    Very bad experience hotel booking with make my trip. Last 7 days chasing for GST Invoice almost 50-60 times calling to customer support but not solved till time.

      Hello team,

      I booked a flight with you with but the invoice which is generated is not fully visible.

      I cant see that pricing and taxing details.

      Even your UAE customer care number doesn't respond your whats app number never reply.

      Your app and website show half invoice.

      Your customer care email id don't exist. What you want customer to call have a international call and still wait for 15-20 min to hear that your all customer executives are busy and we will call you back and never call.

      Focus on basic invoice generation first.

        Date of the Incident: 16th april, 2022

        Incident: I, Kavya Joshi had booked 4 tickets for my family from Srinagar to Delhi of Air Asia for 17th april, 2022. The make my trip website showed that our flight was on time and asked us to web check in. on attempting to web check in through the air asia app it showed that the flight had been cancelled. We called up customer service of Make my trip as it was showing on their website that the flight was still operating. The operator said that flight was scheduled and offered to web check in for us. On attempting the check in she faced the same problem as us and we asked her to call Air asia and confirm. Air asia informed them that the flight had been cancelled and that it had already been notified. But Make my trip did not reflect it on their website neither informed us of the same. We asked the operator to book us a new flight and pay the difference as it was clearly negligence on their part. On hearing this, she told us that she would take this up with her superior and get back to us, but we never received any communication after that. We had to book different flights at a very high cost just because of make my trip's failure to inform us of the cancellation.
        Desirable resolution: Pay the difference amount of the flight bookings.
        Kindly address this issue or else we have no problem taking this matter to the consumer court.

          I booked a round trip of Kolkata to Lucknow for 1st of April till 3rd April. Before I could have board the flight I got a notification on MakeMyTrip application that the ongoing flight from Kolkata to Lucknow was cancelled by the Airlines and after somedays the return flight was all cancelled by the Airlines. On which I contacted the customer care and asked them the resolution, Representatives told me that I'll be eligible for full refund but they will deduct the MMT convinient fee on which I objected that MMT didn't have me any other options other than listening to the Airlines that the flight has been cancelled so if MMT gives me an option being a third party service provider or a mediator than its understandable if not then they shouldn't charge me anything. However, the representative told me that are initiating the process for full refund and after that I can call back ask them for the convinient fee which will be refunded. After somedays I got some amount when I checked the break-up of refund I was shocked to know that Airlines charged me for cancellation and MMT also charged me cancellation and also took the convinient fee. After which I tried to call the customer care number it never gave me an option to talk to someone real person other than some ivr and the call gets disconnected. I'm really annoyed with this sort of service of MMT.

            We have booked hotel stay for 2 days from 30th april to 2nd may 2022 at Champak Bungalow, Panchmadhi through MMT. At the time of booking, we have provided all the details related to GST. At the time of check out Hotel Management told us that you have paid through MMT so tax invoice would be provided by MMT but MMT provided us only service charge tax invoice only (Not Tax invoice of accomodation charge). As per your customer care support, we have to take a tax invoice of accomodation charge from Hotel but they deny it because we have paid through MMT. We paid accomodation charge with GST to MMT so please provide us tax invoice as soon as possible. If you have paid the total amount including GST to the hotel then please ask the hotel from your side for a tax invoice.

              Dear team
              I am Rakshath s
              I had booked a hotel in goa named studio rooms in kamat, on 01/05/2022. My booking id is, NH[protected]. But the hotel did not seem to be any similarities to the images that are posted on your website. It was like an old abandoned hotel. Hence i had to cancel the booking.
              I knew all the cancellation policy and before I could cancel my booking i talked with the owner of the hotel about the flaws and he promised for a refund if i dint like the room and hence i dint like the hotel and cancelled the booking on his concent for refund. But later on the refund wasn't processed. Later on when i contacted the owner for refund he said that he hasn't got the payment yet from MMT side so once he gets it he will refund it to my account.

