I have booked the stay using make my trip but the resort has ask me to cancelled the stay after the free cancellation time over due to no accomodation available at the resort. They have also assure me as no cancellation will be charged by MMT. I hv written proof from resort and also from the MMT team on mail. Attaching the e-mail screenshot for references.

    I made a reservation today April 13, 2022 for TWO double hotel rooms at the Eight Zero Eight Hotel for 3 hours transit at the BAngalore airport for JULY 22, 2022 using Makemytrip.com for Rs 8900.

    MAkemytrip booked two SIngle rooms instead of two double rooms. It should be easy to modify the booking or cancel and rebook. But Makemytrip does not allow any changes or cancellations even 99 days in advance!!! This hotel allows for cancellations 24 hours in advance but because I booked through MAkemytrip, I will lose my money!

    I repeatedly tried calling them, tried online chat and evrry possible means to contact MAkemytrip. They are unreachable and direct clients to the website where they say no change and no cancellation is allowed.

    PLease do not allow online travel agents to cheat / defraud customers - MAkemytrip made a mistake and are penalizning/defrauding clients of their hard earned money.

      Flight was scheduled for 26 Jan 22 from Kolkata to Bangalore, and both o[censored]s/passengers were severely ill with high fever and breathlessness due to covid from 1 day prior to the flight departure date and Covid RT-PCR test result came positive.

      Due to being covid positive we cancelled above flight and indigo gave a full refund of Rs : 13, 955 after seeing covid RT-PCR test report.

      However MakeMyTrip has refunded only half amount of Rs 6, 280 and is not refunding remaining amount although Indigo has transferred full amount to MakeMyTrip long back.

      MakeMyTrip is not refunding money to customers which Indigo is refunding to them and cheating end users.

        I had booked a round trip ticket from HYD-IXC and IXC-HYD on 2nd Nov, 2021 for the amount of Rs. 17074.
        Booking ID - NF[protected]
        I had used my Credit Card for the transaction.

        As the flight was cancelled by the airlines, I had cancelled the ticket on 15th December, 2021 and asked for a full refund. For this, I had been refunded with Rs. 16034 to my MMT wallet.

        I had asked the customer care personal to help me credit that amount of 16034 back to my account(Credit Card in this case). He confirmed that the amount was refunded and that it will be reflected in 5-7 working days. I had checked after 15 days, but the refund was not reflecting in the card balance.

        I have been following up with the MMT customer care ever since, but the issue hasn't been resolved yet. The refund is still pending from the past 5 months.

        Please do help with the closure at the earliest.

          Dear Sir,

          I want to change my mobile number in my profile section. The mobile number already there is not working. To delete mobile number it asks the OTP received in mobile number which is not in operation now. I am not getting any OTP in my mail.

          Please help in resolving the issue.

            Hello Sir

            This is in reference to the ticket numberNN2ON583GATJ3IGK1562 where i had booked wheel chair for my mom

            In transit airport at Istanbul it was not provided correctly. In view of this she got hurt near her eyes as she fell in escalator and also got hurt in hand as well

            Good that she did not get fractured.

            This is horrible service for business class passenger.

            I want a call on this number for this [protected] on why this has been done.

              I had book an international flight and it was clear mistake from makemytrip side that it booked the connecting flight from 2 different airports due to which i had to cancel my whole round trip which cause more that 4 lakhs. Kindly refund my whole amount . ALso, none of your customer care mails or phones are working . this is the worst treatment you can give as compared to the trust and the amount of my. internation flight i invested.

                My old mobile number tagged to Make My Trip account is not working any more. Due to this issue I am not able to login into Make My Trip as it sends the OTP to my old number which is not working anymore. WIthout this issue getting resolved, I Am also not able to attach my new mobile number [protected] to my new account, . When reaching out to Make My Trip. When I login to Twitter and raise a concern no one answers me . So this has created a big deadlock with no resolution.
                I don`t knw how will the problem get resolved.

                  Account / travel history to be deleted.

                  Hi,

                  I need support in deleting my travel history or complete accounts for personal reasons. Accounts linked to [protected]@gmail.com and [protected]@gmail.com and my phone [protected]. I am looking for support on this, so that I can make fresh accounts with same email and phone. I assure you there is no legal angle to it....

                  I had booked two tickets vide web portal Booking ID NF27MWO71KJNKW2R3036 for a journey from Madurai to Mumbai by Air India AI 672 scheduled for 21/01/2022 for which Make my trip issued a confirmed PNR HWMEZ covering E Ticket No. 098-[protected] & 098 [protected] by spending an amount of Rs. 14, 344/-.

                  Due to unavoidable circumstances on 21/01/2022 I opted for date change of my journey from Madurai to Mumbai. The date change request was accepted by Make my trip and a confirmation message was received through Whats App which reads as ‘Dear Rajeshwari Viswanathan, your request for date change, for your Madurai to Mumbai flight is now complete. Your booking ID remains unchanged: NF27MWO71KJNKW2R3036. Your new flight AI-672 is scheduled to depart on 11/03/2022 at 13:10. You have paid INR 5850/- for this date change.

                  Thus, I had to incurred a total amount of Rs. 20, 194/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand One Hundred & Ninety Four only) for my journey by Air India AI 672 through Make My Trip scheduled for 11/03/2022 for which Make My Trip had issued a confirmed ticket through email with ticket No. NF27MWO71KJNKW2R3036

                  I with utmost confidence on Make My Trip proceeded their pilgrimage to various places in south and in the last phase reached Madurai on 10/03/2022 wherein, they were put into utmost shock while attempting web check in process as the system was not generating web check in but directing to contact the airlines.

