This is regarding the refund of the flight that is due. As per the communication with the MMT team. The neft was processed and they gave me the UTR number. However, I checked with bank and the same was not processed as the A/c was not correct. I have the statement from bank.

The matter can be summarised as follows-
1. I made the booking through MMT, which was cancelled due to covid.
2. My refund was processed.However, it was never transfered to my account.
3. When I checked with the bank, through the UTR number provided by MMT. The bank stated that the cheque/neft with the UTR was returned, as the account number was incorrect.
4. Since then, I have been trying get my refund from MMT. But the team is not effective in providing the solution.
5. I have attached the proof from bank.
Please do the needful. The amount has been due for more than a year now. It is causing me unnecessary stress.
