I didn’t get refund of amount 1470 for booking made for 14th april.

I didn’t received any refund or company didn’t contacted me. I can see my compain in resolve state. Who resolved it? Why its in resolved state?

    Respected Sir/Madam

    People are using your platform to book tickets, hotels. On 13th April, 2022 I arrived at Delhi airport to board the Vancouver flight and at the check-in counter, I was informed that his ticket got cancelled automatically.

    Please address the following and provide a relevant solution to all points:
    1. Why you guys have not sent any update that his ticket is cancelled. Till 13th of April, on the portal it clearly mentioned that my ticket is confirmed! PFA the image with this Email for your reference. Isn't it troubling your customers for no reason?

    2. After spending 1 hour with the customer care executive, a lame reason was received that the system marks you absent in subsequent flights when you miss any one flight in multi city travel. Why can't you people come forward and inform yourself to the customer, don't you think it will increase MMT's accountability?

    3. People work hard and earn money, then think of enjoying their life by traveling to different cities. Such unexpected shocks are unbearable, unwelcomed and heavy on the pocket. It's only because you guys are not intimating anything on time, if one is choosing you as a travel partner, it's definitely your responsibility to make sure the person completes the trip and provide a relevant solution in case of any unpredictable issue.

    4. I had to book a Flight on the Spot to reach home that cost me INR 181985 + CAD 591.09, additionally I booked a hotel for INR 3000. This is a huge expense that I paid on the spot just because of Makemytrip negligence! All these receipts are attached with this Email. Lufthansa Airlines Customer service blamed Makemytrip entirely for this mistake at the Airport!

    I am highly disappointed with Makemytrip and will not choose you as our travel agents, going forward if this matter isn't solved!

    Kindly refund the amount for the Delhi to Vancouver MMT ticket + Delhi to Toronto ticket bought on the spot for INR 181985 + CAD 591.09 for ticket from Toronto to Vancouver + INR 3000 for the hotel stay booked! Otherwise I will take this matter to the higher authorities.

      Hello Consumer Forum,

      I made an International holiday booking to Bali, Indonesia via MakeMyTrip on Jan 2020 for a holiday vacation on Apr 2020. The bookings were cancelled due to the Covid 19 pandemic was at its high during Feb 2020 to Oct 2021. I was promised by MakeMy Trip that my money is safe with them and will be contacting me once the situation is normalized. But till now no onc contacted me regarding my booking.
      In the past I attempted making several contacts with MakeMyTrip to know the status of my booking and get the booking amount refunded but no one has given correct response. Even the entry of my booking is deleted from the booking history of my MakeMyTrip account .
      The Airlines on which my flight tickets were booked by MakeMyTrip is Scoot Airlines. Even they are ready to refund the amount to original payment mode for the flights cancelled that were scheduled to depart between Jan 2020 to March 2021.

        I have booked a bus (Reo India Travels) from Delhi to Manali for 14th April 2022 (9:15pm) but it was cancelled by the operator on the same day by 1 PM stating that it broke down and he has no other alternate. As I came to know about it, I informed the same on MakeMyTrip app. As there were 5 tickets, so I was expecting a total refund of Rs.10746.75.

        Operator is saying that he has refunded the amount and I have to contact MakeMyTrip. But there is no option to talk to them.

        Hence I request you to please help and get my money refunded asap.

          I booked a room for 16th April 2022 1 night.
          Hotel property name Oyo Home Vijay comfort 78653, Manipal.
          http://maps.google.com/maps?q=13.3355, 74.78999 was the location mentioned in booking. It was a different hotel at this location.
          We tried searching online and got another location...no hotel there also.
          We contacted no's [protected] but they kept directing us to the same location.
          This was at midnight and after 2 hours of trying, we decided to give up and managed to find a room in a rundown hotel.
          Never again Oyo for me.

            We booked a bus from Manali to Delhi for 17/04/2022. The bus quality is so poor and have a lot of issues with the engine and covers only 200km with in 12 hours.
            We missed our flight as well from Delhi and there is no any support for us.
            Bus details:
            bus name: Himgiri Adventure Toure
            Date of arrival: 17/02/2022 8:00 pm
            From Manali
            To Delhi
            Date of departure: 18/02/2022 9:00 am

            We are not reached yet. There is no support for us. We are stil 400km away from Delhi.

            I need my full tickets refund.

              I am disappointed with your service as I am not refunded with my convenience fees.
              My initial flight got rescheduled so I had to choose to cancel it and rebook it with another airlines. Now my refund is processed in MMT wallet instead of back to source and that doesn't include convenience fee. Plz write to me what are the govt guidelines and your policies because of which my convenience fees is not refunded.

                I booked two seats of Sharma transport using make my trip on 29th March, 2022. The bus operator cancelled the ticket. But till now I have not received the refund. The Sharma person says he has already mailed the redbus for the refunds but I have not received anything yet.

                  Hi

                  Have book hotel month before with you for turpathi for 2 room but when have land at hotel. Hotel manager not ready to provide room and his behaviour was very bad, his behaviour was that he doing some personal favour.

                  Even your team unable to resolve issues. They taken around 1hours for providing alternative hotel by time have mange to book another hotel with additional cost.

                  Now have trust issues with your organization whether in future should book with you or not.