                  I having left with no choice sent Make my trip a detailed email narrating the incident and hardships faced by me with a request to sort out the issue immediately so that I can continue their travel without any difficulties. However, till 11/03/2022 afternoon, or even till date, Make My Trip never ever responded to my grievances thereby causing intentional hardships resulting in unbearable stress with financial constraints.

                  I on reaching Mumbai Airport approached Air India officials by showing the tickets issued by Make My Trip but the Air India had categorically stated that the PNR was entirely cancelled. Thus, I was put into unbearable stress without any clue of what to do for my journey from Madurai to Mumbai. The report of this CANCELLATION OF PNR by Air India / Make My Trip is attached as a proof of hardships and harassment faced by me at the Madurai Airport due to the insufficient / inefficient / unlawful trade practice adopted by Make My Trip in catering the needs of the Consumer.

                  I am left out with no choice had to borrow and spend Rs. 17, 178/- (Rupees Seventeen Thousand One Hundred and Seventy Eight only) for the tickets from Madurai to Mumbai by Air India AI 672 E Ticket No. – 098-[protected] & 59 on 11/03/2022.

                  I on advice, from Madurai Airport had adopted very clearly to prove Make My trip’s intentional lacking of services and to prove Make My trip’s irresponsible attitude of not responding to the consumer, used Make My trip’s own web portal and booked this ticket 098-[protected] & 59 by spending another Rs. 17, 178/- to reach out their home at Mumbai.

                  Make My trip never ever bothered till date to either respond to me or to refund the amount which was unlawfully kept with inefficient and unsatisfactory services to me.
                  I therefore request you to kindly refund the amount taken for the tickets from Madurai to Mumbai Rs. 20, 194/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand One Hundred and Ninety Four only) and reimburse the amount of Rs. 17, 178/- ((Rupees Seventeen Thousand One Hundred and Seventy Eight only) spent on booking the air ticket due to Make My trip negligence for travel between Madurai & Mumbai.
                  Also to compensate the mental stress of both o[censored]s, the lump sum compensation of Rs. 50, 000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand only) each for the deficiency in service by Make My Trip apart from the air fare claimed above.

                    I made a booking for an activity in Dubai in 31st March. The activity date is on 11th April. And just 1 day before they said they can’t give me that activity because they are not able to. And they said they will process the refund as a gift card. I asked it in my original payment mode. But after that they stop replying me. I need to have an compensation for this harassment. And my refund in my original payment mode as well.

                      I have just received my ICICI MMT Signature Credit Card a month ago and I paid the joining fee after which I also received the activation code for the MMT Black Exclusive Tier Membership with an activation link. But the link is broken ! The moment you click on it, it directs you to a page in the app, which then says " Page Cannot Be Found" . How do I activate my MMTBLACK exclusive membership ? There is no possible way to do it ! Customer care cannot be reached either for this ! Expecting a timely assistance !

                          Date of the Incident:- 7th April 2022

                          Full description of the Incident:-
                          I have booked The first corner Kallatty Ooty resort at 12:47 AM on 7th April 2022, and same-day around 10:50 AM, I received a call from the resort stating they are not accepting any online bookings and denied my Check-in.

                          I have called the make my trip customer care and raised a case at 10:57 AM on 7th April 2022, the representative told me I will receive a call back within 24 hours to resolve my issue from the concerned department.

                          It's been more than 82 hours since the ticket was raised, and I haven't received any single call from Make my trip to resolve my issue, I have called multiple times to customer care for a resolution to my issue and all I get as an update is our concerned team is working and I will get call back within x-Amount of hours and I never received a call. I even spoke with the floor supervisor and apparently, they cannot transfer the call to the concerned team and they don't have the authority to work on future dated bookings. I got a saying from the supervisor that they cannot help much and I have to wait for a call from the concerned team, if don't get the call, call back the customer care executive, and the same cycle repeats.

                          Desirable solution:-
                          Book another property in Ooty or Refund the full booking amount.

                            My flight was a refundable flight and I canceled it within 24 hours of booking it. It has been over 3 months now and the refund is still pending. Initial i was told refund will take upto 10 days. Later on after complaints, they asked me to he patient and said, no matter what i will get my refund in max 90 days. Its been 90 days and no update as yet. The amount is 87.6k and if make my trip cannot give refunds in time they should stop advertising that a certain flight is refundable.                               I was trying to book a rail ticket and it got failed. Booking id NR[protected] & RRN[protected]. On site they showed that refund has initiated and already refunded. But when checked my bank statement nothing was there. Currently no customer support to talk so that we can clear things. Last option to complaint.

                                I tried to book a bus ticket through make my trip web site. When I reached to payment confirmation page they requested to pay 1242 Rs, I paid through phone pe, money deducted but booking not confirmed and didn't get any ticket confirmation from them..Now I am not able inform or complain to them..

                                  Make My Trip - Gift Card

                                  We had got a "Best Wishes" MMT gift card from Raymonds in Jan'20 with a validity of 12 months. We have not been able to redeem it because we had curtailed all our travel due to Covid as my parents are 60+.

                                  Had spoken to MMT team last year after the validity ended. They had assured saying that when you want to travel contact us. We would extend the validity for a month.

                                  Now when are are planning to tavel and want...

                                  We made a flight ticket booking through MakemyTrip with Makemytrip transaction ID[protected] on 6th April-22. The amount has been deducted by your payment gateway but transaction has failed but our Bank of India current account has been debited.
                                  We are not able to contact Makemytrip regarding this failed transaction through your customer care number. I request you to look into this and refund us the money ASAP.
