Extreme delay in refund

Hello

It's been over 50days now. I haven't got my refund against the booking.
My ticket booking amount was Inr- 80, 158.00.

I cancelled my flight booking on 11th January 2022, due to flight cancellation by airline. I was notified just before 2 days prior to my journey. The change was, one of my conne flight got cancelled and MakeMyTrip rescheduled that automatically and extended the travel time from...

Hi, I have booked tickets on 24th of Feb 2022 for a round trip to fly from New Delhi to Guwahati and back. The date of flying is 11th of March 2022 and returning back is 14th March 2022. My registered mobile number in +91-[protected].

I had paid the amount of INR 34586 against the booking ID - NF2S2E6SCLLT6Y9R6790 through my SBI debit card on the same day. Yesterday, I again got the sms from SBI for the debit of the exact same amount. I enquired with my bank today and came to know that it has been made to make my trip again.

I have attached the following pictures for your perusal -
- SMS received from SBI on 24th Feb (first day of booking)
- SMS received from SBI on 1st March (repeated amount deduction)
- Copy of passbook with entries marked in red for your perusal.

Kindly let me know why have I been charged twice. Also, please align to refund the money at the earliest.

    My family planned for Andaman trip, due to some reason we had to cancel the trip. In cancellation policy it's mentioned about deductions and remaining amount will return. To clarify we did call our relationship manager. Without checking properly relationship manager commits something. We dint receive amount in our account yet(expected amount after deduction). And when we call relationship manager she will not pick the call itself, and when we call from a different number when she receives call she says she dint get response from her team so she is not receiving our call. Mean while we raised many tickets via customer care. All tickets are closed without addressing the issue. We are feeling very helpless.Its already more than 18 days we cancelled booking Still struggling to get our money back from Make My Trip

        To delete it by looking into the account but couldn't find an option 'to delete'. Why doesn't make my trip have an option to delete while every other site does.
        when asked on twitter. they said they can temporarily deactivate but cannot delete.

        This is very annoying so please help me out. I would be very pleased if you could delete it permanently for me. Kindly do the needful.

            Dear Sir/Madam,
            I booked a ticket from Bengaluru to Hong Kong having below details

            Booking ID :- NN[protected]

            Airline PNR :- NK8S7S

            Airline Ticket Number (For GDS Tkts) :- NK8S7S // 232-[protected]

            Travel Date :- 22 Jan`22

            Name of the Pax:- ATHREYA RAGHU
            Ticket price Rs 38, 000

            The flight was cancelled by the airlines on 14th December 2021 I still haven't received. When I wrote a mail to the Malaysian Airlines they wrote back they haven't received any feedback form from MakeMyTrip.
            After too many requests and calls MMT is not refunding my money of RS 38, 000. They are cheating and misguiding their customers.
            Please help me to get my refund money back at the earliest.

              My ticket information is removed from my account and I cant even check the status. AirIndia confirms that they cancelled and initiated the refund in Nov 2021. But makemytrip is not showing anything on the website or app in my account. There is no email available to ask for any information.

                We have booked flights from portblair to delhi and our flight from Go Air and than connecting Indigo flight from Chennai to Delhi. This is heights that in a 35min time layover they schedule these connecting flights from port Blair to Delhi via connecting flight from Chennai due to which we have missed our flight from Chennai that cost Rs. 5500. Same they didn't give any prior notification for flight cancellations which will affect your whole trip. Our 5 days planned trip will be only for 4 days in which we have a loss of 1 day booking of hotels and ferry also .
                So form today I will never relay On Make My Trip or neither I will suggest anyone in my known to use make my trip . I will always suggest Go Ibibo.
                No one will take care of a person who do not know anything about flights schedule. At least you should inform prior . So that a middle class person who is saving their money from last 6 month for a trip and get this much lost. What if any body do not have extra money to book another flight.
                You just ruin our trip . Our Anniversary vacation. So for me, from Today I will boycott MMT and never suggest to anyone.