              Later on i even contacted MMT customer care and had a conversation with them, the person said it was a non refund booking so if he gets approval from the hotel owner he will refund the complete amount of Rs. 4845 to my account. On the call the customer care person even got the approval from the hotel owner and its been 5 days and still the issue is not solved and i haven't got the refund. So i would like to know the issue and get the refund as soon as possible.

                I have been following up with MAKE MY TRIP for over a year for the refund of my cancelled flight from Sanfrancisco to Delhi for 17th May 2021 (BOOKING ID: NN[protected] which was directly cancelled from United Airlines due to the U.S. Presidential proclamation about travel ban on those days because of the severity of the spread of Covid disease and I am extremely disappointed by the treatment given to me by the customer representatives of both Make My Trip and United airlines!

                I have been told by the make my trip representative over and over again that the refund will be done in the next 15 days since last year but I haven’t received the refund for my flight yet and when I call up and ask as to why I haven’t received the refund yet the Make My Trip representative vaguely says that it is not yet cleared from the united airlines itself and that I will have to speak to united Airlines about it.

                When I call and speak to United airlines I have been always told that the refund has to be done from the flight booking agent side, that is Make My Trip and I have been rolling from here to there due there is a huge communication Gap between United Airlines and Make My Trip.

                Make My Trip has big name in the market and you are openly harassing your customer for over a year now just to refund my own money!!!

                I wonder if this is how you operate your companies then I have a huge doubt on the competencies of the representatives working for Make My Trip!!!

                I will never ever book my flights from you and will never ever recommend to others, my friends, all of my contacts to book their flight from you as I am going to share this unvirtuous and unprofessional experience with everyone around so that they can be saved from getting harassed by you.

                I have to say this with a heavy heart that the water has risen above the danger mark here and still the limit of harassment to your customer is not stopped. I will not tolerate this level o[censored]nprofessionalism and I want my money back as soon as possible.

                If not acted on this soon and sincerely, I will have to take very strict actions against you and will have to further register your complaints on a higher level !!!

                  Dear Sir,

                  I am writing with reference to a ticket booked by me from your makemytrip app, the ticket was booked but PNR was not generated, I called the customer care @ [protected] to ask to issue the PNR.
                  @ 19:04 dubai time from my dubai number

                  Booking ID - AN77525ZYS6IDP5V9524
                  Flight - EK 230, Seattle to Dubai on 9th May 2022

                  Customer care rep said it is better you initiate a full refund and book another ticket, while I ask her to be on hold so that I can book another ticket and then refund but the call got disconnected and after which I called again and requested to initiate full refund, he just said waiting for confirmation and again call got disconnected. Since then I am continuously trying to call and I am unable to get through customer care, ticket is yet not cancelled. I request you to look into this matter as fare booked is very high, I request to initiate full refund as soon as possible.

                      I had an initial plan to travel to Canada along with my son on May 19 2022 in Air Canada from Delhi to Toronto (Booking ID/ PNR/ Ticket Number: NN7HUGV2DK811CDZ5387/ MTKAZZ/ 014-[protected] & 014-[protected]), this ticket was booked on 18 Feb 2022. This was a free date change eligible ticket. However the Airlines made change to the seat/ timing and we also unfortunately changed our plans and requested a cancellations of this ticket on March 29 2022. I was told the refund will be processed within 30 days. Then the Airline sent me another communication on 29 April 2022 of another date change which made me realize that the ticket is still active, I then went to the Airline website and initiated another cancellation, which the airline was supposed to send a refund voucher for the ticket value of Rs. 126924. None of the above happened till date and its been almost 45 days since all this is happening and with no progress.

                        I made a booking with MMT, before 13hrs to flight time my flight has cancelled..i informed that to mmt they said flight is at on time after i speaking with them regulary for 6hrs they confirmed me that flight has been cancelled.and asked me to book my new flight tickets with my own money..at that time tey promosed that they refund my amount and offerd me 10, 000 vouchers of MMT, they maid me the same..its been a month i didnt get any vouchers from them.no one is responding..

                        At the time of trip they said tickets of rides are included in package, when i go there the local relation ship manager won't booked it. in that worst case i booked my personal tickets..they said they will refund as vouchers but i dint get any voucher

                        In that package they mentioned a private sedan vehical..but once we reached there they come up with sharing cab.in that entire trip we get lot of disturbances with this bloody people..they are saying nicely before booking a holiday package..once we go there the scene will be reverse. they din't even one ride as they promissed in the MMt website..

