COMPLAINT AGAINST - WHOLE MAKE MY TRIP CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT - SPECIFIC PERSON NAME - URMIMALA
I purchased a ticket for the top of the Burj Khalifa on the MakeMyTrip app 24th april night. I used my registered phone number. The time slot is 10.30AM - 11.00AM on 25th April. Once tickets are purchased. I received one message along with the booking ID number. It is stated that this identification must be shown at the counter in order to view the Burj Khalifa. My brother arrived at the counter 30 minutes early. When he showed them to the counter, they said they needed a QR code. Then, I called 10 different numbers to reach customer service to make my trip. Every time I called, they told me it was the activity department, not the holiday department. Please contact the holiday department. They gave me the holiday department's number. I contacted them. However, when I called. I received the same response. Not even a single person was able to resolve my issue. Evening paying full, I didn't receive my proper ticket. You can check the call records for yesterday's call and this morning's call if you want to. It is now out of his time slot. Now what I do. I also received some tax invoices. I am fed-up following up with make mu trip people.
Money got spoiled for me. It was hard-earned money. How will this work if your customer service team responds like this? Can you help me with this? My ticket should be refunded in full. From last 10 days i am following up, now they are saying they sent ticket already. Please guide me for this. I did not received any ticket, That's why I am wasting my time doing all this. Because these people not responding properly, Not even respecting.
