I have a flight tomorrow to Greece, and it's a package booking that I have done on make my trip, and yet, I have been trying to contact make my trip for days, and it's been a horrible experience, not one call has been picked...and every one of my complaints are simply ignored. It's like, they just want money, and then bam, that's it..nothing else will be done..please look into this.

      I booked hotel stay in singapore through MakeMyTrip in February 2020. Paid full amount in advance. Then the pandemic happened and travel was restricted. I cancelled my trip and thus asked MakeMyTrip for a refund. They have not only forfeited the entire amount but also now refused to acknowledge the case. They have deleted its history from my app as well. And i absolutely cannot get a hold of a customer care executive to share my complaint with. If nothing i want people to know how this brand who is being promoted by celebrities like ranbir kapoor and alia bhat is looting normal working class people of their hard earned money.

        I already took from make my trip, but unfortunately that ticket cancelled, because of corona, but my amount still didn't get, Approximate 11868 rupees, not get, it was 2 year ago, I'm follow up every time, but no reply

          Hi team,

          Reaching out in regards to train ticket for pnr no. [protected] from Jammu to Gandhinagar jaipur for dated 22nd May 2022, as the ticket was booked under tatkal quota and was under waitlist 1&2 and was cancelled before chart was prepared, request you to plz process the refund as per below email from irctc, upon checking the same in MMTC app unable to locate the refund details hence reaching out to you via email, plz check and initiate the refund.

            I have booked a bus ticket from Hyd to Chennai on 14 May, 22 vide trip ID NU[protected] and PNR 67PKAV94 for Rs. 990 on QC seater_sleeper bus.on my name CS Balaji.in Mozo Travels.

            But operator Mozo Travels had canelled the trip due to some technical problems and same was informed via SMS and telephone. The same I informed to Make My Trip also for gettting my refund. For that I had received the information from you as following:

            "Dear Cs balaji,

            Your support request regarding cancellation, for your booking ID:[protected], has been successfully created. Your request ID is NU[protected].               I had cancelled my flight from srinagar to darbanga that was supposed to depart on 19th may, however the makemytrip people sent me a breakup of my refund amount which is incorrect, now they are not responding to my calls and neither are giving me a call back .
              Paid amout- Rs 35332
              Amount they calculated for refund Rs 25672
              And amount they are planning to refund - Rs 9874

              Where did the difference of 10000 rs go? Why they are saying amount paid in refund breakup as 25672 rs whereas i have paid 35332 rs kindly help
              They are again and again disconnecting my calls and not giving me a callback also i am helpless

              They are telling me that airlines has decided to give u this amount, they have deducted all the cancellation charges plus their (mmt) own charges also but why are they showing 10k rs lesser than what i have paid and giving me a lesser refund kindly solve my problem punish these frauds, i had a word with the airlines also they said that your full paid amount should be displayed and then deductions are to be made from that but these makemytrip people have done all the deductions from a lesser amt that means they should deduct from rs 35332 so that way my refund amount should be higher bt instead these people are showing rs 25672 as my paid amount therefore giving me a lesser refund, kindly help me get my money back

                  Company: MakeMyTrip.com Type: Package for 7 days Date of Payment: 14th May Booking ID: NL[protected] Amount: 36536/- Reg No & Email: [protected]@gmail.com, [protected] Problem: Consumer informed that he took the package and made the payment as 36536/- and he was supposed to get 3 Star Hotel and for the hotel, they charged 5, 000/- for per day and the package is for 7 days for the destination( Chandigarh, Manali, Shimla ) and at the time of traveling the company has provided the room which has 600/- for per day instead of 5, 000/- and due to this he raised the issue to the company and they closed his grievance without any resolution .Company is delivering wrong information they are providing wrong data there is no evidence of government approved rating for hotel, they are listing cheap hotel in three star catagory and taking hugr charge for poor service refund my money cancel this
                  Expectation: The consumer wants the company to provide the real three star hotel company is misguiding giving three star rating for cheap hotel or refund the hotel

                    I have booked a room White House Beach Resort, Alibaugh from 14.05.2022 to 16.05.2022 vide booking ID.NH[protected]. from Make My Trip.

                    The booking was including breakfast for which I was charged additional amount.

                    However the resort did not provide breakfast and when enquired the resort people informed that there was no confirmation from Make My Trip to them with regard breakfast. As such I had to pay for the breakfast from my own pocket.

                    I have take up with the issue with Make My Trip customer care through the App multiple times, but to my utter surprise and dismay every time my complaint was closed as resolved with out actually resolving my complaint. (I am enclosing the necessary screen shots). In between I got mail that some amount will be refunded but after that no action has been taken from you side.

                    This sought of highhanded behaviour was not accepted from Make My Trip. I strongly feel that others customers are also being duped like me. Due to your behaviour I feel harassed.

                    Request to intitate suitable action against Make My Trip for refund and compensation amount.

