I made a corporate booking and entered GST details as asked in the booking form but the travel agent is refusing to provide me with the GST invoice.

    I had booked a cab via MMT for travel on 4th May 2022. This was from Bengaluru International Airport to City. I did not get the information (SMS/Whatsapp/email) regarding cab details till 615am on that day. Strangely rec'd a whatsapp message from a Vendor, 'Quick Ride' with details of the car. As there was no information from MMT that Quick Ride will as a vendor will provide the cab service. Also, the message from Quick Ride did not refer to MMT in their message at all. Hence, I had to choose another cab from another provider and reach home. Almost as I was about to reach home, Quick Ride called wondering why I did not board the cab. When I explained to them re what happened, the person who called from Quick Ride accepted that it was their mistake. Multiple times I provided these details to MMT using their web link. Had asked for a refund but strangely, I rec'd a tax invoice for a trip that never started. Usually the trip starts with OTP entered. How come I get a tax invoice for a service that was never provided?

      I had bought one ticket for this train SBC RAJDHANI #22692.which got cancelled after an hour due to some technical problem from IRCTC's side.So, now on Makemytrip's site it is showing that refund has been processed and credited into my account but it is not yet credited in my account.So I wanted to say that please help me in this matter.

        Booking Cancelled with No Refund

        For MMT Booking ID#NU[protected] I raised refund request on 16-April-2022 due to Bus cancelled by Operator and I got acknowledgement that "Your Request for Bus Cancelled by the Operator is submitted" and "Our team will get in touch with you in 3-7 days." and today is 8-May-2022 with no response till date. MMT customer care number has IVR only no human representative to talk about this issue. There is no MMT customer care email id also....

          COMPLAINT AGAINST - WHOLE MAKE MY TRIP CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT - SPECIFIC PERSON NAME - URMIMALA

          I purchased a ticket for the top of the Burj Khalifa on the MakeMyTrip app 24th april night. I used my registered phone number. The time slot is 10.30AM - 11.00AM on 25th April. Once tickets are purchased. I received one message along with the booking ID number. It is stated that this identification must be shown at the counter in order to view the Burj Khalifa. My brother arrived at the counter 30 minutes early. When he showed them to the counter, they said they needed a QR code. Then, I called 10 different numbers to reach customer service to make my trip. Every time I called, they told me it was the activity department, not the holiday department. Please contact the holiday department. They gave me the holiday department's number. I contacted them. However, when I called. I received the same response. Not even a single person was able to resolve my issue. Evening paying full, I didn't receive my proper ticket. You can check the call records for yesterday's call and this morning's call if you want to. It is now out of his time slot. Now what I do. I also received some tax invoices. I am fed-up following up with make mu trip people.

          Money got spoiled for me. It was hard-earned money. How will this work if your customer service team responds like this? Can you help me with this? My ticket should be refunded in full. I wasted two hours with your team. As well as my international calls. I am in Dubai, and I would like an immediate response. My contact information is [protected]. RESOLVE THIS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I am tired of calling every 3 hours to make my trip. I have attached all supporting documentation for your reference. I did not receive a QR code ticket.

                ​Dear Sir/Ms,
                I tried booking my train ticket and in the process I could not update my profile in the Date of Birth section as I could not enter the year of birth although could enter the date and month as it is not able to reach up to the year of birth as 1949?
                Now that I had booked my ticket for today's train journey(07 May 2022) departing at 14.15 (2.15pm) and the payment got cleared but could not complete the transaction as password could not be entered as the next page to do so did not appear in time. I am not able to log in to cancel my ticket.
                My transaction details are attached for your further refund actions please.
                Can you please tell me how I am not able to reach the year of birth on the website, how do I cancel my ticket?

                  This is regarding PNR: [protected]. Booking ID: NR[protected].

                  Despite of availing the extra service of Rs. 389/- for zero cancellation charges with full refund, I have been charged Rs. 560/- post cancellation. This is clear case of cheating the customer. During the booking, it was displayed that no cancellation will be charged, if I pay extra amount of Rs. 389. Considering this, I availed this offer but even then Rs. 560 was deducted.
                  I paid Rs. 4449.44 during the booking, with Rs. 389 for additional service of zero cancellation. Refund amount recieved is Rs. 3885 with deduction of Rs. 560. If you include both, then I am in loss of Rs. 949 at the end, which is not at all acceptable. Paying for some additional benefits and not getting that in return is clear forgery and fraud case.
                  Secondly, while speaking with customer care service, none of the senior members were available. I precisely asked executive to make me speak with Team Leader or Manager or Senior Executive but I was told that everyone of them are in meeting room. There is none to transfer the call.
                  These kind of service and fraudulent case are not expected from MakeMyTrip. If you see my track record, I am very regular and premier customer of MakeMyTrip. Despite that no solution were provided and I ended up in loss of Rs. 960.
                  Please do something on this concern soon or else I will go to Consumer Forum.

