I tried to book a bus ticket through make my trip web site. When I reached to payment confirmation page they requested to pay 1242 Rs, I paid through phone pe, money deducted but booking not confirmed and didn't get any ticket confirmation from them..Now I am not able inform or complain to them..

    Make My Trip - Gift Card

    We had got a "Best Wishes" MMT gift card from Raymonds in Jan'20 with a validity of 12 months. We have not been able to redeem it because we had curtailed all our travel due to Covid as my parents are 60+.

    Had spoken to MMT team last year after the validity ended. They had assured saying that when you want to travel contact us. We would extend the validity for a month.

    Now when are are planning to tavel and want...

    We made a flight ticket booking through MakemyTrip with Makemytrip transaction ID[protected] on 6th April-22. The amount has been deducted by your payment gateway but transaction has failed but our Bank of India current account has been debited.
    We are not able to contact Makemytrip regarding this failed transaction through your customer care number. I request you to look into this and refund us the money ASAP.

        Hi,
        My Air Asia Flight I5-510 on 4th April has been cancelled due to operational reasons. I have raised a refund request on 1st of April 2022 and yet to receive my refund.

        Air Asia Support claims that the refund has been done to the travel agency (MMT) while MakeMyTrip claims that the amount is still stuck at the airlines end.

        I have provided the confirmation for both these claims as attached below. It has been 5 business days and yet to receive a confirmation from MakeMyTrip on refund status. I request MakeMyTrip to take action on Urgent Basis. I would also request MakeMyTrip for a call-back regarding the same

            I have cancelled two flight ticket from mumbai to dibrugarh via delhi that was scheduled on 19.03.2022. I had come to mumbai for my mother's health issues as she was fighting with cancer. We are supposed to return to our native i.e. Dibrugarh, Sivasagar on the same day. But the particular oncologist to me that she needs further treatments. So i had to cancel it. But i havent recieved my return refund. I had called several times thus one executive suggested me to fetch him bank statement and subsequently i have provided him and the particular executive told me wait for 24 to 48 hrs to resolve my refund issues saying executive will get back to me. However nobody called me and after three days i called the customer executive but this executive told me to wait again for another 48 to 72hrs. Now is this the way and procedure to return the refund amount. I am here in mumbai with my terminally ill patient spending lots of amount. Now i am stranded in mumbai. Plz resolve my issues at the earliest.

              Could you please help me in getting my refund back from MMT.

              I made a holiday package booking through MMT during Oct 2021 for Jan travel. I paid 50% of the package amount at the time of booking. Unfortunately due to the covid restrictions they cancelled my Jan month booking however did not issue my refund.

              I am trying to contact them from past 4 months however unsuccessful in getting my refund. It’s a worse customer service they provide and don’t bother about customer issues & concerns.

              I am having a very hard & tough time with them to get back my refund. It’s been 6 months now still awaiting to get my refund.

              Can your team take strict action against them and help me in getting my refund back.

                I had booked a hotel through MMT, however hotel has provided for a lower GST rate while MMT is charging a higher GST rate and doing a fraud by making gains for differential amount.

                  Issue 1: Driver did not refill diesel= Driver left car midway in Meerut expressway for more than 1 hour with phone switched off to refill diesel
                  Request 1: Request to MMT to arrange alternate option. No call back for 15-20 mins. Urged customer care to confirm= No actions from MMT, no refund processed, case shoved under the carpet
                  Issue 2: Payment made for diesel as per driver Karmjeet Singh to Deep Dhoti Contact [protected]. Amount 1500 - IDs[protected]/29=[protected]
                  Issue3: When driver arrived after more than 1 hr, confirmed with MMT driver arrived. However vehicle had issues due to engine startup and no diesel.
                  Issue 4: No communication from MMT on the harassment and trauma while I, my spouse and 1 year old were left stranded.

                  I therefore would seek a remedy for the harassment both physical and mental against Make My Trip for the INR 9, 000 due to which I had to make ad hoc payment of ad-hoc payment of 5800 in a stranded highway to complete my trip, exhausted and terrified.

                  The ad-hoc payment was additional of 5800 plus 2 cancellation charges of total 300, prior advance of 667 made to make my trip and the 1500 amount paid to driver which has not been returned despite calling up.

