Dear sir mere dvara make my trip se mathura to indore ka tikit karaya tha jisme amar bas se booking hui jiska gadi number UP 83 AT 8710 he tikit time 4.15 pm nikalne ka or 8.15 am pahuchne lekin bus 5 gante let chal rahi he or mere dwara driver se puchne par kab pahuchegi indore to driver bol raha he kab tak pahuchegi pata nhi fir mene bus owner ko call kiya to wah bhi bolte yese hi chalegi bas jaha complain karna he kar sakte ho police ko karo ya rto me sabhi ko dubal payment karta hu sab se nipat lunga mera 11 baje interview he or mere sath ladies bhi he sabhi paresan ho rahe hain or bus staff, owner or make my trip dwara miss behiver kiya he es complain ko jald se jald solve kare enki vajah se meri job nikal gai jisse mera carrier ban jata

    I refered my father([protected]@gmail.com). He signed up and even booked a flight to delhi but there was no signup bonus or referal bonus credited. My login is ([protected]@gmail.com). Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

      My pnr is Z4WBRE. I have raised my refund request in March.The same has been refunded by Airlines but pending from this agency.I have updated my bank details 4 times but not received refund of penny amount. They are telling our back end team will contact but no one is contacting since 2 months. I have called them 100 times.

        I booked ticket bangalore to barsoi at 5 april 2022 and train departure date 22 april 2022 but my ticket is not confirmed because of waiting list.the total amont 1177.7 RS .MakeMyTrip promised That when ticket is not confirmed makemytrip refund 3x amount of actual amount.

        i already 5 times call MakeMytrip customer care number but They are not refund my Money.please Help me!

        Dear MakeMyTrip,

        I have received the 1x amount that means 865 /-, But i was booked ticket along with trip gurantee also which extra price 295 /- and MakeMyTrip promised me whenever that is not confiremd than they refund the 3x amount 1x amount is a actual amount and 2x amount voucher that means 1730 /-.But i did not get any voucher, Only i have received 1x amount=865 /-.

        please help me 🙏🙏

          I am very frustrated with the services of make my trip. I made a reservation from MMT and my flight booking was cancelled from Airlines end. These guys have asked me to wait for the refund and it’s been more than a month but my issue is not resolved. Their team members have been passing me information over the email that they have refunded my full amount however they denied in the end that they will not give me full refund. I have proof where I was confirmed for my refund, however now they have denied from their part. My flight was from DXB-DEL

            I had book my plan according to the packages affordable for me and while planning due to some glitch the Visa that was a part of my package since day 1, after 3-4 days visa wasn't the part of my package, customer service was informed immediately after the glitch occured but after that no action was taken and payment was already done, now the penalty is to be paid by me itself due to authority's irresponsibility and incomplete information, how am i responsible for the penalty? Due to your carelessness and your irresponsible behavior if my plan has to be delayed then i have assured of not paying a single amount over it for extending my dates, and if tickets have to be cancelled my whole paid amount should be reimbursed respectively, This is due to your irresponsible behavior we have to suffer, so its a humble request to kindly look over my query or strict action would be taken. As soon as possible provide us solution so we can plan ahead the plan.

              I booked a flight from Manchester, United Kingdom to Lucknow, India, in March 2020. The flight was Oman Airways, two days before the departure, the flight got canceled. I contacted makemytrip and oman airways as well. Oman airways refunded the whole amount of my ticket, since the flight was canceled from their side. The amount was refunded back to my makemytrip account by the airlines since I booked the ticket through them. But it’s been more than 2 years and makemytrip still haven’t refunded back my money. They keep on making different excuses every time and still not refunding back my money.

                This website is scammer they scam Soo many people in one year I am one of them to get effected from there scam I loose 22 thousand rupees.
                They refunded the money in make my trip app wallet. But when I transfer toy bank account it got fail everytime when I try to connect to service provider they do not help me.
                I request to ban this wesite because it make money by scamming people in our country
                And I demand this app to give me my money back

                  I booked 2 tickets from Cochin to Delhi.. The date of journey was 29 December 2021.It was booked my friend Ms Shilna...The flight was cancelled due to some technical issue. So i cancelled the ticket... Later we contacted customer care executive.. They told it will take 7 working days.. Again contacted them for refund. They said the same thing.. Now it is 4 months is over and it shows complaint closed..

                    Fraud under schemes

                    I had made a train booking through MakeMytrip (MMT) on 11 May 2022 around 9:00 Am under PNR [protected] under "trip guarantee" for two passengers, amounting to INR 6, 726.63, which included INR 1500 as a fee for "guaranteed trip".

                    3 hours later, i received a WhatsApp from MMT, stating if the status of the ticket gets to RAC, the trip won’t be guaranteed. Paranoid by which, i called on MMT call center...

                        Hello team,

                        I booked a flight with you with but the invoice which is generated is not fully visible.

                        I cant see that pricing and taxing details.

                        Even your UAE customer care number doesn't respond your whats app number never reply.

                        Your app and website show half invoice.

                        Your customer care email id don't exist. What you want customer to call have a international call and still wait for 15-20 min to hear that your all customer executives are busy and we will call you back and never call.

                        Focus on basic invoice generation first.