                    I, booked a hotel in Pune on 05 May 2022, (for check-in 07 May 2022- checkout 10 May 2022), booking ID:- NH[protected]. I even paid the whole amount and received the booking confirmation email. As a precaution I tried contacting the said hotel to cross check with them and to my surprise the hotel doesn't have any booking with the said booking ID, tried to find using the PNR number( [protected] ) but still couldn't find my name in their system. Then called MMT customer care, the staff said that my query would be forwarded and I'll be getting a call back in 10-45 min, but even after more than 1hr and half didn't receive any callback. Again I called and the person replied saying that some S. Roy has been assigned my case and she'll be calling me in 15 mins, but still no response, I had recorded this 2nd call. Waited for an hour and then called again (Pankaj) and this guy replied saying that I'll get a call in 1-2 hour's, saying that max time is 2 hours for the call backs, now its 1 hour and half from my last calll and 4 hours from my 1st call and I'm here waiting for a call back. Don't know whether to I should book another hotel or not. Never expected such a pathetic customer response from MMT.

                      Hi, As per Air India airline the cancellation fees is Rs 3500 + GST whereas Makemytrip charged us 7600 + GST for the cancellation which is not the appropriate.

                      I want the correct cancellation charges to be applied and rest should be refunded as per policy.

                          I booked a hotel shree govindam in ajmer from 5th may to 6th may 2022 and paid also for the same. I tried calling hotel for the late check in but there was no any connection. Then i reached at the location at 11 o clock in the night i did not find any hotel by that name. I asked nearby people they told that hotel is converted to a resort from so long and not taking any booking from many years. I got too troubled in the night. I tried MakeMyTrip customer no but they did not take my call so i felt helpless . I had to wander for another hotel at that time in the night but i couldn't find nice and nearby hotels. I got this much inconvenience because of this. Why its not fully updated about the hotel about the hotels. Later also many times i called customer support of the make my trip but they did not find any solution for that. I will never book hotel from this plateform. I want compensation fir everything.

                            I had booked my train ticket through Make My Trip platform from CSMT to SEG railway station. On 16/04/2022 my train got cancelled by IRCTC. Refund of booking is sent by IRCTC on 17/04/2022 and they are asking to collect it from agent but I have not received any refund from make my trip till today[protected]. 20 days are passed. I have also tried to get help from customer care from the app but they are not responding to any request. Please help me to get my refund back.

                                I paid full amount for my booking and it was confirmed. Owner called me and told he never confirmed and never received any amount.
                                I had some priority guests who were dependent on me ..I called them multiple times but everytime my case was in progress.
                                MakeMyTrip must compensate for the inconveniences caused and efforts of calling them so many for a basic requirement.
                                I don't have a booking and even my guests are not aware of it.
                                MakeMyTrip India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                We trust on MakeMyTrip so much and they put us through such horrible, embarrassing situations.
                                How can this be justified ??
                                I am messaging now at 10 pm, 5th May 2022 and my booking was for 6th may, 2022, tomorrow. No response yet. No action even on a emergency..
                                I have begged and requested but they have no regards for a customer
                                .
                                This has been resolved. Thank you so much for the amazing service. I got a better place in return.

                                  On29 April bus ticket zing bus/make my trip booking from nasik to Mumbai was done and paid fully to make my trip.
                                  MMT- ref-PNR57Q3XZ27. booking Id-NU[protected].
                                  Zingbus cancelled the bus at schedule dept.
                                  Cancellation request was submitted to make my trip on 20 April 2022.
                                  Till date as of 5 may2022 the refund us not processed.
                                  Make my trip phone numbers are not reachable and e mail I'd not valid.
                                  Make my trip is looting customers in India. They are agents with operators who assist them to suck money.
                                  Fake online APP.
                                  WILL seek consumer court advice.
