I booked a ticket in APSRTC through MakeMyTrip and bus operator cancelled service on 17/Feb/2022. From 17/18 February 2022 I haven’t received any refund. I don’t have a point of contact to speak.

    I have referred my friend vide my ID [protected]@dr.com on but my friend who registered with email id [protected]@gmail.com never received the referral bonus neither I.

      Worst and the most pathetic service ever. Have exclusively used MMT for booking from past 6-7years. (Never ever again) This is in regarding to a booking made for my mother travelling on 14th feb for a flight from Ahmedabad to Belgaum. Booking id: NF7C3BHWBGIM22W40297
      1. We make bookings in the flexi category paying extra money so that in the event anything goes wrong we can make the necessary change.
      2. On 14th feb my mother woke up with excruciating stomach pain and realised she wouldn’t be able to travel in this condition. Her flight was at 7.30pm and flexi allows u date change till 2hrs prior. We called MMT at 9.30am and spoke to someone named Pallavi. She said she will get back to us to confirm date change.
      3. We didn’t receive any calls for two hours. We tried calling starair airline, they said as the booking is third party we have to change through them.
      4. After repeated calls they kept telling us that they are working on our issue. AFTER 8-9 calls we received a payment link and were asked to pay 4000/- extra if we wanted the flight change. (This would have been 2000/-) in the morning. We made the transfer immediately and assumed the date change is done. We mailed them constantly for a confirmation. But received nothing.
      5. After multiple calls we were told okay we will confirm. Still nothing. They kept passing the phone back and forth. EVERYTIME A NEW PERSON SPEAKS TO U. We didn’t know they had done NOTHING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING till we received the call from the airport asking us if we were making the flight. So basically all our calls were for nothing.
      6. Once we got in touch with MMT AGAIN they informed us they will conduct an enquiry into the matter.
      Its been 20 days and they have done AGAIN ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. NO REGUND CARRIED ON.
      This is not about the money spent. Although for a mere date change which would have been 2000/- if it had been processed in the morning we had to pay a total of 18000/- in total for old plus new tickets.
      This is about the trauma that a person who is unwell has to go through due to the pathetic service provided by MMT.
      So folks kindly think a million times before using this kind of service

        I booked a hotel room by make my trip app and payment was done online ..but according to hotel saff no rooms were available..

        So how can i get my payment back..its was non -refundable

          I tried to book a Cruise Trip in Goa through MakeMyTrip. An amount of Rs. 3317 was deducted through UPI on 25th February 2022. But, the booking was not confirmed.
          Please process the refund at the earliest.

            Train no 12779 booked 2 seats from Vasco railway to Pune dated 5 th mar, 22. it was written we will confirm get ticket and assurity of 3 times refund was given, when the chart was prepared it only gave us two RAC seat with same number, now I have to travel the overnight journey with one seat two people's, I was left without any option and have to now adjust on one seat. If you didn't have confirm seat then give me by 3 times cash back as I haven't got confirm seats for both individual. Current status is RAC 47 B1

              Booking iD: NL[protected]. Have booked holiday package from Dehradun to Auli with Skiing on day3(28 Feb 2022). The vendor didn't gave any contact info of the onground person who will provide the service even after repeated service request raised by me on Makemytrip app and via customer care. Now they are refunding the refund stating that the details were provided on whatsapp which is a blatant lie from the vendor side.

              Complaint marked as Resolved 
              MMT was incompetent in resolving anything. I settle the matter directly with the on ground vendor who agreed to refund 50% of the skiing booking amount. MMT has a pathetic customer support with no one has the authority or resolution to any of the query.

                I trusted Makemytrip & booked my family flight to Istanbul via Turkish Airlines.in Feb, 22 via Booking id - NN2594Q5X191PZ1P7206

                My almost Rs 1.45 lac is struck with them & MakeMyTrip does not properly respond to my calls also.

                Do not understand that Turkish airlines is frequently cancelling its flight then why makemytrip is booking innocent customers flight through the airline, just to make its processing money. THIS IS BEING VERY UNFAIR !!!

                NEED MY MONEY BACK SO THAT I CAN PLAN TRAVEL VIA OTHER MEANS

                  I accidentally created account with another mail id, there is no option to delete my account in app nor in website. Ironically there is no way to contact customer-care ( the telephone numbers are computer bots, I didn’t see a way to connect to telecom operator) & FAQ, trouble shoot pages are very difficult to find ( makemytrip.com more+ blog in the bottom) & even one finds it, the web-pages are empty. I have seen a lot of complaints against makemytrip regarding similar issues. I demand serious action against makemytrip.

                    On 4th March 2021, I tried to book Ticket from Delhi to Hyderabad (for dt. 5th March '21) on MMT App, at Rs.9, 668/- through Net banking from my Axis Bank Ac. no. xxxx5761.
                    After my entering the OTP the App showed Transaction cancelled.
                    Then I tried again the same way and Rs.9, 668/- from my Axis Bank Ac. no. xxxx5761.
                    Again, after my entering the OTP the App showed Transaction cancelled.
                    No tickets got booked against these transactions.
                    However, The above 2 amounts got deducted from my axis bank ac.no. xxxx5761 vide ref. no. "INB/[protected]/MAKEMYTRIP INDIA PVT.LTD" AND "INB/[protected]/PAYU.IN".
                    I request for refund of the above 2 amounts (Rs. 9, 668/- + Rs. 9, 668/-) either to my Axis bank Ac. or to the MMT Wallet.

                        Such a pathetic service is being done by the MakeMyTrip team where they're requesting the bank statements which has a sensitive data/whole transactions information in order to resolve the issue on no refund amount received on cancellation.

                                  Hi, I have booked tickets on 24th of Feb 2022 for a round trip to fly from New Delhi to Guwahati and back. The date of flying is 11th of March 2022 and returning back is 14th March 2022. My registered mobile number in +91-[protected].

                                  I had paid the amount of INR 34586 against the booking ID - NF2S2E6SCLLT6Y9R6790 through my SBI debit card on the same day. Yesterday, I again got the sms from SBI for the debit of the exact same amount. I enquired with my bank today and came to know that it has been made to make my trip again.

                                  I have attached the following pictures for your perusal -
                                  - SMS received from SBI on 24th Feb (first day of booking)
                                  - SMS received from SBI on 1st March (repeated amount deduction)
                                  - Copy of passbook with entries marked in red for your perusal.

                                  Kindly let me know why have I been charged twice. Also, please align to refund the money at the earliest.

                                    My family planned for Andaman trip, due to some reason we had to cancel the trip. In cancellation policy it's mentioned about deductions and remaining amount will return. To clarify we did call our relationship manager. Without checking properly relationship manager commits something. We dint receive amount in our account yet(expected amount after deduction). And when we call relationship manager she will not pick the call itself, and when we call from a different number when she receives call she says she dint get response from her team so she is not receiving our call. Mean while we raised many tickets via customer care. All tickets are closed without addressing the issue. We are feeling very helpless.Its already more than 18 days we cancelled booking Still struggling to get our money back from Make My Trip
