MakeMyTrip Booking ID NR[protected]
I have booked train tickets from thrissur to krishnarajapuram on 13th june 2022 and due to technical glitch the money has been deducted and the process cannot been completed. And i got a message from Makemytrip saying it is unsuccessful due to technical reasons and the refund amount should be credited within today. But till now the amount hasn’t been reflected on my account. There is no way to contact the customer service representative of this very company. Pathetic experience.

      Below is the last communication regarding refund process. There has not been any update since then.

        I had booked a flight ticket from New Delhi to Bangalore, but due to some urgency i cancelled my ticket with ref no Flight booking (NF2BP553YFED0T711963. And the same time I spoke to your associate and he/she told me your refund will credit your account. but still not reflected in my account.
        i request that you please refund my money in my account, not wallet.

          A ticket was booked on 13-June-2022 for Mumbai to Dubai (Departure date - 18June, 2022), the cost of the ticket paid was around 17, 000 .
          However the very next morning (which is 5days close to travel) we find the price of the ticket at 10, 257/ .

          I have faced similar situations with hotel bookings through Make my trip earlier also, wherein I was promised that this kind of act will not be repeated.

          This is utterly disgusting. Time and again cheating customer, is really not acceptable.

          This time around it is matter of difference of approx - 7, 500/ .

          I am surely resorting to Social Media.

            My flight from Dubai has been Delayed by 4 hrs. My connecting flight from Delhi to CCU has been preponed to 6:35 pm. Nobody is responding to our msgs.

              Below is the detail hotel decline check in 1day before i has informed makemytrip more than 15time i has called for resolution they were giving time to time for alternate property detail but upto the booking date they has provide me anythng and they has done harrasment me call to call manager to manager but no solution

                Firstly, i was a loyal customer of Makemytrip from past 15 years i still remember making the very first booking on your website sitting alongside my father when i was just 12 years old, we booked Om Towers Hotel in Jaipur in year 2007. And the experience of the hotel booking was really very easy and it was also very first for us, in the era of agents booking a hotel on a computer was really great experience.

                But that was not all, i still remember my first trip with my friends in 2013 when i made a reservation of Shivalikview Hotel in Chandigarh, without any doubt i made that reservation on MMT.

                My first trip with my family to Goa just before pandemic started in India, in Feb 2020 and also my last trip with my father, we made all the bookings through MMT only be it flights or Le Meridien Hotel.

                Thats not all it is just some of the memories in past 15 years, i have made numerous bookings with MMT, without even checking any other website or even considering any other agent or website, because i had so much faith on your services.

                But, what i experienced with my last booking was astonishing and unbelievable on 5th June 2022 i decided to plan a Goa trip with my friends, so i just checked MMT and i really got a good deal on Vistara Flight and without even talking to my friends i made the price lock reservation on your website the booking number was NF7UA7A52F3849OK3402 and i was given the date of 9th June 2022 and time given to me was 7:34PM so in between i discussed with my friends and they all said that they are ready to go and we were about to make the payment, when i suddenly received the message on 8th June 2022 saying that my price lock booking is going to end today and within seconds i received another message that my booking is failed and the refund has been initiated.

                After that i tried reaching out to you, i just wanted to know what happened and Mr. Vishal, Floor Superviser consulted me and when i asked him why i received this message from your end, he said that the said flight is sold out thats why our system auto generated the refund and we cant do anything. I cross checked and the flight was still available(8th June after receiving cancellation message) and it is still available on this date(10th June), i counter questioned him that the flight is still available how can you say that it is sold out, so he said sorry sir we cant do anything in this you will have to make a new booking for the same flight and will have to pay the new amount(which is 25000 higher than earlier one), i asked him again and again whose fault it is, if you are giving the price lock guarantee and the flight is still available whose liability is it, just by giving me refund of 1900 you are openly asking me to pay 25k extra for new booking. I just wanted him to tell me that MMT is sorry and due to system error from their end all this chaos happened, but no he just kept on saying same thing again and again that we cant do anything and you will have to book a new ticket with the revised prices.

                I just want to know if you are giving me an option of price lock how come the system fault from your end is my fault and why would i pay the difference amount.

                Just because of your system’s fault i have to drop my Goa plan.

                Honesly an sincere apology would have worked but it seems MMT is not same anymore. I guess this was my last booking with MMT. And i was MMT Elite member.

                  -hotel denied check-in instead of advance paid booking through MakeMyTrip portal.

                  -hotel also denied refund for booking amount.

                  -hotel location was wrong...has traveled 50km in search of hotel, have paid Rs. 900/- . Cash to the auto rickshaw.

                  -Tried to call on hotel reception for the correct location, OYO customer service, and MakeMyTrip customer service none of them responded.

                  -Hotel Staff was talking rudely and was abusing in local language. I was with my wife and child. Just imagine the impact on the child.

                  -hotel OYO code was different, from what was mentioned while booking, can be notice in the attached pictures.