                          Incident: I, Kavya Joshi had booked 4 tickets for my family from Srinagar to Delhi of Air Asia for 17th april, 2022. The make my trip website showed that our flight was on time and asked us to web check in. on attempting to web check in through the air asia app it showed that the flight had been cancelled. We called up customer service of Make my trip as it was showing on their website that the flight was still operating. The operator said that flight was scheduled and offered to web check in for us. On attempting the check in she faced the same problem as us and we asked her to call Air asia and confirm. Air asia informed them that the flight had been cancelled and that it had already been notified. But Make my trip did not reflect it on their website neither informed us of the same. We asked the operator to book us a new flight and pay the difference as it was clearly negligence on their part. On hearing this, she told us that she would take this up with her superior and get back to us, but we never received any communication after that. We had to book different flights at a very high cost just because of make my trip's failure to inform us of the cancellation.
                          Desirable resolution: Pay the difference amount of the flight bookings.
                          Kindly address this issue or else we have no problem taking this matter to the consumer court.

                            I booked a round trip of Kolkata to Lucknow for 1st of April till 3rd April. Before I could have board the flight I got a notification on MakeMyTrip application that the ongoing flight from Kolkata to Lucknow was cancelled by the Airlines and after somedays the return flight was all cancelled by the Airlines. On which I contacted the customer care and asked them the resolution, Representatives told me that I'll be eligible for full refund but they will deduct the MMT convinient fee on which I objected that MMT didn't have me any other options other than listening to the Airlines that the flight has been cancelled so if MMT gives me an option being a third party service provider or a mediator than its understandable if not then they shouldn't charge me anything. However, the representative told me that are initiating the process for full refund and after that I can call back ask them for the convinient fee which will be refunded. After somedays I got some amount when I checked the break-up of refund I was shocked to know that Airlines charged me for cancellation and MMT also charged me cancellation and also took the convinient fee. After which I tried to call the customer care number it never gave me an option to talk to someone real person other than some ivr and the call gets disconnected. I'm really annoyed with this sort of service of MMT.

                              We have booked hotel stay for 2 days from 30th april to 2nd may 2022 at Champak Bungalow, Panchmadhi through MMT. At the time of booking, we have provided all the details related to GST. At the time of check out Hotel Management told us that you have paid through MMT so tax invoice would be provided by MMT but MMT provided us only service charge tax invoice only (Not Tax invoice of accomodation charge). As per your customer care support, we have to take a tax invoice of accomodation charge from Hotel but they deny it because we have paid through MMT. We paid accomodation charge with GST to MMT so please provide us tax invoice as soon as possible. If you have paid the total amount including GST to the hotel then please ask the hotel from your side for a tax invoice.

                                I am Rakshath s
                                I had booked a hotel in goa named studio rooms in kamat, on 01/05/2022. My booking id is, NH[protected]. But the hotel did not seem to be any similarities to the images that are posted on your website. It was like an old abandoned hotel. Hence i had to cancel the booking.
                                I knew all the cancellation policy and before I could cancel my booking i talked with the owner of the hotel about the flaws and he promised for a refund if i dint like the room and hence i dint like the hotel and cancelled the booking on his concent for refund. But later on the refund wasn't processed. Later on when i contacted the owner for refund he said that he hasn't got the payment yet from MMT side so once he gets it he will refund it to my account.

                                Later on i even contacted MMT customer care and had a conversation with them, the person said it was a non refund booking so if he gets approval from the hotel owner he will refund the complete amount of Rs. 4845 to my account. On the call the customer care person even got the approval from the hotel owner and its been 5 days and still the issue is not solved and i haven't got the refund. So i would like to know the issue and get the refund as soon as possible.

                                  I have been following up with MAKE MY TRIP for over a year for the refund of my cancelled flight from Sanfrancisco to Delhi for 17th May 2021 (BOOKING ID: NN[protected] which was directly cancelled from United Airlines due to the U.S. Presidential proclamation about travel ban on those days because of the severity of the spread of Covid disease and I am extremely disappointed by the treatment given to me by the customer representatives of both Make My Trip and United airlines!

                                  I have been told by the make my trip representative over and over again that the refund will be done in the next 15 days since last year but I haven’t received the refund for my flight yet and when I call up and ask as to why I haven’t received the refund yet the Make My Trip representative vaguely says that it is not yet cleared from the united airlines itself and that I will have to speak to united Airlines about it.

                                  When I call and speak to United airlines I have been always told that the refund has to be done from the flight booking agent side, that is Make My Trip and I have been rolling from here to there due there is a huge communication Gap between United Airlines and Make My Trip.

                                  Make My Trip has big name in the market and you are openly harassing your customer for over a year now just to refund my own money!!!

                                  I wonder if this is how you operate your companies then I have a huge doubt on the competencies of the representatives working for Make My Trip!!!

                                  I will never ever book my flights from you and will never ever recommend to others, my friends, all of my contacts to book their flight from you as I am going to share this unvirtuous and unprofessional experience with everyone around so that they can be saved from getting harassed by you.

                                  I have to say this with a heavy heart that the water has risen above the danger mark here and still the limit of harassment to your customer is not stopped. I will not tolerate this level o[censored]nprofessionalism and I want my money back as soon as possible.

                                  If not acted on this soon and sincerely, I will have to take very strict actions against you and will have to further register your complaints on a higher level !!!

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I am writing with reference to a ticket booked by me from your makemytrip app, the ticket was booked but PNR was not generated, I called the customer care @ [protected] to ask to issue the PNR.
                                    @ 19:04 dubai time from my dubai number

                                    Flight - EK 230, Seattle to Dubai on 9th May 2022

                                    Customer care rep said it is better you initiate a full refund and book another ticket, while I ask her to be on hold so that I can book another ticket and then refund but the call got disconnected and after which I called again and requested to initiate full refund, he just said waiting for confirmation and again call got disconnected. Since then I am continuously trying to call and I am unable to get through customer care, ticket is yet not cancelled. I request you to look into this matter as fare booked is very high, I request to initiate full refund as soon as possible.