                        My money and trip is completely wasted.

                          My booking details : The PNR/ Booking reference ID is LRF4PK IndiGo Airlines and Flight from Visakhapatnam to Bengaluru on 6th April 2022 at 14:40 . Two tickets for passengers vijayalaxmi and tanvi were cancelled and shown as refunded Rs. 6444/- in Makemytrip. Even after many phone calls to makemytrip, I have not received my refund so far. Please let me know the updated status of money refund ASAP.

                            When my staff Mr Agniswar Samanta called up the Hotel to confirm the directions, he was told that the booking has been cancelled as the Hotel cannot give the room on the rate given by Makemytrip; without any intimation etc my staff was stranded and had to find accomodation elsewhere. I have been trying to get in touch with the Helpline nos of Makemytrip but no one answers. Kinldy help refund my money of Rs 1346 which was paid .

                                I had booked a cab via MMT for travel on 4th May 2022. This was from Bengaluru International Airport to City. I did not get the information (SMS/Whatsapp/email) regarding cab details till 615am on that day. Strangely rec'd a whatsapp message from a Vendor, 'Quick Ride' with details of the car. As there was no information from MMT that Quick Ride will as a vendor will provide the cab service. Also, the message from Quick Ride did not refer to MMT in their message at all. Hence, I had to choose another cab from another provider and reach home. Almost as I was about to reach home, Quick Ride called wondering why I did not board the cab. When I explained to them re what happened, the person who called from Quick Ride accepted that it was their mistake. Multiple times I provided these details to MMT using their web link. Had asked for a refund but strangely, I rec'd a tax invoice for a trip that never started. Usually the trip starts with OTP entered. How come I get a tax invoice for a service that was never provided?

                                  I had bought one ticket for this train SBC RAJDHANI #22692.which got cancelled after an hour due to some technical problem from IRCTC's side.So, now on Makemytrip's site it is showing that refund has been processed and credited into my account but it is not yet credited in my account.So I wanted to say that please help me in this matter.

                                    Booking Cancelled with No Refund

                                    For MMT Booking ID#NU[protected] I raised refund request on 16-April-2022 due to Bus cancelled by Operator and I got acknowledgement that "Your Request for Bus Cancelled by the Operator is submitted" and "Our team will get in touch with you in 3-7 days." and today is 8-May-2022 with no response till date. MMT customer care number has IVR only no human representative to talk about this issue. There is no MMT customer care email id also....

                                      COMPLAINT AGAINST - WHOLE MAKE MY TRIP CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT - SPECIFIC PERSON NAME - URMIMALA

                                      I purchased a ticket for the top of the Burj Khalifa on the MakeMyTrip app 24th april night. I used my registered phone number. The time slot is 10.30AM - 11.00AM on 25th April. Once tickets are purchased. I received one message along with the booking ID number. It is stated that this identification must be shown at the counter in order to view the Burj Khalifa. My brother arrived at the counter 30 minutes early. When he showed them to the counter, they said they needed a QR code. Then, I called 10 different numbers to reach customer service to make my trip. Every time I called, they told me it was the activity department, not the holiday department. Please contact the holiday department. They gave me the holiday department's number. I contacted them. However, when I called. I received the same response. Not even a single person was able to resolve my issue. Evening paying full, I didn't receive my proper ticket. You can check the call records for yesterday's call and this morning's call if you want to. It is now out of his time slot. Now what I do. I also received some tax invoices. I am fed-up following up with make mu trip people.

                                      Money got spoiled for me. It was hard-earned money. How will this work if your customer service team responds like this? Can you help me with this? My ticket should be refunded in full. I wasted two hours with your team. As well as my international calls. I am in Dubai, and I would like an immediate response. My contact information is [protected]. RESOLVE THIS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I am tired of calling every 3 hours to make my trip. I have attached all supporting documentation for your reference. I did not receive a QR code ticket.