                  -had to book urgently a different hotel, that to at very high price.

                  -At the time of booking alternative hotel, MakeMyTrip promised to give minimum compensation of at least Rs. 2500/-.

                  -But MakeMyTrip responding after one week of rigorous follow-ups, with mere Rs.500/- compensation amount.

                  -Anyhow MakeMyTrip can't compensate the suffering but they should compensate the least amount of Rs. 2500/- as promised by them.

                  -MakeMyTrip should also compensate the unnecessary commute charge of Rs. 900/- because of the wrong Hotel location .
                  -MakeMyTrip should compensate my complete emergency alternate hotel booking amount of 5000/-.(PFA document)
                  -MakeMyTrip should compensate for the delayed resolution, bad behavior of some customer care executive (Ex. one of the customer service executive was saying 'JO HO GYA SO HO GYA MAM! JANE DO!!' ) and their misdirection.

                    This is to inform you that partial refund is issued for the booking id NR[protected], PNR [protected]. Travel date was 11/06/2022. The tickets were cancelled dated 10/06/2022 at 10.56am. It was covered under free cancellation in which the tickets can be cancelled before 4hrs or chart preparation whichever earlier. I did before that time frame. On cancellation 2120/- was to be credited. But only 1580/- refunded. This is harassment.

                      Please refund my ticket amount since bus operator already booked the same seat to others and he rejected online ticket booked through make my trip Raigarh to Raipur (Chhattisgarh) the details which i have booked is as under...The behavior of Bus Conductor and Driver was also not up to the mark whole night we waited for bus and near about 3:30 A.M. he denied to enter on bus.. as my ticket was invalid as per Bus Conductor..

                        Dear Team, I am using make my trip site from long time but never faced such issue what faced in this booking...refer below issue
                        Not accepted as not stay in a booked hotel due to below reasons..
                        -Hotel was unable to provide me AC room
                        -I demanded then they misbehaved with me
                        -I was with my family that time at night 10.30
                        -They refused entry because I demanding AC room and push me to take risk at that night time with family
                        -Finally I stayed in another nearby hotel

                        Now my two request with Make my trip
                        -Refund my booking amount because I had not used service
                        -Block that hotel due to bad service

                        Requesting Make my trip to resolve my case on urgent basis and stop working with such type of low level service provider.

                            I cancelled my indigo fight from Delhi to Chennai (PNR : FI2VWL ) which was booked for 5th June 2022 but they have not refunded my amount rs 5194 yet . There is no customer care service from them . Very worst service .

                              I have booked my flight with singapore airlines for 15th of june for around 30000 and also paid for free date change option so now i want to change my date between 28june to 3 july 2022 but they are charging me around 74000 extra for my flight. I have checked flights online on makemytrip for these date, flights are available for these dates around 55000 only with same airline. This is unfair and unacceptable.
                              Kindly process my complaint asap

                                I had cancelled the return ticket for an Indigo flight OUJLMR. The refund has been processed by Indigo on 25-May but MakeMytrip who had originally booked the ticket have still not processed the refund to the origin account. I had sent multiple support requests and tweets about the same but to no avail.

                                  On 10th June, 2022 morning around 8;50 am when I tried to book a hotel from MakeMyTrip, the amount was paid by me for the hotel through Google Play and the amount was deducted from my account but after that when I checked your website it was showing the hotel was not booked. Regarding that 10th June around 4:46 pm I already registered a complaint by phone and the concerned person told me within 48 hours the amount will be refunded in my account; but as of now I didn't receive my refunded amount, so I am requesting you to kindly follow-up this issue and try to solve it as early as possible.                                     Refer Booking ID- NF2BUN10IJKPA5A95333, PNR-QSPF6H dated 15 May 2022 for Mrs Anjana Kelaneya from Pune to PortBlair on 26 May 2022. Cancelled on 23 May 2022. Original PNR - BQL8MN. Refund already made by Indigo but not yet found credited to customer. MMT is requested to refund Rs 12455/-.

                                      I had booked 3 ticket on 26th may and paid 636/- with axis bank debit card, but due to some issue it got cancelled automatically and they said refund will reach to you within 2-3 days.

                                      But i didn't get my refund so I raised issue after 3 days with [PRN - [protected]]
                                      After that thay said refund completed and money will be reflect to your account within 2-3 days (27 may to 30 may) but i didn't get my money yet.
                                      I have attached all necessary thing.

                                        Dear Sir/madam,

                                        I had booked 4 train tickets totally worth about Rs 24000/- through makemytrip website with Booking ids:

                                        They were booked on 22/5/22 through computer without logging in as user
                                        and cancelled on 30/5/22.
                                        As per irctc they have refunded to make my trip on 31/5/22
                                        Have not received the refund till date in my icici credit card. Please do the needful and let me know the status.
                                        Please arrange to get it credited in my credit card account at the earliest