                    Changed my flight time without asking and not offering alternative time with other flights

                    Cheating customers and making money by changing the flight time and offerinf the time which l would have got it in cheaper price.. And not ready to give any time with 8 hrs or next day

                      This is regarding my booking number NF2WCGT56H9TMUXR0711
                      Go First - round trip from Nagpur to delhi and back on 12 Feb and 16 Feb 2022 respectively

                      The airlines called and said this flight is cancelled, and MMT will give the refund. It has been almost 2 months and I have been waiting for the refund. neither my bank statment nor my MMT wallet reflects the same
                      Today I raised a ticket (No.[protected] or the refund and was provided a link to track the progress of the request. When I click the link, the MMT app opens and says "you have no open requests".. The chat option has no place for me to type my query.. they are all automated buttons of no use. When I call the customer support, only a computer voice talks and asks me to click the Link in the SMS which shows no request. There is no other means to contact or raise a ticket on the website or the app.

                        I booked 12 tickets from New delhi to kathmandu through makemytrip
                        5 member document are not there so makemytrip booking agent said you can go beacause you all are with family.
                        So at the end check in counter authority said to show vaild passport of all the members
                        Than, their didnt send that person to go
                        Than i talk with the agent their said we will help you out in tlrssolving your issue
                        But their didnt yet
                        And they are not talking with me

                          I had booked 2 nights in O3 palolem. The room I was given had a broken commode which was shaking, no power back up and dirty linen. When I called customer care (Trisha) and told her that I want partial refund as we couldn't stay in such a bad place and will check out the next day, she said she will call the property to validate. And then she said no one is picking I will call and get back to you. Later in 20 minutes she sent a mail saying I tried reaching you and since I couldn't reach you I will close this case. I had no missed call from anyone.

                          Can't believe such pathetic service, I have booked so many hotels both domestic and International in MMT, disappointed with such bad customer service. I was forced to stay here. This will be the last time I will use MMT, don't want to spend any of my hard earned money on a business who doesn't care about the customers. That too being in a hospitality industry. If I wanted to lie I could do it for 5 star or expensive places, why will I make such a big splash for 3k? You guys need to understand people buy experiences and it's all about trust. Anyways thought I will drop a complaint and delete my account and app from my phone and family's phone.

                            We've been cheated by MMT on a bus trip which was cancelled by bus operator through message and call beforehand and hence we took the train to reach the destination.
                            The bus operator requester to take refund from the service where it is booked, and make my trip hasn't processed any refund and closed the request inappropriately.
                            Infact the customer service replied after 24 hours.

                            Kindly see the screenshot of message by bus operator about cancellation and details of booking at make my trip.

                                I had a prebooked airport cab from makemytrip on 15th April, but the cab did not come and now I am calling their helpline to raise this complaint and get the refund, but the helpline is automated and their is no way of filing a complaint.
                                I want my refund back. This was a very bad experience and I could have even missed my flight. What is the point of pre booking a cab, when it doesn't come.

                                  I have checked in as per my with you. After check in I observe that the hotel was constructed in a burial ground. My wife and my daughter were uneasy to sleep in the burial ground with grand children. Then I talked to the owner of the hotel Mr Vignesh and requested him to cancel my booking and refund the amount I paid through you. The owner is so arrogant in the issue raised by me and refused to return my money. I have vacated the room after two hours and expressed my displeasure.
                                  As he had not disclosed the full fact I am entitled to get the refund. Please intervene in the matter and resolve the issue by refunding the amount paid by me through you.

                                    Makemytrip Confirmed my Booking with booking id NH[protected] at
                                    Treebo Trend Talwalkar'S Serene Resort from 15th to 16th April (1Day), but when i tried to check in The Hotel Staff denied the booking and said they have not received any such booking. When I contacted the makemytrip customer care services, a executive offered me an alternate arrangement and offered me various other properties which I accepted he said he will contact the properties and confirm my booking, but everytime in trying to do so ge put me on hold and said either the property/hotel is not reachable or its fully booked and at the end he offered me a Villa named Rhythm Villa and assured me it is a good property, but after I reached Rhythm Villa it was located at the outskirts of a village and the location was a very deserted one, So I again called back makemytrip customer care services and informed the same I requested them to cancel my booking and refund my booking amount. But to my surprise they turned down my request and said that the booking cannot be cancelled.
                                    I was stranded at Treebo Trend Talwalkar's Serene Resort for 5 hours along with my wife and two children. Absolute pathetic service from Makemytrip. I have voice recordings of all the discussions/calls to makemytrip customer care service executives.
                                    I want complete refund along with a apology regarding the same from Makemytrip.
                                    Please guide regarding the process to escalate an complaint regarding the same.

                                      With referance to above booking ID the cab was booked on 23rd March 2022 and same was cancelled as no response was received from your team, while contacting your team they said the refund was initiated but now almost more than 20 days laps no such refund credited in my account and now whenever I called the customer care they are not responding.

                                        I have booked the Le Osh Hotel at Lansdown on April 9, 2022 from April 15th to April 17, 2022. I have also received the confirmation voucher immediately.

                                        On April 14, 2022 at 7:29 PM, I received a message for cancellation and raising the refund. I have never canceled the booking. MakeMyTrip has cancelled the booking at it own at very last minute as we had already prepared to leave early morning.

                                        Property owner has confirmed the cancelation stating that he had already informed to MakeMytrip for this cancelation on 10th morning (April 10th).

                                        This is very highly unprofessional service of MakeMyTrip. Me and my family highly disappointed with this attitude.
