Please note that THAI Airways has filed a business reorganization petition before the Central Bankruptcy Court of Thailand in accordance with Thailand’s Bankruptcy Act. The said business reorganization petition was allowed through order dated 14th September, 2020 and has successfully appointed planners as suggested by THAI Airways.

Customers who have applied for a refund will receive repayment of debt as per the conditions of the business reorganization plan, without filing any application for debt repayment.
Considering these factors, we estimate that refunds will only be processed sometime next year, after the abovementioned process is complete. We are closely monitoring the developments and will keep you posted with relevant updates. Meanwhile, we request your continued patience and cooperation in this regard.

REFUND INQUIRIES:
Please note: Thai Airways is currently going through a rehabilitation process under the supervision of the Central Bankruptcy Court of Thailand, and as a consequence there will be a significant delay in processing of refunds. At this stage we do not have a specific time frame for this.
If you purchased your ticket via a travel agency, including Online Travel Agents, you must contact them for assistance as we are not able to action these requests.
If you made your booking direct with THAI via thaiairways.com, or with our Delhi city ticket office, please email- [protected]@thaiairways.co.in and request a Refund.