                    Hi,

                    I had booked a holiday package through MakeMyTrip holiday. The trip was from 31st January to 5th February 2022. The return flight was canceled by me by calling the Vistara airline and they told me to get in touch with Makemytrip to get the refund. Airline had already gave the remarks but I am not getting any help from Makemytrip. My relationship manager is not helping me to get my refund. Her name is Suman. She didn’t help me during my trip also. Such a pathetic service from Makemytrip trip. I won’t recommend anyone to choose their service.

                      Hereby this, I am listing the issues I faced during the trip.

                      · Hotel facilities: Lake Forest Resort

                      While checking at Hotel Lake forest resort in Munnar, the staff/ receptionist was unaware of my booking.

                      First, it took about half an hour to check us in even though we had a confirmed reservation. Why it took so long is beyond my comprehension.

                      Second, when we entered the room the beds were not properly done, there was no kettle in the room nor the sachets of coffee and tea, and the bathrooms were still dirty. The towels were missing from the room, even I complained about this many times to hotel staff and even my relationship manager for the trip but the issue remained unresolved. The towels were sent about 8:30 in the night. Similarly on the very next day the issue was the same as the housekeeping team forgetting to provide towels. I wonder what the housecleaning people at your hotel do exactly to prepare the room for the next guest. Do they have a checklist or do they just randomly go through stuff?

                      Further, when I asked the receptionist about the AC, He said (Mr Stilva) the AC is not working in any room so I cannot assist regarding this. Later, when I complained about this to MMT, the AC remote was provided at night around 9:00 PM. Later the AC suddenly stopped at night. I just don’t know why the MMT collaborated with such hotels if they cannot provide the services. I did not expect such service from 3 star hotels. While communicating with MMT customer service It was found the additional voucher was provided to the hotel later for AC, but if we didn’t use it as desired (since the AC was faulty) then why should the payment go to the hotel. It should be refunded.

                      · Hotel facilities: Hotel Grand Thekkady

                      · The hotel ambiance was good, the receptionist was humble to serve. The only issue that I faced during my stay at the hotel was the washroom water connection as it was under maintenance.

                      · Hotel facilities: AJ Park

                      When we entered the room in the evening, the beds were not properly done, there was no glass for water, no kettle in the room, and the bathroom was dirty. The tap was malfunctioning. The door mats were a dirty photo enclosed.

                      Activities

                      Karadiappa Viewpoint was closed.

                      On the first day of my stay at Munnar, I paid (around 700 per person) for an activity called ‘Evening Tea and snacks at Karadiappa Viewpoint. But it was found that the karadiappa viewpoint is closed from Covid 1st wave but MMT charges 1428 from me for that. Since the karadiappa view point was closed, the driver took us to Mountain mist view point where we had snacks and tea that roughly cost about 200 rupees for both me and my wife (bill enclosed). For this unprofessional work of management MMT is responsible and should compensate and revert money that is charged for the activities.

                      Kathakali show

                      I was charges 340/ person for shows in thekkady, but while reaching thekkady it was found that the show that was booked from agency is closed from 2020, later driver arrange ticket for kathakali show near to my hotel at thekkady for which we paid 400 rupees( bill enclosed). The money charged by MMT should be refunded to us.

                      I would like to hear your thoughts about my complaint and the steps that you are willing to take to prevent such incidents in the future.

                      I hope you agree with me that this type of service is completely unacceptable at so many levels. It is not the kind of treatment I would have expected from a 3 star hotel and prominent leader of a travel agency like MMT of your state and caliber. I am very disappointed from this bitter experience. Since it was a Honeymoon package, no honeymoon inclusion was there, I booked this trip considering the honeymoon inclusion, the customer service does not connect easily and thus neither solved my issues during the trip, it was a terrifying experience to book my trip from MMT. I will make sure in future to not book any trip from MMT.

                      Further, I should be compensated for all the unprofessional treatment that I faced during my trip and considering moral responsibility, make my trip-MMT should refund the money back to me.

