITHIN 24 HOURS and the issue page shows it as resolved. However, not a single penny has been refunded.

                    We even called up Aitiana Airwings on their number (provided on your platform). They told us that the refund has been processed from their company's end and that it is up to MMT now to credit it back to our account. We have even rung up your customer care number many times but it seems that you have automated the entire process and no customer care executive can be reached. Extremely poor service.

                    Please look into this at the earliest and help us get our money back. This is not what we expect from a platform that claims to be trustworthy.

                    I am also attaching screenshots of the SMS we received from the company as well as the booking e-ticket issued by you.

                    Look forward to a reply at the earliest.

                        I have made a booking of a complete villa which includes 3 rooms through make my trip app dated June, 06, 2022 to June, 10, 2022 for 30, 000 approx for 4 nights. Next day, I recieved a call from villa owner saying our water pipe has burst so you have to cancel your booking, however, it was just an excuse to cancel my booking because make my trip made my booking for entire villa instead of single room that they generally offer in 30, 000. The villa owner accepted that it was some technical fault on make my trip website, and they asked MMT to raise the full refund. But MMT is continously harrasing me at the end moment and no support is provided from the company, everytime i call customercare they give new deadline.

                          Dear MMT;

                          This is related to my Request ID[protected].

                          Why there is no action from your side, even after raising the complaint again and again, No one is responding.

                          I am only getting sms about closure of complaint without taking any action.

                          I booked the Gangtok and Darjeeling package with cost me around Rs 56559/- (excluding flight) after applying my citi bank discount. (Actual cost of package is Rs 89775/-)

                          Now just understand the quality of service MMT given me throughout the Trip :-

                          1. I reached at Bagdogara airport as per plan around 13:05PM, But no one there to receive for me and my family. After calling to driver, your local vendor Mr Sunil and your operation team I finally get driver after 35min waiting in sun and heat with no proper welcome.(it may be MMT standard)

                          2. After reaching to Hotel (Summit Golden crescent resort and Spa, Gangtok), as per claim they not even offer welcome drink, They given me a very sub-standard room with broken table, mirror and no toiletries and freebies in room( each pic is already shared to your operation team). After calling to them they reluctant to change the room. I called your local guy Mr Kuldeep, even he raised his hand and suggested me to talk to marketing Team “Seema Chopra”. I somehow spend night in that room.

                          Note :- Mr Assad who supposed to me my tour manager, he not even willing to understand the problem and shows his attitude to me.(it may also be MMT culture)

                          3. Next 2 days the room is ok but till the time due to my bad experience with MMT total tour is spoil.

                          4. 4th Day when checked in hotel (Summit Swiss heritage hotel), they given me queen size bed which I realized in night since I was travelled with my 6year old baby, when I raised the concern they said, they will not help me, may do tomm. So somehow I manage that night.

                          5. Next day they given me room which has very low celling, no window and ventilation and they forced me to stay in that room since there is no other room available as they claim. The room was so horrible that even budget hotel has better room then this. My entire family is lived with suffocation and terror and very Next day at 6am, we check out.

                          Now please tell me, is this MMT standard to give such horrible memory to their customer who chosen for 4star hotels.

                          Your entire team is only play with our emotion and they might be knowing that no one will take care about the voice of customer and that why that not taken any action.

                          Since you people closed my complain without taking any action, its proved your culture.

                          I am just given you this formal mail if you may want to take action otherwise I may search for some legal support so that it will not repeat to other family.

                            I have booked vivanta hotel new delhi dwarka throught make my trip PNR: [protected], Booking Id: NH[protected].
                            Reservation for 2 days from 5 june 22 to 7 june 22 on reservation it was shown alleals included and i have screen shots of that with booking confirmation and after payment i recived a voucher that shows two meals included i have paid extra for all meals and now they are playing blame games on hotel this is not acceptable they are justfooling customers and on asking for cancellation and refund they are saying no refund will be issued is this the professionalism of make my trip.
                            Will not use this website again in future.
                            I need my money back from these crooks

                            Customer care executives have no knowledge what they are talking about they dont have any supervisors as told by them i have recorded whole conversation and i will take them to consumer court.
                            After payment they will manuplate the booking vouchure below i have attached voucher i recieved later which they changed to 2 meals earlier i have attached screenshots stating all three meals included.
                            Shame on make my trip .

                              Trip from Ahmedabad international airport to Ahmedabad junction.

                              Driver name : Kiran gore
                              Car number : GJ27X4556

                              Driver was extremely rude throughout the trip. The vehicle number mentioned was not the vehicle he came in and was shouting continuously. He did not even come to the entrance and told my wife to go to him and find the car by herself . Misbehaved with the passenger (my wife) .he didn't know what destination he has to drop her. He dropped her away from her destination. Even though after full payment was done in advance, he rudely asked for 100 rs more because he's other car was not working which she is nowhere responsible for.

                              Rude and disrespectful behaviour by the driver and information not complete by make my trip.

                                I have booked bus ticket from Mumbai to shirdi on 04/06/22 through booking ID -NU[protected] by MakeMyTrip online booking portal with booking seat no L5&L6 boarding at 10.00pm at borivali but the same seat has not been provided by bus staff and forcely say to seat on last back seat, which is not feasible. I have paid more money for front seat .

                                  Hello this Amisha Deol
                                  I booked an outstation cab from vadodara to Ahmedabad airport on 1st of june 2022 at 12:15 am, total payment was done initially but the cab didn't arrive at all. Also i did not receive any information about the cab ( which i was to receive 30 mins prior ). Had to book an ola outstation cab instead in the middle of a night i was lucky they had available cabs.
                                  Below I've attached the bill of the very same .
                                  I want my refund initiated immediately.

                                    I had booked ticket from Dhaka- Delhi for 5th June'22 and return on 18th june '22. However due to change in plans i wanted to cancel dhaka to delhi sector ONLY. But on make my trip the only option to cancel was full ticket . after paying 25000 INR i wud have got refund of only 7000. therefore I requested to cancel only Dhaka delhi and they refused.
                                    now i booked another flight on n3rd hjune and came to Delhi
                                    My 5th june ticket will be wasted

                                    I need a refund of my dhaka-delhi sector . Pls help