                  I have booked return journey flights from Delhi Heyderabad for departure on 20th February and arrival on 22nd February. The outbound flight was canceled by Airlines itself and the refund was issued for the same. But for the 22nd February return flight, I got a message for web check-in but the same was showing that no flight details were found for the dates. I called customer care and they informed me that the flight was canceled by some agent. Upon further request, they disclosed that an agent named "Amaar" from Makemytrip canceled the flight that too without my consent on 21st February. Then another agent "Jaswinder Singh" told me that, Makemytrip will be paying for the return flight as it was their mistake. Now, it's been the 6th day, no one has called back to solve the issue. The last four digits of the Booking ID for which the flight was canceled is "2307".

                    Hi folks, I have made a booking for paragliding at manali through make my trip app just because it's mentionsd as opened but the thing is its actually closed ... the moment i reached the paragliding area the local person and the vendor said its closed for a month but in make my trip app its mentioned as open and payment was non refundable ... can anyone help me to get refund for the same...                       We had cancelled tickets from delhi to singapore with booking id
                      nn2hegqzs7y6juo33332.
                      We were suppose to get a refund of rs 37630 as per there calucation we also have screen shot of the same which we will atached below but we only got a refund of rs 9184.

                      When we cancelled there system showed a refund of rs 37630 is in process but next day it showed refund of 9184 processed.

                        Hi

                        I have booked flight from Tiruchirapalli to Chennai and cancelled the ticket. Status is updated as cancelled and the refund has been processed in MakeMyTrip Wallet o[censored]ser XXXXXX. But when i check the wallet it is showing ₹0.
                        I dont know what to do, customer support is worst it more than 3 months. Anyone facing the same issue?

                          My father booked a round trip from Lucknow to Raipur (Booking ID #TOD[protected]. I later canceled the ticket directly through the airlines (Indigo), we have still not got the refund and very conveniently now the booking is not reflecting in my father's account too.
                          I urge you to either take up the issue at the earliest or I will file a complaint in the consumer forum.

                            I want to know why my money is not refunded i booked a bus but it hot cancelled and my refund is not received for 580rs even they closed the queries as resolved still i am begging for my own money this type of fraud should be punishable by court i should file pil and should ask money for the damage they cause me and with 50% interst for 2 year i want my money and if not burn in hell make my trip may gurgaon removed from india map it is so hard to earn money nowadays and these people do fraud i know nothing will happen but still i am writing this

                              I had india phone number and went to out of country for few months. Phone number become invalid after coming back to india and want to change phone number but it always send otp to old phone number which I can't access, it should send otp to my registered email also.

                                Due to covid reasons had to cancel the ticket. I was tested positive and had to cancel the tickets, the MakeMyTrip had a policy in case a traveller is tested positive the traveller gets full refund. But I did not get the full refund. I have got only 40% of the amount. Kindly please help me with this. Thank you.

                                  I have been trying to contact you and your team for over a week now. But I am not getting any response. Even the relationship officer Anu Dewar is not at all responsive.

                                  This is in regards to an upcoming trip to Andaman where the flights have been affected. My booking id is: NL[protected]

                                  I need to either prepone my trip for 7th march or postpone it to 12th March. No other dates suit me due to prior commitments.

                                  I am not paying the remainder of the amount whose deadline is 26th Feb. I need clarity that my request can be accepted. If not, I need a full refund.

                                  I am really annoyed with the lack of response and the previous complaint which I made was closed without resolution. Do NOT close this request until I say so. I need a swift closure on this.

                                    On 25th feb 2022, an unauthorized transection happened via makemytrip, in which MMT requested Rs4009 and the transection was not processed by me still the money got deducted. Now MMT is neither giving details of the transection not refunding the amount .

                                      I had booked a flight ticket on MakeMyTrip. However the flight was cancelled by the airlines. The airlines made a refund to MakeMyTrip within 5 days. However it's been almost 20 days but MakeMyTrip has not returned the refund. I called them twice and every time I am told you will get the refund within 72 hours but still have not recieved anything #makemytrip MakeMyTrip