                        I booked an International tour of family through MakeMyTrip but in it they created a lot of hassle n problems firstly the booking received was of some hotel and they booked some other we have received a confirmation of hotel Hyatt creek height and even after reaching Dubai they picked us from airport dropped us on the same hotel but after reaching hotel we cane to know that they have done booking Hyatt Galleria Deira so after waiting for 2 hours we were dropped at that hotel . Than the complete itinerary was prepared from MMT in which we have one day warner Bros and ferrari World visit at Abu Dhabi since beginning they knew that we have these trips in itinerary than after reaching there 1 day before they informed us that we have to do 14 days valid Rt Pcr for this but they never informed us about it than all o[censored]s did it at Dubai including an infant so they troubled us a lot during the trip knowingly

                          This is Rafeeq ahmed, I have just recently 45min booked my Bus ticket from Coimbatore ( Gandhipuran ) to Chennai ( Guduvanchery ) via make my trip app and have paid my amount through the Upi mode from PhonePe And the amount got debuted of Rs:893/- from my account but my booking was not confirmed and there is nothing Staus I can see from
                          My trip option in the app and I need the speedy resolution for my Amount and my booking status because I need to conform travel my trip by today itself and I need to be booked . Also I have tried your cc number but no response from anyone just ringing so pls I request u ppl to call me back asap and I need my booking upadte and mu my payment . Pls arrange a call back to me in another 30min if it doesn’t happening then i will be exclating in the consumer court and the website .

                            I had booked 3 ticket in Makemytrip from Gudalur (ooty)HyderabadSun, 13 Mar 2022| Departure 08:15 PM,
                            Sri Tulasi Tours and Travels - Non A/c-seater.
                            After reaching the Boarding Point it was realized that there were NO SUCH BUS SERVICE is available as per the Ticket issued by Makemytrip online agencies.
                            As per the company travel policy I had submitted CANCELLATION and Refund request with reason Bus Cancelled by the Operator.
                            The rquest status is : We have received your request . Our team will get in touch with you in 3-7 days, but till date after 20 Days there is no response from the company regarding the refund of the ticket, the activity is seems to be pathetic irresponsible and cheating trend of travel business, that is not expecting from Makemytrip.
                            I think this complaint will make the company to remove the wrong information available in their booking channels.

                            Makemytrip agent called me to inquired the details. They had shared some voucher code to redeem with icici bank ipal for refund...but the bank people doesnt know about the given redemption...a kind of teasing attitude..., Irresponsible fellows handling mail boxes.. no reply even after forwarding repeated mails...this is shame on makemytrip.. nothing to add more.
                            Either do or die...

                              I was advised that the Name on the Covid Test Report does not match the booking. I therefore got a corrected Report from Shija Hospital, Imphal and submitted on March 11

                                  I had booked a full day guided city tour of Pune on 19th of March where my pick up and Drop Location was "Four Points By Sheraton" Hotel at Viman Nagar, Pune. My Trip had started at 10:30 AM in the morning and ended by 4:30 PM (including an hour-long lunch). There were a lot of discrepancies I had faced with respect to schedule and inclusions for the trip.

                                  1. The trip had a complimentary Lunch whereas I had paid Rs. 930 from my own pocket for having Maharashtrian Thali at Shreyas restaurant chosen by Trip guide Sachin.

                                  2. Out of the places which were listed as part of the schedule there were 5/6 places which our guide did not take us. The places which we had not visited are -- Gandhi National Memorial, Iskcon Temple Main, Snake Park, Oldest Church of Pune, National War Memorial, Darshan Museum.

                                  So as per the actual trip we had, in stead of full day it can be considered as a half day trip only. Hence I am looking for payment of my complimentary lunch and partial refund of my booking.

                                    This is to inform you that I had booked train ticket on makemytrip for Ghaziabad(GZB) to Bhubaneswar(BBS) on 16 April 2022 for 1 person.Due to certain emergency, I cancelled the booking but I have not received any refund from Make my trip.
                                    I have tried to contact their customer support but it is utterly frustrating that there is no response from their end.

                                    The travel details are pasted below (from my makemytrip account).

                                    Since I have done booking on makemytrip, they should get me back my money of 1850 .

                                    I sincerely urge the authorities to look in to my complain and hoping for an action at the earliest.
