Hi folks, I have made a booking for paragliding at manali through make my trip app just because it's mentionsd as opened but the thing is its actually closed ... the moment i reached the paragliding area the local person and the vendor said its closed for a month but in make my trip app its mentioned as open and payment was non refundable ... can anyone help me to get refund for the same... Voucher photos attached for further reference

    We had cancelled tickets from delhi to singapore with booking id
    nn2hegqzs7y6juo33332.
    We were suppose to get a refund of rs 37630 as per there calucation we also have screen shot of the same which we will atached below but we only got a refund of rs 9184.

    When we cancelled there system showed a refund of rs 37630 is in process but next day it showed refund of 9184 processed.

      Hi

      I have booked flight from Tiruchirapalli to Chennai and cancelled the ticket. Status is updated as cancelled and the refund has been processed in MakeMyTrip Wallet o[censored]ser XXXXXX. But when i check the wallet it is showing ₹0.
      I dont know what to do, customer support is worst it more than 3 months. Anyone facing the same issue?

        My father booked a round trip from Lucknow to Raipur (Booking ID #TOD[protected]. I later canceled the ticket directly through the airlines (Indigo), we have still not got the refund and very conveniently now the booking is not reflecting in my father's account too.
        I urge you to either take up the issue at the earliest or I will file a complaint in the consumer forum.

          I want to know why my money is not refunded i booked a bus but it hot cancelled and my refund is not received for 580rs even they closed the queries as resolved still i am begging for my own money this type of fraud should be punishable by court i should file pil and should ask money for the damage they cause me and with 50% interst for 2 year i want my money and if not burn in hell make my trip may gurgaon removed from india map it is so hard to earn money nowadays and these people do fraud i know nothing will happen but still i am writing this

            I had india phone number and went to out of country for few months. Phone number become invalid after coming back to india and want to change phone number but it always send otp to old phone number which I can't access, it should send otp to my registered email also.

              Due to covid reasons had to cancel the ticket. I was tested positive and had to cancel the tickets, the MakeMyTrip had a policy in case a traveller is tested positive the traveller gets full refund. But I did not get the full refund. I have got only 40% of the amount. Kindly please help me with this. Thank you.

                Hi Team,

                I have been trying to contact you and your team for over a week now. But I am not getting any response. Even the relationship officer Anu Dewar is not at all responsive.

                This is in regards to an upcoming trip to Andaman where the flights have been affected. My booking id is: NL[protected]

                I need to either prepone my trip for 7th march or postpone it to 12th March. No other dates suit me due to prior commitments.

                I am not paying the remainder of the amount whose deadline is 26th Feb. I need clarity that my request can be accepted. If not, I need a full refund.

                I am really annoyed with the lack of response and the previous complaint which I made was closed without resolution. Do NOT close this request until I say so. I need a swift closure on this.

                  On 25th feb 2022, an unauthorized transection happened via makemytrip, in which MMT requested Rs4009 and the transection was not processed by me still the money got deducted. Now MMT is neither giving details of the transection not refunding the amount .

                    I had booked a flight ticket on MakeMyTrip. However the flight was cancelled by the airlines. The airlines made a refund to MakeMyTrip within 5 days. However it's been almost 20 days but MakeMyTrip has not returned the refund. I called them twice and every time I am told you will get the refund within 72 hours but still have not recieved anything #makemytrip MakeMyTrip

                      Hi
                      I tried a booking a hotel in Guwahati (Hotel Palacio) over MMT app on 23rd Feb'22 @04:19 pm. An amount of 6758/- got deducted from my bank account but the booking was cancelled. Booking Id - NH[protected].

                      Immediately i called up the Customer Service and created the request Id[protected] and i was promised the amount would be refunded asap.

                      On checking the support request tracker, I found that the support request has been successfully closed on 24th Feb'22 @ 04:29 pm whereas I did not get my amount back !!

                      I tried to contact MMT CS but to no avail.

                      I want my money back to my bank account on immediate basis.

                        I have booked a ticket for 1feb 2022 booking id (NF794WY4U29A1ZJ24208) PNR K94H2U my delhi to bangalore Airasia 15-784 via make my trip which is rescheduled by the airline with the layover in goa 2:40mints which was not suitable for me nd i cancelled the ticket which was optional with the assurity that i'll get my 100% refund and after more than 1.5months instead of getting my 100% refund I got only 89 rupees

                          There is no built-in option to modify my registered email ID, and in the customer support section, there is no support email or contact number either - only options available for support are past bookings. Please assist in modifying my email ID.

                            I did not receive complete refund on my international flight booking, even though the flight was cancelled by the Airlines.
                            MMT did not refund the MMT convenience fee, even though the flight was NOT cancelled by me. In addition, I have booked an alternate flight to the same destination from MMT, for which a convenience fee has been charged again. MMT should do a complete refund for flights cancelled by Airlines. Airlines are doing a 100% refund on flights that they been cancelled due to operational reasons. MMT should do a complete 100% refund. Booking ID NN77K7FSE190B5YZ3917

                              I availed the TripMoney prepaid forex card from MMT and preloaded it with Rs 2000. I received the card but when I try to activate it, the app does not open to the correct screen and there is no way to contact them I tried reaching them on social media but no response.

                              I want my money to be refunded as the card is useless without being activated.

                                  I had done booking for hotel in Mumbai though make my trip on FEB 23/2022 on 1;19pm amount was debited from my RBL credit card amount 17465rs but i didn't get any payment confirmation or booking confirmation how could i get my amount refund .

                                    In regards to my cancelled flights with PNR-OPI5HA and UJUF5C, It has been more than 3 weeks since I cancelled the flight, the Indigo people have confirmed that they sent the amount to the MakeMyTrip but MakeMyTrip hasn't sent me the money in my account.. Even on their app they say it has been processed but I have not received any money in my UPI or account..

                                      The flight ref Flight booking (NF71PI017V0CM3PE4244) was delayed from 1 PM to evening 7 PM which i didnt want to take, The complete refund amount had to be given i.e 6600 however only 1309nwas refunded for no fault of ours.Please refund the complete amount of 6600