                        I s satish booked a ticket in morning star travels from Hyderabad to Nellore on 21/5/22 to travel on 22/5/22 in ac sleeper, at the time of booking it is ac but invoice is non ac sleeper ticket, immediately i want to modify the ticket, i proceed to change, that is before 24hrs is refund but refund show 0(zero), immediately i call to travel contact number it is switched off.
                        Why should you choose such a travels to us and cheating the customer
                        I am requesting to refund my amount
                        Please resolve the problem immediately otherwise we go for legal redressal

                          We booked a ticket with Quatar airlines on 11/022022 TOZJTK, which we have cancelled due to corona restrictions and requested for refund. We got partially refund on 17/03/2022 and refund against voucher is still pending for NOC from travel agency. I am taking continuous follow up since 17th March but make my trip is not refunding my amount. I am facing mental harrasment due to pathetic service from make my trip.
                          MakeMyTrip India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                          I have called to make my trip on 26th April, 11th May and 17th May for my refund but no satisfactory response got from them. I have no choice than go to police and file a complaint against make my trip for cheating. Airlines is also responsible for refund and I will make complaint against airlines also.

                              I had tried to book a train ticket on Makemytrip. Had paid Rs.7115.37 through my debit card. The amount got debited from my account but after a few minutes it showed "Train Ticket failed due to technical glitch". On the app, it's showing that the amount has been refunded to your account, it will be reflected in a few minutes. But it has not been credited since last two days. There is no customer service or the facility to talk to an agent. I need my hard earned money back. On calling the helpline number, it says there are no booking under your name in the last 10hrs.
                              On the customer service link, they only help customers having issues with flight or hotel bookings.

                              I have no choice but to write a consumer complaint since there is no other way to reach out to Makemytrip.

                              Had put up information of the same on Facebook dm to Makemytrip as well. Got information from them that it will be refunded in 5-7 days. Received the refund amount today.

I had promised a full refund by make my trip team and confirmed that refund will be credited in 10/12 working days . It’s more than a month now and no answers to email or phone call.                                     I would like to inform that i booked 4 tickets with the booking ID NF[protected] PNR-N82FJ2 from Delhi to Guwahati on 26 sep 2021 through make my trip But timing of the flight was changed which was not suitable for us so i called to their customer care and they told to me that if i cancel my tickets the full refund will be given to me. Therefore i cancelled 3 tickets out of 4 and cancelled PNR no was TWVYFUI .But till date no refund was given to me . I request you to kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.

                                      Has booked for UAE visa for 4 persons. Currently only 3 visa's have been uploaded to the MMT website.

                                      Have confirmed with UAE consulate AMER services that E-visa for 4th person has already been approved & issued a week back on 14thMay.
                                      However MMT has not yet uploaded or sent visa thru email.
                                      unable to reach MMT support. BOT support does not work.
                                      Sent an email with visa details to [protected]@makemytrip.com but no response.

                                      Please help resolve and upload or email pending visa to my account. thanks.

                                        I booked a flight from Bangalore to Delhi for 15th May'2022 through Makemytrip website, however due to some work I rescheduled the flight from 15th May'2022 to 16th May'2022 13:55 PM (Indigo Flight). For which I have paid extra Rs. 5045/- to Makemytrip to rescheduled. I have received the notification, the flight has been booked for 16th May'2022 11:45 AM instead of 13:55 without my consent. I called on customer care helpline number[protected] and spoke to helpline associate and he asked me to change the flight by paying extra and we will check from our side; if issue persist from our side then we will refund both the amount (which I have paid at first instance and will pay on second instance). I asked the person to transfer my call to supervisor and supervisor gave to 2 options, 1) I can board the flight of 16th May'2022 11:45 AM flight and he will raise the complaint regarding the issue and will get a resolution within 48hrs 2) Pay extra to change the flight. However, due to bad experience I did not want to take the risk by paying extra to Makemytrip. So I boarded the 11:45 AM flight and on 16th May'2022, I got a call from Makemytrip and the girl asked me all the details regarding the concern and asked me to wait for 24hr for the resolution. However its been 96 hrs and I haven't received any notification or update from Makemytrip on this issue. On 19th May'2022, I talked to the suervisor and he told me we can not provide the refunds and as per the logs the mistake is from my side. I have 3 questions here.

                                        1) If the logs were available and as per the logs I did the mistake why the supervisor did not shared the information on the very first instance (15th May'2022). I suspect they have changed the logs

                                        2) The girl from complaint team called me on 16th May'2022 and she also did not mentioned about the logs and told me as I boarded the flight so we can not provide the refund (which I have done based on the makemytrip supervisor advise)

                                        3) On 19th May'2022, how come this supervisor able to access the logs. He confidentally told me that the mistake is from my side not from Makemytrip side which suspect me that have changed the logs. He also told me as per the Terms and condition we can not provide you the refund.

                                        I am expecting the fair resolution on this complaint.
